For example, if the A human-computer interaction application has the right of making a call, the A human-computer interaction application makes a call; and/or if the A man-machine interactive application does not have the authority of making a call, the B man-machine interactive application with the authority of making a call can make a call; and/or the A man-machine interaction application does not have the authority of making a call, can request the authority or output a prompt from the B man-machine interaction application, and makes a call after the dialing is allowed.
Optionally, step S2, includes:
if the first application or service does not meet the processing condition, outputting prompt information;
responding to the selection operation, and processing corresponding application or service in the first application or service and the second application or service according to the selection result; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and responding to the unresponsive prompt message, and processing the first application or service and/or the second application or service according to a first preset strategy.
In some embodiments, if the first application or service does not meet the processing condition, the decision may be made by outputting a prompt message, and the user selects a corresponding processing mode according to needs, so as to meet the requirements of the user in a specific scene. For example, the user says "play congratulative wealth songs of liu de hua" for the human-computer interactive application a, but the human-computer interactive application a is set to be unable to play music in the current time period, for example, in the time period of work, prompt information such as "play delay or not", "play continuing" and the like may be output at this time, if the user needs to play the song now, the user may select to continue playing, and if no operation of responding to the prompt information is received, the user may not play the music in the current time period according to the original setting. Therefore, the method can make a flexible decision according to the actual requirements of the user, and can ensure the accuracy of the interaction result.
When the first application or service does not meet the processing condition or the first application or service does not meet the processing condition and does not respond to the prompt message after time out, the first application or service and/or the second application or service are processed according to the first preset strategy, so that the application scene can be expanded, and the data security can be improved under specific scenes such as transfer, call making and the like.
Optionally, the processing the first application or service according to the first preset policy includes at least one of:
controlling a first application or service to process part of information in the information to be processed;
controlling the first application or service not to process the information to be processed;
outputting information for prompting whether to process the information to be processed by the first application or service;
responding to a first preset operation, and controlling a first application or service to process information to be processed;
delaying the information to be processed; and/or controlling the first application or service to process the information to be processed when the first application or service meets the processing condition.
And when the first application or service does not meet the processing condition or the first application or service does not meet the processing condition and does not respond to the prompt message after time out, processing the first application or service according to a first preset strategy. In one scenario, the first application or service may be controlled to process part of the information in the information to be processed, for example, the first application or service extracts key information in the information to be processed. In one scenario, the first application or service may be controlled not to process the information to be processed, that is, not to respond to a processing request of the information to be processed or to be processed by another application or service. In one scenario, as described above, information for prompting whether the information to be processed is processed by the first application or service is output, and the first application or service is controlled to process the information to be processed in response to the first preset operation being an operation for confirming that the information to be processed is processed by the first application or service. In one scenario, the information to be processed may be delayed, for example, a song may be delayed, and when the vehicle stops or the speed is low, the first application or service may be controlled to process the information to be processed and play the song.
Optionally, the processing of the second application or service according to the first preset policy includes at least one of:
waking up or running a second application or service;
controlling a second application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed;
outputting information for prompting whether to process the information to be processed by the second application or service;
responding to a second preset operation, and controlling a second application or service to process the information to be processed;
and controlling the second application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed and sending a processing result to the first application or service.
And when the first application or service does not meet the processing condition or the first application or service does not meet the processing condition and does not respond to the prompt message after time out, processing the second application or service according to a first preset strategy. In one scenario, a second application or service is woken up or run so that the second application or service can process information to be processed. In one scenario, the second application or service may be controlled to process at least a part of the information in the information to be processed, for example, the information processed by the first application or service is processed, or when the content to be translated contains different languages, the second application or service may translate a language that the first application or service does not support translation. In one scenario, information for prompting whether the information to be processed is processed by the second application or service is output, and the second application or service is controlled to process the information to be processed in response to the second preset operation being an operation for confirming that the information to be processed is processed by the second application or service. In one scenario, a second application or service is controlled to process at least a part of information in information to be processed, a processing result is sent to a first application or service, for example, a language or all contents that the first application or service does not support translation can be translated by the second application or service, and then the translation result is sent to the first application or service, for example, the translation result is integrated into a final translation document to be output.
Optionally, the processing the first application or service and the second application or service according to the first preset policy includes at least one of:
controlling the first application or service to process part of information in the information to be processed, sending a processing result to the second application or service, and controlling the second application or service to output feedback information;
controlling the first application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed and send the processing result to the second application or service, and controlling the second application or service to process the processing result of the first application or service and output feedback information;
and controlling the second application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed, sending the processing result to the first application or service, and controlling the first application or service to output feedback information.
When the first application or service does not meet the processing condition, or the first application or service does not meet the processing condition and does not respond to the prompt message after time out, the first application or service and the second application or service can be processed according to a first preset strategy. In one scenario, a first application or service may translate a language that supports translation, a second application or service may translate a language that the first application or service does not support translation, and then output a final translation result through the second application or service. In one scenario, a first application or service may translate a language that supports translation, a second application or service may translate a language that does not support translation, and the final translation result may be output by the first application or service. In one scenario, a first application or service translates a language that supports translation, a second application or service translates a language that does not support translation, and the final translation result is output through the first application or service. In one scenario, the information to be processed is a punished rock plate for playing the sword-lang song impulse, a song can be searched by a first application or service, when the rock plate of the song is not searched, the first application or service sends the searched song to a second application or service, and the second application or service performs sound effect editing and outputs the song.
When the first application or service meets the processing condition, the first application or service and/or the second application or service is processed according to a second preset strategy, and the consistency of the application interacted with the user can be ensured to the maximum extent on the premise of meeting the interaction requirement.
Optionally, the processing of the first application or service according to the second preset policy includes at least one of:
controlling a first application or service to start processing at least part of information in the information to be processed;
controlling a first application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed in a preset time period;
responding to a first preset operation, and controlling a first application or service to process information to be processed;
controlling a first application or service to process information to be processed according to a current scene or mode;
and outputting a processing result.
It will be appreciated that for the same processing conditions, when a first application or service meets the processing conditions, it means that the current scenario may be dominated by the first application or service, assisted by other applications or services as necessary. For example, the first application or service may be controlled to start processing at least a part of the information to be processed, including all the information, and in one scenario, a preset time period for the first application or service to process the information to be processed may be set, for example, a room air conditioner is turned on at 8 pm in summer, so as to create a comfortable rest environment in advance. And/or a prompt can still be output, and the first application or service is controlled to process the information to be processed in response to the first preset operation, so that the interaction accuracy is improved. And/or controlling the first application or service to process the information to be processed according to the current scene or mode, for example, if the current power of the processing device is lower than a threshold value but music needs to be played, the screen can be turned off when the music is played to save the power. When the first application or service meets the processing condition, for example, in the interactive mode, the processing result may also be output by the first application or service.
Optionally, the processing of the second application or service according to the second preset policy includes at least one of:
controlling the second application or service to sleep or quit the second application or service;
outputting information for prompting whether to process part of the information in the information to be processed by the second application or service;
and responding to a second preset operation, and controlling a second application or service to process part of the information in the information to be processed.
When the first application or service meets the processing condition, the second application or service can assist or supplement the function or interaction capability of the first application or service, and/or control the second application or service to sleep or exit. When the second application or service is needed to assist or supplement the function or the interaction capacity of the first application or service, the function or the interaction capacity of the first application or service can be confirmed to the user in a prompting mode, and then the second application or service is controlled to process part of information in the information to be processed according to the operation of the user. For example, if the first application or service has a function of translating english, but the number of words in a file is large, a part of the content can be translated to the second application or service, and the translation speed can be increased.
Optionally, the processing the first application or service and the second application or service according to a second preset policy includes at least one of:
controlling the first application or service to process the information to be processed, sending a processing result to the second application or service, and controlling the second application or service to output feedback information;
controlling the first application or service to process the information to be processed and sending the processing result to the second application or service, and controlling the second application or service to process the processing result of the first application or service and output feedback information;
and controlling the second application or service to process part of information in the information to be processed, sending the processing result to the first application or service, and controlling the first application or service to output the processing result.
When the first application or service meets the processing condition, the functions or the interaction capacity of the first application or service and the second application or service can still be reasonably distributed, and the first application or service is responsible for processing most of data processing or outputting the processing result. For example, after the first application or service completes translation of all the files, the second application or service checks and outputs the files; and/or the first application or service outputs the translated and corrected file by the second application or service, and/or the second application or service assists in translating a part of the file and outputs the result by the first application or service.
It is understood that, in different scenarios, the second application or service may participate in the process of processing the information to be processed, but only in different scenarios, the role played by the second application or service is different, for example, when the first application or service does not meet the processing condition, the second application or service needs to process more information and/or filter data and/or respond to the result and/or process important information, and when the first application or service meets the processing condition, the second application or service may process less information and/or simply process data, thereby achieving effective fusion between multiple applications or services in different scenarios.
Optionally, when the processing of the first application or service based on the preset policy includes controlling the first application or service to process part of the information in the information to be processed, step S2 further includes:
before the first application or service and/or the second application or service are processed based on the preset strategy, the information to be processed is split, and partial information processed by the first application or service is determined.
Optionally, when the first application or service only processes part of information in the information to be processed, splitting the information to be processed may be performed, for example, splitting different languages of the content to be translated, splitting a translation amount, partitioning an interface to be translated, and the like; and/or, splitting different parts of the instruction, such as "10-point send mail to small brightness", can be split into timing and sending mail, and the application or service responsible for sending mail has a higher security level.
Alternatively, the first application or service and the second application or service may be located on the same device or different devices, and only the first application or service and the second application or service may be called with each other, which is not limited to the installation device of the application or service, the communication manner between the applications or services, and the like.
Optionally, when the first application or service and the second application or service are located on different devices, step S2 includes:
step S2 a: determining a first processing result according to the detection result;
step S2 b: responding to the first processing result meeting the preset condition, and outputting at least one piece of prompt information on the processing equipment or the associated equipment;
step S2 c: and responding to the preset operation, performing preset processing on the first application or service according to a preset strategy and/or a second processing result, and optionally, processing the second processing result by at least one second application or service on the associated device.
Optionally, the first processing result is determined by further processing according to the detection result. For example, when the first application or service does not meet the processing condition, the first processing result may be obtained based on the related information of the processing device and the first application or service. In actual implementation, when the first application or service meets the processing condition, the first processing result may be obtained further based on the information related to the processing device and the first application or service. The relevant information of the processing device includes whether the information is a control center, electric quantity, scene or mode, running state, device association information, and the like, and the relevant information of the first application or service includes whether the function to be realized by the information to be processed is supported, and the like. Based on the first processing result, at least one second application or service on the associated device can participate in management, processing and decision-making, so that data security and interaction effect are further improved.
Optionally, the preset conditions include at least one of:
the processing device is not a control center;
the first application or service does not support the function to be realized by the information to be processed;
the first application or service supports part of functions to be realized by the information to be processed;
at least one of the electric quantity, the scene or the mode and the running state of the processing equipment does not meet the condition;
presence of an associated device;
there is associated equipment and the associated equipment supports the function to be realized by the information to be processed or supports part of the function to be realized by the information to be processed.
When the first processing result meets the preset condition, outputting at least one prompt message on the processing device or the associated device, for example, prompting that "the device C is required to perform authorization", "the current power is low, the task cannot be completed", "the current application cannot be translated", and the like. Under the same preset condition, when the first processing result does not meet the preset condition, the first application or service and/or the second application or service may be processed according to a second preset policy, which may refer to the foregoing description and is not described again.
Optionally, the preset treatment comprises at least one of:
hiding;
closing;
determining or generating at least one associated third application or service;
and outputting at least one part of processing results of the information to be processed.
Optionally, step S2c, comprising at least one of:
the second processing result is a whole processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, and the first application or service is closed or hidden or frozen or dormant;
the second processing result is a part of processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, and the first application or service is controlled to output the other part of processing result of the information to be processed;
the second processing result is a part of processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, and the first application or service is controlled to determine or generate at least one associated third application or service so as to process another part of processing result of the information to be processed;
the second processing result is a processing result which allows the use of the preset authority and controls the first application or service to output the information to be processed;
and if the second processing result is that the first application or service is closed or hidden or frozen or dormant, the first application or service is closed or hidden or frozen or dormant.
Optionally, the preset processing is performed on the first application or service according to a preset policy, and includes at least one of:
performing corresponding preset processing on the first application or service according to a control instruction generated by preset operation;
when the first application or service does not support the function to be realized by the information to be processed, closing or hiding or freezing or sleeping the first application or service;
when the first application or service supports a part of functions to be realized by the information to be processed, controlling the first application or service to determine or generate at least one associated third application or service so as to support another part of functions to be realized by the information to be processed;
and when at least one of the power, the scene or the mode and the running state of the processing equipment does not meet the condition, closing or hiding or freezing or sleeping the first application or service.
Optionally, at least one second application or service on the associated device obtains a second processing result by processing the information to be processed, evaluating a state of the first application or service, making a decision on whether to authorize the information, analyzing the device information of the associated device, and the like, so that the processing device processes the first application or service based on the second processing result. In one scenario, when the second processing result is a part of processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, the first application or service may be further controlled to determine or generate at least one associated third application or service to process another part of processing result of the information to be processed, where the third application or service may be an application or service on a processing device, an associated device, or another device, for example, the human-computer interaction application a requests the human-computer interaction application B to translate a webpage including multiple languages, and the human-computer interaction application B can only translate a part of content of the webpage, and at this time, the human-computer interaction application a may request the human-computer interaction application C to translate another part of content of the webpage.
Alternatively, the processing device may perform the preset processing on the first application or service directly according to the preset policy without being based on the second processing result, and is suitable for a scenario in which a function or a right of the second application or service is not required to be used. For example, when the power of the processing device is low (e.g., the remaining power is less than or equal to a predetermined value, such as 20%), the associated device may control to close the first application or service. And/or the associated device may control closing the first application or service when receiving the operation of closing the first application or service.
Optionally, after step S2, the method further includes:
step S3: determining whether the processing result matches the processing condition;
step S4: and if not, outputting information for prompting updating of the processing conditions.
Optionally, step S3, including at least one of:
determining whether the processing result matches the processing condition according to the source application or service of the processing result;
determining whether the processing result is matched with the processing condition according to the function realized by the processing result;
and determining whether the processing result is matched with the processing condition according to the authority used by the processing result.
The processing conditions define rules for using the functionality and interaction capabilities of different applications or services, and in some implementations the processing conditions may be default non-modifiable conditions, user-settable conditions, or partially user-settable conditions.
Illustratively, when the user is using the a human-computer interaction assistant, a picture needs to be searched, and the a human-computer interaction assistant does not have a function of searching for a picture or the picture data of the server is less, then the B human-computer interaction assistant may be invoked to search for a picture, after obtaining the search result, the user selects to output the result by the a human-computer interaction assistant, and the default processing condition is that the result cannot be output if the a human-computer interaction assistant does not meet the processing condition, then the output function used by the processing result does not match the processing condition, and information prompting to update the processing condition may be output, for example, prompting "whether to update the search result is output only by the a human-computer interaction assistant", and the user may select to update or not update. Therefore, the decision of the equipment and the decision of the user can be effectively fused, so that the interactive process is more in line with the habit and the requirement of the user.
The following describes three application scenarios based on the application or service processing method of the present application.
Fig. 4 is an interface schematic diagram of a processing device in a scenario shown according to the first embodiment. The illustrated scenario is a scenario in which a picture is searched, and is described by taking an application or service as a voice assistant and the voice assistant is installed on a processing device as an example. Fig. 4 (a) shows an interface of a voice assistant a, where the voice assistant a prompts "you say i hear.", and the user can input instructions by voice, so that the applications or services can be fused with each other in terms of functions and interaction capabilities, and the instructions that the voice assistant a can accept are richer without prompting the user what he can input; thereafter, as shown in fig. 4 (b), the device interface displays the content "search landscape" input by the user to prompt the user, and the policy determined based on the content input by the user is: hiding the voice assistant A, controlling the voice assistant B to search the landscape picture and output a result, and further outputting a prompt message that the voice assistant A is hidden and the voice assistant B is recommended to search you, wherein the interface shown in (B) in FIG. 4 can be a system-level interface or an interface of the voice assistant B; then, as shown in (c) in fig. 4, the voice assistant B executes the search instruction and displays the search result in the interface of the voice assistant B, and in the interface shown in (c) in fig. 4, the user may be prompted with an instruction, "you can say: returning to the voice assistant A; the next page; the user is prompted to input instructions based on the search results, and interaction efficiency is improved. Therefore, in the scene of searching pictures, by utilizing the functions or the capabilities of different voice assistants, even if the currently used voice assistant cannot meet the requirements, accurate interactive experience can be provided.
Fig. 5 is a schematic interface diagram of a processing device in another scenario shown in the first embodiment. The illustrated scenario is a call placement scenario, and is described with an application or service being a voice assistant, and the voice assistant all installed on the processing device. Fig. 5 (a) shows an interface of a voice assistant a, where the voice assistant a prompts "you say i hear.", and the user can input instructions by voice, so that the applications or services can be fused with each other in terms of functions and interaction capabilities, and the instructions that the voice assistant a can accept are richer without prompting the user what he can input; thereafter, as shown in fig. 5 (b), the device interface displays the content "dial a small phone call" input by the user to prompt the user, and the policy determined based on the content input by the user is: the voice assistant A does not have the authority to control the voice assistant B to dial or prompt, and outputs a prompt message "the voice assistant A is not allowed to use the contact information, and you can say: dialing by the voice assistant B; if the user allows the call, the interface shown in (b) in fig. 5 may be a system level interface or an interface of the voice assistant a; thereafter, as shown in fig. 5 (c), when the user selects voice assistant B to make a call or does not respond when time out, the voice assistant B executes an instruction to make a call, and a prompt screen to make a call is displayed in the interface of the voice assistant B. Otherwise, if the user selects "allow this time, continue dialing", the voice assistant a executes the instruction of this time of dialing, and displays a prompt screen of dialing in the interface of the voice assistant a, and when the user next dials, the decision process shown in fig. 5 (b) is still performed. Therefore, in a call-making scene, the authorities of different voice assistants are distributed and added in a user decision process, even if the currently used voice assistant cannot meet the requirements, accurate interactive experience can be provided, and the safety of data is ensured.
Fig. 6 is an interface schematic diagram of a processing device in yet another scenario shown in the first embodiment. The illustrated scenario is a schedule reminder scenario, and the application or the service is taken as a voice assistant, and the voice assistant is installed on the processing device. Fig. 6 (a) shows an interface of a voice assistant a, where the voice assistant a prompts "you say, i.e., listen", in a voice, and the user can input instructions in a voice, so that the applications or services can be fused with each other in terms of functions and interaction capabilities, so that the instructions that the voice assistant a can accept are richer and the user does not need to be prompted to input contents; thereafter, as shown in fig. 6 (b), the device interface displays the content "remind me of tomorrow at eight night" input by the user to prompt the user, and the policy determined based on the content input by the user is: the voice assistant A does not have the permission of obtaining the schedule, obtains the schedule from the voice assistant B and reminds the voice assistant A to output prompt information, namely 'good, i can find the voice assistant B to confirm the tomorrow of you and remind you at eight night', and the interface shown in (B) in FIG. 6 is the interface of the voice assistant A; thereafter, as shown in (c) of FIG. 6, when the reminder time is reached, the voice assistant A executes an instruction to remind the schedule, acquires the schedule from the voice assistant B, and outputs a voice "hello! Now eight o' clock evening, your schedule on tomorrow is: in the interface shown in fig. 6 (c), the user may be prompted with relevant instructions, "you can say: receiving; repeating; and when the user is prompted, the interaction efficiency can be improved based on the instruction input by the reminding content. Therefore, in the scene of reminding the schedule, based on the authority and function configuration interaction modes of different voice assistants, the user can remind by using the habitual voice assistant, even if the currently used voice assistant cannot acquire the schedule information, the accurate interaction experience can be provided, and the safety of data is ensured.
The application or service processing method of the application or service responds to the acquired information to be processed and detects whether a first application or service which is awakened or operated at present meets the processing condition; and processing the first application or service and/or the second application or service based on a preset strategy according to the detection result. Therefore, when information to be processed exists, the first application or service which is awakened or operated at present is detected, and then the first application or service and/or the second application or service are processed, so that the use process of the application or service can be managed and controlled when the application or service is used, the functions and the interaction capacity of different applications or services are fully utilized, the data security and/or the interaction effect are improved, and the user experience is improved.
Second embodiment
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a processing method of an application or service according to the second embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, the application or service processing method of the present application is applied to a processing device, and includes:
step S10: responding to the acquired information to be processed, and processing the first application or service according to a first preset strategy;
step S20: and processing the second application or service based on a second preset strategy according to the processing result and/or whether the first preset operation meets the preset condition.
The processing device may include a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc.), a wearable smart device (such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a smart headset, etc.), a smart home device (such as a smart television, a smart sound box, etc.), and a vehicle networking device (such as a smart car, a vehicle-mounted terminal, etc.). The applications or services may include human-computer interaction applications, including applications or services that may interact with humans through gestures, voice, air gestures, and so on. The information to be processed includes, but is not limited to, information such as voice information, gesture information, limb movement, etc., or information obtained by processing the information, and may be, for example, a control command obtained by processing the voice information. By the method, when the information to be processed exists, the first application or service is processed, then the second application or service is processed, the application or service using process can be managed and controlled when the application or service is used, functions and interaction capacity of different applications or services are fully utilized, data security and/or interaction effect are improved, and user experience is improved.
Illustratively, a third-party man-machine interaction application is used for interaction, and a system-level man-machine interaction application or a man-machine interaction application with a higher security level is used for filtering or processing response results; and/or forbidding a function with potential safety hazard to the third-party man-machine interaction application, or prompting a user to approve and then normally using the function, or authorizing a system-level man-machine interaction application and then normally using the function; and the third-party man-machine interaction application processes the data with lower security level, and the system-level man-machine interaction application further processes the data with higher security level according to the processing result and then fuses and outputs the data. Therefore, the functions and the interaction capacity of different applications or services can be fully utilized, the data security can be improved, the interaction effect can be improved, the interaction scene is not limited to the application or service used at present, the interaction is more flexible and smooth, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, step S10, includes:

The preset scene may be a scene that data is not currently being processed or an interconnection scene; the preset mode can be a foreground operation mode, a background operation mode, an interaction mode and the like; the preset authority can be a contact person authority, a control authority and the like; the functions to be realized for supporting the information to be processed can be a search supporting function, a translation function, a timing function and the like; the function required to allow the use of the information to be processed may be to allow a call to be made, to allow a transfer, or the like; the scenario and/or mode associated with the information to be processed may be in a particular time period, a particular location, a child mode, a connected state, etc.
Optionally, in response to acquiring the information to be processed, determining key information; and detecting whether the first application or service which is awakened or operated currently is in a scene and/or mode associated with the information to be processed or not according to the key information. Optionally, the key information includes at least one of a location of a processing object of the information to be processed, a trigger location, a processing time, a source application, and a target application. By performing preliminary processing on the information to be processed, at least one of a location, a triggering location, processing time, a source application and a target application of a processing object of the information to be processed can be determined, for example, the a human-computer interaction application receives the voice information to turn on a living room air conditioner, and the location of the processing object of the information to be processed can be determined as the living room, the triggering time is the time for inputting the voice information, the processing time is present, the source application is the a human-computer interaction application, and the target application is the air conditioner application. Optionally, it is detected whether the first application or service currently woken up or running is in a scene and/or mode associated with the information to be processed, for example, whether the a-man-machine interaction application is in a state that can invoke an air-conditioning application, and/or whether the a-man-machine interaction application is in a living room, and/or whether the a-man-machine interaction application allows a living room air conditioner to be turned on at the current time, and the like, according to the key information.

controlling a first application or service to start processing at least part of information in the information to be processed;
controlling a first application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed in a preset time period;
and controlling the first application or service to process the information to be processed according to the current scene or mode.
Optionally, determining a processing mode according to a processing condition met by the first application or service, for example, the first application or service supports a function to be realized by the information to be processed but is in a sleep state, and at this time, waking up or running the first application or service; and/or if the first application or service does not allow the function required by the information to be processed to be used, controlling the first application or service not to process the information to be processed, and/or outputting information for prompting whether the first application or service processes the information to be processed, and then responding to a second preset operation, controlling the first application or service to process the information to be processed; and/or the first application or service is in a scene and/or mode associated with the information to be processed, for example, associated with an alarm clock application, and then the alarm clock application is called to ring at ten points according to the instruction "set ten alarm clock".
Optionally, when the processing of the first application or service according to the first preset policy includes controlling the first application or service to process part of the information in the information to be processed, step S10 further includes:
before the first application or service is processed according to the first preset strategy, the information to be processed is split, and partial information processed by the first application or service is determined.
After the first application or service is processed according to the first preset policy, the process proceeds to step S20, and a second application or service is processed based on the second preset policy according to whether the processing result and/or the first preset operation meet the preset condition.
Optionally, in step S20, the preset condition includes at least one of the following:
the processing result is matched with the functions and/or the rights allowed to be used by the second application or service;
the processing result is a result to be output or a result to be filtered;
the first preset operation is a preset operation allowing the second application or service to process the processing result;
the processing result is not matched with the function and/or permission which are allowed to be used by the second application or service, and the first preset operation is a preset operation which allows the second application or service to process the processing result;
the processing result is not a result to be output or a result to be filtered, and the first preset operation is a preset operation that allows the second application or service to process the processing result.
Optionally, after the first application or service is processed according to the first preset policy, the second application or service may be processed according to the first preset operation, and/or the second application or service may be processed according to the processing result and the first preset operation. When the second application or service is processed according to the first preset operation, after the first application or service is processed according to the first preset policy, a prompt may be output, for example, "whether the second application or service is allowed to process the processing result" is output, and if the user confirms that the second application or service is allowed, the second application or service is processed; when the second application or service is processed according to the first preset operation, whether the processing result is matched with the function and/or permission allowed to be used by the second application or service and/or whether the processing result is a result to be output or a result to be filtered can be judged, and if yes, the second application or service is processed; and when the processing result does not meet the condition, the second application or service is processed as long as the first preset operation is an operation allowing the second application or service to process the processing result.
Optionally, step S20, including at least one of:
responding to the processing result meeting the preset condition, and awakening or running the second application or service;
responding to the processing result meeting the preset condition, and outputting information for prompting whether the second application or service processes the information to be processed;
responding to the processing result meeting the preset condition, controlling the second application or service to process the processing result of the first application or service and outputting feedback information;
responding to the first preset operation meeting the preset condition, and controlling a second application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed;
responding to the first preset operation meeting the preset condition, controlling a second application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed, and sending a processing result to the first application or service;
and controlling the second application or service to output the processing result in response to the first preset operation meeting the preset condition.

For example, if the processing result is matched with the function and/or authority allowed to be used by the second application or service, the second application or service can be controlled to process the processing result of the first application or service and output feedback information, so that data transmission between applications is reduced, and the operation pressure is reduced; and/or if the first preset operation is a preset operation allowing the second application or service to process the processing result, controlling the second application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed, and sending the processing result to the first application or service, so that the user can select a customary application interface to output the result.
Illustratively, the voice assistant a on the processing device searches the children's cartoon on the internet according to the instruction "i want to see the cartoon", the processing result at this time is the result to be filtered, the result to be filtered may be sent to the voice assistant B on the associated device, the voice assistant B prompts "your child wants to see the cartoon, please filter you", and then the voice assistant B may return the processing result based on the operation of the user, for example, the viewable cartoon is specified.
Illustratively, the voice assistant a determines that the instruction is ' generating a navigation route from the current position to the position of the eastern bright bead ' according to the voice information ' navigating to the eastern bright bead ', and sends the instruction to the voice assistant B, and if the voice assistant B has a navigation function, the voice assistant B generates the navigation route from the current position to the position of the eastern bright bead '.
Optionally, after step S20, the method further includes:

step S40: and if not, outputting information for prompting updating of the processing conditions and/or the preset conditions.
Optionally, step S30, including at least one of:
determining whether the processing result is matched with the processing condition and/or the preset condition according to the source application or service of the processing result;
determining whether the processing result is matched with the processing condition and/or the preset condition according to the function realized by the processing result;
and determining whether the processing result is matched with the processing condition and/or the preset condition according to the authority used by the processing result.
The processing conditions and/or preset conditions define rules for using the functionality and interaction capabilities of different applications or services, and in some implementations, the processing conditions and/or preset conditions may be default non-modifiable conditions, user-settable conditions, or partially user-settable conditions.
Illustratively, when the user is using the a human-computer interaction assistant, news needs to be searched, and the a human-computer interaction assistant does not have a separate search engine, the B human-computer interaction assistant may be invoked to search news, after obtaining the search result, the user selects to output the result by the a human-computer interaction assistant, and the default processing condition is that the a human-computer interaction assistant cannot output the result if the a human-computer interaction assistant does not meet the processing condition, then the output function used by the processing result at this time does not match the processing condition, and information prompting to update the processing condition may be output, for example, prompting "whether to update the search result is output only by the a human-computer interaction assistant", and the user may select to update or not update. Therefore, the decision of the equipment and the decision of the user can be effectively fused, so that the interactive process is more in line with the habit and the requirement of the user.
Illustratively, when the user is using the a human-computer interaction assistant, news needs to be searched, after the a human-computer interaction assistant searches news, the user selects the a human-computer interaction assistant to output results, and the default preset condition is that the B human-computer interaction assistant displays the results to be output, then the application used by the processing result does not match the preset condition, and information prompting to update the processing condition may be output, for example, prompting "whether to update the search result and only output by the a human-computer interaction assistant", and the user may select updating or not updating. Therefore, the decision of the equipment and the decision of the user can be effectively fused, so that the interactive process is more in line with the habit and the requirement of the user.
The application or service processing method responds to the acquired information to be processed, and processes a first application or service according to a first preset strategy; and processing the second application or service based on a second preset strategy according to the processing result and/or whether the first preset operation meets the preset condition. Therefore, when information to be processed exists, the first application or service is processed, the second application or service is processed, the application or service using process can be managed and controlled when the application or service is used, functions and interaction capacity of different applications or services are fully utilized, data safety and/or interaction effects are improved, and user experience is improved.

step S200: responding to preset operation, and processing the first application or service according to a first preset strategy; and/or processing at least one second application or service according to a second preset strategy.
By the method, when the information to be processed is directly received by the first application or service, the first application or service and/or the second application or service is processed through the prompt, the using process of the application or service can be managed and controlled when the application or service is used, functions and interaction capacity of different applications or services are fully utilized, data security and/or interaction effect are improved, and user experience is improved.
Illustratively, when the third-party man-machine interactive application is used, risk prompt, strategy prompt or prompt of related conditions is carried out according to the received to-be-processed information, so that the third-party man-machine interactive application and the related applications can be processed based on the feedback of the user to the prompt. Therefore, the functions and the interaction capacity of different applications or services can be fully utilized, and a user interaction decision is combined, so that the data security can be improved, the interaction effect can be improved, the interaction scene is not limited to the application or service currently used, the interaction is more flexible and smooth, and the user experience is improved.

Optionally, it is determined whether the first application or service meets the processing condition according to the key information, and prompt information is output, where the prompt information may include the processing condition met or the processing condition not met by the first application or service. In one scenario, the prompt may be "voice assistant a does not have payment authority," "voice assistant a is prohibited from performing this function at the current time," or the like. In one scenario, the prompt message may be "need to use navigation function, please confirm whether to wake up voice assistant B", "need to use contact information, please confirm whether voice assistant a is authorized to use contact information", "need to use contact information, please confirm whether voice assistant B makes a call", and so on. Therefore, the prompt information can only carry out information prompt, and can also provide a selectable decision mode for the user, so as to provide a key interaction entrance for cooperation among multiple applications or services, and provide key reference information for processing strategies among the multiple applications or services, so that corresponding processing is carried out on the first application or service and/or the second application or service in the following, and satisfactory interaction experience of the user is obtained.

In one scenario, the first application or service may be controlled not to process the information to be processed, that is, not to respond to a processing request of the information to be processed or to be processed by another application or service. In one scenario, information for prompting whether to process the information to be processed by the first application or service is output, and the first application or service is controlled to process the information to be processed in response to the first preset operation being an operation for confirming that the information to be processed is processed by the first application or service. In one scenario, the information to be processed may be delayed, for example, a song may be delayed, and when the vehicle stops or the speed is low, the first application or service may be controlled to process the information to be processed and play the song.

and controlling the second application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed and sending a processing result to the first application or service.
Optionally, the second preset policy is applicable to a scenario where the first application or service does not meet the processing condition, that is, when it is determined that the first application or service does not meet the processing condition in response to the preset operation, the second application or service is processed according to the second preset policy. In one scenario, a second application or service is controlled to process at least a part of information in information to be processed, a processing result is sent to a first application or service, for example, a language that the first application or service does not support translation can be translated by the second application or service, and then the translation result is sent to the first application or service for processing.
Optionally, in step 200, the processing of the first application or service according to the first preset policy and the processing of the second application or service according to the second preset policy include at least one of:
controlling the first application or service to process part of information in the information to be processed, sending a processing result to the second application or service, and controlling the second application or service to output feedback information;
controlling the first application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed and send the processing result to the second application or service, and controlling the second application or service to process the processing result of the first application or service and output feedback information;
and controlling the second application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed, sending the processing result to the first application or service, and controlling the first application or service to output feedback information.
Optionally, when it is determined that the first application or service does not meet the processing condition in response to the preset operation, the first application or service is processed according to a first preset policy, and the second application or service is processed according to a second preset policy. In one scenario, the information to be processed is a punished rock plate for playing the sword-lang song impulse, a first application or service can search for songs, when the rock plate of the songs is not searched, the first application or service sends the searched songs to a second application or service, and the second application or service performs sound effect editing and outputs the songs.
Optionally, the processing the first application or service according to the first preset policy may further include at least one of:
controlling a first application or service to start processing at least part of information in the information to be processed;

controlling a first application or service to process information to be processed according to a current scene or mode;
and outputting a processing result.
Optionally, the first preset policy is applicable to a scenario where the first application or service meets the processing condition, that is, when it is determined that the first application or service meets the processing condition in response to the preset operation, the first application or service is processed according to the first preset policy.
Optionally, the processing the second application or service according to a second preset policy further includes at least one of:
controlling the second application or service to sleep or quit the second application or service;
outputting information for prompting whether to process part of the information in the information to be processed by the second application or service;
and responding to a second preset operation, and controlling a second application or service to process part of the information in the information to be processed.
Optionally, the second preset policy is applicable to a scenario where the first application or service meets the processing condition, that is, when it is determined that the first application or service meets the processing condition in response to the preset operation, the second application or service is processed according to the second preset policy.
Optionally, the processing the first application or service according to a first preset policy, and the processing the second application or service according to a second preset policy includes at least one of:
controlling the first application or service to process the information to be processed, sending a processing result to the second application or service, and controlling the second application or service to output feedback information;
controlling the first application or service to process the information to be processed and sending the processing result to the second application or service, and controlling the second application or service to process the processing result of the first application or service and output feedback information;
and controlling the second application or service to process part of information in the information to be processed, sending the processing result to the first application or service, and controlling the first application or service to output the processing result.
Optionally, the first preset policy and the second preset policy are applicable to a scenario where the first application or service meets the processing condition, that is, in response to the preset operation, when it is determined that the first application or service meets the processing condition, the first application or service is processed according to the first preset policy and the second application or service is processed according to the second preset policy.
Optionally, when processing the first application or service based on the first preset policy includes controlling the first application or service to process part of information in the information to be processed, step S200 further includes:
and splitting the information to be processed, and determining part of information processed by the first application or service.
Optionally, when the first application or service only processes part of information in the information to be processed, splitting the information to be processed may be performed, for example, splitting different languages of the content to be translated, splitting a translation amount, partitioning an interface to be translated, and the like; and/or splitting different parts of the instructions, e.g. "send mail 10 to a lesser quality", can be split into timing and sending mail, with higher security level for the application or service responsible for sending mail.
Optionally, when the step S100 outputs prompt information indicating whether the first application or service meets the processing condition, after the step S200, the method further includes:
step S300: determining whether the processing result matches the processing condition;
step S400: and if not, outputting information for prompting updating of the processing conditions.
Optionally, step S300, includes at least one of:
determining whether the processing result matches the processing condition according to the source application or service of the processing result;
determining whether the processing result is matched with the processing condition according to the function realized by the processing result;
and determining whether the processing result is matched with the processing condition according to the authority used by the processing result.
Alternatively, the first application or service and the second application or service may be located on the same device or different devices, and only the first application or service and the second application or service may be called with each other, which is not limited to the installation device of the application or service, the communication manner between the applications or services, and the like.
Optionally, when the first application or service and the second application or service are located on different devices, step S200 includes:
step S200 a: responding to preset operation, and determining a first processing result by the first application or service based on the information to be processed;
step S200 b: and in response to that the first processing result meets the preset condition, performing preset processing on the first application or service according to a second processing result, and optionally, processing the second processing result by at least one second application or service on the associated device.
Optionally, in response to a preset operation, the first processing result is determined according to whether the first application or service meets the processing condition.
Optionally, the preset conditions include at least one of:
the processing device is not a control center;
the first application or service does not support the function to be realized by the information to be processed;
the first application or service supports part of functions to be realized by the information to be processed;
at least one of the electric quantity, the scene or the mode and the running state of the processing equipment does not meet the condition;
presence of an associated device;
there is associated equipment and the associated equipment supports the function to be realized by the information to be processed or supports part of the function to be realized by the information to be processed.
Optionally, the preset treatment comprises at least one of:
hiding;
closing;
determining or generating at least one associated third application or service;
and outputting at least one part of processing results of the information to be processed.
Optionally, step S200b, including at least one of:
the second processing result is a whole processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, and the first application or service is closed or hidden or frozen or dormant;
the second processing result is a part of processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, and the first application or service is controlled to output the other part of processing result of the information to be processed;
the second processing result is a part of processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, and the first application or service is controlled to determine or generate at least one associated third application or service so as to process another part of processing result of the information to be processed;
the second processing result is a processing result which allows the use of the preset authority and controls the first application or service to output the information to be processed;
and if the second processing result is that the first application or service is closed or hidden or frozen or dormant, the first application or service is closed or hidden or frozen or dormant.
The application or service processing method responds to a first application or service to acquire information to be processed and outputs at least one prompt message; responding to preset operation, and processing the first application or service according to a first preset strategy; and/or processing at least one second application or service according to a second preset strategy.
Fourth embodiment
Fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a processing method of an application or service according to the fourth embodiment. As shown in fig. 9, a processing method of an application or service of the present application is applied to a processing device, and includes:
step S1000: responding to a first processing result meeting a preset condition, and outputting at least one piece of prompt information on processing equipment and/or associated equipment, wherein the first processing result is obtained by processing a first application or service based on information to be processed;
step S2000: and responding to the preset operation, and performing preset processing on the first application or service according to a preset strategy and/or a second processing result, wherein the second processing result is obtained by processing at least one second application or service on the associated equipment.
The processing device and the associated device may include a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc.), a wearable smart device (e.g., a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a smart headset, etc.), a smart home device (e.g., a smart television, a smart speaker, etc.), and a vehicle networking device (e.g., a smart car, a vehicle-mounted terminal, etc.). Through the mode, when the information to be processed exists, through interaction among different devices, the using process of the application or the service can be managed and controlled when the application or the service is used, functions and interaction capacity of different applications or services can be fully utilized, data safety and/or interaction effect are improved, and user experience is improved.
Illustratively, when using the A man-machine interactive application on the A device, the B device controls or authorizes the A man-machine interactive application; and/or when the A man-machine interactive application on the A equipment is used, the B man-machine interactive application on the B equipment can control, collaboratively process or authorize the A man-machine interactive application; and/or taking the B human-computer interaction application on the B equipment as a control center to carry out overall control on the processing content, the function, the authority and the interaction of other human-computer interaction applications on other equipment. Therefore, the functions and the interaction capacity of different applications or services can be fully utilized, the data security can be improved, the interaction effect can be improved, the interaction scene is not limited to the application or service used at present, the interaction is more flexible and smooth, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, step S1000 includes:
determining key information in response to acquiring the information to be processed;
and determining a first processing result according to the key information.
Optionally, the key information includes at least one of a location of a processing object of the information to be processed, a trigger location, a processing time, a source application, a target application, a function to be implemented, an associated device, and processing device information. By performing preliminary processing on the information to be processed, a first processing result may be determined, where the first processing result may include a processing result related to the processing device and may also include a processing result related to the information to be processed, for example, the human-computer interaction application a receives the voice information "projects a patent document", and may determine that a processing object of the information to be processed is the patent document, the trigger time is time for inputting the voice information, the processing time is present, the source application is the human-computer interaction application a, and the target application is a certain projection application. Optionally, the first processing result determined according to the key information may be that the device where the human-computer interaction application a is located is not a control center, or the human-computer interaction application a does not support invoking of a projection application, or there is a commonly used projection device associated with the device where the human-computer interaction application a is located, or the human-computer interaction application a cannot currently display an XX file that needs to be projected. Based on the first processing result, at least one second application or service on the associated device can participate in management, processing and decision-making, so that data security and interaction effect are further improved.
Optionally, the preset conditions include at least one of:
the processing device is not a control center;
the first application or service does not support the function to be realized by the information to be processed;
the first application or service supports part of functions to be realized by the information to be processed;
at least one of the electric quantity, the scene or the mode and the running state of the processing equipment does not meet the condition;
presence of an associated device;
there is associated equipment and the associated equipment supports the function to be realized by the information to be processed or supports part of the function to be realized by the information to be processed.
And when the first processing result meets the preset condition, outputting at least one piece of prompt information on the processing equipment or the associated equipment, for example, prompting that the equipment C is required to authorize, and the file cannot be displayed currently.
Under the same preset condition, when the first processing result does not meet the preset condition, the first application or service and/or the second application or service may be processed according to a second preset policy.
Optionally, the processing of the first application or service according to the second preset policy includes at least one of:
controlling a first application or service to start processing at least part of information in the information to be processed;
controlling a first application or service to process at least part of information in the information to be processed in a preset time period;
responding to a first preset operation, and controlling a first application or service to process information to be processed;
controlling a first application or service to process information to be processed according to a current scene or mode;
and outputting a processing result.
Optionally, in a scenario, the first application or service may be controlled to start processing at least a part of the information in the information to be processed, including all the information, and in a scenario, a preset time period for the first application or service to process the information to be processed may be set, for example, a room air conditioner is turned on at 8 pm in summer, so as to create a comfortable rest environment in advance.
Optionally, the processing of the second application or service according to the second preset policy includes at least one of:
controlling the second application or service to sleep or quit the second application or service;
outputting information for prompting whether to process part of the information in the information to be processed by the second application or service;
and responding to a second preset operation, and controlling a second application or service to process part of the information in the information to be processed.
When the first processing result does not meet the preset condition, the second application or service can assist or supplement the function or interaction capability of the first application or service, and/or control the second application or service to sleep or exit.
Optionally, the processing the first application or service and the second application or service according to a second preset policy includes at least one of:
controlling the first application or service to process the information to be processed, sending a processing result to the second application or service, and controlling the second application or service to output feedback information;
controlling the first application or service to process the information to be processed and sending the processing result to the second application or service, and controlling the second application or service to process the processing result of the first application or service and output feedback information;
and controlling the second application or service to process part of information in the information to be processed, sending the processing result to the first application or service, and controlling the first application or service to output the processing result.
When the first application or service meets the preset condition, the functions or the interaction capacity of the first application or service and the second application or service can still be reasonably distributed, and the first application or service is responsible for processing most of data processing or outputting the processing result.
Optionally, in step 2000, the preset process includes at least one of the following:
hiding;
closing;
determining or generating at least one associated third application or service;
and outputting at least one part of processing results of the information to be processed.
Optionally, the preset processing is performed on the first application or service according to the second processing result, where the preset processing includes at least one of:
the second processing result is a whole processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, and the first application or service is closed or hidden or frozen or dormant;
the second processing result is a part of processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, and the first application or service is controlled to output the other part of processing result of the information to be processed;
the second processing result is a part of processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, and the first application or service is controlled to determine or generate at least one associated third application or service so as to process another part of processing result of the information to be processed;
the second processing result is a processing result which allows the use of the preset authority and controls the first application or service to output the information to be processed;
if the second processing result is that the first application or service is closed or hidden or frozen or dormant, the first application or service is closed or hidden or frozen or dormant;
optionally, the preset processing is performed on the first application or service according to a preset policy, and includes at least one of:
performing corresponding preset processing on the first application or service according to a control instruction generated by preset operation; when the first application or service does not support the function to be realized by the information to be processed, closing or hiding or freezing or sleeping the first application or service;
when the first application or service supports a part of functions to be realized by the information to be processed, controlling the first application or service to determine or generate at least one associated third application or service so as to support another part of functions to be realized by the information to be processed;
and when at least one of the power, the scene or the mode and the running state of the processing equipment does not meet the condition, closing or hiding or freezing or sleeping the first application or service.
In one scenario, when the second processing result is a part of processing result of the information to be processed output by the second application or service, the first application or service may be further controlled to determine or generate at least one associated third application or service to process another part of processing result of the information to be processed, where the third application or service may be an application or service on the processing device, the associated device, or another device, for example, the human-computer interaction application a requests the human-computer interaction application B to process different types of audio, while the human-computer interaction application B can only process several types of audio, and at this time, the human-computer interaction application a may request the human-computer interaction application C to process other types of audio.
Alternatively, the processing device may perform the preset processing on the first application or service directly according to the preset policy without being based on the second processing result, and is suitable for a scenario in which a function or a right of the second application or service is not required to be used. For example, when the processing device is low (e.g., below 20%) the associated device may control the first application or service to be closed. And/or the associated device may control closing the first application or service when receiving the operation of closing the first application or service.
Two application scenarios based on the application or service processing method of the present application are described below.
Fig. 10 is one of the scene diagrams of the processing method of an application or service shown according to the fourth embodiment. As shown in fig. 10, a voice assistant a is disposed on the processing device 301, a voice assistant B is disposed on the first associated device 302, the processing device 301 and the first associated device 302 may be connected through a network, where the network includes a wireless network for short-distance transmission, such as bluetooth and WiFi, a network of a mobile operator, and a data transmission network based on a cloud, so as to implement data transmission between the processing device 301 and the first associated device 302 through the network. The scenario shown in fig. 11 is a transfer scenario, and is described with an application or service as a voice assistant as an example. Fig. 11 (a) shows an interface of a voice assistant a on the processing device 301, where the voice assistant a prompts "you say i hear", and the user can input instructions by voice, and since the application can merge functions and interaction capabilities between applications or services, the instructions that the voice assistant a can accept are richer without prompting the user what he can input; thereafter, as shown in fig. 11 (b), the interface of the processing device 301 displays the content "pay 99.9 meta" input by the user to prompt the user, and the first processing result determined based on the content input by the user is: the voice assistant a or the processing device 301 does not have payment authority and the processing device 301 has an associated first associated device 301. Optionally, a prompt is output "permission is being requested from device 302, please wait. At this time, as shown in fig. 12, the voice assistant B on the first associated device 302 displays a prompt "device 301 requests payment for 99.9 dollars" and prompts the user for relevant instructions, "transfer device 303 to process; allowing; the interaction efficiency is improved by prompting the user for an instruction which can be input based on the reminding content. Based on the user's operation of voice assistant B, for example, the user inputs voice "allow", a second processing result is obtained, and voice assistant a may be processed based on the second processing result, that is, payment is allowed, and may be turned off after payment. Therefore, in the transfer scene, the safety of data can be ensured based on the authorities of different devices and voice assistants.
Fig. 13 is a second scenario diagram illustrating a processing method of an application or service according to the fourth embodiment. Different from the scenario shown in fig. 10, a second association device 303 is added, a voice assistant C is arranged on the second association device, the second association device 303, the processing device 301 and the first association device 302 may be connected through a network, the network includes a wireless network for short-distance transmission, such as bluetooth and WiFi, may also include a network of a mobile operator, and may also include a cloud-based data transmission network, so that data transmission among the processing device 301, the first association device 302 and the second association device 303 is realized through the network. The interaction between the processing device 301, the first associated device 302, and the second associated device is still illustrated in a transfer scenario. The processing method of the processing device 301 and the first associated device 302 is the same as that of (a) in fig. 11 and (B) in fig. 11, except that when the user inputs voice "transfer device 302 processing" to the voice assistant B, the second processing result is obtained as "second application or service transfer authorization", and the associated voice assistant C "is determined or generated, and at this time, the voice assistant a may be processed based on the second processing result, so that the second associated device C performs transfer authorization. At this time, as shown in fig. 14, the voice assistant C on the second associated device 303 displays a prompt "device 301 requests payment for 99.9 dollars" and prompts the user for relevant instructions, "transfer device 302 to process; allowing; the interaction efficiency is improved by prompting the user for an instruction which can be input based on the reminding content. Based on the user's operation of voice assistant C, for example, the user inputs voice "allow", a third processing result is obtained, and then voice assistant a may be processed based on the third processing result, that is, payment is allowed, and voice assistant a may be turned off after payment. In this way, in the transfer scenario, data security may be ensured based on the permissions of the multiple devices and the voice assistant.
According to the application or service processing method, in response to the fact that the first processing result meets the preset condition, at least one piece of prompt information is output on the processing equipment and/or the associated equipment, and optionally, the first processing result is obtained by processing the first application or service based on the information to be processed; and responding to the preset operation, performing preset processing on the first application or service according to a preset strategy and/or a second processing result, and optionally, processing the second processing result by at least one second application or service on the associated device. Through the mode, when the information to be processed exists, through interaction among different devices, the using process of the application or the service can be managed and controlled when the application or the service is used, functions and interaction capacity of different applications or services can be fully utilized, data safety and/or interaction effect are improved, and user experience is improved.
