The invention provides a multifunctional semiconductor laser treatment comb with sound wave vibration massage, and in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer, the invention is further described in detail by referring to the attached drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a multifunctional semiconductor laser treatment comb with sound wave vibration massage, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, comprising: the therapeutic comb comprises an upper therapeutic comb shell 100, a lower therapeutic comb shell 200, comb teeth 300, an upper motor fixing shell 410, a lower motor fixing shell 420 and a sound wave motor 430. As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 8, the first therapeutic comb lower shell 200 is made of transparent or semitransparent waterproof material, the lower surface of the first therapeutic comb lower shell is a fitting plane 220, the fitting plane 220 is used for fitting the skin of a human body, and the fitting comb teeth 300 are detachable, so that the therapeutic comb can be used for vibration or laser irradiation treatment of the face, the chest, the abdomen and the four limbs of the human body through the fitting plane 220 after the comb teeth 300 are detached, wherein the vibration is matched with the left-right swinging vibration mode of the sound wave motor 430, so that a user can use the vibration effect similar to the finger vibration method to perform disease treatment, physical therapy or body health care.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, a first power support plate 231, a second power support plate 232 and a third power support plate 233 are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the first therapeutic comb lower shell 200 from the middle portion to the tail end, and a groove is formed on one side of each of the first power support plate 231, the second power support plate 232 and the third power support plate 233 facing the therapeutic comb upper shell 100, and the groove is used for accommodating a rechargeable power supply 710 (as shown in fig. 9). In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, at least two first clamping plates 421 extend from the inner wall of the rear end of the motor fixing lower shell 420 to the inner wall of the front end, and the sound wave motor 430 is provided with at least two first clamping grooves (not shown) adapted to the first clamping plates; at least two second clamping plates 422 extend oppositely from the inner walls of the two sides of the motor fixing lower shell 420; the head end of the motor fixing lower shell 420 is provided with a second clamping groove 423; the tail end of the sound wave motor 430 is connected to the tail end of the motor fixing lower shell 420 through the first clamping plate 421 and the first clamping groove in an interference fit manner, the middle part of the sound wave motor is connected to the middle part of the motor fixing lower shell 420 through the second clamping plate 422 in an interference fit manner, and the head end of the sound wave motor is connected to the head end of the motor fixing lower shell 420 through the second clamping groove 423 in an interference fit manner.
The sound wave motor 430 is through first chucking board 421, first chucking groove, second chucking board 422 and second chucking groove 423 mate in the fixed inferior valve 420 of motor, make the sound wave vibration of sound wave motor 430 can directly transmit to first treatment comb inferior valve 200 through the fixed inferior valve 420 of motor, vibration transmission efficiency has been improved, and can effectively avoid the sound wave motor 430 too frequently to break away from the fixed inferior valve 420's of motor because of the vibration fixed inferior valve 420 fixed, damage self or the fixed inferior valve of motor, the life of treatment comb has been improved.
As shown in fig. 11, a gap 440 is reserved between the acoustic wave motor 430 and the motor fixing upper shell 410, so that vibration transmission is effectively prevented from being too dispersed, the vibration transmission efficiency is further improved, the vibration loss is reduced, and the vibration treatment effect is improved.
Further, the middle parts of the two outer side surfaces of the motor fixing lower shell 420 are both provided with inward notches 425 (as shown in fig. 12), and strip-shaped buckles 424 (as shown in fig. 11 and 12) are arranged in the notches 425; two outer side surfaces of the motor fixing upper shell 410 are extended downwards to form a U-shaped buckle 411 (as shown in fig. 11 and 13) with a straight bottom edge, and the inner bottom wall of the U-shaped buckle 411 is attached to the lower end surface of the strip-shaped buckle 424 (as shown in fig. 12).
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the axial center of the sound wave motor 430 is perpendicular to the long side direction of the first therapeutic comb lower shell 200 (as can be seen from fig. 5), fixing plates 413 extend outwards from both ends of the motor fixing upper shell 410 and the motor fixing lower shell 420 (as shown in fig. 13, the fixing plates on the motor fixing lower shell 420 are not separately shown), the fixing plates 413 are triangular, and a connecting hole 413a is opened at a corner departing from the fixing upper shell body and the fixing lower shell body; the number of the support columns 210 is two, a screw hole is formed in the middle of the support column 210, and the motor fixing upper shell 410 and the motor fixing lower shell 420 are connected to the first therapeutic comb lower shell 200 through a connecting hole 413a, a screw hole and a screw.
As shown in fig. 11 and 13, a first penetrating groove 412 is formed at one side of the middle portion of the motor fixing upper case 410. Further, the multifunctional semiconductor laser therapy comb with the acoustic vibration massage function further comprises: the button group 810 (as shown in fig. 14), the button group 810 is made of a flexible material, and the outer edge of the button group 810 is clamped between the treatment comb upper shell 100 and the button fixing plate 820 and is extruded and deformed by the two, so that on one hand, the fixing stability of the button group 810 can be ensured, and on the other hand, the vibration transmitted from the treatment comb upper shell 100 to the button fixing plate 820 can be partially absorbed by the button group 810, thereby reducing the vibration received by the first PCB 830.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the multifunctional semiconductor laser therapy comb with acoustic wave vibration massage further comprises: as shown in fig. 9 and 16, the second therapeutic comb lower shell 600 is attached to the first therapeutic comb lower shell 200 (as shown in fig. 16), and a second penetration groove (only a filling line of 200, but not a filling line of 600, as seen in a cross-sectional view) is formed in the middle of the second therapeutic comb lower shell 600, and the attachment plane 220 penetrates through the second penetration groove and then is connected to the comb teeth 300.
Further, a vibration transmission ring 310 (shown in fig. 5 and 16) is arranged on one side of the comb teeth facing the attachment plane, the vibration transmission ring 310 is attached to the first therapeutic comb-lower shell 200, and a containing cavity 320 is defined by the middle part of the vibration transmission ring (shown in fig. 5 and 16); the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 320 is attached to the attaching plane 220, and at least two fasteners 330 (as shown in fig. 16) are arranged inside the accommodating cavity, each fastener 330 is symmetrically provided with two fastener strips 332 (as shown in fig. 16), the lower ends of the two fastener strips 332 are both connected to the fastener body 331 (as shown in fig. 16), the upper end of each fastener strip is suspended and provided with a fastener 333 (as shown in fig. 16), the fastener 333 is sequentially provided with a leading-in portion 333a and a reinforcing portion 333c (as shown in fig. 16) from a first end to a second end, the width of the leading-in portion 333a is gradually increased from the first end to the second end, a first round corner 333b (as shown in fig. 16) is arranged between the reinforcing portion 333c and the leading-in portion 333a, the width of the reinforcing portion 333c is kept consistent from top to bottom, a second round corner 333d extends from one side of the reinforcing portion 333c away from the leading-in portion 333a, and the radius of the second round corner 333d is smaller than the first round corner 333b; the first therapeutic comb lower shell 200 is provided with a clamping groove 280 (as shown in fig. 18 and 19) matched with the clamping strip 332, a clamping part extends inwards from an inlet of the clamping groove 280, a third fillet 281a (as shown in fig. 18 and 19) and a fourth fillet 281b (as shown in fig. 18 and 19) are respectively arranged at two ends of the inner side of the clamping part, and the radius of the third fillet 281a is the same as that of the fourth fillet 281b, is smaller than that of the first fillet 333b, and is larger than that of the second fillet 333 d.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a buffer pad 500 (as shown in fig. 9) is disposed between the treatment comb upper shell 100 and the first treatment comb lower shell 200, and the buffer pad 500 is made of a flexible material and is compressed and deformed by the treatment comb upper shell 100 and the first treatment comb lower shell 200 after the assembly is completed.
Preferably, the structure of the sonic motor 430 is as shown in fig. 20 and 21, the agitating block 431 of the sonic motor 430 is rectangular with two arc-shaped ends, and rotates alternately in the forward and reverse directions, and this function can be realized by alternately supplying power to the sonic motor 430 in the forward and reverse directions, and the power-on durations in the forward and reverse directions are adjusted to be consistent, so as to achieve the optimal vibration force and amplitude.
