The horizontal portion 15 is located on the upper surface of the extension 11. The upper surface of the upper cushion rubber 7 is connected with the lower surface of the flat plate 14; the lower surface of the upper cushion rubber 7 is connected to the upper surface of the horizontal portion 15. The lower cushion upper armature 8 is located in the gap between the bosses 19.
