The invention relates to a quick-change type curing bladder clamping device, which belongs to the technical field of tire processing and comprises a curing bladder with an annular curing bladder edge strip, a pressing piece with a buckling groove, a pressing slideway and an annular pressing groove, a clamping piece with a clamping tooth and an annular clamping groove, and a fixing piece for connecting the pressing piece and the clamping piece. The pressing groove and the clamping groove are adapted to the vulcanizing capsule edge strips at the edge of the vulcanizing capsule. The clamping teeth are placed in the pressing slideway through the buckling grooves, slide along the slideway surface of the pressing slideway, and the pressing groove and the clamping groove are utilized to fix the vulcanizing capsule. a curing bladder comprising an annular curing bladder rim;
the pressing piece comprises a buckling groove, a pressing slideway and an annular pressing groove, and the pressing groove is matched with the edge strip of the curing capsule;
the clamping piece comprises a clamping tooth and an annular clamping groove, and the clamping tooth is matched with the buckling groove so that the clamping tooth is placed into the pressing slideway through the buckling groove; the clamping teeth can slide along the slideway surface of the pressing slideway; the clamping groove is adapted to the edge strip of the curing capsule; the pressing groove is matched with the clamping groove to fix the edge strips of the curing capsule; the clamping pieces are not less than two;
the fixing piece is used for connecting the pressing piece and the clamping piece and preventing the pressing piece and the clamping piece from rotating; the fixing piece penetrates through the clamping piece and is connected with the clamping teeth.

The fixing part 4 penetrates through the clamping part 1 and the clamping teeth 103 to be connected with the pressing part 2, so that the clamping part 1 and the pressing part 2 are prevented from rotating relatively. The fixing member 4 is preferably a fixing rod having a screw thread, and is screw-coupled with the pressing member 2. The clamping piece 1 is placed in the pressing slide channel 205 of the pressing piece 2 by means of the clamping teeth 103, so that the vulcanization capsule 3 is fixed, and the phenomenon of looseness caused by continuous tensioning and shrinkage alternation of the vulcanization capsule 3 is effectively prevented. The fixing member 4 can prevent the clamping member 1 and the pressing member 2 from rotating relatively, and further prevent the vulcanization capsule 3 from loosening.
When the clamping device is used, the edge strips 301 of the curing capsule are pressed into the pressing grooves 201, the clamping teeth 103 are placed into the pressing slide ways 205 through the buckling grooves 202, the clamping teeth are rotated by a certain angle, the fixing piece 4 penetrates through the clamping teeth 103 and the pressing main bodies 203 corresponding to the clamping teeth 103, and therefore the clamping piece 1 and the pressing piece 2 are prevented from rotating relatively. Meanwhile, the edge strips 301 of the curing capsule are fixed by means of the matching action of the clamping grooves 101 and the pressing grooves 201. When the curing capsule 3 needs to be disassembled, the fixing piece 4 is disassembled, and the clamping piece 1 is rotated to the position corresponding to the buckling groove 202, so that the clamping piece 1 is separated from the pressing piece 2, and the curing capsule 3 is disassembled.

The structure of the quick-change type clamping device for the curing bladder is the same as that in embodiment 1, except that:
as shown in fig. 3, the fixing member 4 is connected to the clamping tooth 103 through a portion of the pressing body 203 corresponding to the position of the clamping tooth 103, and prevents the clamping member 1 and the pressing member 2 from rotating relatively.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the clamping teeth 103 are integrally formed with the clamping body 102. The clamping tooth 103 is a wedge-shaped structure including a slip-off prevention groove 104 and a clamping tooth surface 105. The anti-slip groove 104 is a wedge-shaped groove structure with a single opening, and the opening surface of the wedge-shaped groove structure is overlapped with the clamping tooth surface 105. The position of the anti-falling groove 104 is matched with that of the fixing piece 4, and the fixing piece 4 extends into the anti-falling groove 104 and is fixedly connected with the clamping teeth 103.

As shown in fig. 6, the pressing slide 205 includes a wedge-shaped pressing block 204 therein, and the pressing block 204 includes a pressing surface (not shown) having an inclined surface. The pressing surface is arranged parallel to the clamping tooth surface 105, and after the clamping tooth 103 rotates to a certain position, the clamping tooth surface 105 can be in close contact with the pressing surface. The fixing part 4 penetrates through the pressing part 2 and extends into the anti-falling groove 104 to press the anti-falling face 106, the interaction between the fixing part 4 and the anti-falling face 106 generates an acting force opposite to the pressing face and the clamping tooth face 105 of the pressing block 204 along the pressing slideway 205, self-locking is realized, the mutual rotation of the clamping part 1 and the pressing part 2 is further effectively prevented, and the fixing stability of the vulcanizing capsule 3 is ensured.

1. A quick-change curing bladder clamping device, comprising:
a curing bladder comprising an annular curing bladder rim;
the pressing piece comprises a buckling groove, a pressing slideway and an annular pressing groove, and the pressing groove is matched with the edge strip of the curing capsule;
the clamping piece comprises a clamping tooth and an annular clamping groove, and the clamping tooth is matched with the buckling groove so that the clamping tooth is placed into the pressing slideway through the buckling groove; the clamping teeth can slide along the slideway surface of the pressing slideway; the clamping groove is adapted to the edge strip of the curing capsule; the pressing groove is matched with the clamping groove to fix the edge strips of the curing capsule; the clamping pieces are not less than two;
the fixing piece is used for connecting the pressing piece and the clamping piece and preventing the pressing piece and the clamping piece from rotating; the fixing piece penetrates through the clamping piece and is connected with the clamping teeth.
2. The vulcanized capsule clamping device of claim 1, wherein the compression member further comprises a wedge-shaped compression block having a compression surface disposed within the compression slide; the clamping teeth include clamping tooth surfaces arranged parallel to the pressing surfaces.

The vulcanized rubber bladder clamping device according to claim 3, wherein the plane of the release preventing surface and the plane of the clamping tooth surface have an intersection line; the anti-slip surface and the clamping tooth surface are arranged on the same side of a plane perpendicular to the slideway surface.
