Abstract
The invention relates to the field of intelligent application of electronic scales, and provides a self-service retail electronic scale and a control method thereof. The purposes of self-service transaction of customers and improvement of working efficiency of merchants are achieved by arranging an automatic detection device with an android system to communicate with an electronic scale, identify commodities and other technologies; the use experience of the user is improved by arranging the alarm and the display screens and partitioning the information display interface of the transaction commodity. In addition, the control method of the invention can also achieve the purposes of self-service transaction of customers and improving the working efficiency of merchants.

The invention relates to the field of intelligent application of electronic scales, in particular to a self-service retail electronic scale and a control method.
Background
In the farmer market trading process of China, the weighting mode is more traditional. In the traditional weighing mode, the goods are manually weighed and read, and after weighing, the goods are also manually packaged and delivered to customers to complete the transaction. This traditional approach often fails to meet the needs of the transaction during peak hours of the transaction. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the anti-cheating self-service retail electronic scale comprises an electronic scale body and an automatic detection device, wherein the automatic detection device is provided with an android system, a commodity identifier and a display screen, wherein the android system is communicated with the electronic scale body; the electronic scale body is used for weighing and pricing; the android system is used for controlling the commodity identifier to acquire information of commodities to be purchased, calling commodity information of a preset database to be compared with the information of the commodities to be purchased, identifying the commodities, generating commodity transaction information by combining weighing and pricing information of the electronic scale body, and displaying the commodity transaction information through a transaction commodity information display interface of the display screen; the commodity transaction information comprises commodity price information and a payment code.
The trade process of the commodity: the customer places the commodity to be purchased on the electronic scale body, the automatic detection device acquires the information of the commodity to be purchased through the commodity identifier, then the automatic detection device calls the commodity information of the preset database to be compared with the information of the commodity to be purchased, the commodity is identified, then the commodity to be purchased is weighed and priced through the electronic scale body, the weighing and pricing information is sent to the automatic detection device, and the automatic detection device generates commodity transaction information and displays the commodity transaction information on the display screen.
Preferably, the automatic detection device comprises a host and a support rod; the commodity identifier is a camera and is positioned at the lower end part of the host; the display screen is positioned on the outer surface of the host; the host machine also comprises a mainboard provided with an android system, and the support rod is used for connecting the electronic scale body and the automatic detection device. The camera is arranged at the lower end part of the host machine, so that the information of commodities to be purchased can be conveniently acquired. The display screen is positioned on the outer surface of the host machine and can be conveniently watched by customers and users. The mainboard is the control center of the automatic detection device.
Preferably, the display screen comprises a first display screen located at the front end of the host and a second display screen located at the back end of the host. The first display screen is used for operating and observing commodity transaction information for customers. The second display screen is used for observing the operation information of the customer during self-service shopping for the merchant. In addition, when the first display screen fails, the second display screen can be used as a backup.
Preferably, the electronic scale body or the automatic detection device is provided with an automatic alarm; and if the android system cannot identify the commodity to be purchased, controlling an automatic alarm to give an alarm. The alarm is arranged to warn merchants, so that the use experience of the merchants and customers is improved.

A control method of a self-service retail electronic scale comprises the automatic retail electronic scale and further comprises the following steps:

Preferably, in step S13, if the android system does not recognize the to-be-purchased commodity, the automatic alarm will issue an alarm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the purposes of self-service transaction of customers and improvement of working efficiency of merchants are achieved by arranging an automatic detection device with an android system to communicate with an electronic scale, identify commodities and other technologies; the use experience of the user is improved by arranging the alarm and the display screens and partitioning the information display interface of the transaction commodity. In addition, the control method of the invention can also achieve the purposes of self-service transaction of customers and improving the working efficiency of merchants.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an anti-cheating self-service retail electronic scale, which is preset with a database of commodity information. The electronic scale comprises an electronic scale body 1 and an automatic detection device 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the electronic scale body 1 includes, from top to bottom, a scale pan 13, an electronic scale upper case 11, and an electronic scale base 12, and a gravity sensor, a bracket, and an electronic scale control motherboard are disposed between the electronic scale base 12 and the electronic scale 11 upper case. The goods to be purchased are placed on the scale pan 13, and the gravity sensor receives the gravity of the goods to be purchased. The gravity sensor converts gravity into an electric signal, outputs the electric signal to the electronic scale control mainboard, converts the electric signal into a digital signal by the electronic scale control mainboard, calculates a weight value and calculates a total price. The electronic scale body 1 is also provided with a key board, and the key board comprises a zero clearing key or a peeling key.
The automatic detection device 2 includes a main machine and a support rod 23. The host computer comprises a commodity identifier 21, a display screen and a host board 22. The commodity identifier 21 may be a camera or a barcode scanner, and if the commodity identifier is a camera, the commodity identifier is used for shooting commodity entities; if the code scanner is used, the identification code which is preset and attached to the commodity can be scanned. The commodity identifier 21 is located at the lower end of the main body. The two display screens are respectively the first display screen 221 and the second display screen 222 and are respectively located at the front end and the rear end of the host, and the host board 23 is arranged inside the host. The motherboard is provided with an android system. The supporting rods 23 are cylindrical and are connected with the electronic scale body 1 and the automatic detection device 2. The electronic scale body 1 is provided with a time base chip and a time base circuit, the time base chip is connected with the time base circuit, the time base circuit is connected with a trigger switch, the trigger switch is connected with an electronic scale upper shell 11 or an electronic scale base 12, if the electronic scale upper shell 11 or the electronic scale base 12 is opened, the trigger switch disconnects the time base circuit, encryption parameters preset in the time base chip are lost, and the electronic scale body 1 stops working.
The android system is used for controlling the commodity identifier 21 to acquire information of commodities to be purchased, calling commodity information of a preset database to be compared with the information of the commodities to be purchased, identifying the commodities, generating commodity transaction information by combining weighing and pricing information of the electronic scale body 1 and displaying the commodity transaction information through a transaction commodity information display interface of the display screen; the commodity transaction information comprises commodity price information and a payment code. The electronic scale body 1 or the automatic detection device 2 is provided with an automatic alarm; and if the android system cannot identify the commodity information, controlling an automatic alarm to give an alarm.
As shown in fig. 3, the transaction commodity information display interface includes a transaction commodity information accumulation bar display area 31, a commodity photo and corresponding information display area 32, and a user instruction prompt area 33; the trading commodity information accumulation column display area 31 is used for displaying the basic information of the market and the file owner and commodity trading information; the commodity photo and the corresponding information display area 32 are used for displaying the picture, the price, the weight and the amount of the commodity on the current electronic scale body; user instructions prompt area 33 is used to display the method of use and prompts for the anti-cheating automatic retail electronic scale.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, this embodiment provides a method for controlling a self-service retail electronic scale, including the automatic retail electronic scale described in embodiment 1, further including the following steps:
s11: a customer places a commodity to be purchased on a scale pan; before the step begins, if the display of the electronic scale body or the display screen is not zero, a customer or a merchant can press a zero clearing key or a peeling key on the electronic scale body for zero clearing.
S12: the mainboard controls the camera to shoot the commodity to be purchased;
s13: the android system captures a picture of the commodity to be purchased shot by the camera and identifies the commodity; in the step, if the android system cannot identify the commodity to be purchased, the automatic alarm gives an alarm.
S14: acquiring information of the commodity to be purchased, transmitting the information to a display screen, and transmitting unit price information of the commodity to be purchased to the electronic scale body;
s15: the electronic scale body is used for pricing in combination with the weight and unit price information of the commodity to be purchased and transmitting the pricing information to the android system to generate commodity transaction information; in this step, if an error occurs, the clear key or peel key on the electronic scale body may be pressed to clear the commodity transaction information according to the operation instruction of the customer or the merchant, and the process returns to step S11.
S16: and (4) the user scans the payment code to pay, and the transaction is completed. In this step, the completion of the transaction may be indicated by voice or by a display report.

An automatic retail electronic scale according to claim 1, characterised in that the automatic detection means (2) comprise a main machine and a fulcrum bar (23); the commodity identifier (21) is a camera and is positioned at the lower end part of the host; the display screen is positioned on the outer surface of the host; the host machine also comprises a mainboard (22) provided with an android system, and the support rod (23) is used for connecting the electronic scale body (1) and the automatic detection device (2).
3. An automated retail electronic scale according to claim 2, characterised in that the display screens include a first display screen (221) at the front end of the main unit and a second display screen (222) at the rear end of the main unit.

An automatic retail electronic scale according to claim 1, characterized in that the electronic scale body (1) or the automatic detection device (2) is provided with an automatic alarm; and if the android system cannot identify the commodity to be purchased, controlling an automatic alarm to give an alarm.

An automatic retail electronic scale according to claim 1, characterized in that the transaction commodity information display interface includes a transaction commodity information accumulation column display area (31), a commodity photo and its corresponding information display area (32), a user instruction prompt area (33); the trading commodity information accumulation column display area (31) is used for displaying basic information of a market and a file owner and commodity trading information; the commodity photo and the corresponding information display area (32) are used for displaying the picture, the price, the weight and the amount of the commodity on the current electronic scale body; a user instruction prompt area (33) is used for displaying the use method and the prompt of the anti-cheating automatic retail electronic scale.
6. A method of controlling a self-service retail electronic scale, comprising the automatic retail electronic scale of any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising the steps of:
s11: a customer places a commodity to be purchased on a scale pan;

s13: the android system captures a picture of the commodity to be purchased shot by the camera and identifies the commodity;
s14: acquiring information of the commodity to be purchased, transmitting the information to a display screen, and transmitting unit price information of the commodity to be purchased to the electronic scale body;
s15: the electronic scale body is used for pricing in combination with the weight and unit price information of the commodity to be purchased and transmitting the information to the android system to generate commodity transaction information;
s16: the customer scans the payment code to pay and the transaction is completed.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein in step S15, the commodity transaction information is cleared according to an operation instruction of a customer or a merchant, and the process returns to step S11.
8. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein in step S13, if the android system does not recognize the commodity to be purchased, the automatic alarm will give an alarm.
