As shown in fig. 1 to 20, the present invention provides a container 100 with a top cover lock and a spreader 90, wherein the container 100 includes a container body 11, a cover body 12 disposed on the top of the container body 11, and a top cover lock 20, the container body 11 includes a side plate 111, and a top side beam 112 is disposed on the top edge of the side plate 111. In general, the roof side rail 112 is disposed to protrude horizontally outward from the side panel 111. The container 100 of the present invention is a hard open top container 100, so that the cover 12 is covered on the top of the container body 11 and is locked and fixed to the container body 11 by the top cover lock 20. The top cover locks 20 are disposed on the cover 12 and the side plate 111, and a plurality of top cover locks 20 may be disposed, and the top cover locks 20 are distributed along the edge of the side plate 111 of the container 100, so as to better lock the container 100.
In general, when the cover 12 of the container 100 is opened by a roll-over stand or a forklift, the top cover lock 20 is usually operated first, so that the top cover lock 20 is no longer fastened to the box 11, and then the cover 12 is fixed for movement.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the top cover lock 20 includes:
the fixed seat 2 is fixed on the cover body 12;
the locking hook 3 comprises a lever member 31 and a hook member 32 which are connected with each other and arranged at an angle, the lever member 31 is pivotally connected to the fixed seat 2, and the hook member 32 extends downwards along the edge of the cover body 12; the locking hook 3 further comprises a matching part 33 arranged on the hook 32;
the locking device 40 is movably arranged on the side plate 111, and the locking device 40 comprises a rod-shaped piece 4 and can be moved to a first position and a second position; in the first position, the hook member 32 is clamped below the top side beam 112, and the rod member 4 is fixed in cooperation with the matching part 33; in the second position, the rod 4 is disengaged from the engagement portion 33.
Therefore, the top cover lock 20 of the container 100 of the present invention further has a locking device 40, when the rod-like member 4 of the locking device 40 is in the first position, the rod-like member 4 is fixed in cooperation with the engaging portion 33 of the locking hook 3, the locking hook 3 is limited, and the hook-like member 32 of the locking hook 3 is clamped below the top side beam 112, so that the locking hook 3 locks the cover 12 to the container body 11, thereby preventing the locking hook 3 from being thrown away and the goods from leaking during the transportation of the container 100. In the second position, the rod-like member 4 is disengaged from the engagement portion 33, so that the latch hook 3 can pivot on the fixed base 2 by an external force to be disengaged from the top side member 112 for opening the lid and loading/unloading the cargo.
A first embodiment is shown in fig. 1 to 13. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the rod-shaped member 4 includes a lock rod 41, a connecting rod 42, and a sliding rod 43, which are connected in sequence, the locking device 40 further includes a sliding rod seat 5 fixed on the side plate 111, and the sliding rod 43 is sleeved in the sliding rod seat 5 and can move in the vertical direction; in the first position, the locking bar 41 is fixed to the fitting portion 33.
The locking bar 41, the connecting bar 42 and the sliding bar 43 may be fixed or movable, which may be designed according to different moving relationships, as will be described in detail below. In addition, the sliding rod 43 moves in the sliding rod seat 5 in the vertical direction, so that the locking rod 41 can be correspondingly driven to move in a certain direction, and can move to the first position and the second position in the moving process. The slide rod seat 5 may be designed integrally or separately as shown in fig. 8, as long as the purpose of the present invention can be achieved, and will not be described herein again.
Specifically, in the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 11, the locking device 40 includes a locking plate 6 extending outward from the hook 32, the engaging portion 33 is formed on the locking plate 6, and the locking lever 41, the connecting rod 42 and the sliding rod 43 are fixedly connected to each other; in the first position, the lock lever 41 is located on the side of the engaging portion 33 away from the side plate 111 in the horizontal direction, and in the second position, the lock lever 41 is moved to be vertically displaced from the engaging portion 33 and the lock plate 6.
The sliding rod 43 moves in the vertical direction, and the locking rod 41 also moves in the vertical direction due to the fixed connection among the locking rod 41, the connecting rod 42 and the sliding rod 43. When the lock bar 41 moves to the first position, the lock bar 41 is horizontally located on the side of the engaging portion 33 away from the side plate 111, so that the lock bar 41 can limit the movement of the engaging portion 33, the lock plate 6 and the hook 32, prevent the lock bar 41 from rotating to the side away from the side plate 111, and prevent the lock hook 3 from being separated from the top side beam 112 of the container 100. When the sliding rod 43 moves downwards and drives the lock rod 41 to move to the second position, the lock rod 41 moves to be dislocated with the matching part 33 on the lock plate 6 in the vertical direction, specifically, the lock rod 41 moves downwards to be below the matching part 33, so that interference with the matching part 33 cannot be generated, rotation of the lock hook 3 cannot be influenced, and operations such as opening a cover, loading goods, unloading goods and the like can be conveniently performed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 7a, a first limiting channel 61 is formed on the locking plate 6 in a vertical direction, and the engaging portion 33 is formed inside the first limiting channel 61 and on a side close to the side plate 111.
In this embodiment, the first limiting passage 61 is formed to penetrate in the vertical direction, so that the lock lever 41 also extends in the vertical direction, and as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the rod-shaped member 4 is U-shaped as a whole. Further, the engaging portion 33 is located in the first limiting passage 61 and near one side of the side plate 111, so that when the lock lever 41 is moved to the first position, the engaging portion 33 and the hook 32 thereof are restricted from further moving outward. Of course, if the locking plate 6 is formed into other structures, such as a hook-shaped stopper structure and a baffle-shaped stopper structure shown in fig. 7b, the object of the present invention can be achieved as long as the engaging portion 33 corresponding to the locking bar 41 can be provided. In this embodiment, the first limiting channel 61 is formed on the matching portion 33, so that the lock rod 41 can be better limited in the first position.
In the present embodiment, the rod-like member 4 has a U-shape. Of course, the object of the present invention can be achieved if the rod-like member 4 has other shapes, i.e. the locking lever 41 extends in other directions, as long as it can correspond to the matching portion 33 in the first position and limit the outward movement of the locking hook 3. For example, the lock bar 41 may also extend in the horizontal direction, in the first position, the lock bar 41 may still limit the outward movement of the lock hook 3, and in the second position, the lock bar 41 is driven by the sliding rod 43 to move downward integrally, and the lock bar 41 is separated from the matching portion 33 and the lock hook 3 in the vertical direction.
And, the latch hook 3 may be provided with one or two lock plates 6, and the lock lever 41 is provided corresponding to the lock plates 6. That is, the locking hook 3 extends horizontally outward from one side of the locking hook 3 to form a locking plate 6, and the locking rod 41 may be provided with one and matched with the first limiting channel 61 on the locking plate 6. Of course, as shown in fig. 6, two locking plates 6 may be further formed on the locking hook 3 and extend horizontally outwards from two opposite sides of the locking hook 3, and then the locking lever 41 may be provided with two locking plates and fixed to the first limiting channels 61 on the two locking plates 6 in a one-to-one matching manner.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the hook 32 is formed with the engaging portion 33 along the horizontal direction, and the lock lever 41, the connecting rod 42 and the sliding rod 43 are movably connected; in the first position, the lock lever 41 is located on the side of the engagement portion 33 away from the side plate 111, and in the second position, the lock lever 41 is moved to be horizontally displaced from the engagement portion 33.
In this embodiment, the engaging portion 33 is formed on the hook 32, when the latch 41 is at the first position, the latch 41 corresponds to the engaging portion 33, and when the latch 41 is at the second position, the latch 41 moves to be offset from the engaging portion 33 in the horizontal direction, which means that the latch 41 moves in the horizontal direction. When the sliding rod 43 is not moved downwards, the lock lever 41 is located at one side of the matching part 33 away from the side plate 111, so that the effect of limiting the outward movement of the matching part 33 and the lock hook 3 can be achieved; when the sliding rod 43 moves downwards, the sliding rod 43 moves downwards due to the movable connection among the lock rod 41, the connecting rod 42 and the sliding rod 43, and drives the lock rod 41 to move horizontally and gradually separate from the matching part 33, so that the lock hook 3 can be conveniently opened by rotating outwards.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, the hook 32 penetrates through a second limiting channel 321 in the horizontal direction, and the engaging portion 33 is formed inside the second limiting channel 321 and on a side close to the side plate 111.
In the present embodiment, the second stopper passage 321 is formed to penetrate in the horizontal direction, and the engagement portion 33 is formed in the second stopper passage 321. In addition, the sliding rod 43, the connecting rod 42 and the lock rod 41 in the rod-shaped member 4 are movably connected, so that when the sliding rod 43 moves downwards, the lock rod 41 can be driven to move horizontally towards the sliding rod 43, and the lock rod 41 can be disengaged from the second limit channel 321.
Therefore, in the above two embodiments, when the forklift or the turnover frame is used to open the cover 12 of the container 100, the driving rod 9 needs to be extended downward to push the sliding rod 43 downward, so that the locking rod 41 is driven to move to the second position, and the locking device 40 will not limit the position of the locking hook 3.
In addition, as described above, in the first and second embodiments of the present invention, the lock lever 41 and the slide bar 43 both move in a certain direction, so that the locking device 40 further includes a support 71 fixed on the side plate 111, a through hole 711 is formed in the support 71, and in the first position, the lock lever 41 and/or the slide bar 43 are disposed through the through hole 711. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the first embodiment, the support 71 is disposed on the moving path of the lock lever 41, so as to limit the movement of the lock lever 41, so as to provide a better guiding effect for the lock lever 41 to pass through the first limiting passage 61. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13, in the second embodiment, the flat latch 41 moves in the horizontal direction, and the support 71 may support the flat latch 41 to ensure the moving direction and position of the flat latch 41. Of course, the support 71 is not limited to the structure in which the through hole 711 is formed through the inside, and may be other structures, so long as the function of limiting the lock rod 41 can be achieved, the purpose of the present invention can be achieved, and details are not described herein.
As shown in fig. 4 and 13, the locking device 40 may further include a blocking plate 72 fixed to the side plate 111, the blocking plate 72 is recessed or penetrates to form an accommodating space 721, and in the first position, the free end of the lock rod 41 is accommodated in the accommodating space 721. The accommodation space 721 in the shutter 72 also further limits the lock lever 41, and prevents the lock lever 41 from being tilted during transportation.
The slide rod base 5 is fixed to the outside of the roof side rail 112 or is provided inside the roof side rail 112. As shown in fig. 9a, the slide bar base 5 can be fixed to the outside of the roof side rail 112; alternatively, as shown in fig. 9b, the slide bar base 5 may be fixed inside the roof side rail 112 and not disposed near the edge of the roof side rail 112; alternatively, as shown in fig. 9c, the slide bar base 5 may be fixed inside the roof side rail 112 and disposed against the edge of the roof side rail 112. The slide bar seat 5 and the slide bar 43 are arranged close to the top side beam 112, so that the movement of the driving rod 9 on the forklift or the roll-over stand is more convenient.
Of course, after the sliding rod 43 moves downwards and is not subjected to external force, the sliding rod needs to return to the original position, and the lock rod 41 also needs to return to the first position to lock the lock hook 3. Thus, the locking device 40 further includes a return structure including a return spring 81, a first connecting portion 82 and a second connecting portion 83 connected to both ends of the return spring 81, the first connecting portion 82 being fixed to the housing 11, and the second connecting portion 83 being fixed to the rod member 4. Therefore, when the force is no longer applied to the rod 4, the return spring 81 pulls the second connecting portion 83 and the rod 4 to return to the original position.
Specifically, the return spring 81 may adopt a tension spring, a compression spring, an air spring, or the like.
As is known, a spring lengthens when it is subjected to a tensile force, and the direction of the tensile force of the spring itself points towards the inside of the spring; the spring compresses when it is subjected to a thrust, and the direction of the thrust of the spring itself is directed towards the outside of the spring. Therefore, when the lock lever 41 moves to the first position, the return spring 81 is in an unstressed state, and when the lock lever 41 moves to the second position, the return spring 81 is in tension or compression, the return spring 81 itself has a tensile force or a pushing force, and after the external force disappears, the lock lever 41 automatically returns to the first position. Specifically, whether the return spring 81 is extended or compressed when receiving an external force may be determined by the position of the first connection portion 82.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10a and 10b, the slide bar 43 moves downward, and the first connecting portion 82 is disposed below the second connecting portion 83, so that the return spring 81 is in an unstressed state at the first position and the return spring 81 is compressed at the second position. As also shown in fig. 11a and 11b, the first connection 82 is located above the second connection 83, so that in the first position the return spring 81 is in an unstressed state and in the second position the return spring 81 is stretched.
Specifically, in the specific embodiment of the first return spring 81, the return spring 81 is sleeved outside the lock rod 41 or the slide rod 43, and the second connecting portion 83 is fixed on the lock rod 41 or the slide rod 43; the first connecting portion 82 is vertically inserted to form a guide passage 821, and the lock rod 41 or the slide rod 43 is movably disposed in the guide passage 821. As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the return spring 81 is sleeved outside the sliding rod 43, the first connecting portion 82 is disposed below the return spring 81, and a guide channel 821 is formed on the first connecting portion 82 for the lock rod 41 to pass through and move; the second connecting portion 83 can abut against the sliding rod seat 5 in the first position, and in the second position, the second connecting portion 83 is fixed on the sliding rod 43 and is driven to move downward, so that the return spring 81 is compressed. Similarly, as shown in fig. 10a to 10b, the return spring 81 is sleeved outside the lock rod 41, the first connecting portion 82 is disposed below the return spring 81, and a guide channel 821 is formed on the first connecting portion 82 for the lock rod 41 to pass through and move; the second connecting portion 83 can abut against the support 71 in the first position, and in the second position, since the second connecting portion 83 is fixed on the lock rod 41, the second connecting portion is driven to move downward, so that the return spring 81 is compressed.
Of course, if the first connecting portion 82 is disposed above the return spring 81 and the second connecting portion 83 is disposed below the return spring 81 in the specific embodiment of the first return spring 81, the return spring 81 is in a stretched state in the second position.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the second return spring 81, the second connecting portion 83 is fixed to the connecting rod 42, and the return spring 81 is compressed or extended in a direction parallel to the sliding rod 43. Specifically, as shown in fig. 11a to 11b, the first connecting portion 82 is fixed to the top side member 112 of the case 11, and the second connecting portion 83 is fixed to the connecting rod 42, so that the return spring 81 is deformed in the second position. Of course, since the first connecting portion 82 is located above the second connecting portion 83 as described above, the return spring 81 is stretched in the second position. If the first connecting portion 82 is disposed below the second connecting portion 83, the return spring 81 is compressed in the second position.
Fig. 14 to 18 show a second embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the rod-shaped member 4 includes a sliding rod 43 and a movable plate 44 connected in sequence and moving relative to the sliding rod 43, the locking device 40 further includes a sliding rod seat 5 fixed on the side plate 111, and the sliding rod 43 is sleeved in the sliding rod seat 5 and can move along the vertical direction; in the first position, the movable plate 44 is clamped and fixed with the matching portion 33.
Unlike the first embodiment, in the second embodiment, the rod-shaped member 4 is not provided with a locking rod structure, but instead is provided with a movable plate 44, and the movable plate 44 can also move along the sliding rod 43. So that when the slide bar 43 is driven, the movable plate 44 is also driven to move between the first position and the second position. In addition, in the first position, the movable plate 44 is clamped and fixed with the matching part 33 on the locking hook 3, so that the locking hook 3 can be prevented from being separated and the cover 12 can be prevented from being opened accidentally; in the second position, the movable plate 44 is moved downward to be disengaged from the engaging portion 33, so that the lever member 31 of the lock hook 3 can be further driven to disengage the hook 32 from the cover 12.
Specifically, the second embodiment includes two specific examples, which are a third specific example and a fourth specific example.
As shown in fig. 14, a third embodiment. The rod-shaped member 4 further includes a connecting rod 42, the connecting rod 42 is formed by extending from the lower end of the sliding rod 43 along the horizontal direction, and the movable plate 44 is fixed on the connecting rod 42.
Accordingly, the connecting rod 42 and the movable plate 44 are correspondingly moved downward by the same distance in the process that the sliding rod 43 is driven to move downward. Thus, when the movable plate 44 is moved to the second position, the movable plate 44 is disengaged from the engagement portion 33.
Similarly, in the third embodiment, the locking device 40 also includes a return structure, the return structure includes a return spring 81, and a first connecting portion 82 and a second connecting portion 83 connected to two ends of the return spring 81, the first connecting portion 82 is fixed relative to the housing 11, and the second connecting portion 83 is fixed on the rod-like member 4.
Since the second connecting portion 83 of the return spring 81 is fixed to the rod-shaped member 4, the second connecting portion 83 of the return spring 81 moves downward when the rod-shaped member 4 is moved downward, so that the return spring 81 is deformed. The return spring 81 tends to return to the unstressed state after the rod-shaped member 4 is unstressed, thereby moving the second connecting portion 83 upward and further moving the rod-shaped member 4 upward.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 15, the return spring 81 is sleeved outside the sliding rod 43, and the second connecting portion 83 is fixed on the sliding rod 43; the first connecting portion 82 penetrates the guide passage 821 vertically, and the sliding rod 43 is movably disposed in the guide passage 821.
And, the first connecting portion 82 is located below the second connecting portion 83, so that the second connecting portion 83 moves downward and compresses the return spring 81 during the downward movement of the slide bar 43 by the driving.
Of course, the object of the present invention can be achieved if the first connecting portion 82 is located above the second connecting portion 83, or the return spring 81 is not sleeved on the outer side of the sliding rod 43.
As shown in fig. 16, a fourth embodiment. The movable plate 44 is fixed on the sliding rod 43. Unlike the third embodiment, in the present embodiment, the movable plate 44 is directly fixed to the sliding rod 43 without an additional connecting rod 42. Likewise, the slide rod 43 moves downward to drive the movable plate 44 to move downward, and after moving to the second position, the movable plate 44 is disengaged from the engaging portion 33.
Similarly, in the fourth embodiment, the locking device 40 also includes a return structure, the return structure includes a return spring 81, a first connecting portion 82 and a second connecting portion 83, the first connecting portion 82 and the second connecting portion 83 are connected to two ends of the return spring 81, the first connecting portion 82 is fixed relative to the housing 11, and the second connecting portion 83 is movably connected to the rod-shaped member 4.
The second connecting portion 83 is movably connected to the rod 4, so that the second connecting portion 83 is not directly forced to move by the movement of the rod 4. Specifically, the return spring 81 is sleeved outside the slide rod 43, the first connecting portion 82 and the second connecting portion 83 both penetrate up and down to form a guide channel 821, and the slide rod 43 is movably disposed in the guide channel 821; the second connecting portion 83 is located below the movable plate 44, and in the second position, the second connecting portion 83 abuts against the movable plate 44.
Because the movable plate 44 is directly fixed on the sliding rod 43, and the second connecting portion 83 is located below the movable plate 44, the movable plate 44 gradually approaches the second connecting portion 83 until contacting the second connecting portion 83 during the downward movement process, so that the second connecting portion 83 can be driven to move downward to cause the spring to deform.
In the fourth embodiment, the second connecting portion 83 is only located above the first connecting portion 82, so that the return spring 81 is only compressed when the movable plate 44 moves downward and drives the second connecting portion 83 to move downward.
Of course, if the return spring 81 is not sleeved outside the sliding rod 43, the requirements of the present invention can be satisfied as long as the above purpose is achieved.
In addition, in the second embodiment, since the movable plate 44 is engaged with the engaging portion 33, the structure of the engaging portion 33 of the hook 32 is different from that of the first embodiment.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 16, a first embodiment of the movable plate 44 is shown. Specifically, the movable plate 44 includes a main plate 441 and a cross plate 442 protruding outward from the main plate 441, and the interior of the cross plate 442 is hollow to form a holding space, or is bent and disposed on the main plate 441 to form a holding space with the main plate 441; the engaging portion 33 is formed on the hook 32, and in the first position, the hook 32 extends into the abutting space, and the engaging portion 33 is accommodated in the abutting space.
The engaging portion 33 is formed directly on the hook 32, and particularly, the engaging portion 33 is located on an outward side of the hook 32. The movable plate 44 has a main plate 441 and a cross plate 442 connected to each other, and a holding space is formed on the movable plate 44 regardless of the structure of the cross plate 442. In the first position, the engaging portion 33 of the hook 32 is received in the holding space. And when the container is bumpy during transportation, the matching part 33 on the hook-shaped piece 32 is limited by the abutting space, the hook-shaped piece 32 cannot be turned outwards further, and the hook-shaped piece 32 cannot be separated from the container body 11.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 18, the movable plate 44 is a second embodiment, specifically, in this embodiment, the movable plate 44 directly penetrates or is recessed from top to bottom to form a holding space; the engaging portion 33 is formed on the hook 32, and in the first position, the hook 32 extends into the abutting space, and the engaging portion 33 is accommodated in the abutting space.
The second embodiment of the present movable plate 44 differs from the first embodiment only in the structure of the movable plate 44. The movable plate 44 in the second embodiment is integrally formed, and the rest of the second embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, and will not be described herein again.
In addition, in the present invention, the rod-shaped member 4 of the locking device 40 serves as a main structure for driving the locking hook 3, and the rod-shaped member 4 may be provided in plurality. Specifically, in the first and second embodiments, the rod-shaped member 4 includes a sliding rod 43 and a sliding rod seat 5, and the sliding rod 43 can slide up and down in the sliding rod seat 5 and drive the locking rod 41 or the movable plate 44 to move up and down. Thus, in order to increase the driving force, the arrangement of the slide bar 43 and the slide bar base 5 may be provided in pairs. Specifically, as shown in fig. 19 and 14, the sliding rod 43 and the sliding rod seat 5 may be respectively provided with two sliding rods and respectively distributed on two sides of the locking hook 3.
As shown in fig. 20, the present invention also provides a spreader 90 of a container, the spreader 90 including:
a hanger main body 91;
a driving rod 92 fixed on the hanger main body 91, wherein the driving rod 92 is arranged corresponding to the rod-shaped member 4;
and the driving block 93 is fixed on the hanger main body 91, and the driving block 93 is arranged corresponding to one side of the lever member 31 away from the hook member 32.
Therefore, during the downward movement of the driving rod 92, the rod 4 can be driven to move to the second position, so that the rod 4 is disengaged from the engagement portion 33 on the locking hook 3; further, the driving block 93 is disposed corresponding to a side of the lever member 31 away from the hook member 32, so that the driving block 93 can drive the side of the lever member 31 away from the hook member 32 to move downwards, and the side of the lever member 31 close to the hook member 32 moves upwards, thereby driving the hook member 32 to turn upwards and separate from the box body 11. Thus, the container's lid 12 and body 11 are no longer locked.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 20, the driving lever 92 includes a driving body 921, a driving member 922 moving in the vertical direction, and a power spring 923 connected between the driving member 922 and the driving body 921, the power spring 923 extending in the vertical direction; the rod-shaped member 4 includes a locking bar 41, and the end of the driving member 922 corresponds to the locking bar 41.
Since the lifting tool 90 of the present invention is provided with the power storage spring 923, the power storage spring 923 is also compressed when the driving member 922 presses the lock lever 41, and both ends of the driving member 922 are stressed. When the spreader 90 is lifted, the power spring 923 can again cause the driving member 922 to rebound. Thus, for the lifting tool 90, the lifting tool 90 has two downward movements, the first downward movement allows the driving rod 92 to drive the rod 4, so as to disengage the rod 4 of the locking device 40 from the hook 32 of the locking hook 3; the second downward movement allows the driving block 93 to move downward to contact with the end of the lever member 31 away from the hook 32 and to urge the end of the lever member 31 away from the hook 32 to move downward, so that the hook 32 is lifted and the box body 11 and the cover body 12 are no longer locked to each other.
The invention also provides an operation method for opening the cover body 12 of the container, which comprises the following steps:
the lifting appliance main body 91 moves downwards to drive the driving rod 92 to move downwards, and the driving rod 92 is in contact with the rod-shaped element 4;
the hanger main body 91 continues to move downwards, and the driving rod 92 drives the rod-shaped element 4 to move from the first position to the second position;
the hanger main body 91 continues to move downwards, and the driving block 93 moves downwards to contact with one side of the lever member 31 away from the hook member 32;
the hanger main body 91 continues to move downwards, and the driving block 93 drives one side of the lever member 31 away from the hook member 32 to move downwards;
the spreader 90 locks and moves the cover 12.
Therefore, in summary, the top cover lock 20 of the container 100 of the present invention further includes a locking device 40, when the rod-like member 4 of the locking device 40 is in the first position, the rod-like member 4 is engaged with the engaging portion 33 of the locking hook 3, the locking hook 3 is limited, and the hook-like member 32 of the locking hook 3 is clamped under the top side beam 112, so that the locking hook 3 locks the cover 12 to the container body 11, thereby preventing the locking hook 3 from being thrown away and the cargo from leaking during the transportation of the container 100. In the second position, the rod-like member 4 is disengaged from the engagement portion 33, so that the latch hook 3 can pivot on the fixed base 2 by an external force to be disengaged from the top side member 112 for opening the lid and loading/unloading the cargo.
In addition, in the present invention, two embodiments are specifically described, in which the rod-shaped member 4 has a different structure and uses the sliding rod 43 or the movable plate 44, respectively, but both of them can limit the movement of the engaging portion 33 and the locking hook 3 in the first position and can be separated from the engaging portion 33 in the second position.
