Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of papermaking, in particular to natural color machine pulp high-elasticity white board paper.
Background
The coated paper technology is a process for coating a layer of coating on base paper to make the paper have better optical properties and printing performance. The production raw materials of the coated grey white board paper and the coated kraft board paper are mainly waste paper, special waste paper production line equipment is needed in use, 5% -10% of impurities are discharged, and subsequent harmless treatment is needed. The production operation environment is poor, the problems of dust pollution, bacterial infection and the like exist, the health of operation personnel is influenced, and occupational diseases are easy to cause. With the improvement of environmental protection requirements and the tightening of pollution control, the capacity of a large amount of grey-bottom white board paper is cleared, and a large gap appears in the market of the grey-bottom white board. In addition, the environmental protection pressure of the secondary fiber is high, and the inlet amount of waste paper raw materials is gradually reduced year by year. The limitation of the amount of import has greatly reduced the production of grey white board, and therefore cleaner and more environmentally friendly resources are required to replace the waste paper.
In addition, the traditional white board with coated ash bottom is generally made by four-layer net papermaking, the surface layer adopts bleached chemical wood pulp or deinked waste paper pulp, the lining layer/core layer/bottom layer is waste paper pulp, and the bulk is only 1.15-1.25cm3(ii) in terms of/g. In addition, stiffness is one of the most important properties of the paperboard, and the coated gray-based white board has a lower thickness and the stiffness is proportional to the square of the thickness at the same basis weight, so that a higher basis weight coated gray-based white board can be replaced by a lower basis weight high-bulk coated white board without affecting packaging performance and post-processing performance. And the high-loose coated white board adopts cleaner and more environment-friendly chemi-mechanical pulp to replace waste paper pulp in the coated grey-bottom white board. In addition, the core layer chemi-mechanical pulp of the common coated white card has high whiteness, the consumption of bleaching chemicals in the production process of the chemi-mechanical pulp is large, the damage to fibers is large, the bulk advantage of the chemi-mechanical pulp is reduced, the COD content in an effluent system of the chemi-mechanical pulp is increased, and the environmental protection pressure is increased.

Furthermore, the weight proportion of the natural color machine pulp in the core layer is 70-90%, the weight proportion of the broke in the core layer is 10-30%, and the whiteness of the natural color machine pulp is 25-65% ISO.
Furthermore, the gram weight of the surface layer is 15 grams per square meter to 50 grams per square meter, and the gram weight of the bottom layer is within 40 grams per square meter.

In conclusion, the high-loose white board made of the natural color machine pulp mainly adopts the natural color machine pulp as the core layer filling pulp to replace the lining layer and the core layer of the coated grey-bottom white board. Compared with the bleaching machine pulp, the bleaching machine pulp has the advantages that the dosage of bleaching agents (caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide and the like) is greatly reduced, and the dissolution of lignin and COD treatment load are reduced, so that the yield and the bulk of the bleaching machine pulp are improved, the cost of pollution discharge treatment is reduced, and the aims of energy conservation and environmental protection are fulfilled. The market gap of the grey white board is made up, the iterative upgrade of the original product category is realized, and the clean and environment-friendly natural color machine pulp high-elasticity white board is provided to replace the grey white board.
