As a preferred embodiment, further defined is: socket 2 still includes the suit and is in the elasticity card 23 in the casing 21 outside, the middle part of elasticity card 23 and the lower extreme fixed connection of casing 21, the both ends of elasticity card 23 are upwards perk respectively and are located the both sides of casing 21.
As a preferred embodiment, further defined is: the lower end of the housing 21 is provided with a fixing portion 212 protruding outward, the middle portion of the elastic clamping piece 23 is provided with a fixing hole 230 for the fixing portion 212 to pass through, and after the fixing portion 212 passes through the fixing hole 230, the fixing hole 230 is sealed through high-temperature deformation, so that the middle portion of the elastic clamping piece 23 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the housing 21.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the invention is created and has a lamp base terminal in one end of the lamps and lanterns, there are elastic wire clamps in the socket; when the cabinet body is installed, a larger aperture is not required to be formed, the aperture meets the requirement that a wire penetrates through the aperture, and the linear lamp is not required to be installed synchronously with the cabinet body; when the lamp is required to be installed, the wire core of the wire is inserted from the rear end of the shell, the socket is embedded into the installation groove, and then the lamp is embedded into the installation groove, so that the lamp pin terminal is inserted from the front end of the shell and clamped by the elastic wire clamp; the structure has the advantages of ingenious design and simple and convenient installation. The linear lamp is designed into the module group convenient to disassemble and assemble, the whole linear lamp does not need to be replaced during replacement, only the targeted damaged module or accessory is needed to be replaced, and the replacement is convenient, time-saving and labor-saving.
2. The elasticity fastener is provided with first centre gripping piece and the second centre gripping piece that is used for the centre gripping sinle silk, effectively prevents the sinle silk upwarp and moves from top to bottom, and the assembly is more firm.

as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a linear lamp with a novel electrical connection structure includes a lamp 1 and a socket 2 electrically connected to the lamp 1, where the lamp 1 includes a support frame 11, a circuit board 12 disposed in the support frame 11, a light-transmitting plate 13 covering an opening of the support frame 11, side covers 14 assembled on two sides of the support frame 11, and a lamp pin terminal 10 having one end electrically connected to the circuit board 12, and the support frame 11 is a section bar commonly used for linear lamps in the prior art. The other end of the lamp pin terminal 10 extends out from any side cover 14 and is electrically connected with one end of the socket 2, the other end of the socket 2 is externally connected with a power supply through a wire 3, the socket 2 comprises a shell 21 with both front and rear ends of an open structure and an elastic wire clamp 22 which is arranged in the shell 21 and also serves as a conductive terminal, the lamp pin terminal 10 can be inserted from the front end of the shell 21 and clamped by the elastic wire clamp 22, a wire core 30 of the wire 3 can be inserted from the rear end of the shell 21 and clamped by the elastic wire clamp 22, and the lamp pin terminal 10 and the wire core 30 are in conductive communication in the elastic wire clamp 22. When the cabinet body is installed, a larger aperture is not required to be formed, the aperture meets the requirement that a wire penetrates through the aperture, and the linear lamp is not required to be installed synchronously with the cabinet body; when the lamp is required to be installed, the wire core 30 of the lead 3 is inserted from the rear end of the shell 21, the socket 2 is embedded into the installation groove, and then the lamp 1 is embedded into the installation groove, so that the lamp pin terminal 10 is inserted from the front end of the shell 21 and clamped by the elastic wire clamp 22; the structure has the advantages of ingenious design, simple installation and convenient maintenance and replacement. The linear lamp is designed into the module group convenient to disassemble and assemble, the whole linear lamp does not need to be replaced during replacement, only the targeted damaged module or accessory is needed to be replaced, and the replacement is convenient, time-saving and labor-saving.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the elastic clip 22 is made of a metal material, and the elastic clip 22 is integrally formed by press bending, so that it has certain elasticity. The two ends of the elastic wire clip 22 are respectively bent upwards to form a first elastic piece 221 and a second elastic piece 222, an insertion space 223 is formed between the first elastic piece 221 and the second elastic piece 222, and the insertion space 223 is in a necking structure from outside to inside, in other words, the upper end of the insertion space 223 is in a flaring structure, which is beneficial to the insertion of the lamp pin terminal 10. The first elastic piece 221 and the second elastic piece 222 each have a lamp pin clamping groove 224 in the middle for clamping the lamp pin terminal 10; the pin terminal 10 may be cylindrical, or may be in the shape of a sheet, or may be in other shapes, and in this embodiment, the pin terminal 10 is preferably cylindrical, so that the pin clamping groove 224 is in the shape of a circular arc, which is beneficial to clamping the pin terminal 10. A first clamping piece 227 is formed at the bottom of the elastic wire clamp 22 by extending backwards, and a second clamping piece 228 positioned at the upper end of the first clamping piece 227 is arranged at the rear end of the first elastic piece 221 or the second elastic piece 222; the pin terminal 10 is inserted from the front end of the elastic clip 22 and clamped between the two pin clamping grooves 224 when assembled, and the wire core 30 is inserted from the rear end of the elastic clip 22 and clamped between the first clamping piece 227 and the second clamping piece 228; the first clamping piece 227 and the second clamping piece 228 are both elastic pieces or one of them is an elastic piece and the other is a fixing piece. First centre gripping piece 227 and second centre gripping piece 228 are the structure of upper and lower distribution, compress tightly down sinle silk 30 through first centre gripping piece 227, and effectively prevent sinle silk 30 tilting from top to bottom, and the assembly is more firm stable.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a wire core holding space 225 is formed between the first elastic sheet 221 and the second elastic sheet 222, and is located at the lower end of the lamp pin holding groove 224; during the assembly sinle silk 30 inserts in the sinle silk centre gripping space 225, the assembly back lamp base terminal 10 is pressed above the sinle silk 30, pushes down sinle silk 30 through lamp base terminal 10, can further prevent sinle silk 30 tilting from top to bottom, and the assembly is more firm stable, can also make simultaneously. The lamp pin terminal 10 is in direct contact with the wire core 30 to conduct electricity.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, a hook 229 protruding downward is disposed at the bottom of the elastic clip 22, both upper and lower sides of the front end of the housing 21 are open, so that an insertion notch 210 for inserting the lamp pin terminal 10 is formed at the upper side of the front end of the housing 21, a bayonet 211 adapted to the hook 229 is formed at the lower side of the rear end of the housing 21, and after assembly, the hook 229 abuts against a wall surface of the bayonet 211, which can prevent the elastic clip 22 from being pulled out, so that the elastic clip 22 is firmly clamped in the housing 21 and is not easily pulled out or falls off.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent the socket 2 from falling off from the mounting groove of the cabinet during installation, the socket 2 further includes an elastic clamping piece 23 sleeved outside the housing 21, a middle portion of the elastic clamping piece 23 is fixedly connected with a lower end of the housing 21, and two ends of the elastic clamping piece 23 are respectively tilted upwards and located at two sides of the housing 21. More specifically, the lower end of the housing 21 is provided with a fixing portion 212 protruding outward, the middle portion of the elastic clamping piece 23 is provided with a fixing hole 230 for the fixing portion 212 to pass through, and after the fixing portion 212 passes through the fixing hole 230, the fixing hole 230 is sealed by high temperature deformation, so that the middle portion of the elastic clamping piece 23 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the housing 21. The fixing hole 230 shown in the drawing is a structure that has not been subjected to high-temperature deformation. During the assembly, the both ends of elasticity card 23 perk can block in the mounting groove of the cabinet body, when needing to take out socket 2, thereby also can press the both ends tip of elasticity card 23 perk to make elasticity card 23 tighten up, is convenient for take out socket 2.
In this embodiment, in order to further improve the assembly efficiency, the circuit board 12 is provided with the sleeve 15, one end of the lamp pin terminal 10 is inserted into the sleeve 15 for fixation and conductive connection, the lamp pin terminal 10 and the sleeve 15 are in tight fit or interference fit, complex processes such as welding are omitted, and the assembly is simple and rapid.
The linear lamp can be applied to other lamps by adopting a novel electric connection structure, so that the rapid assembly, disassembly and maintenance are realized. When the lamp is required to be installed, the wire core 30 of the lead 3 is inserted from the rear end of the shell 21, and then the lamp pin terminal 10 of the lamp 1 is inserted from the front end of the shell 21 and clamped by the elastic wire clamp 22, so that the lamp pin terminal 10 and the wire core 30 are in conductive communication in the elastic wire clamp 22; the structure has the advantages of ingenious design, simple installation and convenient maintenance and replacement.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the elastic clip 22 is made of a metal material, and the elastic clip 22 is integrally formed by press bending, so that it has certain elasticity. A first clamping piece 227 is formed at the bottom of the elastic wire clamp 22 by extending backwards, and a second clamping piece 228 positioned at the upper end of the first clamping piece 227 is arranged at the rear end of the first elastic piece 221 or the second elastic piece 222; the pin terminal 10 is inserted from the front end of the elastic clip 22 and clamped between the two pin clamping grooves 224 when assembled, and the wire core 30 is inserted from the rear end of the elastic clip 22 and clamped between the first clamping piece 227 and the second clamping piece 228; the first clamping piece 227 and the second clamping piece 228 are both elastic pieces or one of them is an elastic piece and the other is a fixing piece. As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the novel socket 2 includes a housing 21 with an opening structure at both front and rear ends, and an elastic wire clip 22 disposed in the housing 21 and serving as a conductive terminal; the elastic wire clip 22 is made of metal, and the elastic wire clip 22 is integrally formed by stamping and bending, so that the elastic wire clip has certain elasticity. Two ends of the elastic wire clip 22 are respectively bent upwards to form a first elastic piece 221 and a second elastic piece 222, an insertion space 223 is formed between the first elastic piece 221 and the second elastic piece 222, and the insertion space 223 is in a necking structure from outside to inside; in other words, the upper end of the insertion space 223 is a flared structure, facilitating the insertion of the lamp pin terminal 10. The first elastic piece 221 and the second elastic piece 222 each have a lamp pin clamping groove 224 in the middle for clamping the lamp pin terminal 10; since the lamp pin terminal 10 may be cylindrical, sheet-shaped, or other shapes, in the present embodiment, it is considered that the cylindrical shape of the lamp pin terminal 10 is the best technical solution, and therefore, the arc-shaped lamp pin clamping groove 224 is beneficial to clamping the lamp pin terminal 10. A first clamping piece 227 is formed at the bottom of the elastic wire clamp 22 by extending backwards, and a second clamping piece 228 positioned at the upper end of the first clamping piece 227 is arranged at the rear end of the first elastic piece 221 or the second elastic piece 222; the pin terminal 10 is inserted from the front end of the elastic clip 22 and clamped between the two pin clamping grooves 224 when assembled, and the wire core 30 is inserted from the rear end of the elastic clip 22 and clamped between the first clamping piece 227 and the second clamping piece 228; the first clamping piece 227 and the second clamping piece 228 are both elastic pieces or one of them is an elastic piece and the other is a fixing piece. In this embodiment, a novel linear lamp assembling method is provided, including a lamp 1 and a socket 2 electrically connected to the lamp 1, where the lamp 1 includes a support frame 11, a circuit board 12 disposed in the support frame 11, a light-transmitting plate 13 covering an opening of the support frame 11, side covers 14 assembled on two sides of the support frame 11, and a lamp pin terminal 10 having one end electrically connected to the circuit board 12, and the other end of the lamp pin terminal 10 extends out of any one of the side covers 14;
the socket 2 comprises a shell 21 with an opening structure at the front end and the rear end, an elastic wire clamp 22 which is arranged in the shell 21 and is also used as a conductive terminal, and an elastic clamping sheet 23 which is sleeved outside the shell 21;

the assembling method comprises the following steps:
step 1, pre-arranging an installation groove at a position where a linear lamp is required to be installed on a cabinet body, and reserving a lead for an external power supply;
step 2, inserting the core 30 of the lead 3 from the rear end of the shell to be clamped between the first clamping piece 227 and the second clamping piece 228; then the socket 2 is pressed into the mounting groove, so that two ends of the elastic clamping piece 23 are respectively tightly matched with the mounting groove;
step 3, pressing the lamp 1 into the mounting groove and inserting the lamp pin terminal 10 into the lamp pin clamping groove 224 from the upper side of the front end of the housing 21 so that the lamp pin terminal 10 is clamped between the first elastic piece 221 and the second elastic piece 222.

A linear lamp adopting a novel electric connection structure comprises a lamp (1) and a socket (2) electrically connected with the lamp (1), wherein the lamp (1) comprises a support frame (11), a circuit board (12) arranged in the support frame (11), a light-transmitting plate (13) covered at an opening of the support frame (11), side covers (14) assembled at two sides of the support frame (11) and a lamp pin terminal (10) with one end electrically connected with the circuit board (12), the other end of the lamp pin terminal (10) extends out of any one of the side covers (14) and is electrically connected with one end of the socket (2), the other end of the socket (2) is externally connected with a power supply through a wire (3), and the linear lamp is characterized in that the socket (2) comprises a shell (21) with the front end and the rear end both of which are in an opening structure and an elastic wire clamp (22) which is arranged in the shell (21) and also serves as a conductive, the lamp pin terminal (10) is insertable from the front end of the housing (21) and is clamped by the elastic clamp (22), the core (30) of the wire (3) is insertable from the rear end of the housing (21) and is clamped by the elastic clamp (22), and the lamp pin terminal (10) and the core (30) are in conductive communication within the elastic clamp (22).
