According to embodiments of the present application, the recheck baggage return device may further include a bag opening station module located at a location where baggage needs to be opened for placing baggage that needs to be rechecked. The unpacking platform module can be provided with a unpacking control screen and a lifting machine, and after the unpacking inspection of the baggage is completed, the unpacking control screen is operated to drop the baggage to the lower layer of the reinspection baggage return roller way through the unpacking platform lifting machine.
According to the embodiment of the application, the luggage lifting module of the re-inspection luggage returning device can comprise a chain and a carrying platform, and the carrying platform can be lifted by driving the chain mechanism by the motor. As shown in fig. 1, an automated security inspection lane system 10 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a baggage automated conveying lane 200, a security optomechanical device 100, an information acquisition and processing module 300, and a general control unit 400.
The automatic baggage conveying path 200 includes a main line device 220 for conveying baggage for security check, and a return device 230 for returning baggage juxtaposed with the main line device for conveying baggage for security check, the main line device 220 for conveying baggage for security check including an upstream end for receiving baggage and a downstream end for delivering baggage.
The security inspection optical device 100 is disposed between the upstream end and the downstream end above the security inspection baggage conveying main line device 220, and has a security inspection X-ray device 110 and a security inspection image processing module 120, where the security inspection X-ray device 110 is used for performing X-ray inspection on baggage, judging whether forbidden articles exist, and the security inspection image processing module 120 is used for recording images obtained by the X-ray device and marking results of the baggage, and interacting with the information processing unit.
The information acquisition and processing module 300 is provided with an information acquisition unit 310 and an information processing unit 320, wherein the information acquisition unit 310 is used for acquiring personal information and tray information of passengers and uploading the personal information and the tray information to the information processing unit, and the information processing unit 320 is used for storing identity information of the passengers, storing the number of the tray and storing the marking result of the security inspection image processing module on the baggage and the tray.
The general control unit 400 is configured to receive an instruction sent by the information acquisition and processing module 300, and control the automatic baggage conveying channel to convey the pallet to a corresponding position according to the instruction.
When the master control unit 400 receives that the interpretation security inspection tray has no contraband, the master control unit 400 controls the security inspection baggage conveying main line device 220 to operate, and the security inspection tray is conveyed to a baggage extraction place; when the master control unit 400 receives that the judging and checking tray has contraband, the master control unit 400 controls the safety checking baggage conveying main line device 220 to transfer the safety checking tray into the re-checking baggage returning device 230, and then controls the re-checking baggage returning device 230 to send the tray with the baggage to the baggage opening position; when the master control unit 400 receives the baggage opening processing instruction, the master control unit 400 controls the re-inspection baggage returning device 230 to send the security inspection tray back to the security inspection baggage conveying main line device 220 for X-ray inspection.

The tray for checking the passing baggage continues to be transferred to the baggage retrieving place; the tray of the failed baggage is automatically transferred to the rechecking channel, and after the baggage is processed, the baggage is automatically and circularly transferred to the security inspection device. The manpower is reduced to pick and carry the baggage to be inspected.
According to the embodiment of the application, the tray can be provided with an RFID tag, and the information acquisition unit acquires the tray code through the RFID; the passenger personal information collected by the information collection unit 310 can be passenger face information, and the information collection unit 310 automatically corresponds the passenger information to a pallet of luggage placed by the passenger, so that the general control unit can conveniently identify and mark the luggage detection state, and corresponding processing and control can be performed. The identity verification 51 comprises an information collection 511 and an identity comparison 512, wherein the information collection 511 can collect label information of an empty tray on the luggage table, acquire a tray number and collect passenger information; the identity comparison 512 can interactively compare the acquired passenger information with the passenger information in the airport security system, if the comparison fails, an instruction can be sent to the information acquisition device, a failure prompt is displayed on the passenger identification terminal, the information acquisition is performed again, and if the comparison is successful, the passenger information is bound with the luggage tray.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing a security inspection tray transfer main line device of an automatic security inspection channel system according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 3 is a block diagram showing a review baggage return auxiliary line device of the automatic security inspection channel system according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the main line device 220 for conveying the baggage in a security inspection may include a conveying roller way 221 for conveying the baggage and a sorting device 222 for sorting the baggage, wherein the conveying roller way 221 for conveying the baggage in security inspection includes a supporting frame along the conveying direction of the baggage and located at both sides of the conveying direction of the baggage and a plurality of roller groups movably connected with the supporting frame on axes, each roller group includes a plurality of rollers, preferably 5-7 rollers, specifically adjusted according to the size of a tray to be carried, one roller located in the middle is a powered roller, the other rollers are unpowered rollers, rollers in the roller groups are connected by belts in pairs, and the roller groups are driven by the powered rollers to synchronously rotate so as to convey the baggage on the rollers. The security check baggage conveying roller way 221 receives the instruction generated by the master control unit 400, sequentially conveys the trays loaded with baggage through the roller way with the electric rollers to check by the X-ray machine, conveys the checked trays loaded with baggage to the baggage extracting place, and the baggage sorting device 222 is used for transferring the baggage with abnormal detection to the re-check baggage returning device 230 at the exit of the X-ray machine according to the instruction sent by the master control unit 400. The detection and automatic review 52 of the automatic transfer method includes: the baggage enters an automatic conveying channel 521, and the main control unit controls the operation of a security check baggage conveying roller way to send a baggage pallet to be checked into a security check X-ray machine for detection; the security check X-ray machine interprets 522 whether or not contraband exists in the baggage, if no contraband exists, transfers the baggage trays to the extraction site 502, and if contraband exists, transfers the baggage trays into the rechecking tunnel 523 through the baggage sorting device 222.

The detecting and automatically rechecking 62 may also include: when entering the rechecking channel 623 and judging that the luggage tray has contraband by the security inspection X-ray machine, the luggage sorting device 222 transfers the luggage tray into the luggage conveying roller way 232 to be checked, and the luggage conveying roller way 232 conveys the luggage tray judged to have contraband to the place needing the next inspection.
Preferably, the return baggage inspection device 230 further includes a unpacking platform module 240 located at the unpacking position, where the unpacking platform module 240 is used for placing the baggage needing unpacking and re-inspection, and after the inspection is completed, the unpacking control screen is operated to lower the tray containing the baggage to the first section of the return baggage inspection roller table 233 through the unpacking platform elevator. The detecting and automatically rechecking 52 may also include: the unpacking platform inspects and takes out contraband 524, and when the luggage pallet to be re-inspected is transferred to the unpacking platform, the security inspector unpacks and takes out contraband, then operates a control button on a control screen of the unpacking platform module 240, and transfers the re-inspected luggage pallet to the re-inspected luggage return roller table 233.
Preferably, the detecting and automatically rechecking 52 may further include: a baggage re-inspection return 525 for receiving the tray loaded with baggage after inspection by the unpacking stage module by the re-inspection baggage return roller table 233 and transferring the tray loaded with baggage to the re-inspection baggage lifting switch module 234; the reinspection baggage lifting switch module 234 lifts the pallet located at the first section of the reinspection baggage return roller way to the second section of the reinspection baggage return roller way; the tray is transferred to a security check baggage conveying roller way 221 by a transfer machine; and (3) detecting the security check X-ray machine again, when the security check X-ray machine judges that the luggage tray does not have contraband, the luggage is released, and if the contraband exists, the luggage enters a rechecking channel.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the baggage automatic transfer path 200 of the automatic security screening path system 10 may further include an automatic tray discharging device 210 and an empty tray recycling device 250. The automated transfer method may also include an automated tray out 500 and an empty tray cycle 53. The empty tray cycle 53 may include: the empty tray is put into empty tray collection module and empty tray passback after the luggage is drawed, empty tray collection module reads empty tray information and uploads to information processing module, and with this tray number and passenger information who binds before unbinding, empty tray passes through empty tray passback roller table passback to luggage platform limit, and when luggage platform was empty, automatic play tray device 210 was with empty tray propelling movement into luggage platform, empty tray got into next round recycle.
According to the embodiment of the application, the security inspection channel can further comprise a display screen, the information processing unit 310 and the security inspection system can conduct information interaction, and the passenger information corresponding to the baggage needing to be unpacked and re-inspected is displayed on the screen to prompt the passenger corresponding to the baggage needing to be unpacked and re-inspected to pay attention.

The release roller way 223 comprises a supporting frame along the conveying direction of the luggage and positioned at two sides of the conveying direction of the luggage and a plurality of roller sets which are movably connected with the supporting frame on axes, and can convey the luggage perpendicular to the roller axis direction when the rollers roll.
The rechecking roller way 224 is parallel to the release roller way 223, comprises a supporting frame which is positioned at two sides of the baggage conveying direction along the baggage conveying direction and a plurality of roller groups which are movably connected with the supporting frame on axes, and can convey the baggage perpendicular to the roller shaft direction when the rollers roll.
The translation push rod 225 is inlaid in a supporting frame of the release roller way 223 at one side far away from the recheck track 224, and the translation push rod 225 is higher than the plane of the upper surface of the release roller way roller group.
The master control unit is used for receiving the signals and controlling the running of the release roller way 223, the rechecking roller way 224 and the translation push rod 225 to convey the baggage to the corresponding positions according to the signals.
When the baggage is detected by the X-ray machine of the security inspection channel, the general control unit receives the mark of the baggage and identifies the mark, and when the baggage is transferred to the baggage sorting device 222, the general control unit controls the baggage sorting device 222 to perform the following processing: when the main control unit receives that the baggage which is about to enter the release roller way 223 is the baggage which does not need to be rechecked, the release roller way 223 runs, and the baggage is released and conveyed to a baggage extracting place; when the main control unit receives the baggage which is about to enter the release roller way 223 and is to be rechecked, the main control unit controls the release roller way 223 to receive the baggage and then stop running, and the main control unit controls the translation push rod 225 to run, so that the baggage to be rechecked is pushed into the rechecked roller way 224 from one side, and the rechecked roller way conveys the baggage to a place where the baggage needs to be unpacked.
According to the embodiment of the application, each roller set of the release roller way 223 and the recheck track 224 can comprise a plurality of rollers, each roller set is preferably 5-7 rollers, the specific number is determined by the size of the tray, one roller in the middle of the roller set is a powered roller, the other rollers are unpowered rollers, the rollers in the roller set are connected by belts in pairs, and the roller sets are driven by the powered rollers to synchronously rotate so as to convey the baggage on the rollers. The powered roller may include a coaxially coupled drive motor, with the motor being controlled by a master control unit. The outer surface of the roller may be smooth to avoid scratching the tray or luggage.
Preferably, the trays may be provided with RFID numbers for marking and identifying the baggage.
Preferably, the translation push rod 225 can be driven by a stepper motor disposed below the rollers. The height of the translation push rod 225 is smaller than the height of the side wall of the tray, and the translation push rod 225 is contacted with the side wall of the tray when in operation, so that baggage with unfixed shape and uncertain hardness is prevented from being pushed, pushing force is applied to the tray, and the tray with the baggage is pushed to enter the reinspection channel 224. Whether the stepper motor translating the push rod 225 is operated or not may be controlled by the master control unit.
Preferably, a photoelectric sensor can be arranged at the bottom of the release roller way 223, and when the luggage needs to be rechecked, the luggage enters the release roller way 223 to shield the photoelectric sensor at the bottom, and the master control unit controls the release roller way 223 to stop running.
According to embodiments of the present application, the baggage sorting device 222 may be arranged downstream of the X-ray machine of the security screening tunnel.
As shown in fig. 7, the security baggage conveyor and the automated security aisle system may be modified with fine tuning based on similar baggage conveying directions. The baggage sorting device 222 may be equally applicable to achieve Li Zidong sorting.

As shown in fig. 9, the security inspection channel according to the embodiment of the present application conveys the direction of the re-inspected baggage, so that the baggage to be inspected is automatically conveyed through the re-inspection return device and can be returned to the inspection device for re-inspection.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, a recheck baggage return device for a security screening tunnel according to an embodiment of the present application includes: a baggage conveyor table 232 to be inspected, a return baggage conveyor table 233, a baggage lifting module 235 and a baggage switching module 236.
The baggage conveyor table 232 includes several sets of rollers for receiving baggage to be re-inspected and for conveying the baggage to the unpacking inspection site. The baggage conveying roller way can be provided with a photoelectric sensor, and if a plurality of pieces of baggage exist on the whole baggage conveying roller way line, the rotation of part of rollers is started/stopped in sequence according to the sensing signal of the sensor, so that the ordered conveying can be realized.
The re-inspection baggage return roller table 233 includes a plurality of sets of roller sets, and has a first section 233a parallel to the baggage transfer roller table to be inspected and located at a lower layer and a second section 233b extending toward the main line of baggage transfer, and the first section 233a of the re-inspection baggage return roller table receives baggage transferred from the unpacking inspection site and transfers the baggage to the next step.
The baggage lifting module 235 is driven by a motor to drive a chain mechanism to lift the loading platform, so as to lift the baggage at the lower layer to the second section 233b of the return roller table for the retest baggage at the upper layer.
The baggage switching module 236 has a transfer machine for transferring baggage requiring re-inspection to the security inspection baggage transfer roller way for inspection, thereby realizing automatic return of baggage to be re-inspected.
Fig. 14 is a top view of the unpacking stand module showing a baggage re-inspection device according to an embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 14, the re-inspection baggage returning device according to an embodiment of the present application may further include a bag opening table module 240, where the bag opening table module 240 is located at a place where the baggage needs to be checked for opening, for placing the baggage that needs to be re-inspected.
Preferably, the unpacking platform module 240 may have a unpacking control screen 241 and a lifter, and after the unpacking of the baggage is completed, the unpacking control screen 241 is operated to drop the baggage onto the lower layer re-inspection baggage returning roller table through the unpacking platform lifter. The fiber switch can be arranged, and after the fiber switch senses that the fiber switch reaches the set height, the roller of the carrying platform starts to rotate, and the tray is sent into the first section 233a of the return roller way of the retest baggage at the lower layer. The carrying platform is provided with a photoelectric sensor, and after no baggage is blocked by the photoelectric sensor on the carrying platform, the carrying platform is lifted to the top position again to receive the next baggage to arrive at the unpacking platform module 240.

As shown in fig. 15, a baggage switch module 236 of the re-inspection baggage return device according to an embodiment of the present application may be arranged at the side of the second section 233b of the re-inspection baggage return roller way. The transfer of the baggage switch module 236 has a motor driven push rod. The baggage switching module 236 may also include a bottom-located photoelectric sensor that, when the baggage is blocked by the photoelectric sensor, drives a push rod by a motor in the transfer machine to push the re-inspected baggage horizontally into the roller bed at the front of the inspection equipment for re-inspection.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the present application provides an automatic security screening pathway including the above-described return baggage inspection device.
Because the recheck luggage return device for a security inspection channel according to an embodiment of the present application includes: the luggage conveying roller way to be checked consists of a plurality of groups of rollers and is used for receiving the luggage to be rechecked and conveying the luggage to the luggage opening inspection place; the rechecking baggage return roller way consists of a plurality of groups of rollers, the rechecking baggage return roller way is provided with a first section which is parallel to the baggage conveying roller way to be checked and is positioned at the lower layer and a second section which extends towards the security baggage conveying main line, and the first section of the rechecking baggage return roller way receives the baggage transmitted from the unpacking inspection place and conveys the baggage to the next step; the luggage lifting module is used for lifting the luggage at the lower layer to the second section of the re-inspection luggage return roller way at the upper layer by driving the chain mechanism by the motor to realize lifting of the carrying platform; and a luggage switch module which is provided with a transfer machine and is used for transferring the luggage to be rechecked to the security check luggage conveying roller way for detection, thereby realizing the automatic return of the luggage to be rechecked, and realizing the following beneficial effects:

As shown in fig. 10, the pallet switch module 212 includes a plurality of annular belts disposed in the gaps between rollers of the roller conveyor and cams (not shown) disposed inside each belt and located at two ends of the belts, wherein the cams are driven by a motor to rotate and drive the belts to axially move along the rollers, and the highest height of the belts is higher than the upper surface of the roller group of the roller conveyor when the belts are driven by the cams, so that the pallet can be driven to move along the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the luggage by the roller conveyor, thereby playing a role of transferring; when the tray switch module stops running, the cam rotates to enable the belt to be lower than the upper surface of the roller group of the roller way, so that the roller way is not affected to convey the luggage/trays. The number of the belts is at least 2; when the number of the belts is 2, the pallet can be transferred to the target roller way from two sides of the bottom of the pallet. The two pallet switch modules 212 are respectively arranged in the gaps of the upper layer security check baggage conveying roller way 221 and the lower layer empty pallet returning roller way 252. In fig. 16, the broken line shows a tray, the tray switch module 212 located at the lower layer is used for transferring an empty tray from the empty tray return roller way to the movable platform at the position a, and the tray switch module 212 located at the upper layer is used for transferring a tray loaded with baggage from the movable platform to the position D of the security baggage conveying roller way at the position C; in operation, the pallet switch module uses friction between the belt and the pallet floor to synchronize with the rollers of the movable platform 213 to transfer the pallet to the corresponding target location.
According to the embodiment of the application, the automatic tray discharging device may further include a photoelectric sensor (not shown), and when the tray is sensed to enter the movable platform, information is transmitted to the master control unit 400, and the master control unit 400 controls the movable platform 213 to drive the tray to ascend. An RFID reader may be mounted on the empty tray return roller 252 near the empty tray collection module, for reading the empty tray information and uploading to the information acquisition and processing module, where the information acquisition and processing module performs unbinding operation on the tray number and the previously bound passenger information, and clears the original baggage status marking information.
