Description

Wearable depression therapeutic instrument
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of therapeutic instruments, and particularly discloses a wearable depression therapeutic instrument.
Background
In recent years, people pay attention to the fact that the incidence rate of depression is increased day by day, but the diagnosis rate and the curative effect of depression are not ideal. Depression is characterized by physical and mental damage, and modern medicine relies heavily on the action of drugs, resulting in high side effect, low cure rate and easy recurrence. Traditional Chinese medicine effectively treats depression through the combination of medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion and psychological dispersion, but is difficult to popularize due to the lack of simple means. The market expects a treatment method which has double effects on body and mind, is simple and easy to implement, has low recurrence rate and is easily accepted by patients so as to effectively solve the problem of prevention and treatment of depression.
Listening music has become a common consensus for playing a role in the mind, mind and physiology of humans. When a person listens to specific music in a certain way, a certain expected curative effect can be produced, the curative effect is mainly applied to psychological adjustment at present, and the medical clinical application is less because the physiological action is not clear and obvious. However, it has been studied to separate the low frequency part of music to generate mechanical vibration synchronized with the music to form a music vibration therapy. The study on the mechanism of microcirculation along the channels and collaterals of somatosensory music published by the authors of TCM 2015 by the authors of xu-sui zong et al, further investigated the sensitivity frequency of the channels and collaterals of the human body, namely the resonance frequency, such as the resonance frequency of the spleen channel of 29.14Hz and the resonance frequency of the stomach channel of 58.27 Hz; further research shows that the human meridian resonance frequency range is 29.14-110.00 Hz. When the vibration frequency of the music is matched with the resonance frequency of the meridians and collaterals of the human body, the curative effect is optimal.
The current stimulation therapy acts on a human body by using current with specific waveform and frequency, can generate specific physiological response and definite curative effect, and has wide medical clinical application. However, the relatively monotonous repeated waveform is easy to cause tolerance of human body, the body reaction is decreased along with the lengthening of the application time, and the curative effect is attenuated due to the decrease. The music current therapy law avoids the defect, and the unique superiority of the music current therapy law is demonstrated in 'research progress of music electric acupuncture therapy depression' published in 'massage and rehabilitation medicine' by Liu Li and Lianghong authors in 2017. The life activity of the human body presents certain rhythmicity, such as brain wave rhythm and the like; changes in the internal state of the body can cause the rhythm to change. Studies in the book Brain Stimulation, 2015 by Vossen a, Gross J, Thut g, showed that stimulating a human body with signals having a frequency similar to the human body's rhythm may cause some "frequency pulling" phenomenon. When the brain is stimulated by the current with a certain frequency, the frequency of the brain wave can be shifted, even the brain wave is synchronous with a stimulation signal, which means that the consciousness state of the brain is correspondingly changed, and a new treatment idea is provided for diseases such as depression and the like related to the consciousness state of the brain.
According to the theoretical data and practical research, the invention provides a multi-channel wearable depression therapeutic apparatus which combines the treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and can be used for treating psychosomatic diseases and emotional diseases, and the multi-channel wearable depression therapeutic apparatus has better curative effects on various psychosomatic diseases and emotional diseases such as depression.
