The amorphous strip processing device is characterized by comprising a processing platform (100), a support (200) for placing a reel is arranged at one end of the processing platform (100), a spraying mechanism (300), an A wiping mechanism (400), an air drying mechanism (500) and a B wiping mechanism (600) are sequentially arranged on the processing platform (100), the spraying mechanism (300) is used for spraying a cleaning agent to an amorphous strip passing through the lower part of the processing platform (100), the air drying mechanism (500) is used for air-drying the cleaning agent on the surface of the amorphous strip, the A wiping mechanism (400) and the B wiping mechanism (600) are used for wiping the surface of the amorphous strip, the A wiping mechanism (400) and the B wiping mechanism (600) are consistent in structure and respectively comprise two wiping strips (800) distributed in a right angle shape, the wiping strips (800) and the processing platform (100) are distributed in a cross shape in the length direction, the adjacent wiping strips (800) in the A wiping mechanism (400) and the B wiping mechanism (600) are distributed in a parallel manner, the wiping strip (800) is connected with the adjusting mechanism (700), and the adjusting mechanism (700) is used for adjusting the wiping strip (800) to move along the length direction thereof so as to wipe the amorphous strip on the processing platform (100).
3. An amorphous strip processing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the reels are equally spaced along the width of the processing platform (100).

The amorphous strip processing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein a plurality of sets of stoppers (110) are mounted on the processing platform (100), the stoppers (110) surround and form material guiding slots (120) for passing the amorphous strip, and the positions of the material guiding slots (120) and the positions of the reels are in one-to-one correspondence.

The amorphous strip processing device according to claim 2, wherein the spraying mechanism (300) comprises an atomizing nozzle (310) and a liquid supply assembly (320), the atomizing nozzle (310) is arranged downward, the atomizing nozzle (310) and the processing platform (100) are arranged at intervals up and down, the atomizing nozzle (310) and the material guide groove (120) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the atomizing nozzle (310) is connected with the liquid supply assembly (320), and the liquid supply assembly (320) is used for supplying a cleaning agent to the atomizing nozzle (310).

The amorphous strip processing device according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting mechanism (700) comprises two elastic telescopic rods (800) arranged in parallel, the upper ends of the elastic telescopic rods (800) are hinged on the frame (820) through hinge axes A (830), the hinge axes A (830) are horizontally arranged, the axes of the hinge axes A (830) are perpendicular to the plumb surface where the length direction of the wiping strip (800) is located, the lower ends of the elastic telescopic rods (810) are hinged on the wiping strip (800) through hinge axes B (840), the axial directions of the hinge axes A (830) are consistent with the axial direction of the hinge axes B (840), the wiping strip (800) is connected with an adjusting component, and the adjusting component is used for adjusting the wiping strip (800) to swing around the hinge axes A (830).

The amorphous strip processing device according to claim 6, wherein the adjusting assembly comprises a driving shaft (710), a C transmission assembly (720) and a D transmission assembly (730), two groups of the C transmission assembly (720) are provided, four groups of the D transmission assembly (730) are provided, the two groups of the C transmission assembly (720) are arranged corresponding to the A wiping mechanism (400) and the B wiping mechanism (600), the four groups of the D transmission assembly (730) are respectively arranged corresponding to the wiping strips (800) in the A wiping mechanism (400) and the B wiping mechanism (600), and the driving shaft (710) drives the two wiping strips (800) in the A wiping mechanism (400) or the B wiping mechanism (600) to alternatively swing through the C transmission assembly (720) and the two D transmission assemblies (730).

The amorphous strip processing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the C transmission assembly (720) comprises a C1 transmission shaft (721), a C2 transmission shaft (722) and a C3 transmission shaft (723), the transmission shafts (710) are horizontally arranged, the transmission shafts (710) are arranged along the length direction of the processing platform (100), the transmission shafts (710) form transmission fit with the C1 transmission shaft (721) through gear transmission, the C1 transmission shaft (721) is horizontally arranged, the C1 transmission shaft (721) and the transmission shafts (710) are vertically arranged, the C1 transmission shaft (721) forms transmission fit with the C2 transmission shaft (722) through gear transmission, the C2 transmission shaft (722) is horizontally arranged, the axial direction of the C2 transmission shaft (722) is axially consistent with the axial direction of the transmission shaft (710), the C3 transmission shaft (723) is provided with two groups, the two groups of C3 transmission shafts (723) are distributed along the direction of the plumb, the C2 transmission shaft (722) forms transmission fit with the two groups of C3 transmission shafts (723) through, the two C3 transmission shafts (723) are separated and connected with the D transmission assembly (730).
