Description
The invention is a divisional application of an invention application with the application date of 2017, 9, and 11, the application number of 2017108144758, and the name of 'a method for transmitting a control signal, a user terminal and a network side device'.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method for transmitting a control signal, a user terminal, and a network side device.
Background
Compared with the conventional mobile communication system, the 5G mobile communication system needs to be adapted to more diversified scenes and service requirements. The main scenes of new radio access (NR) include mobile broadband enhancement (eMBB), large-scale internet of things (mtc), ultra-high-reliability ultra-low-latency communication (URLLC), and these scenes impose requirements on the system for high reliability, low latency, large bandwidth, wide coverage, and the like. For certain scenarios of traffic, low latency and highly reliable transmission are required.
The URLLC service is transmitted on a grant-free (grant-free) resource, so that the time delay of URLLC data transmission can be reduced. Conventional data services, such as eMBB services, Uplink Control Information (UCI) is transmitted on a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH), and may also be transmitted on a data channel (PUSCH) multiplexed with data. Due to the high priority and low latency requirements of URLLC traffic, the transmission of URLLC data will be sent as soon as possible after the traffic arrives. However, the control information of the eMBB service is usually transmitted periodically by the base station scheduling or pre-configuration, so the transmission time of the URLLC data overlaps with the transmission time of the control information of the eMBB service, resulting in transmission collision. In view of the above, a more efficient method for transmitting uplink control information, for example, control information of the eMBB service, is needed.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for transmitting a control signal according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
the method for transmitting the control signal provided by the invention is applied to the user terminal and is used for controlling the transmission of the UCI of the user terminal.
Specifically, the ue may determine whether the UCI is carried by the unlicensed resource for transmission according to a preset configuration or indication information of the network side device. The step of determining whether the UCI is carried in the unlicensed resource may include determining whether the UCI is carried in the unlicensed resource and what the UCI specifically carries out the unlicensed resource transmission, which is described in detail in the following embodiments.
in this step, the channel for carrying the unlicensed resource of the UCI is preferably a data channel. In this embodiment, if it is determined that the UCI is carried on the data channel of the unlicensed resource for transmission, the UCI is carried on the channel of the unlicensed resource, so as to carry the UCI on the channel of the unlicensed resource. For example, when the timing of transmitting URLLC data overlaps with the timing of transmitting control information of the eMBB service, UCI of the eMBB service may be transmitted via the unlicensed resource.
And 103, sending a channel carrying the authorization-free resource of the UCI.
In this step, after the UCI is carried in the grant-free resource channel, when the start transmission time of the grant-free resource arrives, the grant-free resource channel is directly transmitted, thereby completing the transmission of the second UCI.
Thus, the embodiment of the invention determines whether uplink control information UCI is carried in the authorization-free resource; if yes, loading the UCI in a channel of the license-free resource; and sending a channel carrying the authorization-free resources of the UCI. Because the UCI control information is carried in the authorization-free resource for transmission, the transmission of the UCI control information is more efficient.
It should be understood that, if it needs to determine whether the UCI is carried by the unlicensed resource for transmission through the indication information of the network side device, referring to fig. 2, before step 101, the method may further include:
It can be understood that the content included in the UCI may be set according to actual needs, for example, in this embodiment, the UCI includes at least one of transmission acknowledgement information HARQ-ACK and channel state information CSI.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the step 101 includes:
In this step, the size of the UCI carried in the unlicensed resource may be set according to the state of the UCI sent by the user terminal and the configuration of the user terminal by the network side device. This is explained in detail below:
in the first case: when the UCI includes HARQ-ACK or the CSI, the step 1011 includes:
if the UCI bit number is less than or equal to X, carrying the UCI in the authorization-free resource; the X is the maximum number of UCI bits allowed to be carried on the authorization-free resources;
if the number of the UCI bits is larger than X, discarding part of the UCI, and carrying M bits, wherein M is smaller than or equal to X; or
If the UCI bit number is larger than X, compressing UCI to X bits, and loading the compressed UCI to the authorization-free resource; or
If the UCI bit number is larger than X, discarding the UCI, and setting the size of the UCI carried in the authorization-free resources to be zero.
In the second case: when the UCI includes HARQ-ACK and the CSI, the step 1011 includes:
if the bit number of HARQ-ACK and CSI in the UCI is less than or equal to X, carrying all HARQ-ACK and CSI contained in the UCI on the authorization-free resource;
if the bit number of HARQ-ACK and CSI in the UCI is larger than X, determining the UCI carried in the authorization-free resources according to a preset mode;
the preset mode comprises the following steps:
if the bit number of the HARQ-ACK in the UCI is smaller than X, discarding the CSI in the UCI, and bearing the HARQ-ACK in the UCI on an authorization-free resource; or discarding part of CSI in the UCI, and carrying HARQ-ACK in the UCI and the undiscarded CSI on the authorization-free resources; and
and if the bit number of the HARQ-ACK in the UCI is larger than X, discarding the CSI in the UCI, and carrying the M-bit HARQ-ACK of the UCI on the authorization-free resource.
That is, in this embodiment, if the UCI may include HARQ-ACK and does not include CSI, all HARQ-ACKs in the UCI may be discarded, a part of HARQ-ACK may be discarded, or HARQ-ACK may not be discarded.
If the UCI may include CSI and does not include HARQ-ACK, all CSI in the UCI may be discarded, part of CSI may be discarded, or CSI may not be discarded.
If the UCI can contain HARQ-ACK and CSI, the HARQ-ACK is carried preferentially, at this time, all HARQ-ACK in the UCI can be reserved, and partial HARQ-ACK can be discarded; for CSI, all CSI in the UCI may be discarded, or part of CSI may be discarded, or CSI may not be discarded.
Specifically, the dropping rule for partially dropping HARQ-ACK may be set as follows. For example, HARQ-ACK of the primary cell PCell is reserved and HARQ-ACK of the secondary cell SCell is discarded, or HARQ-ACK of transport block level (TB-level) is reserved and HARQ-ACK bits of Code Block Group (CBG) manner are discarded.
Meanwhile, a dropping rule for partially dropping CSI may be set as follows. The CSI of the primary cell PCell is reserved and the CSI of the secondary cell SCell is discarded, or the Rank Indication (RI) in the CSI is reserved and the Channel Quality Indication (CQI)/Precoding Matrix Indication (PMI) in the CSI is discarded.
Further, the compressing manner of the UCI may be set according to actual needs, for example, in this embodiment, the compressing manner may include:
first, frequency domain ACK/NACK bundling (bundling), for example, reporting ACK/NACK bundling of different carriers;
secondly, time domain ACK/NACK bundling, for example, reporting ACK/NACK bundling of different slot/symbol (slot/symbol);
thirdly, spatial domain ACK/NACK binding, for example, reporting ACK/NACK binding of different layers (layers)/beams (beams)/Transport Blocks (TBs);
and fourthly, bundling the ACK/NACK of the CBG level, for example, reporting the ACK/NACK bundling of different CBGs.
In addition, since carrying UCI on the channel without the right resource for transmission generally requires the user terminal to perform bearer processing, it is further necessary to determine whether the processing time of the user terminal for the UCI bearer can perform UCI bearer in the implementation process, that is, step 101 may further include: and judging whether the processing time of the user terminal to the UCI bearer is longer than the time from the current moment to the start of the channel of the authorization-free resource. And if so, determining that the UCI is not carried on the channel of the exempt right resource for transmission.
For example, the network side device indicates that the user terminal is not allowed to transmit UCI through the channel of the unlicensed resource or the processing time is insufficient (e.g., if the transmission of the unlicensed resource occurs before the transmission of the eMBB UCI starts, UCI cannot be carried on the PUSCH of the unlicensed resource that has already started; e.g., if the transmission start time of the unlicensed resource is very close to the PUSCH/PUCCH time of the eMBB carrying UCI, the UE does not have enough processing time to carry UCI on the PUSCH of the unlicensed resource before the transmission of the unlicensed resource starts). The user terminal may give up sending UCI and directly send the PUSCH of the unlicensed resource, or may give up sending the PUSCH of the unlicensed resource and send the eMBB PUSCH/PUCCH.
Furthermore, part of the user terminals may also support two data channels to transmit data together. In this regard, the network side device may indicate the manner in which the user terminal transmits data. Specifically, in this embodiment, before the step 101, the method further includes:
receiving second indication information sent by a network side device, where the second indication information is used to indicate whether to allow the user terminal to send a channel of an unlicensed resource and a second channel together, where the second channel is a control channel or a second data channel that carries UCI, and is, for example, a PUCCH or a PUSCH;
and if the second indication information determines that the user terminal is allowed to send the channel of the unlicensed resources and the second channel together, sending the channel of the unlicensed resources and the second channel together.
Further, the basis for the network side device to indicate whether to allow the ue to send the unlicensed resource channel and the second channel together may be capability information of the ue, and the capability information may be reported by the ue. Specifically, before the step of receiving the second indication information sent by the network side device, the method further includes:
and sending capability information to the network side equipment, wherein the capability information is used for indicating whether the user terminal can send the channel of the unlicensed resources and the second channel together.
It should be understood that, in this embodiment, the user terminal sends the channel of the unlicensed resource and the second channel together refers to: the user terminal may transmit the channel and the second channel together. That is, the above "together" does not limit the starting transmission time of the channel and the second channel to be the same, but means that the second data channel can also be transmitted during the process of transmitting the channel of the unlicensed resource; or, in the process of transmitting the second data channel, the data channel of the unlicensed resource may be transmitted.
Further, if the second indication information indicates that the ue is allowed to send the data channel and the second channel of the unlicensed resource together, the ue may further determine a data sending mode according to its own state. Specifically, before the step of sending the data channel of the unlicensed resource and the second channel together, the method may further include:
if the transmitting power of the data channel and the second channel which are sent by the user terminal together with the authorization-free resource is larger than the maximum transmitting power of the user terminal, data transmission is carried out according to any one of the following modes:
transmitting a data channel of the authorization-free resource without transmitting a second channel;
transmitting a second channel without transmitting the data channel of the authorization-free resource;
sending the data channel of the authorization-free resource and a second channel together, and reducing the transmitting power of the second channel;
sending the data channel of the unlicensed resource and the second channel together, and reducing the transmitting power of the data channel of the unlicensed resource; and
and if the transmitting power of the data channel and the second channel which are sent by the user terminal together with the authorization-free resource is less than or equal to the maximum transmitting power of the user terminal, executing the step of sending the data channel and the second channel of the authorization-free resource together.
In this embodiment, the data channel is configured with corresponding transmission power during normal transmission, and the second channel also has corresponding transmission power during transmission. In order to ensure that the maximum transmission power of the ue is not exceeded, in this embodiment, if the simultaneous transmission power of the ue and the ue is greater than the maximum transmission power of the ue, the ue may be prevented from operating in an overload manner by discarding the transmission of one channel or reducing the transmission power of one channel, so as to ensure the reliability of the operation of the ue.
Specifically, the second channel carries a second UCI, or the second channel does not carry the second UCI, where the second UCI includes at least one of HARQ-ACK, SR, and CSI. That is to say: in this embodiment, if the user terminal is instructed to transmit the channel of the unlicensed resource and the second channel together, the UCI may be transmitted on the channel of the unlicensed resource, or the UCI may be transmitted on the second channel, or both the channel of the unlicensed resource and the second channel may be transmitted, and if the UCI transmitted on the channel of the unlicensed resource and the UCI transmitted on the second channel are both transmitted, the UCI may be the same or different. And are not further limited herein.
Further, the present invention also provides a method for transmitting a control signal, including:
sending first indication information to a user terminal, wherein the first indication information is used for the user terminal to determine whether uplink control information UCI is carried in an authorization-free resource; if yes, loading the UCI in a channel of the license-free resource;
receiving UCI of channel transmission of the license-exempt resource.
The method for transmitting the control signal is applied to network side equipment and used for controlling the transmission of the UCI of the user terminal.
In this embodiment, the ue may determine whether the UCI is carried by the unlicensed resource for transmission according to the indication information of the network side device. Specifically, the network side device may determine whether to allow UCI of the ue to be carried by the unlicensed resource for transmission according to a predetermined protocol configuration, and send the first indication information to the ue. If the first indication information indicates that the UCI of the ue is allowed to be carried on the unlicensed resource for transmission, the ue may carry the UCI and send a channel of the unlicensed resource. Specifically, the process of determining, by the ue, to perform the UCI for unlicensed bearer may refer to all operations performed by the ue in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described herein again.
In this way, in the embodiment of the present invention, first indication information is sent to a user equipment, where the first indication information is used for the user equipment to determine whether uplink control information UCI is carried in an unlicensed resource; and if so, loading the UCI to a channel of the license-free resource. Because the UCI control information is carried in the authorization-free resource for transmission, the transmission of the UCI control information is more efficient.
It can be understood that the content included in the UCI may be set according to actual needs, for example, in this embodiment, the UCI includes at least one of transmission acknowledgement information HARQ-ACK and channel state information CSI.
It should be noted that the maximum number of UCI bits allowed to be carried on the unlicensed resource by the user terminal may be configured by the network side. Specifically, the method further comprises:
and sending configuration information to the user terminal, wherein the configuration information is used for configuring the number of UCI bits which are allowed to be carried on the authorization-free resource to the maximum by the user terminal.
Further, the network side device may directly configure the maximum number of UCI bits that the user equipment is allowed to carry on the unlicensed resource according to a protocol agreement; and the maximum number of UCI bits allowed to be carried on the license-exempt resource by the user terminal can be configured according to the capability information of the user. Preferably, in this embodiment, before the step of indicating the second indication information to the user terminal, the method further includes:
receiving capability information sent by the user terminal, wherein the capability information is used for indicating whether the user terminal can send a data channel and a second channel of the unlicensed resources together;
and configuring the second indication information according to the capability information.

if the number of the UCI bits is larger than X, discarding part of the UCI, and carrying M bits, wherein M is smaller than or equal to X; or
If the UCI bit number is larger than X, compressing UCI to X bits, and loading the compressed UCI in an authorization-free resource; or

if the bit number of HARQ-ACK and CSI in the UCI is larger than X, determining the UCI carried in the authorization-free resources according to a preset mode;
the preset mode comprises the following steps:
if the bit number of the HARQ-ACK in the UCI is smaller than X, discarding the CSI in the UCI, and bearing the HARQ-ACK in the UCI on an authorization-free resource; or discarding part of CSI in the UCI, and carrying HARQ-ACK in the UCI and the undiscarded CSI on the authorization-free resources; and
and if the bit number of the HARQ-ACK in the UCI is larger than X, discarding the CSI in the UCI, and carrying the M-bit HARQ-ACK of the UCI on the authorization-free resource.
Optionally, the user terminal further includes:
a first configuration module, configured to configure, according to received configuration information sent by a network side device, a maximum number of UCI bits that the user terminal is allowed to carry over the grant-free resource; or, the maximum number of UCI bits allowed to be carried on the license-exempt resource is pre-configured through a protocol.
Optionally, the user terminal further includes a second receiving module, configured to receive second indication information sent by a network side device, where the second indication information is used to indicate whether the user terminal is allowed to send a data channel and a second channel of the unlicensed resource together, and the second channel is a control channel or a second data channel that carries the UCI; and
the first sending module is further configured to, if the second indication information determines that the user terminal is allowed to send the data channel and the second channel of the unlicensed resource together, send the data channel and the second channel of the unlicensed resource together.
Optionally, the first sending module is further configured to send capability information to the network side device, where the capability information is used to indicate whether the user terminal can send the data channel and the second channel of the unlicensed resource together.
Optionally, if the second indication information indicates that the user terminal is allowed to send the data channel and the second channel of the unlicensed resource together, the first sending module is further configured to, if the transmit power of the data channel and the second channel of the unlicensed resource sent by the user terminal together is greater than the maximum transmit power of the user terminal, send data according to any one of the following manners:
transmitting a data channel of the authorization-free resource without transmitting a second channel;
transmitting a second channel without transmitting the data channel of the authorization-free resource;
sending a data channel of the unlicensed resources and a second channel together, and reducing the transmission power of the second channel;
sending the data channel of the unlicensed resource and the second channel together, and reducing the transmitting power of the data channel of the unlicensed resource; and
and if the transmitting power of the data channel and the second channel which are used for transmitting the unlicensed resources together by the user terminal is less than or equal to the maximum transmitting power of the user terminal, triggering the first transmitting module to execute the operation of transmitting the data channel and the second channel which are used for transmitting the unlicensed resources together.
Optionally, the second channel carries a second UCI, or the second channel does not carry the second UCI, where the second UCI includes at least one of HARQ-ACK, SR, and CSI.
Further, the present invention also provides a network side device, which can implement the details of the method for transmitting the control signal in the above embodiment, and achieve the same effect. Specifically, the network side device includes:
a second sending module, configured to send first indication information to a user equipment, where the first indication information is used for the user equipment to determine whether uplink control information UCI is carried in an unlicensed resource; if yes, loading the UCI in a channel of the license-free resource;
a third receiving module, configured to receive the UCI transmitted by the channel of the unlicensed resource.
Optionally, the UCI includes at least one of transmission acknowledgement information HARQ-ACK and channel state information CSI.
Optionally, the sending module is further configured to send configuration information to the user terminal, where the configuration information is used to configure the maximum number of UCI bits that the user terminal is allowed to carry on the license-exempt resource.
Optionally, the sending module is further configured to send second indication information to the user terminal, where the second indication information is used to indicate whether to allow the user terminal to send a data channel and a second channel of the unlicensed resource together, and the second channel is a control channel or a second data channel that carries the UCI.
Optionally, the network side device further includes: a second configuration module, wherein,
the receiving module is further configured to receive capability information sent by the user terminal, where the capability information is used to indicate whether the user terminal can send a data channel and a second channel of an unlicensed resource together;
