the monitoring device comprises a posture acquisition module, an environment acquisition module, an image acquisition module and a wireless transmission module;
the gesture acquisition module is used for acquiring gesture information of the protection frame;
the environment acquisition module is used for acquiring the environment information of the protection frame;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring image information near the tested protection frame;
the wireless transmission module transmits the attitude information, the environmental information and the image information of the protection frame to the cloud management platform in a timing or triggered mode;
the cloud management platform comprises a protection frame simulation module, an image processing module and an alarm issuing module;
the protection frame simulation module is used for building a protection frame three-dimensional model and carrying out posture simulation by using the built protection frame three-dimensional model according to the received posture information;
the image processing module is used for extracting vehicle information from the received image information when the simulation exceeds a threshold value;
the alarm issuing module is used for issuing alarm information to the mobile terminal according to the simulation result of the protection frame.
2. The railway bridge and culvert height limiting protection frame state monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the attitude information comprises a vibration signal, an attitude signal, an acceleration signal.

The system for monitoring the state of the railway, bridges and culverts height-limiting protection frame according to claim 1, wherein the environmental information comprises temperature and humidity information, fog information, surface water/snow information, air particulate matter information, visibility information and rain and snow information.

The railway bridge and culvert height limiting protection frame state monitoring system of claim 2, wherein when the protection frame three-dimensional model is simulated, stress simulation is performed on the protection frame three-dimensional model according to received acceleration information and vibration signals, the acceleration information is three-dimensional acceleration data collected by a three-axis acceleration sensor, a stress direction is extracted according to the three-dimensional acceleration data, vibration signals are used for extracting amplitude, and stress analysis is performed according to the extracted stress direction and amplitude.

The system for monitoring the state of the railway bridge and culvert height limiting protection frame according to claim 1, wherein the image processing module, when extracting the vehicle information from the image information, comprises extracting the license plate number and the body color from the shot picture by using a neural network.
6. The railway bridge and culvert height limiting protection frame state monitoring system of claim 1, further comprising a light supplement lamp, wherein the light supplement lamp is used for assisting a camera in supplementing light to take a scene picture when an emergency occurs.
7. The method for monitoring the state of the railway bridge and culvert height limiting protection frame according to claim 1, which is applied to the monitoring system of any one of the above claims 1 to 5, and comprises the following steps:
collecting posture information of the protective frame; environmental information and image information near the protective frame;
building a three-dimensional model of the protection frame, and carrying out attitude simulation by using the built three-dimensional model of the protection frame according to the received attitude information;
extracting vehicle information from the received image information when the simulation exceeds a threshold;
and generating and issuing alarm information according to the simulation result of the protective frame and the vehicle information.
8. The method for monitoring the state of the railway bridge height limiting protection frame according to claim 7,
the attitude information comprises vibration signals, attitude signals and acceleration signals, and the environmental information comprises temperature and humidity information, group fog information, surface water/snow information, air particulate matter information, visibility information and rain and snow information.
9. The method for monitoring the state of the railway bridge height limiting protection frame according to claim 7,
when the protection frame three-dimensional model is simulated, stress simulation is carried out on the protection frame three-dimensional model according to received acceleration information and vibration signals, the acceleration information is three-dimensional acceleration data collected by a three-axis acceleration sensor, a stress direction is extracted according to the three-dimensional acceleration data, vibration signals are used for extracting amplitude, stress analysis is carried out through the extracted stress direction and amplitude, whether an analysis result exceeds a preset threshold value or not is judged, and when the analysis result exceeds the preset threshold value, alarm information is issued.

The method for monitoring the state of the railway bridge and culvert height limiting protection frame according to claim 7, wherein the step of extracting the vehicle information from the image information comprises the step of extracting the license plate number and the vehicle body color from the shot picture by using a neural network.
