The first insulating sleeve 511b is fixedly connected to the first terminal outer sleeve 522a, and more specifically, the first insulating sleeve 511b is integrally injection-molded with the first terminal outer sleeve 522a, so that the first terminal 521 and the first insulating sleeve 511b can be connected more stably through a very simple structure, thereby preventing the first terminal 521 and the first insulating sleeve 511b from being separated due to long-term vibration during operation of the riding mower 100, and reducing the risk of electric leakage. Likewise, the second terminal 522 includes: the second terminal outer casing 522a, the second electrode 522b, the second connection line 512 includes: a second conductive core 512a and a second insulating sleeve 512 b. The second terminal outer housing 522a is formed around a second accommodation chamber 522c, and the second electrode 522b is disposed in the second accommodation chamber 522 c. The second conductive core 512a is connected to the second electrode 522b for transmitting power, and the second insulating sheath 512b covers the second conductive core 512 a. The second insulating sleeve 512b is fixedly connected with the second terminal outer sleeve 522a, and more specifically, the second insulating sleeve 512b and the second terminal outer sleeve 522a are integrally molded, so that the second terminal 522 and the second insulating sleeve 512b can be connected more stably through a very simple structure, the second terminal 522 and the second insulating sleeve 512b are prevented from being separated due to long-term vibration in the operation process of the riding-type mower 100, and the risk of electric leakage can be reduced.
The first terminal 521 further includes: a threaded sleeve 521d and a stop 521 e. An internal thread is disposed on an inner wall of the threaded sleeve 521d, the threaded sleeve 521d is movably connected to the limiting member 521e along the direction of the center line 1a, and the limiting member 521e is used for limiting the threaded sleeve 521d to be separated from the limiting member 521e along the direction of the center line 1 a. The second terminal 522 includes: and an external thread member 522d, an outer wall of which is formed with an external thread to be engaged with the internal thread. The threaded sleeve 521d is slidable between a first position and a second position with respect to the retaining member 521 e. When the threaded sleeve 521d is located at the first position, the limiting member 521e protrudes from the threaded sleeve 521d along the direction of the central line 1a, or the limiting member 521e is aligned with the threaded sleeve 521d along the direction of the central line 1 a. It is understood that the first position is the position where the threaded sleeve 521d is moved along the center line 1a to the position closest to the first insulating sleeve 511b, and in fact, the threaded sleeve 521d is movably disposed on the position-limiting member 521e, and the threaded sleeve 521d can also be moved to the position protruding out of the position-limiting member 521 e. When the screw member is located at the second position, the screw member protrudes from the limiting member 521e along the direction of the central line 1a, and moves to the external screw member 522d along the direction of the central line 1a, and then the screw sleeve 521d is screwed, and the screw sleeve 521d is sleeved on the external screw portion, thereby realizing the fixed connection of the first terminal 521 and the second terminal 522. The first terminal 521 and the second terminal 522 are simple in structure, a user only needs to insert the second terminal 522 into the first terminal 521 and then screw the thread sleeve 521d onto the external thread member 522d, and then the fixed connection of the first terminal 521 and the second terminal 522 can be realized, so that the user is convenient to operate, the problem of wrong part screwing is avoided, the thread sleeve 521d moves onto the external thread member 522d from the first terminal 521, the size L1 of the whole body formed by the first terminal 521 and the second terminal 522 is small, and the production cost is reduced.
A rubber ring 522f is further provided on at least one of the first terminal 521 and the second terminal 522. When the first terminal 521 and the second terminal 522 are connected, the rubber ring 522f contacts the first terminal 521 and the second terminal 522, respectively, so that a part of a path leading to the first electrode 521b and the second electrode 522b is sealed at the connection of the first terminal 521 and the second terminal 522, thereby preventing moisture, dust, grass debris, and the like from entering the inside of the terminal assembly 52, and further improving the reliability of the terminal assembly 52. Specifically, the male screw 522d has an annular groove 522e formed therein, and the rubber ring 522f is an O-ring fitted into the annular groove 522 e. When the first terminal 521 and the second terminal 522 are connected, the threaded sleeve 521d rotates to the external thread, the limiting member 521e is inserted into the outer wall of the external screw member 522d, and the rubber ring 522f is respectively in contact with the outer wall of the external screw member 522d and the inner wall of the limiting member 521e, so that a part of the path leading to the first electrode 521b is effectively sealed, and a part of the path leading to the second electrode 522b is also sealed, thereby preventing water vapor, dust, grass debris and the like from entering the inside of the terminal assembly 52 and contacting the first electrode 521b and the second electrode 522 b.

In this embodiment, the connection line system 50 may also be used to connect the second motor 933 and the control module 95, so that the power connection between the second motor 933 and the control module 95 can be realized by the simple connection line system 50 as well. When the riding mower 100 is assembled, the second motor 933 and the control module 95 can also be mounted to the frame 91 as different modules, and then the first terminal 521 and the second terminal 522 in the connecting wire system 50 are connected to realize the control of the second motor 933 by the control module 95, so as to facilitate the operation of the user.
As shown in fig. 11 to 16, the first motor 13 includes: a stator assembly 131, a rotor assembly 132, and a motor housing 133. The stator assembly 131 includes a stator coil 1311 and a stator core 1312, the rotor assembly 132 includes a rotor shaft 1321 rotatable about the rotation axis 1f, and the motor housing 133 surrounds a housing chamber 1331 formed to house the stator assembly 131 and at least a portion of the rotor assembly 132. Therein, the rotor shaft 1321 also passes through the accommodating chamber 1331 in the direction of the rotation axis 1f to protrude out of the motor housing 133. The motor housing 133 forms a containing cavity 1331 for sealing the stator assembly 131 and a part of the rotor assembly 132 inside, so that the problem that the first motor 13 fails due to the grass debris entering the containing cavity 1331 can be effectively avoided.
In the present embodiment, the chassis 11 is further formed with a first through hole 111 penetrating therethrough along the rotation axis 1f, and the first through hole 111 communicates the inside and the outside of the mowing space 121. The first motor 13 passes through the first through hole 111 in the direction of the rotation axis 1f so that the first motor 13 is located at least partially inside the mowing space 121. Thus, when the grass cutting element 12 is driven by the first motor 13 to rotate relative to the chassis 11, a heat dissipation airflow capable of dissipating heat of the portion of the first motor 13 located in the grass cutting space 121 is generated in the grass cutting space 121, and the heat dissipation airflow also has a grass discharging function. Since the first through hole 111 communicates the inside and the outside of the mowing space 121, when the mowing element 12 rotates, a heat dissipation airflow entering the mowing space 121 from the upper side of the chassis 11 through the first through hole 111 can be generated, and the heat dissipation airflow passes through the first motor 13 when passing through the first through hole 111, so that heat dissipation of the first motor 13 can be facilitated, and temperature rise of the first motor 13 during operation can be reduced.
More specifically, the chassis 11 includes a top wall 112 and a side wall 113, and the side wall 113 and the top wall 112 together surround the mowing space 121 described above. Motor housing 133 passes through first through hole 111 such that motor housing 133 is partially inside mowing space 121 and partially outside mowing space 121. The first through hole 111 is disposed at the bottom of the groove 114, so that the height of the entire chassis 11 in the direction of the rotation axis 1f can be effectively reduced, and the size of the mowing space 121 formed by the chassis 11 can meet the requirement.
The motor housing 133 is also formed with a mounting portion 1332, and a portion of the groove bottom of the groove 114 surrounding the first through hole 111 constitutes a supporting portion 1141 for supporting the mounting portion 1332. The mounting portion 1332 is used to cooperate with the supporting portion 1141 to mount the motor housing 133 to the chassis 11, so that the first motor 13 is connected with the chassis 11. The dimension of the mounting portion 1332 in the radial direction perpendicular to the rotation axis 1f is also larger than the dimension of the first through hole 111 in this direction, so that the supporting portion 1141 surrounding the first through hole 111 can constitute a support for the mounting portion 1332, thereby enabling the first motor 13 to be stably mounted to the chassis 11.
The first motor 13 further includes a fastener 134 for connecting the mounting portion 1332 and the supporting portion 1141 such that the motor housing 133 is fixedly mounted to the chassis 11. When the mounting portion 1332 is connected to the supporting portion 1141, an air flow passage 135 communicating with the first through hole 111 is further formed between the mounting portion 1332 and the supporting portion 1141. When the grass cutting element 12 is driven to rotate by the first motor 13, the airflow passage 135 allows a heat dissipating airflow outside the grass cutting space 121 to flow through the airflow passage 135 and the first through hole 111 to enter the inside of the grass cutting space 121, the heat dissipating airflow being capable of dissipating heat from the first motor 13 when flowing through the first through hole 111.
More specifically, the motor housing 133 includes: first housing portion 1333 and second housing portion 1334, first housing portion 1333 and second housing portion 1334 together surround the receptacle 1331 when mated. Among them, the first flange part 1333b and the second flange part 1334b may be regarded as the mounting part 1332 of the motor housing 133. The first and second cylindrical portions 1333a and 1334a may have substantially the same diameter, the first through-hole 111 is a circular hole, and the diameter of the first through-hole 111 is larger than the diameters of the first and second cylindrical portions 1333a and 1334 a. The first flange portion 1333b is annular, and the maximum dimension of the first flange portion 1333b in the direction perpendicular to the rotation axis 1f is larger than the maximum dimension of the first through hole 111 in that direction. More specifically, the first flange portion 1333b is supported by the supporting portion 1141 on a side of the chassis 11 away from the mowing space 121, and a portion of the motor housing 133 located on a lower side of the first flange portion 1333b passes through the first through hole 111 so that the first motor 13 at least partially protrudes into the mowing space 121. The support portion 1141 further includes an attaching portion 1141a and a recessed portion 1141b, the attaching portion 1141a is attached to the first flange portion 1333b, and the recessed portion 1141b is spaced apart from the first flange portion 1333b in a direction parallel to the rotation axis 1f to form the above-mentioned airflow channel 135. The fastening member 134 sequentially passes through the attaching portion 1141a, the first flange portion 1333b and the second flange portion 1334b of the supporting portion 1141 along the direction of the rotation axis 1f, so that the fastening member 134 can fixedly connect the first motor 13 to the chassis 11 while fixedly connecting the first housing portion 1333 and the second housing portion 1334 together.
In the present embodiment, the ratio of the dimension h1 of the portion of the motor housing 133 located in the mowing space 121 in the direction along the rotation axis 1f to the dimension h2 of the motor housing 133 in the direction along the rotation axis 1f is greater than or equal to 0.3 and less than or equal to 1, and the ratio of the dimension h3 of the portion of the first motor 13 located in the mowing space 121 in the direction along the rotation axis 1f to the maximum cutting radius r of the mowing element 12 is greater than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 0.8, so that the dimension of the portion of the first motor 13 located in the mowing space 121 is maximized, and the heat dissipation performance of the first motor 13 can be improved.

More specifically, the distance L4 between the plane 1j and the first longitudinal beam 911 is greater than or equal to 80 mm and less than or equal to 200 mm, and the grass basket main body 311 does not protrude from the second longitudinal beam 912 to the right along the transverse straight line 1e, so that the stability of the whole riding type mower can be ensured, and the riding type mower 100 has enough space for arranging the connecting pipe 32, so that the connecting pipe 32 is connected to the grass basket cover 312 from the right side of the grass collecting basket assembly 31.
The basket body 311 has a projection in a plane parallel to the longitudinal straight line 1d and parallel to the lateral straight line 1e, and the ratio of the dimension L5 of the portion of the projection located on the front side of the rear bumper to the dimension L6 of the portion of the basket body 311 located on the rear side of the rear bumper is 2 or more and 4 or less, so that the center of gravity of the riding mower 100 is moved rearward, the stability of the riding mower 100 is improved, and the influence of the center of gravity of the riding mower 100 on the climbing performance of the riding mower 100 due to the excessive rearward position is also avoided.
The basket cover 312 includes: the rotating portion 3123 is rotatably connected to the mounting assembly 33, and the fixing portion 3124 is fixedly connected to the mounting assembly 33. When the rotating portion 3123 is opened by the user, the grass basket main body 311 is opened upward for the user to more directly observe grass clippings inside the first and second grass basket portions 3112 and 3113. The above-described hole into which the connection tube 32 is inserted is provided on the fixing portion 3124. The outer wall of the fixing portion 3124 is further formed with a guide rib 3125 for guiding the air flow to flow out from the grass basket body 311 to the outside, so that the air flow can flow out from a gap between the rotating portion 3123 and the fixing portion 3124, and the air flow can be prevented from swirling in the grass basket body 311 to form a swirling flow.
As shown in fig. 33, 36 to 39, the mounting assembly 33 includes: the grass basket comprises a support component 331, a first mounting seat group 332, a second mounting seat group 333 and a connecting rod component 334, wherein the support component 331 is used for supporting a grass basket body 311, the first mounting seat group 332 is fixedly connected to a first longitudinal beam 911, the second mounting seat group 333 is fixedly connected to a second longitudinal beam 912, the first mounting seat group 332 is further formed with a first mounting hole 3321, the second mounting seat group 333 is further formed with a second mounting hole 3331, and the connecting rod component 334 comprises a first connecting rod 3341 which is detachably inserted into the first mounting hole 3321 and a second connecting rod 3342 which is detachably inserted into the second mounting hole 3331. Wherein, the supporting component 331 is connected to the connecting rod component 334, and the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342 constitute a detachable connection capable of being separated from each other. In this way, when the grass collecting system 30 is installed, the first connecting rod 3341 may be inserted into the first mounting hole 3321, then the second connecting rod 3342 may be inserted into the second mounting hole 3331, and finally the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342 may be connected together by some mechanism, so that the grass collecting system 30 may be installed to the vehicle frame 91, and thus, the user may install the grass collecting system 30 to the vehicle frame 91 through a simple operation. The first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342 can be separated from each other, so that the whole grass collecting system 30 can be installed more easily, and the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342 are prevented from being fixed into a whole so that the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342 are difficult to be in position correspondence with the first installation hole 3321 and the second installation hole 3331 respectively when the grass collecting system 30 is installed; alternatively, even though the first and second connecting rods 3341 and 3342 may be positioned to correspond to the first and second mounting holes 3321 and 3331, respectively, it may reduce the stability of the connection between the grass collecting system 30 and the vehicle frame 91. The first connection rod 3341 and the second connection rod 3342 constitute a detachable connection which can be detached from each other, which means that the first connection rod 3341 is detached from the second connection rod 3342 without destroying the original structures of the first connection rod 3341 and the second connection rod 3342, for example, the first connection rod 3341 and the second connection rod 3342 constitute a snap connection, a screw connection, or a connection between the first connection rod 3341 and the second connection rod 3342 through an intermediate member, etc.
The support member 331 includes: a support base 3311 and a connecting plate 3312, the support base 3311 being used for supporting the basket body 311, the number of the support bases 3311 being 2, the two support bases 3311 being used for supporting the first basket portion 3112 and the second basket portion 3113, respectively. The connecting plate 3312 is fixedly connected to the supporting base 3311, and the connecting plate 3312 may be welded to the supporting base 3311, so that the structural strength of the supporting member 331 can be improved. The support member 331 is detachably connected to the connecting rod member 334, for example, in the embodiment, the support member 331 is connected to the connecting rod member 334 by a pin 3313. The support members 331 and the connecting rod member 334 are detachably connected, so that the grass collecting system 30 can be disassembled into a plurality of components for storage during transportation, thereby saving storage space. The rotating portion 3123 of the basket cover 312 is rotatably connected to the connection plate 3312 such that the basket body 311 is opened upward when the rotating portion 3123 is opened.
The support 3311 includes a support portion 3314 extending along a straight line 1m, and the basket body 311 is supported on the support portion 3314. The support portion 3314 can also guide the basket body 311 to be coupled to the support portion 3314 along the straight line 1 m. The direction of the straight line 1m obliquely intersects with the front-rear direction of the riding mower 100 to form an angle greater than 0 degree and equal to or less than 20 degrees, that is, the direction of the straight line 1m obliquely intersects with the longitudinal straight line 1d to form an angle greater than 0 degree and equal to or less than 20 degrees. Thus, when the basket body 311 is filled with grass, the weight of the grass basket assembly 31 is increased to press the support portion 3314 downward, and at this time, the support portion 3314 is inclined upward, and thus the support portion 3314 does not cause the basket body 311 to fall even if it is pressed downward. That is, the inclined disposition of the support portion 3314 serves to buffer the fall of the grass basket assembly 31.
The connecting rod assembly 334 further includes: an intermediate rod 3343, the intermediate rod 3343 being disposed between the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342 to connect the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342. In this way, the first and second connecting rods 3341 and 3342 can be respectively installed to the first and second installation holes 3321 and 3331 and then connected to each other by the intermediate rod 3343, thereby achieving the fixed connection of the first and second connecting rods 3341 and 3342 and also enabling the connecting rod assembly 334 to be stably installed to the vehicle frame 91. The first connecting rod 3341 extends along a straight line, and the second connecting rod 3342 also extends along a direction parallel to the extending direction of the first connecting rod 3341, in this embodiment, the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342 both extend along a vertical straight line 1n, the vertical straight line 1n is perpendicular to the longitudinal straight line 1d, and the vertical straight line 1n is also perpendicular to the transverse straight line 1 e. The intermediate rod 3343 is U-shaped, and the intermediate rod 3343 includes: a left connecting part 3344, a right connecting part 3345 and a middle part 3346, wherein the left connecting part 3344 is connected to the first connecting rod 3341, the right connecting part 3345 is connected to the second connecting rod 3342, and the middle part connects the left connecting part 3344 and the right connecting part 3345. The left connecting portion 3344 is connected to the first connecting rod 3341 by the first screw group 335 so that the intermediate rod 3343 is detachably connected to the first connecting rod 3341. The right connecting portion 3345 is connected to the second connecting rod 3342 by the second screw set 336 so that the intermediate rod 3343 is detachably connected to the second connecting rod 3342. In this way, the intermediate rod 3343 can serve the purpose of connecting the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342, so that the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342 are relatively fixed in the direction of the transverse straight line 1e, on the other hand, the intermediate rod 3343 can also serve the function of reinforcing the mounting assembly 33, thereby avoiding the problem of insufficient strength of the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342.
The first mount group 332 includes: a first mounting post 3322 and a first extension 3323, and the second set 333 of mounting blocks includes a second mounting post 3332 and a second extension 3333. The first mounting seat forms the first mounting hole 3321 described above, and the second mounting seat forms the second mounting hole 3331 described above. The first extending seat 3323 extends from the first mounting post 3322 in a direction away from the first mounting post 3322, and the second extending seat 3333 extends from the second mounting post 3332 in a direction away from the second mounting post 3332. The left housing component 21 is fixedly connected to the first extending seat 3323, and the right housing component 22 is fixedly connected to the second extending seat 3333. In this way, the strength of the set of the first and second mounting seats 332 and 22 can be improved, and the problem of inconvenient installation and unstable structure caused by the direct installation of the left and right housing assemblies 21 and 22 onto the first and second longitudinal beams 911 and 912 is also avoided. The first mounting seat and the first extension seat 3323 are welded together, and the second mounting seat and the second extension seat 3333 are welded together. The first set of mounts 332 is connected to the first side member 911 by screws, and the second set of mounts 333 is connected to the second side member 912 by screws. As such, the first mount set 332 is required to bear the weight of the left housing assembly 21 on the left side of the seat 92 and the grass collection system 30 on the rear side of the seat 92, such that the stress distribution experienced by the first mount set 332 is relatively uniform, thereby increasing the service life of the riding mower 100. Likewise, the second set of mounts 333 are required to carry the weight of the right housing assembly 22 on the right side of the seat 92 and the grass collection system 30 on the rear side of the seat 92 so that the stress distribution experienced by the second set of mounts 333 is relatively uniform, thereby increasing the useful life of the riding mower 100.
In this way, when the mounting assembly 33 is mounted to the vehicle frame 91, the first connecting rod 3341 may be first inserted into the first mounting hole 3321, the second connecting rod 3342 may be inserted into the second mounting hole 3331, the intermediate rod 3343 may be then connected to the first connecting rod 3341 and the second connecting rod 3342, and the support assembly 331 may be finally connected to the connecting rod assembly 334, thereby enabling the grass-collecting system 30 to be mounted to the vehicle frame 91 through a simple operation.
In the present embodiment, the first and second mounting seat sets 332, 333 are simple in structure, the first mounting seat forms the first mounting hole 3321, the second mounting seat forms the second mounting hole 3331, and the first and second mounting holes 3321, 3331 allow the grass collecting system 30 to be mounted to the vehicle frame 91. The first and second mounting base groups 332, 333 are highly versatile and can be applied to the sunshade 35 shown in fig. 40. The sunshade 35 includes a sunshade assembly 351 and a mounting assembly 352 for mounting the sunshade assembly 351 to the riding lawn mower 100. Sunshade assembly 351 includes: sunshade 3511. The mounting assembly 352 includes: a support 3521 and a connecting rod assembly, the support 3521 is used for supporting the sunshade cover 3511, and the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod 3522, a second connecting rod 3523 and a middle rod 3524. The supporting seat 3521 is connected with the connecting rod assembly, and the first connecting rod 3522 and the second connecting rod 3523 form a detachable connection which can be separated from each other. Specifically, the intermediate rod 3524 is detachably connected to the first connecting rod 3522 and the second connecting rod 3523, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 and 41, the riding lawn mower 100 further includes an elevation system 70 for adjusting the height of the cutting system 10 relative to the frame 91. As shown in fig. 41 and 42, the height adjustment system 70 includes: the gear assembly 71 comprises an adjusting part 711 and a limiting part 712, the adjusting part 711 is used for being operated by a user, the limiting part 712 is used for limiting the adjusting part 711 to a preset gear, and the linkage assembly 72 is connected with the gear assembly 71 and the chassis 11. When the user operates the adjusting member 711, the adjusting member 711 can move to different preset positions relative to the limiting member 712, and the linkage assembly 72 drives the chassis 11 to change in height under the driving of the adjusting member 711, so that the riding mower 100 has different cutting heights.
As shown in fig. 41 to 44, the adjusting member 711 includes: an adjusting handle 7111, a gear position portion 7112 and a bent portion 7113. The adjusting handle 7111 is used for a user to operate, the gear portion 7112 is matched with the limiting member 712 so that the gear portion 7112 stays at a preset gear, and the bent portion 7113 is connected with the adjusting handle 7111 and the gear portion 7112. Here, the bent portion 7113 is bent from the shift position portion 7112 toward the main body 100a so that the adjustment handle 7111 is closer to the main body 100a in the left-right direction than the shift position portion 7112. Here, the bent portion 7113 is bent from the shift position portion 7112 toward the vehicle frame 91 so that the adjustment handle 7111 is closer to the vehicle frame 91 in the left-right direction with respect to the shift position portion 7112. The adjustment handle 7111 is provided on the right side of the vehicle frame 91 because the bent portion 7113 is bent toward the vehicle frame 91 in the left-right direction, so that the adjustment handle 7111 is closer to the vehicle frame 91 than it would be without the bent portion 7113. As is known, the chassis 11 is connected to the grass collecting system 30 by a connecting pipe 32, and a flip 115 is further connected to the chassis 11, the flip 115 having a first position and a second position. When the flip cover 115 is in the first position, the riding mower 100 is in the grass discharge mode, and grass clippings cut by the cutting system 10 can be discharged to the right of the riding mower 100 through the flip cover 115. When the lid 115 is in the second position, the chassis 11 may be connected to the grass collecting system 30 through the connection pipe 32 while the riding mower 100 is in the grass collecting mode, so that grass clippings cut by the cutting system 10 may be discharged to the grass basket body 311 through the lid 115. In the present embodiment, the adjusting handle 7111 is disposed at a small distance from the second longitudinal beam 912, so that the adjusting handle 7111 does not interfere with the movement of the flip 115 when the flip 115 is turned from the first position to the second position. In other words, the size of the adjustment handle 7111 can be increased as much as possible while satisfying the condition that the adjustment handle 7111 does not interfere with the movement of the folder 115, so that the comfort of the user operating the adjustment handle 7111 is not reduced. That is, if the bent portion 7113 is not provided on the adjusting member 711, the adjusting handle 7111 will be far away from the frame 91 in the left-right direction, and the adjusting handle 7111 will interfere with the movement of the flip cover 115, or the size of the adjusting handle 7111 is reduced, which may affect the comfort of the user holding the adjusting handle 7111. The lateral straight line 1e is parallel to the left-right direction of the riding mower 100, and the distance L7 between the adjustment handle 7111 and the second side member 912 in the lateral straight line 1e direction is smaller than the distance L8 between the shift position portion 7112 and the second side member 912 in the lateral straight line 1e direction, so that the distance between the adjustment handle 7111 and the second side member 912 can be made closer.
Specifically, the limiting member 712 forms a limiting hole 7121, and a plurality of limiting structures 7122 are formed on the wall of the limiting hole 7121. The shift portion 7112 passes through the limiting hole 7121, the shift portion 7112 includes an extending portion 7114 extending along a straight line 1p, the straight line 1p is perpendicular to the horizontal straight line 1e1p, a shift structure 7115 is formed on the extending portion 7114 in a protruding manner, and when the shift structure 7115 is matched with different limiting structures 7122, the chassis 11 stays at different heights. The bent portion 7113 has a first end 7116 and a second end 7117, the first end 7115 is connected to the shift portion 7112, and the second end 7117 is connected to the adjustment handle 7111. In the direction of the transverse straight line 1e, the second longitudinal beam 912 is disposed closer to the adjustment handle 7111 than the first longitudinal beam 911. The distance between the second end and the second stringer 912 is less than the distance between the first end 7116 and the second stringer 912 in the direction of the transverse line 1 e. That is, the bending of the bent portion 7113 toward the vehicle frame 91 does not limit the bending direction of the bent portion 7113, but rather, the bent portion 7113 may be bent toward the vehicle frame 91 such that the bent portion 7113 has a bending component toward the second side member 912 in the left-right direction, which may make the adjustment handle 7111 closer to the vehicle frame 91 in the left-right direction than the shift position portion 7112. The bent portion 7113 and the shift position portion 7112 are integrally formed, and a dimension L9 of the bent portion 7113 in the left-right direction is smaller than a maximum dimension L10 of the limiting hole 7121 in the left-right direction, so that the problem that the whole of the shift position portion 7112 and the bent portion 7113 cannot pass through the limiting hole 7121 due to the fact that the size of the bent portion 7113 is too large can be avoided. More specifically, a dimension L9 of the bent portion 7113 in the direction of the transverse straight line 1e is 20 mm or more and 40 mm or less.
In the present embodiment, the minimum distance L7 between the adjustment handle 7111 and the second longitudinal beam 912 in the direction of the transverse straight line 1e is 100 mm or less. The length of the adjustment handle 7111 in the direction of the transverse straight line 1e is greater than or equal to 80 mm and less than or equal to 150 mm, such that the size of the adjustment handle 7111 is substantially the same as the width of the palm of the user's hand, or the size of the adjustment handle 7111 is greater than the width of the palm of the user's hand, for example, to facilitate the user's grip.
The adjustment handle 7111 is connected to the bent portion 7113, and the adjustment handle 7111 extends from the bent portion 7113 in the left-right direction toward a direction away from the second longitudinal beam 912. That is, the free end of the adjustment handle 7111 is away from the second longitudinal beam 912 for convenient operation by the user, and the extension direction of the adjustment handle 7111 is parallel to the transverse straight line 1e for convenient holding by the user.
As shown in fig. 1 and 45, the riding mower 100 further includes: a circuit board 80, where the circuit board 80 may be a circuit board in the control module 95, the circuit board 80 may also be a circuit board in the power management module 941, and the circuit board 80 may also be a circuit board of the lighting system 40 or the power display device. In fact, the circuit board 80 may be any circuit board in the riding mower 100 for electrically connecting with an electrical device to control the electrical device.
As shown in fig. 45 and 46, the circuit board 80 includes: a substrate 81, a printed wiring layer 82, and an insulating layer 83. The substrate 81 may be a plastic substrate or an aluminum substrate. The substrate 81 has a first surface 811 and a second surface 812, and the first surface 811 and the second surface 812 are opposite surfaces. For the circuit board 80, the first surface 811 and the second surface 812 may be understood as the largest two surfaces of the substrate 81. A printed wiring layer 82 is disposed on the first surface 811, and the printed wiring layer 82 is made of a metal conductive material. The insulating layer 83 covers the upper side of the printed wiring layer 82, and the insulating layer 83 is made of an insulating material. The insulating layer 83 also exposes the first conductive part 821 and the second conductive part 822 on the printed wiring layer 82 when covering the printed wiring layer 82. That is, the insulating layer 83 does not completely cover the printed wiring layer 82, and the insulating layer 83 is not covered on the first conductive part 821 and the second conductive part 822. The circuit board 80 further includes a first type of electronic component 84, and the first type of electronic component 84 may be mounted to the first conductive portion 821 and the second conductive portion 822. The first electronic component 84 includes a first connection portion 841 and a second connection portion 842, the first connection portion 841 is electrically connected to the first conductive portion 821, and the second connection portion 842 is electrically connected to the second conductive portion 822. The circuit board 80 further comprises a water repellent layer 85, and the water repellent layer 85 is deposited by vapor deposition to cover at least a portion of the whole of the insulating layer 83 and the first type electronic component 84 with substantially the same thickness. In the present embodiment, the waterproof layer 85 covers the entire structure of the insulating layer 83 and the first electronic component 84. After the waterproof layer 85 is covered on the first electronic component 84, the first connection portion 841 and the second connection portion 842 are insulated from each other in the path connected by the waterproof layer 85, that is, after the waterproof layer 85 is covered on the first electronic component 84, there is no short circuit between the first connection portion 841 and the second connection portion 842. In this way, the first connection portion 841 is connected to the first conductive portion 821, and the second connection portion 842 is connected to the second conductive portion 822, so that the first-type electronic component 84 is connected to the circuit formed by the printed circuit layer 82, but the waterproof layer 85 covers the whole formed by the first-type electronic component 84 and the insulating layer 83, so that the first-type electronic component 84 does not contact with external dust and water vapor, and the dustproof, waterproof and anticorrosion effects are achieved. Meanwhile, the waterproof layer 85 is covered on the insulating layer 83 in a vapor deposition mode, so that the thickness of the waterproof layer 85 on the circuit board 80 is uniform, and the waterproof performance of the circuit board 80 is improved. Moreover, when the circuit board 80 needs to be repaired, the plasma technology can be used to peel off the waterproof layer 85 on the circuit board 80, and it can be ensured that the waterproof layer 85 on the circuit board 80 is peeled off without residue. Moreover, the waterproof layer 85 can be coated on a large number of circuit boards 80 by vapor deposition, so that the production efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, and the production period is shortened.
In this embodiment, the circuit board 80 is further provided with a second type of electronic component 86, and the second type of electronic component 86 includes a third connecting portion 861 and a fourth connecting portion 862. The third conductive portions 823 and the fourth conductive portions 824 are also exposed on the printed wiring layer 82 when the insulating layer 83 covers the printed wiring layer 82. That is, the insulating layer 83 does not completely cover the printed wiring layer 82, and the insulating layer 83 is not covered on the third conductive portion 823 and the fourth conductive portion 824. The third connecting portion 861 is electrically connected to the third conductive portion 823, and the fourth connecting portion 862 is electrically connected to the fourth conductive portion 824, so that the second type electronic component 86 is mounted on the circuit board 80, and the second type electronic component 86 is connected to the circuit constituted by the printed wiring layer 82. The waterproof layer 85 also covers the second type electronic component 86, and after the waterproof layer 85 covers the second type electronic component 86, the paths where the third connection portion 861 and the fourth connection portion 862 are connected by the waterproof layer 85 are insulated from each other. In this embodiment, the second type of electronic component 86 further includes a current access port 863. When waterproof layer 85 covers current access port 863, current access port 863 can still be electrically connected to an external port to introduce current to circuit board 80. That is, although the waterproof layer 85 covers the current access port 863, the waterproof layer 85 does not affect the current access port 863 to be conducted with the outside. Therefore, for the second type of electronic component 86, the surface thereof is covered by the waterproof layer 85, so that the second type of electronic component 86 is not interfered by external moisture and dust, and the second type of electronic component 86 can be conducted with the outside. For current coating encapsulation glue on circuit board 80, encapsulation glue can also play certain waterproof effect though, if electronic components is covered by encapsulation glue at that time, then electronic components also can not switch on with the external world, perhaps to like those electronic components that need carry out the electricity with the external world and be connected, its surface then can not coat encapsulation glue, can make this kind of electronic components receive the influence of dust, steam in the external environment easily like this.
In the present embodiment, the first type of electronic component 84 is a chip, such as a chip capacitor or a chip resistor, and the second type of electronic component 86 is a plug, such as a plug capacitor or a switch. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the first type of electronic component may also be a plug-in, and the second type of electronic component may also be a patch.
More specifically, the second-type electronic component 86 is a socket that can be connected to an external port, so that the external port can be inserted into the socket and electrically connected to the socket even when the waterproof layer 85 covers the second-type electronic component 86.
In the present embodiment, the waterproof layer 85 covers the entire structure of the insulating layer 83, the printed wiring layer 82, the first electronic component 84, and the second electronic component 86. After the insulating layer 83 and the printed wiring layer 82 are coated on the substrate 81 and the first electronic component 84 and the second electronic component 86 are mounted on the substrate 81, the waterproof layer 85 is coated on the entire structure of the substrate 81, the insulating layer 83, the printed wiring layer 82, the first electronic component 84, and the second electronic component 86. In this embodiment, the printed wiring layer 82 is disposed on the first surface 811 of the substrate 81, and the waterproof layer 85 may cover the first surface 811 of the substrate 81. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 47, for better protecting the circuit board 87, a waterproof layer 873 may be covered on both the first surface 871 and the second surface 872 of the circuit board 87, or the waterproof layer 873 may be covered on the entire circuit board 87.
The thickness of the waterproof layer 85 is 100 nm or more and 600 nm or less, the resistance of the waterproof layer 85 in the thickness direction is 100 milliohm or less, and the waterproof layer 85 includes a first material in the form of particles having a particle size of 100 nm or less. Therefore, on one hand, the waterproof effect of the circuit board 80 can be ensured, and on the other hand, the second type electronic component 86 can be electrically connected with the external port.
