If one of the modules is detached from the body of the patient, the monitor usually gives an alarm, but sometimes the alarm does not necessarily affect the life safety of the patient (the importance degree is relatively low), for example, the alarm is a conventional maintenance parameter and does not need to be processed immediately, and the alarm priority can be set to be low when the alarm can be processed in the day next day; the alarm information of the physiological parameters of the patient can be processed; the alarm priority of some alarm information is set to be higher priority, such as key physiological parameters of patients, or abnormal key parts of equipment, such as ventilation incapability of a ventilator, and the like. Therefore, through comparing and analyzing the alarm information of the modules, whether the physiological parameters of the patient are abnormal or the abnormality caused by the falling of the individual detection module can be known. Through analysis and sequencing in advance, the efficiency of alarm feedback is improved, and more urgent alarm information can be processed preferentially.
S300: and displaying the alarm priority and the medical care parameters of the alarm information in the forms of pictures, texts, sounds and/or lights according to the alarm mode.
Specifically, before step S300, the method further includes setting a preset alarm mode, where the setting of the preset alarm mode includes setting a graphic and text composition format, a light color and/or a light flashing frequency, and a sound volume and/or a sound vibration frequency, which are used by each alarm priority. In one embodiment, the settings for the lighting colors are shown in fig. 7, such as red for emergency, yellow for medium, blue for normal, etc. Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of sound vibration frequency of one of alarm information priorities. The alarm priority of the alarm information is different, and the sound vibration frequency of the alarm information sent by the sound amplification device 204c is different. In one embodiment, the higher the alarm priority of the alarm information, the greater the sound vibration frequency thereof. Obviously, the alarm priority of the alarm information can also be presented simultaneously by combining the flashing frequency of the color. In particular, the amplification means 204c also comprise an alarm priority for presenting alarm information by means of different vibration frequencies. Medical personnel can be treated according to the alarm priority of the alarm information, such as treating patients who are more dangerous or need emergency assistance preferentially. For example, the sound and light alarm module is set to give priority to sound logic alarm in daytime, light logic alarm in night and vibration in noisy environment.
The method for setting the preset alarm mode further comprises the step of setting the alarm information presentation time length of each alarm priority and/or the display mode of the medical care parameters. Particularly, when a plurality of alarm information are received simultaneously, the display mode of each alarm information can be set according to the alarm priority of the alarm information, and in one embodiment, the display mode with high priority is displayed in detail through pictures, texts, sounds, light and the like; and the sound and light alarm module is used for periodically voice broadcasting reminding only when the priority is low.
Based on a preset alarm mode, the method for setting the alarm mode further comprises the step of selecting the corresponding preset alarm mode according to the alarm priority of the alarm information.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the method for presenting the alarm priority and the medical care parameters of the alarm information in the form of text, sound and/or light according to the alarm mode in step S300 includes the following steps,
s310: if the medical care parameter is a functional abnormality parameter of the medical equipment and/or a maintenance parameter of the medical equipment, displaying the functional abnormality parameter of the medical equipment and/or the maintenance parameter of the medical equipment according to the image-text typesetting format of the alarm mode, and executing step S340; otherwise, go to step S320;
s320: if the medical care parameter is a patient parameter, displaying the patient ID and the patient position information of the patient basic information according to the image-text typesetting format of the alarm mode, and executing a step S330;
s330: displaying physiological parameters of the patient according to the image-text typesetting format of the alarm mode;
s340: and judging the alarm priority of the alarm information, and using corresponding light color and/or light flicker frequency, sound volume and/or sound vibration frequency according to the preset alarm mode.
Specifically, if the medical parameters are patient parameters, after the wireless communication module of the auxiliary alarm device receives the alarm information, the patient ID, the patient position information and the like are displayed in the medical parameter information area, and the physiological parameters of the patient are displayed in the monitoring information area. And the processor module sets the presentation modes of light and sound according to the alarm priority of the alarm information and the alarm mode. In one embodiment, if the alarm priority of the alarm information is urgent, for example, the alarm information of a patient needing emergency treatment, the medical staff is reminded to immediately feed back the alarm information by adopting an aggressive light color accompanied by high-frequency vibration and high-frequency light flicker. The aggressive light color is a vivid color, such as red; if the alarm priority of the alarm information is medium, such as the alarm information about ending of infusion, adopting the color of the warning light, which is a color capable of attracting attention, such as yellow, orange and the like, and simultaneously accompanying with the vibration with medium frequency and the light flicker with medium frequency; if the alarm priority of the alarm information is conventional, such as a meal order request from a patient alarm device, a conventional light color, such as white, green, etc., is used, as well as low frequency vibration and medium frequency light flashing. If medical personnel have implemented the warning feedback through supplementary interactive area or microphone, affirmation button etc. supplementary alarm device then feeds back warning feedback information to through wireless communication module medical care warning source equipment, medical care warning source equipment pauses the warning of the medical equipment who sends alarm information, avoids acousto-optic pollution to produce negative effects to patient, accomplishes this alarm information's processing, if medical personnel do not exert the warning feedback, then continuously presents alarm information.
Furthermore, if the medical care alarm source equipment is in wireless communication connection with the auxiliary alarm device through a medical management system, the medical management system can also record and store the alarm information and the alarm feedback, so that the public and transparent hospital management process is facilitated. Furthermore, the medical management system carries out maintenance in advance on the medical equipment close to the maintenance date according to the analysis of the alarm information, and the occurrence of the conventional maintenance prompt of the equipment is reduced.
S400: and receiving the alarm feedback and sending the alarm feedback to the medical care alarm source equipment. Specifically, in one embodiment, preferably, the medical staff may obtain detailed information of the alarm information through the detailed information selection button, and send alarm feedback made after the medical staff receives the alarm information to the medical management system. Through the medical management system, the auxiliary alarm device can be in wireless communication connection with a plurality of patients, a plurality of medical devices and/or auxiliary mobile trolleys; but also enables a wireless communication connection between at least two of said auxiliary alarm devices. One-to-one and/or one-to-many device connection can be realized, and management is convenient.
Fig. 10 is a schematic flow chart of an application scenario of the auxiliary alarm device according to the above embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 10, when a medical staff carrying the auxiliary alarm device receives alarm information from a medical alarm source device, the medical staff can read a patient ID, patient position information (including but not limited to a patient room number, a patient bed number) and the like from a medical parameter information area of the auxiliary alarm device, which is just one embodiment, and in other embodiments, the patient ID, the patient position and the like can also be given through a sound amplifying device of the auxiliary alarm device. Medical personnel can adopt different processing modes according to different sources of the alarm information, if the medical personnel actively seek help, for example, a patient actively initiates a request through patient alarm equipment or other medical personnel send help through a medical management system, the medical personnel follow up key information of the alarm information, firstly give alarm information feedback through a microphone according to specific content of the key information, and the alarm information feedback information comprises the received alarm information and the next rescue measures to be taken. On one hand, the person who sends the help-seeking main body and the medical management system know that the alarm information is received, and on the other hand, the help-seeking main body does not continue to send the help-seeking information. And then, taking necessary action to assist the help seeking main body, after the processing is finished, inputting the alarm information and the alarm feedback into the system, and finishing the processing. If the source of the alarm is not the initiative help seeking but the alarm of the physiological parameters of the patient from the medical equipment, the emergency situation of the relevant patient is possible, medical staff determine whether to request assistance according to the specific content and the emergency situation of the priority of the monitoring information area, if the situation is more urgent, the alarm feedback needing assistance can be carried out through the auxiliary interaction area, then the patient is rescued, the danger is timely eliminated, the alarm information and the alarm feedback are input into the system, and the processing is finished.
