Abstract
The invention discloses a fishing gear label packaging structure fixed on a net rope and a packaging method, wherein the structure comprises the following steps: forming an RFID electronic tag of the fishing gear mark; one side of the label packaging shell seat is of an opening structure, and the RFID electronic label is hermetically arranged in the label packaging shell seat; and the gland covers the opening of the label packaging shell seat, and the gland and the label packaging shell seat are relatively buckled and tightly clamps the net rope. 1. the RFID electronic tag can be completely and permanently packaged, the RFID electronic tag is packaged by a plastic shell, the packaged RFID electronic tag is attached in a tag containing chamber, the inner cavity of the tag containing chamber is filled with glue, so that the RFID electronic tag is completely fixed in the tag containing chamber, then a packaging sheet is used for sealing the tag containing chamber, and when the gland and the tag packaging shell seat are mutually buckled to clamp the net rope, the pressurizing reinforcing rib of the gland not only can strengthen the structural strength of the gland, but also can play a role in fixing the position of the net rope, and can press the packaging sheet, so that the packaging sheet is difficult to deviate;
2. through the non-detachable matching of the locking seat and the locking groove, the gland can be locked with the label packaging shell seat in a non-detachable way, the fastening force generated by the non-detachable connection drives the gland rope penetrating groove of the gland and the shell seat rope penetrating groove of the label packaging shell seat to hold the net rope together, and the convex tip is penetrated into the net rope, so that the position of the fishing gear label packaging structure on the net rope is locked, the fishing gear label packaging structure is prevented from slipping and losing, and the effect of permanently fixing the fishing gear label packaging structure on the net rope is achieved;
3. the fishing gear can be reasonably managed, the corresponding fishing gear information can be rapidly acquired only by directly reading the RFID electronic tag through a radio frequency technology, the type of the fishing gear is judged, the fishing gear needing to be eliminated can be conveniently taken back when relevant fishing gears are eliminated in the later period, the information of the fishing gear needing to be eliminated is removed from the database, and therefore the damage of eliminated fishing gear to the ecological environment is reduced.

The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying figures 1-3 and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a fishing tackle tag enclosing structure fixed on a net rope comprises:
an RFID electronic tag 3 forming a fishing gear mark;
one side of the label packaging shell seat 1 is of an opening structure and is formed by injection molding, and an RFID electronic label 3 is hermetically arranged in the label packaging shell seat 1;
the injection molding gland 2 covers the opening of the label packaging shell seat 1, the gland 2 and the label packaging shell seat 1 are oppositely buckled into a shell and clamp the net rope 5, and a net rope passing channel for accommodating the net rope 5 to pass through is formed on the shell.

The fastening force generated by the relative fastening of the gland 2 and the label packaging shell seat 1 drives the gland rope threading groove 201 of the gland 2 and the shell seat rope threading groove 101 of the label packaging shell seat 1 to tightly hold the net rope 5 together, and the convex tip 4 is penetrated into the net rope 5, so that the position of the fishing gear label packaging structure on the net rope 5 is locked, the fishing gear label packaging structure is prevented from slipping and losing, and the effect of permanently fixing the fishing gear label packaging structure on the net rope 5 is achieved.
As shown in fig. 3, a label containing chamber 102 is fixed on the inner wall of the label containing housing base 1, the rfid tag 3 is installed in the label containing chamber 102, a sealing sheet 104 is hermetically attached to one side of the label containing chamber 102 facing the net rope 5, and the sealing sheet 104 seals the inner cavity of the label containing chamber 102 to make the inner cavity of the label containing chamber 102a closed cavity.
For the convenience of installation and positioning, the label holding chamber 102 is provided with an inner positioning step 102a forming an inner contour edge on a side facing the net rope 5, and an edge of the packing sheet 104 is fixedly attached and matched with the inner positioning step 102 a.
In order to strengthen the structure, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 103 are arranged around the outer side wall of the tag accommodating chamber 102, and the reinforcing ribs 103 are fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the tag accommodating chamber 102 and the inner wall of the tag packaging shell seat 1.
As shown in fig. 2, two pressure ribs 202 are disposed on the inner wall of the pressing cover 2, and the pressure ribs 202 press the sealing sheet 104 against the label accommodating chamber 102 under the action of the buckling force generated by the relative buckling between the pressing cover 2 and the label sealing housing base 1; the pressure reinforcing rib 202 is provided with a yielding notch which is used for accommodating the part, which is penetrated by the net rope 5 and forms a part of the passage for the net rope to penetrate through, and the net rope 5 is pressed on the plate surface of the packaging sheet 104 by the yielding notch of the pressure reinforcing rib 202 under the driving of the buckling force generated by the relative buckling of the press cover 2 and the label packaging shell seat 1.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the packaging method includes the following steps:
s1, packaging an RFID electronic tag 3 by using a plastic shell to coat and protect the RFID electronic tag 3, and pasting a double-sided adhesive tape at the bottom of the plastic shell of the RFID electronic tag 3;
s2, attaching the bottom of the plastic shell of the RFID electronic tag 3 to the inner wall of the tag accommodating chamber 102 through the double faced adhesive tape, so that the RFID electronic tag 3 is arranged on the inner wall of the tag accommodating chamber 102, then filling a sealant (which can be a corrosion-resistant epoxy resin sealant) in the tag accommodating chamber 102 to completely fix and seal the RFID electronic tag 3, and finally sealing the inner cavity of the tag accommodating chamber 102 by using a packaging sheet 104 to seal the inner cavity of the tag accommodating chamber 102 so as to enable the inner cavity of the tag accommodating chamber 102 to be a sealed cavity;
and S3, covering the label packaging shell seat 1 by using the gland 2 so that the gland 2 is buckled with the label packaging shell seat 1, pressing the packaging sheet 104 and the net rope 5 by using the pressing reinforcing rib 202 of the gland 2, tightly holding the net rope 5 by using the gland rope penetrating groove 201 of the gland 2 and the shell seat rope penetrating groove 101 of the label packaging shell seat 1 together, and enabling the convex tip 4 to penetrate into the net rope 5.
After the steps are completed, the reading and writing operation of the RFID electronic tag 3 can be carried out after the glue is solidified.
