The method brings great trouble to the sizing correction and finishing polishing repair of the subsequent blank castings, and the sizes of the blank castings are difficult to ensure.
The pressed blade wax piece inevitably has shrinkage deformation in the cooling process, and in order to strengthen the control of the size of the guide blade wax mould, a reasonable wax mould placing mode is critical.
