Abstract
The invention discloses an LVDS camera, comprising: the lens comprises a shell, a lens, a first PCB, a second PCB, a metal spring plate and a connector, wherein a part of the lens is inserted into the shell, the first PCB and the second PCB are arranged in the shell, and the first PCB is close to the lens; one end of the metal elastic sheet stretches into the shell and contacts with the first PCB, and the connector is fixedly arranged at the position where the metal elastic sheet is exposed out of the shell. The application is conducted to the outside through the metal elastic sheet, and damage to devices on the PCB caused by static electricity is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cameras, in particular to an LVDS camera.
Background
The vehicle-mounted camera is used as a necessary part for current driving, and becomes a necessary part for various factories in the next few years. The application of the vehicle-mounted camera is very wide, including a front-view camera, a rear-view camera, a panoramic system, a DVR and in-vehicle monitoring; the security core functions that can be implemented include lane departure warning, vehicle identification applications, pedestrian identification, panoramic detection, rearview reversing, BSD, etc. The vehicle-mounted camera commonly used in the market at present is mainly 30W pixels in standard definition, but from the perspective of the shipment data of the high-definition camera in 2019, the standard definition is being replaced by the high-definition camera (more than 100W pixels), which is a necessary trend and is also a market demand. The high-definition vehicle-mounted camera is divided into two major types, namely LVDS video output and Ethernet output, the LVDS scheme is relatively mature, and a plurality of manufacturers abroad begin to produce the high-definition vehicle-mounted module in quantity and put into use in the brand-name vehicle type of the world.
EMC protection level in the industry is low at present, and is insufficient in electromagnetic shielding and conduction.
Therefore, the design of the camera with higher EMC protection level has important significance.

The invention provides an LVDS camera, which aims to solve the problems.
According to the LVDS camera provided by the embodiment of the application, the LVDS camera comprises: the lens comprises a shell, a lens, a first PCB, a second PCB, a metal spring plate and a connector, wherein a part of the lens is inserted into the shell, the first PCB and the second PCB are arranged in the shell, and the first PCB is close to the lens; one end of the metal elastic sheet stretches into the shell and contacts with the first PCB, and the connector is fixedly arranged at the position where the metal elastic sheet is exposed out of the shell.
In the LVDS camera, the shell comprises a front cover, a middle cover and a rear cover, wherein the middle cover is arranged between the front cover and the rear cover, one end of the front cover, which faces the middle cover, is arranged at a concave cavity part, the middle cover comprises a main body plate part, a positioning wall ring part and at least two positioning column parts, the positioning wall ring part stretches into the concave cavity part, and one end of the rear cover, which faces the middle cover, is provided with a positioning groove part matched with the positioning column parts.
In the LVDS camera, the second PCB is fixedly arranged on the positioning wall ring part.
In the LVDS camera, the second PCB is fixedly arranged on the positioning wall ring part through a dispensing process.
In the LVDS camera, one end of the second PCB, which faces the middle cover, is provided with the HSD terminal, and the HSD terminal penetrates out of the middle cover and stretches into the rear cover.
In the LVDS camera, the metal elastic sheet comprises an inserting part and a mounting plate part which are connected in an included angle, and an opening part for the inserting part to pass through is arranged on the side wall of the front cover; the connector is mounted on the mounting plate portion.
In the LVDS camera, a sealing ring is arranged between the middle cover and the front cover.
In the LVDS camera of the present invention, the metal spring plate is made of copper.
In the LVDS camera of the present invention, the lens is mounted on the front cover through an AA process.
In the LVDS camera of the present invention, the insertion portion includes a mounting hole through which a screw passes to fix the insertion portion to the front cover; glue is arranged between the insertion part and the opening part of the front cover, and the insertion part and the opening part are sealed through the glue.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can comprise the following beneficial effects: the application designs an LVDS camera, through metal shrapnel with static conduction to external world, reduce static and bring the damage to the device on the PCB board.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention discloses an LVDS camera, which includes a housing 10, a lens 20, a first PCB 30, a second PCB 40, a metal spring 50 and a connector 60. The inside casing 10 is inserted to part of camera lens 20, and first PCB board 30 and second PCB board 40 all set up inside casing 10, and first PCB board 30 and second PCB board 40 interval set up, and first PCB board 30 is close to camera lens 20 setting, and second PCB board 40 is kept away from camera lens 20 setting. One end of the metal spring 50 extends into the housing 20, and one end of the metal spring 50 extending into the housing 10 contacts the first PCB 30, and the connector 60 is fixedly mounted at a position where the metal spring 50 exposes out of the housing 10. The application stretches into inside the casing 10 through metal shrapnel 50 to contact with first PCB board 30, static can be through first PCB board 30, send external flow direction to the earth through metal shrapnel 50 again, can not bring the electrostatic damage to electronic components, has very big advantage and promotion in EMC protection. In an alternative embodiment, the housing 10 includes a front cover 11, a middle cover 12, and a rear cover 13. The middle cover 12 is provided between the front cover 11 and the rear cover 13, and one end of the front cover 11 toward the middle cover 12 is provided at the concave portion 111. The middle cap 12 includes a body plate portion 121, a positioning wall ring portion 122, and a positioning column portion 123. The positioning wall ring 122 is disposed towards one side of the front cover 11, the positioning wall ring 122 extends into the cavity 111, and the size of the cavity 111 is matched with the size of the positioning wall ring 122, so that the positioning wall ring 122 can be inserted into the cavity 111. The number of the positioning column portions 123 is at least two, and the end of the rear cover 13 facing the middle cover 12 is provided with positioning groove portions 131 matching the positioning column portions 123, and the positioning is performed by inserting the positioning column portions 123 into the positioning groove portions 131.
In an alternative embodiment, the second PCB 40 is fixedly mounted to the positioning wall portion 122. When in assembly, the second PCB 40 is firstly mounted on the positioning wall ring 122 of the middle cover 12, and then the two are mounted on the front cover 11 together. In some preferred embodiments, the second PCB 40 is fixedly mounted to the positioning wall portion 122 by a dispensing process. The adhesive is fixed through the adhesive dispensing process, the traditional screw locking process is eliminated, and the production efficiency is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the end of the second PCB board 40 facing the middle cover 12 is provided with HSD terminals 41, and the HSD terminals 41 protrude from the middle cover 12 and into the rear cover 13. Specifically, the middle cover 12 is provided with a through hole through which the HSD terminal 41 passes at a position corresponding to the HSD terminal 41, and the HSD terminal 41 passes out of the through hole, enters the rear cover 13, and is exposed from the rear cover. In order to increase the waterproof performance between the middle cover 12 and the rear cover 13, an O-ring 70 is provided between the middle cover 12 and the rear cover 13, i.e., the O-ring 70 is provided at the position of the through hole. The sealing ring 80 is also arranged between the front cover 11 and the middle cover 12 so as to increase the sealing performance between the front cover 11 and the middle cover 12, and the waterproof performance of the camera is high and can reach the IP67 waterproof grade.
In an alternative embodiment, the metal spring plate 50 includes an insertion portion 51 and a mounting portion 52 connected at an included angle, an opening portion for inserting the insertion portion 51 is provided on a sidewall of the front cover, the opening portion is provided at a corresponding sidewall position between the first PCB board and the second PCB board, and the connector 60 is mounted on the mounting portion 52. Specifically, the angle between the insertion portion 51 and the mounting portion 52 of the metal elastic sheet 50 is set according to practical situations, for example, if the side wall of the front cover 11 is a plane, then the angle between the insertion portion 51 and the mounting portion 52 may be set to 90 degrees, so that the insertion portion 51 of the metal elastic sheet 50 is inserted into the side wall of the front cover 11, and the mounting portion 52 is attached to the side wall of the front cover 11, so that the structure is stable. In this embodiment, the insertion portion 51 includes a first mounting hole, the insertion portion 51 is fixed on the front cover 11 through a screw passing through the first mounting hole, glue is disposed between the insertion portion 51 and the opening portion of the front cover 11, the insertion portion 51 and the opening portion are sealed by the glue, and external water is prevented from entering the front cover from the opening portion, so that the waterproof performance of the device is increased. In a preferred embodiment, the mounting portion is provided with a second mounting hole, and the mounting portion is also fixed on the side wall of the front cover through the second mounting hole by a screw, so that the stability of the metal elastic sheet is higher. The mounting portion may be provided in two parts, the second mounting hole being provided near a portion of the side wall, the other portion of the mounting portion being provided away from the side wall, and the other portion of the mounting portion being inserted into the connector. In another preferred embodiment, the metal spring is made of copper.
In an alternative embodiment, the lens is mounted to the front cover by an AA process. In an alternative embodiment, the front cover and the middle cover are made of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy is used for shielding and radiating effects. The design of the rear cover is designed according to the standard HSD appearance, and can effectively match with HSD wire harnesses of multiple brands.

the shell comprises a front cover, a middle cover and a rear cover; the middle cover is arranged between the front cover and the rear cover, and one end of the front cover, which faces the middle cover, is arranged at the concave cavity part; the middle cover comprises a main body plate part, a positioning wall ring part and at least two positioning column parts, wherein the positioning wall ring part extends into the concave cavity part, and one end of the rear cover, which faces the middle cover, is provided with a positioning groove part matched with the positioning column parts;
the metal elastic sheet comprises an inserting part and a mounting plate part which are connected in an included angle, and an opening part for the inserting part to pass through is arranged on the side wall of the front cover; the connector is mounted on the mounting plate part; the insertion part comprises a mounting hole, and the insertion part is fixed on the front cover through the mounting hole by a screw; glue is arranged between the insertion part and the opening part of the front cover, and the insertion part and the opening part are sealed through the glue.
2. The LVDS camera of claim 1, wherein the second PCB is fixedly mounted on the positioning wall collar portion.
3. The LVDS camera of claim 2, wherein the second PCB is fixedly mounted on the positioning wall ring portion by a dispensing process.
4. The LVDS camera of claim 1, wherein an end of the second PCB towards the middle cover is provided with an HSD terminal, the HSD terminal protruding from the middle cover and protruding into the rear cover.
5. The LVDS camera of claim 1, wherein a sealing ring is provided between the middle cover and the front cover.
6. The LVDS camera of claim 1, wherein the metal spring is copper.
7. The LVDS camera of claim 1, wherein the lens is mounted to the front cover by an AA process.
