The cutter is provided with a cutter handle 31 and a cutter edge 32 respectively at two sides of the cutter rotating shaft, and a touch head 34 is arranged at the end of the cutter handle.
A reset torsion spring 50 is arranged on the rotating shaft of the cutting knife, one end of the reset torsion spring is connected with the touch screen head 34 of the knife handle, and the other end is connected with the reset stop block 23 of the box cover. The reset torsion spring toggles the cutting knife to move out of the delivery opening at the cutting edge and keep at a position corresponding to the cutting edge.
The cutting frame 40 is a cutting frame rotating on the inner side of the box cover, a rotating shaft hole 44 is formed in the cutting frame, the rotating shaft hole of the cutting frame is in rotating fit with the rotating shaft 26 of the cutting frame of the box cover, and an end plate 46 fixed by a screw 45 is arranged on the end face of the rotating shaft of the cutting frame to axially position the cutting frame. The inner side of the box cover is provided with a sealing retaining chuck 60, the sealing retaining chuck is provided with an elastic clamping tongue 61, and when the cutting frame rotates to the position of the cutting edge, the elastic clamping tongue hooks the side edge of the cutting frame to clamp and retain the cutting frame at the position of the cutting edge (as shown in fig. 10 and 11). The closure retaining clip is provided with a release button 62, the cap is provided with a release hole 28 corresponding to the release button, the release button passes through the release hole of the cap, the release button 62 is pressed, and the closure retaining clip releases the cutting frame.
During the cutting operation, the cutting frame pushes the cutting blade to rotate. When the cutting carriage moves to a set distance S from the cutting edge, the cutter contact 47 touches the touching head 34 of the cutting blade, and the start of the cutting carriage pushes the cutting blade to rotate, as shown in fig. 8. The range of the distance S is set to be 6 mm-8 mm, and according to medical practice, the gap can ensure that the fingers of a person cannot enter. The cutting rack pushes the knife handle 31 to rotate the cutting knife 30, and the blade 32 extends out of the cutting edge 22 and into the blade slot 41 of the cutting rack (as shown in fig. 9). When the cutting carriage is rotated to the cutting edge position, the blade 32 is fully inserted into the blade slot 41.
In the cutting movement process of the cutting frame, the top end of the cutting frame passes through the delivery opening, and the needle pulling opening is arranged between the top end of the cutting frame and the delivery opening and is arranged on one side close to the cutting edge 22 (namely, the cutting frame enables the sealing plate to simultaneously seal the delivery opening and the needle pulling opening).
When the cutting frame is moved to a position close to the cutting edge 22, the closing retaining clip 60 also presses the cutting member, so that the cutting frame moves against the inner surface of the box cover, and the cutting edge of the cutting knife can accurately enter the cutting edge groove 41 of the cutting frame.
Taking the example of delivering an infusion tube with a butterfly needle into a sharps container, the cutting rack is on the side of the opening edge 29 of the delivery port (i.e., the drive dial 42 is in contact with the opening edge 29), and the delivery port is fully open, as shown in fig. 1. An infusion hose 71 with a butterfly needle 70 is fed into the delivery port 21, the driving poking block 42 is poked, the driving poking block 42 and the clamping block 24 are pinched by two fingers, and the cutting frame pushes the hose to move along the direction of 22. When the cutting carriage moves to the point where the drive dog 42 contacts the clamp block 24, the cutting carriage stops rotating, at which point the holding chuck 60 clamps the column cutting carriage. And the sealing plate seals the delivery port and the needle pulling port.
When the delivery port or the needle drawing port needs to be opened, the release button 62 is pressed, under the action of the reset torsion spring 50, the cutting frame is rebounded away from the cutting edge 22, and the driving shifting block 42 is shifted to the opening edge 29 direction, so that the delivery port and the needle drawing port can be opened.
The invention completes the cutting function of the hose in the delivery port, has sufficient opening space, and is convenient for delivering the abandoned medical sharp tool. The cutting frame pushes the cutting knife to conduct cutting operation on the side of the cutting edge, and the space for the cutting operation is limited. The cutting space of 6 mm-8 mm can guarantee that the finger avoids the injury of cutting knife, provides sufficient cutting space for the cutting knife simultaneously, and the cutting frame can cut into the cutting edge groove effectually cuts off the hose. The driving shifting block and the clamping block can realize the operation of cutting the hose by two fingers, so that the collection operation of the sharp instrument with the hose is very convenient.
