Abstract

in step S43, the remote slide reading system determines whether the number of slide reading requests in the request list is one:
if yes, go to step S44;
if not, returning to the step S41;
step S44, the remote film reading system distributes the image data marked by the focus and the pre-reading result to the corresponding remote film reading doctor end for film reading, and then quits;
and step S45, the remote film reading system extracts the sequence of the remote film reading doctor end corresponding to each film reading request in the historical film reading evaluation list, and distributes the image data marked by the focus and the pre-film reading result to the remote film reading doctor end with the most front sequence for film reading.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, before executing step S4, a history slide evaluation list generation process is further included, as shown in fig. 4, including:
a1, the remote film reading platform counts the film reading accuracy and the report issuing speed of each remote film reading doctor end in real time;
and step A2, the remote slide reading platform sorts the remote slide reading medical terminals according to the slide reading accuracy from high to low, and sorts the remote slide reading medical terminals according to the report issuing speed from high to low when the slide reading accuracy is the same, so as to form a historical slide reading evaluation list.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the remote radiographing system further includes at least one reviewing physician end, as shown in fig. 5, step S5 includes:
step S51, the remote film reading system compares the film reading result with the doctor film reading result, and judges whether the film reading result is consistent with the doctor film reading result:
if so, outputting the reading result of the doctor as an auditing result,
if not, sending the pre-reading result and the doctor reading result to an auditing doctor end for final auditing, and receiving the final auditing result given by the auditing doctor end as the auditing result to be output;
and step S52, the remote film reading system generates an audit report according to the audit result and outputs the audit report.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, before executing step S1, a remote doctor qualification process is further included, as shown in fig. 6, including:
step B1, the remote film reading system provides at least one question bank for each remote film reading doctor end to take an examination, and carries out film reading qualification evaluation according to the examination result;
and step B2, when the evaluation result of the film reading qualification shows that the remote film reading doctor end has the film reading qualification, the remote film reading system establishes the corresponding relation between the remote film reading doctor end and the scanning part which can be scanned for film reading and stores the corresponding relation.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A remote slide viewing system, comprising:
the image scanning device is used for scanning to obtain image data of the patient and outputting the image data;
the long-distance film reading platform is respectively connected with the image scanning equipment and at least one long-distance film reading doctor end, and the long-distance film reading platform comprises:
the part identification module is used for receiving the image data and carrying out part identification on the image data to obtain a scanned part related to the image data;
the pre-film reading module is connected with the part identification module and used for marking the focus of the image data according to an artificial intelligent model which is obtained by pre-training and is related to the scanned part and giving a pre-film reading result;
the data storage module is used for storing the corresponding relation between each remote film-reading doctor end and the scanning part which can be used for reading the film, which is obtained in advance;
the data publishing module is respectively connected with the pre-film reading module and the data storage module and is used for publishing the image data marked by the lesions and the pre-film reading result to all the remote film reading doctor terminals associated with the corresponding scanning part so that each remote film reading doctor terminal can seize the film reading;
the remote film reading doctor end which successfully seizes film reading gives out a doctor film reading result according to the image data marked by the focus and the film reading result;
and the report auditing module is connected with the pre-reading module and is used for auditing the reading result of the doctor according to the pre-reading result, generating a reading report according to the auditing result and outputting the reading report.
2. The remote slide viewing system of claim 1, wherein the data publishing module comprises:
the request receiving unit is used for receiving the film reading requests given by each remote film reading doctor end according to the image data marked by the focuses and the pre-film reading results, extracting the film reading requests with the earliest request giving time and adding the extracted requests into a request list;
the request distribution unit is connected with the request receiving unit and is used for distributing the image data marked by the focuses and the pre-radiographing results to the corresponding remote radiographing doctor end for radiographing when the number of radiographing requests in the request list is only one;
the evaluation storage unit is used for storing a historical slide reading evaluation list of each remote slide reading doctor end, which is obtained by statistics in advance;
and the request scheduling unit is respectively connected with the request receiving unit and the evaluation storage unit and is used for extracting the sequence of the remote radiographing doctor end corresponding to each radiographing request in the historical radiographing evaluation list when the number of radiographing requests in the request list is more than one, and distributing the image data marked by the focus and the pre-radiographing result to the remote radiographing doctor end with the most front sequence for radiographing.
3. The remote film reading system of claim 2, wherein the data publishing module further comprises an evaluation statistical unit connected to the evaluation storage unit, and the evaluation statistical unit comprises:
the statistics subunit is used for carrying out statistics on the reading accuracy and the report issuing speed of each remote reading doctor end in real time;
and the sequencing subunit is connected with the counting subunit and is used for sequencing the remote radiographing doctor terminals according to the radiographing accuracy from high to low, and sequencing the remote radiographing doctor terminals according to the report issuing speed from high to low when the radiographing accuracy is the same to form the historical radiographing evaluation list.
4. The remote radiograph reading system of claim 1, further comprising at least one reviewing physician end connected to the remote radiograph reading platform, wherein the report auditing module comprises:
a result initial examination unit, which is used for comparing the pre-reading result with the doctor reading result and outputting the doctor reading result as the examination result when the pre-reading result is consistent with the doctor reading result,
when the pre-radiographing result is inconsistent with the doctor radiographing result, sending the pre-radiographing result and the doctor radiographing result to the auditing doctor end for final auditing, and receiving the final auditing result given by the auditing doctor end as the auditing result;
and the report generating unit is connected with the result initial examining unit and used for generating and outputting an examination report according to the examination result.
5. The remote radiograph reading system of claim 1, wherein the remote radiograph reading platform further comprises an qualification module connected with the data storage module, the qualification module comprises:
the qualification evaluation unit is used for providing at least one question bank for each remote film reading doctor end to take an examination and carrying out film reading qualification evaluation according to an examination result;
and the relationship establishing unit is connected with the qualification evaluation unit and used for establishing the corresponding relationship between the remote film reading doctor end and the scanning part capable of reading the film when the film reading qualification evaluation result shows that the remote film reading doctor end has the film reading qualification, and storing the corresponding relationship to the data storage module.

The remote film reading method is applied to the remote film reading system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the remote film reading system stores in advance the corresponding relationship between each remote film reading doctor end and the scanning part capable of reading the film;
the remote film reading method comprises the following steps:
step S1, scanning by the remote film reading system to obtain image data of the patient;
step S2, the remote film reading system carries out part identification on the image data to obtain a scanned part related to the image data;
step S3, the remote film reading system marks the focus of the image data according to the artificial intelligence model associated with the scanned part obtained by pre-training and gives a pre-film reading result;
step S4, the remote film reading system issues the image data marked by the focus and the pre-film reading result to all the remote film reading doctor ends associated with the corresponding scanning part, so that each remote film reading doctor end can seize the film reading;
the remote film reading doctor end which successfully seizes film reading gives out a doctor film reading result according to the image data marked by the focus and the film reading result;
and step S5, the remote film reading system audits the film reading result of the doctor according to the pre-film reading result, and generates and outputs a film reading report according to the audit result.
7. The remote radiograph reading method according to claim 6, wherein a historical radiograph reading evaluation list of each remote radiograph reading doctor end, which is obtained through statistics in advance, is stored in the remote radiograph reading system;
the step S4 includes:
step S41, the remote film reading system receives the film reading requests given by each remote film reading doctor end according to the image data marked by the focus and the pre-film reading results, extracts the film reading request with the earliest request giving time and adds the film reading request into a request list;
step S42, the remote slide reading system determines whether the number of slide reading requests in the request list is greater than one:
if not, go to step S43;
if yes, go to step S45;
step S43, the remote slide reading system determines whether the slide reading request quantity in the request list is one:
if yes, go to step S44;
if not, returning to the step S41;
step S44, the remote radiograph reading system distributes the image data marked by the focus and the radiograph reading result to the corresponding remote radiograph reading doctor end for radiograph reading, and then quits;
step S45, the remote radiograph reading system extracts the sequence of the remote radiograph reading doctor end corresponding to each radiograph reading request in the historical radiograph reading evaluation list, and distributes the image data marked by the focus and the pre-radiograph reading result to the remote radiograph reading doctor end closest to the sequence for radiograph reading.
8. The remote radiograph reading method of claim 6, before executing step S4, further comprising a history radiograph reading evaluation list generation process, including:
a1, the remote film reading platform counts the film reading accuracy and the report issuing speed of each remote film reading doctor end in real time;
and A2, sequencing the remote radiographing medical terminals by the remote radiographing platform according to the radiographing accuracy from high to low, and sequencing the remote radiographing medical terminals according to the report issuing speed from high to low when the radiographing accuracy is the same to form the historical radiographing evaluation list.
9. The remote radiograph interpretation method of claim 6, wherein the remote radiograph interpretation system further comprises at least one reviewing physician end, and the step S5 includes:
step S51, the remote film reading system compares the film reading result with the doctor film reading result, and judges whether the film reading result is consistent with the doctor film reading result:
if so, outputting the reading result of the doctor as the checking result,
if not, sending the pre-reading result and the doctor reading result to the auditing doctor end for final examination, and receiving the final examination result given by the auditing doctor end as the examination result to be output;
and step S52, the remote film reading system generates an audit report according to the audit result and outputs the audit report.
10. The remote radiograph interpretation method of claim 6, before executing step S1, further comprising a remote doctor qualification process including:
step B1, the remote film reading system provides at least one question bank for each remote film reading doctor end to take an examination, and carries out film reading qualification evaluation according to the examination result;
and step B2, when the evaluation result of the film reading qualification shows that the remote film reading doctor end has the film reading qualification, the remote film reading system establishes the corresponding relationship between the remote film reading doctor end and the scanning part which can be used for reading the film and stores the corresponding relationship.
