Referring to fig. 1 to 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, a smart city-based charging pile includes a charging pile base 1, a cabinet 2, a storage mechanism 3, a reminding device 4, a heat dissipation device 5, and a control unit 6; the charging pile comprises a charging pile base 1, a cabinet body 2, a storage mechanism 3, a charging wire 7, a charging wire, a charging cable and a charging cable, wherein the cabinet body 2 is fixedly arranged at the top of the charging pile base 1, the top of the cabinet body 2 is rotatably connected with the storage mechanism 3, the interior of the storage mechanism 3 is communicated with the interior of the cabinet body 2, the charging wire 7 is fixedly arranged in the cabinet body 2, and one end of the charging wire 7 extends to the; the left side of the cabinet body 2 is provided with uniformly distributed vent holes 8, the heat dissipation device 5 is fixedly arranged inside the cabinet body 2, the vent holes 8 are positioned between the containing mechanism 3 and the heat dissipation device 5, and the front side of the cabinet body 2 is provided with a two-dimensional code; the control unit 6 comprises a cloud server 61, a data processor 62 and a communication module 63, the cloud server 61 is in signal connection with the communication module 63, the communication module 63 is electrically connected with the data processor 62, and an output shaft end of the data processor 62 is electrically connected with the accommodating mechanism 3, the reminding device 4 and the heat dissipation device 5; the user scans the two-dimensional code arranged on the cabinet body 2 through mobile equipment such as a mobile phone and the like, logs in the cloud server 61, carries out payment operation, authorizes the cloud server 61 according to user payment, transmits authorization information to the data processor 62 through the communication module 63, processes data by using the data processor 62, then controls the accommodating mechanism 3 to stretch out, pops out the charging gun 9 connected with the charging wire 7 from the inside of the accommodating mechanism 3, and can use the charging gun by directly taking the charging gun, so that the charging gun is more intelligent, the charging pile can be used according to requirements, the overall sealing performance of the charging pile is ensured when the charging pile is not used, the internal elements are protected and isolated, and the service life of the charging pile can be effectively prolonged;
the top of the charging cabinet body 2 is provided with a fitting groove 21, the receiving mechanism 3 comprises a receiving pipe 31, the receiving pipe 31 is positioned on the inner side of the fitting groove 21 and is rotatably connected with the cabinet body 2, a placing clamp 32 is arranged inside the receiving pipe 31, an electromagnet 33 is fixedly installed inside the receiving pipe 31, the bottom of the electromagnet 33 is magnetically connected with the placing clamp 32, one end of a charging wire 7 extends to the inside of the receiving pipe 31 and is fixedly connected with a charging gun 9, the top of the charging gun 9 is clamped with the placing clamp 32, and the electromagnet 33 is electrically connected with the data processor 62; the traditional charging gun 9 is generally installed outside a charging pile and exposed indoors or outdoors, when the charging gun 9 is exposed in severe weather such as rain and snow and dust weathering corrosion, the charging wire 7 and the charging gun 9 are easily damaged in different degrees, and potential safety hazards exist, when the device is not used, the charging gun 9 can be placed on the placing clamp 32 in a clamping manner, the top of the charging gun 9 is provided with a certain bulge, so that the charging gun 9 is hung on the placing clamp 32, the top of the placing clamp 32 is made of iron, then the data processor 62 is used for controlling the electromagnet 33 to be electrified to apply magnetic force to the placing clamp 32 to drive the placing clamp 32 to adsorb and lift, the charging gun 9 is stored in the containing pipe 31, then the containing pipe 31 rotates to the fitting groove 21, the containing pipe 31 is sealed, the charging wire 7 and the charging gun 9 are effectively protected, potential safety hazards such as electric leakage are reduced;
a communicating pipe 311 is integrally formed on the accommodating pipe 31, the bottom end of the communicating pipe 311 penetrates through and extends to the inside of the cabinet body 2, a first conical gear 312 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the communicating pipe 311, a servo motor 313 is fixedly installed on the inner top wall of the cabinet body 2, an output shaft of the servo motor 313 is fixedly connected with a second conical gear 314 through a coupling, and the first conical gear 312 is meshed with the second conical gear 314; the data processor 62 controls the servo motor 313 to rotate forward and backward, and drives the storage pipe 31 on the communication pipe 311 to rotate around the communication pipe 311 by meshing and matching the first conical gear 312 and the second conical gear 314, thereby controlling the rotation of the storage pipe 31 and the position of the storage pipe 31.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the heat dissipation device 5 includes an air filter 51 and an air pump 52, the air filter 51 and the air pump 52, a vent pipe 53 is fixedly connected between the air filter 51 and the air pump 52, the air filter 51 is communicated with the air pump 52 through the vent pipe 53, and the interior of the air filter 51 is communicated with the exterior through the vent hole 8; the air pump 52 pumps air in the air filter plate 51, and then sucks external air into the air filter plate 51 through the vent holes 8 for filtering treatment, so that air flow is enhanced, the temperature of the electric elements in the cabinet body 2 is reduced, and heat dissipation work is completed;
air filter plate 51 includes air box 511, air box 511's inside is installed dust filter plate 512 from left to right in proper order, moisture absorption plate 513 and cooling plate 514, the top and air box 511 fixed connection and the intercommunication of breather pipe 53, air box 511's inside dust filter plate 512, moisture absorption plate 513 and cooling plate 514 can remove dust, dry and the work of cooling to the air that passes through in proper order, make the air drying of circulation can play the cooling effect, then high temperature air rises and flows out from receiving pipe 31, accomplish air cycle.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the reminding device 4 includes a distance sensor 41 and a warning light 42, the distance sensor 41 and the warning light 42 are both fixedly mounted on the front side of the cabinet body 2, the distance sensor 41 and the warning light 42 are both electrically connected with the data processor 62, the distance sensor 41 senses the distance between the vehicle and the cabinet body 2 and transmits data to the data processor 62, when the distance is less than one meter, the data processor 62 controls the warning light 42 to light a red light, when the distance is greater than one meter and less than five meters, a yellow light is lit, a user can judge the distance between the vehicle and the charging pile according to the color of the light, and the probability of vehicle collision with the charging pile is reduced;
the charging wire 7 is divided into a direct connection section and a spiral section, one end of the direct connection section is electrically connected with the control unit 6, the other end of the direct connection section extends into the accommodating pipe 31 through the communicating pipe 311 and is integrally formed with the spiral section, the other end of the spiral section is electrically connected with the charging gun 9, the charging wire 7 is a PUR spiral spring cable, the direct connection section is utilized for connection, the spiral section enables the charging wire 7 to have excellent extending capacity and is convenient to accommodate, the PUR spiral spring cable is resistant to oil and hydrolysis, weak acid and weak base, ageing and ultraviolet rays, various excellent chemical properties such as microbial corrosion resistance and various excellent physical properties such as wear resistance, tear resistance and excellent elasticity;

The working principle is as follows: the user scans the two-dimensional code arranged on the cabinet body 2 through mobile equipment such as a mobile phone and the like, logs in the cloud server 61, carries out payment operation, authorizes the cloud server 61 according to the payment of the user, transmits authorization information to the data processor 62 through the communication module 63, processes data by using the data processor 62, then controls the accommodating mechanism 3 to extend out, controls the servo motor 313 to rotate forward and backward, drives the accommodating pipe 31 on the communicating pipe 311 to rotate by taking the communicating pipe 311 as an axis through the meshing matching between the first conical gear 312 and the second conical gear 314, thereby controlling the rotation of the accommodating pipe 31, controls the position of the accommodating pipe 31, pops the charging gun 9 connected with the charging wire 7 out of the accommodating mechanism 3, and the user can use the charging gun by directly taking the charging gun, thereby being more intelligent and being capable of charging according to the requirement, the conventional charging gun 9 is generally installed at the outside of the charging post to be exposed either indoors or outdoors, in severe weather such as rain and snow and dust weathering corrosion, the charging wire 7 and the charging gun 9 are easily damaged to different degrees, potential safety hazards exist, when the device is not used, the charging gun 9 can be placed on the placing clamp 32 in a clamping way, then the data processor 62 controls the electromagnet 33 to be electrified to apply magnetic force to the placing clamp 32, so as to drive the placing clamp 32 to be adsorbed and lifted, thereby, the charging gun 9 is received in the receiving tube 31, and then the receiving tube 31 is rotated to the bonding groove 21, the storage pipe 31 is sealed, the charging wire 7 and the charging gun 9 are effectively protected, potential safety hazards such as electric leakage are reduced, the overall sealing performance of the charging pile is ensured when the charging pile is not used, protect the isolation to its inside component, can effectual improvement fill electric pile's life.
