3. Carrying out encryption, decryption and verification operation by an algorithm combining a symmetric encryption mode and an asymmetric encryption mode, and transmitting data by adopting an SSL (secure sockets layer) secure transmission protocol;
in the process of data transmission between the mobile terminal and the server, the encryption, decryption and verification operations are performed on the information such as equipment information, token, data parameters and data request source by an algorithm combining two symmetric encryption modes and an asymmetric encryption mode, the data is transmitted by adopting an SSL (secure socket layer) secure transmission protocol, the security, reliability and integrity of the whole process of data request, transmission and analysis are guaranteed, and the access service is released only when the request passes the verification.
By the portable mobile diagnosis and treatment system with the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment capacity, independent and (or) centralized and customized management can be supported for basic medical institutions and independent medical working individuals on the premise that the basic medical institutions such as rural washrooms, villages and clinics meet the management requirements of the state on electronic medical records, and the portable mobile diagnosis and treatment system with the intelligent auxiliary diagnosis and treatment capacity and electronic medical record informatization management is provided.

(3) Through medical record data management taking a family as a unit, the distribution and the illness state of basic-level common diseases, chronic diseases and other diseases can be really and effectively recorded, collected and managed, real and comprehensive data can be provided for superior medical administrative departments, and an effective data basis is provided for the targeted popularization and promotion of family doctors.
(4) The efficiency of basic doctor's use this system is improved, reduce use cost, provide the following ability in the system:
providing an online template and a local template, finishing classification and summarization of the templates according to disease categories, dividing the templates into a medical record template and a prescription template, and providing functions of newly adding, modifying and deleting the disease categories, the medical record template and the prescription template.
Providing common diseases is a keyword management function. the user-defined medical record template comprises an online template and a local template, wherein the online template is a common standardized medical record template of a basic medical institution, and the online template comprises chief complaints and current medical history information of common diseases; the local template comprises a local medical record template and a prescription template, the local template is formed by common medical record data which is arranged by a basic medical institution on the basis of an online template and is related to self medical work, and the local template is a self-defined template;

s1: matching patients: after the personal information of the patient of the current patient is input, the newly-started diagnosis module intelligently screens according to the personal information of the patient and provides matched historical patient information;
s2: if no matched historical patient information exists or the matched historical patient information is not consistent with the current patient and the family relationship does not exist between the current patient and the patient in the historical patient information, displaying a basic information interface for inputting the patient;
if the family relationship exists between the current patient and the patient in the historical patient information, adding the current patient to family members of the corresponding patient, and establishing associated information in an electronic medical record data index taking a family as a unit;
if the matched historical patient information is consistent with the current patient, displaying the medical record information of the current patient in the last 3 times of treatment for the doctor to look up;
s3: inputting a chief complaint and a current medical history related to the current patient condition, extracting disease related information of the patient by a data monitoring assistant of a newly-developed diagnosis module, obtaining suspected diseases according to the conformity of the disease related information of the patient and various diseases on the basis of a medical knowledge base through an intelligent algorithm engine, and giving an examination item according to the suspected diseases;
s4: a doctor inputs the results of the diagnosis and examination of the doctor, a data monitoring assistant of the newly-developed diagnosis module captures the information related to the disease of the doctor and the patient, and an intelligent diagnosis assisting module is called to analyze, summarize, deduce and calculate so as to verify the rationality and accuracy of the doctor diagnosis;
s5: after the doctor determines that the diagnosis is correct, calling the intelligent auxiliary diagnosis module to recommend the medicine; after a doctor selects recommended medication or selects a medicine by himself when the doctor prescribes a prescription, the intelligent auxiliary diagnosis module performs medicine rationality check.
