Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a threaded sounding pipe and a lengthening method thereof.
Background
At present, in the construction of building engineering in China, the sound wave transmission method is widely applied to the integrity detection of a pile foundation pile body, and the sound wave transmission method needs to embed a sound detection pipe in advance when a reinforcement cage is manufactured. When the length of the pile body is large, an opening needs to be connected with a cage, and the sounding pipe needs to be aligned to the position and connected to be long in the process. At the moment, the reinforcement cage and the sounding pipe are perpendicular to the ground, and the sounding pipe is supported by manpower and can be connected behind the alignment position. The process is as fast as possible, otherwise, the worker can fall off the force possibly, the sounding pipe falls off, the worker is injured by smashing, and the pre-burying fails and cannot be subjected to ultrasonic detection.
The connection node form of the sounding pipe is divided into two types, namely a clamp type and a thread type. The pressure clamp type is easy to operate, but in order to enable the pressure clamp to be constructed, the pipe wall of the connecting part is thin, the rigidity of the node is insufficient, and the sounding pipe is easy to bend or even break at the node, so that the sounding pipe is wasted. The straight thread connection has reliable rigidity, but alignment is not easy, and in order to avoid wire sliding, the upper tube needs to be continuously lifted, aligned and screwed to the 12m long sounding tube, and operation is extremely difficult. If the sound measuring tube is not screwed in place or the deviation sliding screw is stuck in the process, the sound measuring tube in a vertical state and with a large weight level is difficult to unscrew and come again. At the moment, the acoustic pipe with insufficient node rigidity is easy to bend and is easy to leak in the pouring process, so that the acoustic pipe is blocked and acoustic measurement cannot be carried out.
