(1) acquiring a verification task from a verification mechanism LIMS server;
(2) the calibrating personnel command the weighing balance vehicle to carry out on-site calibration through the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing apparatus according to the calibration task, and the calibration data when the weighing balance vehicle passes through the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing apparatus is stored in the main control computer; meanwhile, a speedometer is used for detecting the instantaneous speed of the weighing car passing through the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing machine and transmitting the instantaneous speed to a speed analyzer;
(3) the front-end processor calls the verification data required by the certificate from the main control computer by using a serial port line through a one-way transmission protocol, and then the front-end processor transmits the average speed in the verification data to the speed analyzer;
(4) the speed analyzer judges the validity of the verification data according to the received instantaneous speed and the average speed and transmits a judgment conclusion to the data processing computer; the data processing computer runs verification software and is used for receiving and storing verification data sent by the front-end processor; the data processing computer judges whether to trigger a data import port of the verification software according to the received judgment conclusion, if the judgment conclusion is valid, the data import port of the verification software is triggered, and the stored verification data is imported into the verification software; if the conclusion is invalid, the data processing computer sends an alarm prompt signal, and the calibrating personnel calibrates the balance checking vehicle again according to the alarm prompt signal until valid calibration data are obtained in calibration software;
(5) repeating the steps (2) to (4) until 10-20 groups of corresponding verification data are obtained in the verification software of the data processing computer, judging abnormal values of the obtained 10-20 groups of verification data according to the Grabbs criterion, if the abnormal values exist through judgment, eliminating the abnormal values, repeating the steps (2) to (4) to obtain new verification data, judging the abnormal values again until no new abnormal values can be detected, and generating corresponding original records by the verification software for the obtained verification data; if the abnormal value does not exist through judgment, the verification software directly generates corresponding original records for the verification data;
(6) and uploading the original record to a LIMS server of a verification organization through verification software in a data processing computer, and issuing a corresponding certificate by the LIMS server of the verification organization according to the original record to finish a verification task.
