As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a foldable display device 1000 including a first housing 10, a second housing 20, a flexible screen 30, and a support member 40.
The second housing 20 is rotatably connected to the first housing 10 by a hinge 50. The first casing 10 and the second casing 20 are a back frame structure of the display device 1000.
The flexible screen 30 is disposed on a surface of one side of the first casing 10 and extends to a surface of the second casing 20. The flexible screen 30 may be an OLED display screen.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of the hinge cell of fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the hinge 50 includes a plurality of hinge units 51 connected to each other, each hinge unit 51 includes a bottom surface 51a and a top surface 51b parallel to each other, and the width of the top surface 51b is smaller than that of the bottom surface 51 a. In this embodiment, each hinge unit 51 is an isosceles trapezoid, and the included angle between two adjacent hinge units 51 is the same, when the side surfaces 51c of two adjacent hinge units 51 contact each other, the bending of the hinge 50 is at a maximum, and the bending cannot be continued, so that the stability and the external impact resistance of the bending portion of the flexible screen 30 are improved, the quality of the foldable display device 1000 is ensured, and the service life is prolonged.
With reference to fig. 1, the supporting member 40 includes a first supporting member 41 and a second supporting member 42. The first support 41 protrudes from a sidewall of the first housing 10 and faces the second housing 20. The second supporting member 42 protrudes from a sidewall of the second housing 20 and faces the first housing 10. When the display device 1000 is in a flat state, the end of the supporting member 40 supports the bottom of the hinge 50, the top of the hinge 50 supports the bottom of the flexible screen 30, and the supporting member 40 provides a supporting force for the position where the flexible screen 30 is folded and bent, so that the fold of the flexible screen 30 is flattened. Further, when the display device 1000 is in a flattened state, part of the outer side wall of the first support 41 and part of the outer side wall of the second support 42 are abutted to each other, so that the first support 41 and the second support 42 provide a supporting force for the position of the flexible screen 30, which is bent in a folded state, and are supported at the same position together, so that the part of the flexible screen 30 on the surface of the first housing 10 and the part of the surface of the second housing 20 and the part of the flexible screen 30 on the surface of the hinge 50 are at the same level, and therefore, the phenomenon of sagging or sinking does not occur, the crease of the flexible screen 30 is effectively flattened, and the experience of a user is improved.
Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of the housing of fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 3, taking the first housing 10 as an example, the first housing 10 and the support member 40 are integrally formed. The supporting members 40 are bent structures extending upward, and a supporting surface 400 is provided at the end of each supporting member 40. As shown in fig. 1, when the display device 1000 is in a flattened state, the supporting surface 400 is used to support a portion of the bottom surface 51a of the hinge, the supporting surface 400 provides a supporting force for the flexible screen 30, so that the portion of the flexible screen 30 on the surface of the first casing 10 and the portion of the surface of the second casing 20 are at the same level as possible with the portion of the flexible screen 30 on the surface of the hinge 50, namely, the included angle between the part of the flexible screen 30 on the surface of the first casing 10 and the part on the surface of the second casing 20 is greater than or equal to 175 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees, like this flexible screen 30 can not appear flagging or sunken phenomenon, effectively will flexible screen 30's crease stretches to the exhibition flat state, has guaranteed flexible screen 30's planarization improves flexible screen 30's life, and then promotes user's experience.
It should be noted that, in order to clearly embody that the portion of the flexible screen 30 located on the surface of the hinge 50 is supported, in fig. 1, the portion of the flexible screen 30 is illustrated as slightly bulging upward, but in actual use, the position where the flexible screen 30 of the display device 1000 is folded and bent is on the same horizontal plane as the position where the flexible screen 30 is not folded and bent, so that the flatness of the flexible screen 30 is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a foldable display device provided in an embodiment of the present application in a folded state.
As shown in fig. 4, when the foldable display device 1000 is in a folded state, a plurality of single hinges 50 form an arc structure to fold and bend the flexible screen 30, so that the flexible screen 30 has a bent portion with a bending radius of 0.5mm to 5mm, thereby preventing surfaces of the flexible screen 30 that are not bent from being completely attached together to generate friction, scratch the screen, and affect the aesthetic feeling. The supporting member 40 protrudes from the outer side wall of the arc structure to protect the hinge 50 from being squeezed, so as to prevent the bending portion of the flexible screen 30 from being broken due to the acting force of the hinge 50, and prolong the service life of the flexible screen 30.
In this embodiment, when the foldable display device 1000 is in the folded state, an included angle between the portion of the flexible screen 30 on the surface of the first housing 10 and the portion on the surface of the second housing 20 is less than or equal to 5 degrees, so as to further ensure that the surfaces of the flexible screens 30 that are not bent are not completely attached together to generate friction during the folding and bending process of the flexible screen 30, thereby ensuring that the screens are not scratched and ensuring the aesthetic feeling of the screens.
The embodiment also provides an electronic device, which includes the foldable display device described above. The electronic device is an intelligent device such as a smart phone, an ipad, a desktop computer, and a notebook computer, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a foldable display device and an electronic apparatus, which include all the technical solutions described in embodiment 1, and further include at least one connection component.

As shown in fig. 5-6, at least one connecting member 60 is connected between two adjacent hinge units. The connecting assembly 60 includes a first hinge strap 61 and a second hinge strap 62. The first end of the first hinge chain 61 is detachably mounted to the bottom of the first hinge unit 501. A first end of the second hinge chain 62 is rotatably connected to a second end of the first hinge chain 61, and a second end of the second hinge chain 62 is detachably mounted to the bottom of the second hinge unit 502. In the display device unfolding state, the connection assembly 60 provides extensibility for the hinge 50, so that the supported height of the flexible screen 30 can be adjusted correspondingly according to the extension length of the hinge 50, so that the bottom of the flexible screen 30 is supported by a plurality of hinge monomers, and the crease of the flexible screen 30 is further relieved, thereby solving the problems of short service life and poor user experience of the current foldable display device. In the folded state of the display device, the first hinge 61 and the second hinge 62 protrude from the circular arc structure of the hinge 50 by a protruding distance according to the requirements of different products.

1. A foldable display device, comprising:
a first housing;
the second shell is rotatably connected to the first shell through a hinge; the hinge includes: the hinge comprises a plurality of hinge single bodies, a plurality of hinge connecting pieces and a plurality of connecting pieces, wherein each hinge single body comprises a bottom surface and a top surface which are parallel to each other, and the width of the top surface of each hinge is smaller than that of the bottom surface of each hinge;
the flexible screen is arranged on the surface of one side of the first shell and extends to the surface of the second shell; and
a support protruding from a sidewall of the first housing and facing the second housing; and/or, a side wall protruding from the second shell and facing the first shell;
when the display device is in a flattened state, the end part of the supporting piece supports the bottom of the hinge, and the top of the hinge supports the bottom of the flexible screen;
when the foldable display device is in the folded state,
the hinge single bodies form an arc structure to fold the flexible screen, and the supporting piece protrudes out of the outer side wall of the arc structure.
2. The collapsible display device of claim 1,
when the display device is in the flat-out state,
the part of the flexible screen, which is positioned on the surface of the first shell, and the part of the flexible screen, which is positioned on the surface of the second shell, form an included angle which is greater than or equal to 175 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees;
