Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the communication method includes S401 to S407 described below.
S401, the calling network equipment receives a call request sent by a calling terminal.
Wherein the call request includes: calling number, original called special service number and calling terminal position information.
Specifically, when the user dials the original special service number, the user can execute the calling operation of the original special service number on the calling terminal. In this case, the calling terminal transmits a call request to the calling network device in response to a call operation performed by the user. Correspondingly, the calling network equipment receives a call request sent by the calling terminal.
Optionally, after receiving the call request sent by the calling terminal, the calling network device may determine that the called number is the original special service number according to the beginning number or number of the called number.
Illustratively, when the called number is a 95/96-top number, the calling network device determines that the called number is the original called special service number.
In another example, when the called number is a three digit number, the calling network device determines that the called number is the original called special service number.
Optionally, when the calling network device identifies the called number as the original called special service number, the calling network device may further determine an operator attribution condition of the original called special service number included in the call request according to a pre-stored correspondence between the original called special service number and the operator, and perform classification marking on the operator attribution condition of the original called special service number. Namely, the calling network equipment determines whether the operator corresponding to the original called special service number and the operator corresponding to the calling number are the same operator or different operators according to the corresponding relation between the pre-stored original called special service number and the operator.
S402, the calling network equipment generates a target number according to the call request.
Specifically, after receiving a call request sent by a calling terminal, the calling network device generates a target number according to the call request. Wherein the destination number includes location information of the calling terminal. The target number is used for indicating the called network equipment to determine the called special service platform to which the called terminal belongs according to the position information of the calling terminal.
Optionally, when the original called special service number includes an area code of a location where the calling terminal is located or an area code dialed by the calling terminal, the calling network device generates the target number according to the call request, including: and generating a target number according to the area code. The area code corresponds to the position information of the calling terminal or the position of the area code dialed by the calling terminal.
Optionally, when the calling network device generates the target number according to the area code, if the area code of the location of the called terminal is different from the area code of the location of the calling terminal (i.e. the calling terminal and the called terminal are not in the area corresponding to the same area code, for example, the calling terminal is in Tianjin city and the called terminal is in Beijing city), the calling network device directly generates the target number according to the area code of the called terminal.
Illustratively, when the calling user dials the original special service number, if the area code of the called terminal is dialed, the calling network device modifies the original special service number to "< country code > + < area code (without" 0 ") > + < original special service number >. Wherein < area code (excluding 0 ") > is the area code of the location where the called terminal is located.
For example, the calling network device may generate the destination number 8637195588 based on the area code. Wherein 86 is < country code >,371 is < area code (excluding "0") >,95588 is < former called special service number >.
Further optionally, when the calling network device generates the target number according to the area code, if the area code of the location of the called terminal is the same as the area code of the location of the calling terminal (i.e., the calling terminal and the called terminal are in an area corresponding to the same area code, for example, the calling terminal and the called terminal are both in beijing city), and the area corresponding to the area code includes a plurality of called terminals corresponding to special service numbers (for example, the beijing city includes the called terminal corresponding to the special service number of the sunny area, the called terminal corresponding to the special service number of the seashore area, etc.), then the calling network device may further generate the target number including the specific location information of the called terminal according to the location information of the calling terminal.
Illustratively, when the caller dials the original special service number, if the area code of the called terminal is dialed, but the area code includes a plurality of called terminals corresponding to the special service numbers, the caller network device modifies the original special service number to "< country code > + < area code (without" 0 ") > + < location identification code (XXX) > + < original special service number >" or "< country code > + < area code (without" 0 ") > + < original special service number > + < location identification code (YY) >).
It should be noted that the two ways of generating the target number may be embodied in such a way that the location identification code is placed between the area code and the original called special service number, or may be placed after the original called special service number, and the length of the code may be changed according to the type and the requirement of the original called special service number (for example, xxx=000 or 999, yy=00 or 99, etc.).
For example, the calling network device may generate a destination number 8637110095588 or 863719558801 based on the area code.
For the target numbers 8637110095588, 86, < country code >, < area code (excluding "0") >,371, < location identification code (XXX) >,100, < original called special service number >, < 95588.
For the target numbers 863719558801, 86, < country code >, < 371, < area code (excluding "0") >,95588, < former called special service number >, and 01, < location identification code (YY >).
Optionally, when the original called special service number does not include the area code of the location where the calling terminal is located, the calling network device generates the target number according to the call request, including: and generating a target number according to the position information of the calling terminal. Wherein the destination number includes location information of the calling terminal.
Illustratively, when the calling user dials the original special service number, if the area code of the called terminal is not dialed, the calling network device modifies the original special service number to "< country code > + < location identification code > + < original special service number >.
For example, the calling network device may generate the destination number 8610095588 based on the area code. Wherein 86 is < country code >,100 is < location identification code >, and 95588 is < original called special service number >.
In connection with the above example, table 1 shows 4 cases in which the calling network device generates a target number from a call request. Wherein 95535 is the original called special service number.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003052653640000091
Figure BDA0003052653640000101
Further optionally, after classifying and marking the attribution condition of the operator of the original special service number, the calling network device may also perform different processing on the original special service number of different types, for example, there are the following processing modes in the 6-division area a-f, so as to adapt to the charging and settlement requirements between networks of different operators, the long-distance settlement requirements in the internal network of the operator, the requirements of different routing modes of the call routing of the operator and other operators on the original special service number.
Treatment mode a: the method of not increasing area code and position identification code is adopted for the intelligent service access numbers of the operators 400/800 and the like.
Treatment mode b: for accessing the operator 95/96/121/123/etc. short number, a mode of not adding area code and position identification code or a mode of adding position identification code only (the insertion can be carried out before and after the short number) is adopted.
Treatment mode c: for the emergency call number such as 110/119/120 of the access operator, a mode of not adding the area code and the position identification code or a mode of only adding the position identification code (the insertion can be carried out before and after the short number) is adopted.
Treatment mode d: for the intelligent service access numbers of other operators 400/800, the mode of only adding the area code without adding the position identification code or adding the area code or the position identification code simultaneously is adopted.
Treatment mode e: for accessing other operators 95/96/121/123/etc. short numbers, a mode of only adding the area code without adding the position identification code or adding the area code or the position identification code at the same time is adopted.
Treatment mode f: for the emergency call numbers such as 110/119/120 accessed to the operator, a mode of adding area codes or position identification codes is adopted.
S403, the calling network equipment adds the target number into the original called special service number to obtain a target call request.
Specifically, after generating a target number according to a call request, the calling network device adds the target number to the original called special service number to obtain the target call request.
S404, the calling network equipment sends a target call request to the called network equipment, so that the called network equipment establishes a communication link between the calling terminal and the called special service platform and between the called terminal according to the target call request.
Specifically, after the target call request is obtained, the calling network device sends the target call request to the called network device, so that the called network device establishes a communication link between the calling terminal and the called special service platform and between the called terminal according to the target call request.
Optionally, when the calling number and the original called special service number belong to different operators, the calling network device forwards the call with the original called special service number being the number of other operators to the gateway of the operator, and the gateway of the operator identifies the target call request including the target number, and transparently transmits (does not intercept or change the called format) and forwards the target call request to the gateway of the called operator, and records the internet call record and the settlement ticket.
S405, the called network equipment receives a target call request sent by the calling network equipment.
Wherein the target call request includes: calling number and destination number. The destination number includes location information of the calling terminal.
Optionally, when the calling number and the original special service number belong to different operators, the gateway of the called operator identifies the call carrying the position information of the original special service number, and transparently transmits (without intercepting and changing called format) and transfers to the called network equipment, and records the call record and the settlement ticket between networks.
S406, the called network equipment determines a called special service platform to which the called terminal belongs according to the position information of the calling terminal.
Specifically, after receiving a target call request sent by a calling network device, a called network device determines a called special service platform to which a called terminal belongs according to position information of the calling terminal.
S407, the called network equipment establishes a communication link between the calling terminal and the special service platform and between the called terminal according to the target call request.
