When the user selects to use the function item of the map, the map interface is called to present the map interface for the user to navigate and the like in the map interface.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an interface display method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
101. characteristic information of the user is determined.
102. And acquiring a first function item set corresponding to the characteristic information of the user.
103. A first set of function items is displayed in a target area of a first target interface.
When a user opens a certain instant messaging application installed in the terminal equipment of the user, the instant messaging application determines characteristic information reflecting the identity characteristics of the user according to an address book, registration information and the like of the user.
The registration information includes, for example, information such as gender, age, occupation, and location. The address book can include a plurality of contact person information and organization structure information of the user. The above information may be used to make a determination of characteristic information of a user.
Alternatively, the characteristic information of the user may be a professional category of the user. In this case, a set of function items corresponding to different categories of careers may be set in advance. For example, setting the set of function items corresponding to the professional category of the driver includes: tasks, payments and payments, maps. For another example, setting the set of function items corresponding to the professional category of the anchor includes: address book, circus, live broadcast. For another example, setting the function item set corresponding to the professional category of office staff includes: schedule, address list, examination and approval, and mail.
Alternatively, the characteristic information of the user may be a gender of the user. In this case, a set of function items corresponding to different genders may be set in advance. For example, setting a function item set corresponding to a woman includes: address list, makeup, message. For another example, setting the function item set corresponding to the male includes: address book, circles, messages, games.
Alternatively, the characteristic information of the user may be the age of the user. In this case, a set of function items corresponding to different age ranges may be set in advance.
Alternatively, the characteristic information of the user may be determined according to a plurality of contact information of the user. Suppose a user notes many of his contacts and notes about their relationships to the user, such as friends, family, colleagues, clients. Based on this, assuming that most of the contacts in the plurality of contacts of the user are found to be colleagues and clients, at this time, the characteristic information of the user may be determined as: most of the user's contacts are in a working relationship with them. The corresponding function item set, such as a log, a schedule, an address book, a mail, and a message, may be preset when most of the contacts of the user belong to a work relationship with the user.
In summary, after determining the feature information of the user and acquiring the function item set (referred to as a first function item set) corresponding to the user according to the feature information of the user, the first function item set may be displayed in a target area of a target interface (referred to as a first target interface), so that the user may conveniently use the function items included in the first function item set.
The target area can be regarded as a shortcut operation area, and the function items in the first function item set are displayed in the area, so that a user does not need to search the function items in a complicated way.
Optionally, the first target interface comprises at least one of: a home interface of the instant messaging application, and a message entry interface of the instant messaging application.
In practical application, the home interface and the message entry interface may be the same interface or different interfaces. And, the home interface supports user-defined settings.
It can be understood that: the instant messaging application program supports a user to define a home page interface, namely, the user can set what interface elements are contained in the home page interface according to the requirements of the user. Therefore, if the user does not define the home page interface by self, the home page interface set by the instant messaging application program in default is adopted, and the home page interface set by default is the message entry interface. If the user customizes the home interface, the user customized home interface will be presented when the user starts the instant messaging application.
The display effect of the first set of function items in the first target interface is illustrated below with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a display effect of a first set of function items according to an embodiment of the present invention, in fig. 2, a first target interface is assumed to be a home interface 201 of an instant messaging application, and in addition, the home interface 201 is assumed to be user-defined. Specifically, the home interface 201 may include a first area 201A and a second area 201B, wherein a user-defined interface element (such as a cart illustrated in fig. 2) may be displayed in the first area 201A, and the second area 201B is used for displaying the first function item set. In fig. 2, it is assumed that the first function item set includes a log, a schedule, a mail, and a circle. Therefore, in practical applications, when the user starts the instant messaging application, the home interface 201 is first presented.
In addition, optionally, a message entry control 201C may be further included in the home page interface 201, and when the user clicks the message entry control 201C, the message entry interface 202 is further displayed. Included in the message entry interface 202 are a third area 202A and a fourth area 202B. Information about a number of contacts that the user has recently communicated may be displayed in the third area 202A. The first set of function items described above may be displayed in the fourth area 202B. Of course, other interface elements may also be included in message entry interface 202, such as a search control for searching for a contact, an audio call control for conducting a voice call with a contact, and so forth.
It is understood that the positions of the above-mentioned regions in fig. 2 are only an example and not a limitation. In fig. 2, the target regions are the second region 201B and the fourth region 202B
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating another display effect of the first set of function items according to the embodiment of the present invention, and in fig. 3, it is assumed that the first target interface is a message entry interface 202 of an instant messaging application. And assume that message entry interface 202 is the home interface of the instant messaging application. At this time, when the user starts the instant messaging application, the message entry interface 202 is directly displayed.
As described above, the instant messaging application program may provide a plurality of function items for the user to use, the function items included in the first set of function items are only a small part of the plurality of function items, and the first set of function items are some function items that the user may frequently use, which are determined according to the feature information of the user. However, in practical applications, the user may need to use other function items besides the function items in the first function item set. At this time, when the user needs another function item, a preset operation may be triggered in the target area, so that another function item not included in the first function item set may be displayed.
Taking fig. 3 as an example, it is assumed that the preset operation is a slide-up operation, and it is assumed that the instant messaging application can provide a plurality of functional items for the user, including: logs, schedules, address books, messages, approvals, circles, live broadcasts, receipts and payments, maps, mail, and the like. Thus, when the user triggers the slide-up operation in the target area, the function item selection interface 301 illustrated in fig. 3 is displayed, and the function item selection interface 301 displays the plurality of function items.
Through the scheme, personalized function item recommendation can be realized for users with different characteristics, so that the users can conveniently use related functions.
With the popularization of the instant messaging application, many organizations (e.g., enterprises) also use the instant messaging application as a communication tool, and at this time, the address book of the instant messaging application of any employee in the enterprise may include the organizational structure of the enterprise.
The tissue architecture will be explained first. The organization structure comprises a plurality of nodes, the nodes generally form a tree structure, and different contact information is associated on different nodes.
For example, taking an enterprise as an example, a plurality of nodes included in an organization structure of the enterprise often correspond to different departments, which are called department nodes, such as an organization structure of a tree structure of a certain company illustrated in fig. 4, and the organization structure is composed of a root node, a certain company, and a plurality of department nodes illustrated in the figure. The organization structure may be created by related managers of an enterprise, and after the creation is completed, the organization structure exists in the address book of the contact person associated with each department node.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the meaning of the organization architecture is also extended. For example, if the address book of a user includes one or more groups and a plurality of contacts related to an organization group, the groups and the contacts may be regarded as nodes, and the nodes form an organization structure corresponding to the organization group. For ease of understanding, the description is exemplified in conjunction with fig. 5. In fig. 5, it is assumed that the organization group is a primary school, and the address book of a user includes two groups corresponding to the primary school, i.e., a three-year two-shift group and a parent group, and includes a contact, i.e., a chinese teacher. At this time, for the user, an organization structure as shown in fig. 5 can be constructed in the address book: the root node is a certain primary school, and the three leaf nodes are respectively: three years and two shifts, parents and a Chinese teacher.
As mentioned above, the feature information of the user may be determined according to the address book of the user, and the address book of the user may include one or more organizational structures, in this case, optionally, the feature information of the user may be determined according to the organizational structure that the user has, which may specifically refer to the embodiment shown in fig. 6.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of another interface display method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the interface display method may include the following steps:
601. a first organizational structure to which the user belongs is determined.
602. A first set of function items corresponding to a first organizational structure is obtained.
603. A first set of function items is displayed in a target area of a first target interface.
For a certain user, there may be at least two organizational structures in the address book, and at this time, when the user starts the instant messaging application, the first organizational structure to which the user belongs may be determined as follows:
and if the user belongs to at least two organization structures, determining a first organization structure from the at least two organization structures according to historical communication behaviors of the user corresponding to the at least two organization structures respectively.
In summary, the organization architecture most frequently used by the user of the at least two organization architectures is taken as the first organization architecture. The frequency of the user to use an organization structure can be obtained by performing statistical analysis on historical communication behaviors of the user and a plurality of contacts and groups contained in the organization structure.
For example, assume that the address book of the user includes an organization structure a and an organization structure B, and the organization structure a and the organization structure B each include a plurality of contacts and a plurality of groups. Counting communication behaviors of the user and contacts and groups contained under the organization structure A in the past month, wherein the user carries out N times of communication on the organization structure A in the past month, the user carries out M times of communication on the organization structure B in the past month, and N > M is used for determining that the first organization structure is the organization structure A.
Of course, the first organization structure is not limited thereto. For example, the user may configure the priority of each organization structure, so as to determine that the first organization structure is the highest priority organization structure.
In addition, as shown in the foregoing step 602, in the present embodiment, different organizational structures may correspond to different sets of function items. In practical applications, the creator of the organization architecture may configure the organization architecture with a corresponding set of function items.
For the current user, after determining the first organization structure to which the current user belongs, the configuration result corresponding to the first organization structure may be queried to obtain the first function item set corresponding to the first organization structure, and then the first function item set is displayed in the target area in the first target interface.
As previously described, the first target interface may be a home interface, a message entry interface of an instant messaging application. When the home page interface supports user customization, at this time, the displayed home page interface may be a customized interface corresponding to the first organization structure, that is, the home page interface may be customized by a creator or other related personnel corresponding to the first organization structure, so that the home page interfaces of the users included in the first organization structure are the customized interfaces.
Taking the first organizational structure as an example, the process of configuring the functional item set for the organizational structure may be implemented as follows: responding to configuration operation triggered by the first organization structure, and displaying a first configuration interface, wherein the first configuration interface comprises a plurality of function items; and storing the corresponding relation between the first organization structure and the selected function items according to the selection operation of the plurality of function items, wherein the selected function items form a first function item set.
Referring to fig. 7, a process of configuring a function item set for an organization structure is illustrated, as shown in fig. 7, taking a first organization structure as an example, after a constructor of the first organization structure constructs the first organization structure, the constructor selects the first organization structure, and may trigger a first configuration interface 701 by clicking a "function item configuration" button illustrated in the drawing. In the first configuration interface 701, include: log, schedule, address book, message, examination and approval, circle, live broadcast, receipt and payment, map, mail and other functional items. Assume that the builder selects four function items, i.e., a log, a schedule, a mail, and a circle, from among the function items, and thus, the four function items constitute a first function item set corresponding to a first organization. Based on this, as shown in fig. 7, for a certain user included in the first organization, when the user opens the instant messaging application, if it is determined that the display of the function item is performed based on the first organization, a home interface 702 illustrated in fig. 7 may be displayed.
Taking an enterprise as an example, the enterprise can customize the set of function items displayed in the instant messaging application program, such as a home page interface and a message entry interface, based on the scheme provided by the embodiment.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of another interface display method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the interface display method may include the following steps:
801. a first organizational structure to which the user belongs is determined.
The implementation of this step can refer to the description in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, which is not described herein again.
802. Determining a user role corresponding to a user in a first organization structure, and acquiring a first function item set corresponding to the user role.
803. A first set of function items is displayed in a target area of a first target interface.
In this embodiment, the user roles may be configured in advance for each user included in the first organization structure. Taking an enterprise as an example, the role of the user often reflects the position of the user.
Based on the configuration of the user roles, the set of function items matching the user roles can be customized for users of different user roles in the first organizational structure. Thus, when users in different roles open the instant messaging application, different sets of function items can be seen in the first target interface.
For example, the user role is a developer, and the corresponding function item set may include a log, a schedule, a mail, and a task. The user role is financial, and the corresponding function item set can comprise logs, examination and approval and mails.
In practical application, the function item sets corresponding to different user roles may be user-defined by users of corresponding roles, or may be defined by a constructor of the first organization architecture.
Taking the first organization architecture as an example, the process of configuring the function item set corresponding to a certain user role under the first organization architecture can be implemented as follows: responding to the configuration operation triggered by the user role, and displaying a second configuration interface, wherein the second configuration interface comprises a plurality of function items; according to the selection operation of a plurality of function items, the corresponding relation between the user role and the selected function items is stored, and the selected function items form a first function item set corresponding to the user role.
A process for configuring a set of function items for a user role is illustrated below in conjunction with fig. 9. Taking the first organization architecture as an example, when constructing the first organization architecture, a constructor of the first organization architecture may set a user role for each user included therein. As shown in fig. 9, it is assumed that the user roles existing in the first organizational structure include a developer, finance, and the like. The builder selects this role of developer under the first organizational structure and can trigger the second configuration interface 901 by clicking on the "function item configuration" button illustrated in the figure. In the second configuration interface 901 includes: log, schedule, address book, message, examination and approval, task, circle, live broadcast, receipt and payment, map, mail and other functional items. Assume that the builder selects four function items, i.e., a log, a schedule, a mail, and a task, from the function items, and thus the four function items constitute a first function item set corresponding to the user role of the developer under the first organizational structure. Based on this, as shown in fig. 9, for a certain user included in the first organizational structure, when the user opens the instant messaging application, if it is determined that the display of the function item is performed based on the first organizational structure, assuming that the user role of the user is determined to be a developer, a home interface 902 illustrated in fig. 9 may be displayed.
In addition, it should be noted that, since the first organization structure includes a plurality of nodes, the plurality of nodes form a tree structure, and in practical applications, there may be a case where one user belongs to different nodes. For example, an employee may belong to different department nodes. At this time, determining the user role corresponding to the user in the first organizational structure may be implemented as: if the user belongs to at least two nodes in the first organization structure, determining a target node with the highest hierarchy according to the corresponding hierarchies of the at least two nodes in the tree structure; and determining the corresponding user role of the user in the target node.
For example, in connection with fig. 10, assuming that the first organization structure is a tree structure illustrated in fig. 10, the user X belongs to a department 1 and a department 7. In department 1, the user X is configured to have the role of group leader. In the department 7, the user X is configured in the role of a general staff member. At this time, since the hierarchy of the department 1 is higher than that of the department 7, the user role corresponding to the user X is determined as: and (4) group length.
Wherein, the hierarchy of a certain node can be understood as: the number of hops (or depth) experienced from the root node to the node.
Taking an enterprise as an example, based on the scheme provided by this embodiment, the enterprise can customize, according to the difference of user roles, a set of function items displayed in an instant messaging application program, such as a home page interface and a message entry interface, so as to facilitate the convenience of use of users with different roles.
Fig. 11 is a flowchart of another interface display method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 11, the interface display method may include the following steps:
1101. and if the user belongs to at least two organization structures, determining a first organization structure with the highest communication frequency from the at least two organization structures according to the historical communication behaviors of the user corresponding to the at least two organization structures respectively.
1102. A first set of function items corresponding to a first organizational structure is obtained.
1103. And displaying the first function item set in a target area of the second target interface.
1104. Displaying a root node of a second organizational structure in a second target interface, the at least two organizational structures including the second organizational structure.
1105. And if a communication message corresponding to a first node in the second organization structure is received, displaying a prompt message in the second target interface in association with the root node, wherein the prompt message is used for prompting that an unread communication message exists, and the first node is any node except the root node in the second organization structure.
1106. And responding to message viewing operation triggered by the root node according to the prompt message, and displaying a node interface corresponding to the second organization structure, wherein the node interface comprises a first node and a second node, the prompt message is displayed in association with the first node, and the second node is a node except the first node and the root node in the second organization structure.
1107. And responding to the message viewing operation triggered to the first node according to the prompt message, and displaying a message detail interface corresponding to the first node, wherein the communication message is displayed in the message detail interface.
1108. And displaying a second function item set corresponding to the second organization structure in the node interface and the message detail interface or the message detail interface.
In this embodiment, the second target interface includes a message entry interface of an instant messaging application.
For ease of understanding, the implementation of the scheme provided by the present embodiment is exemplified below with reference to fig. 12. In fig. 12, it is assumed that the user X belongs to the first organization architecture and the second organization architecture, and the communication frequency with the first organization architecture is higher than that with the second organization architecture. The first organization is denoted as organization a and the second organization is denoted as organization B. Further, it is assumed that the first set of function items corresponding to the first organization structure includes: log, schedule, mail, task. The second function item set corresponding to the second organization structure comprises: address book, circle, message.
Based on the above assumptions, when the user X opens the instant messaging application, it is assumed that a message entry interface 1201 illustrated in fig. 12 is presented, in which message entry interface 1201, several functional items of a log, a schedule, a mail, and a task are displayed in a lower area, and a root node of the organization B, a certain elementary school, is displayed in a middle message area. Assume that organization architecture B includes three leaf nodes: three years and two shifts, parents and a Chinese teacher.
Suppose at some point that user X receives two communication messages from the group "two shift three year" in the organizational structure B, at this point, the first node is the group "two shift three year". At this time, in the message entry interface 1201, the prompt information illustrated in fig. 12 is displayed in association with the root node, a certain elementary school: a circle with the number 2 written inside. This means that X receives two unread communication messages from organizational structure B.
When the user X clicks the display area 1202 of a root node, a certain elementary school, according to the prompt message, a node interface 1203 corresponding to the organization structure B is displayed, where the node interface 1203 includes each node included in the organization structure B: three years and two shifts, parents and a Chinese teacher. Wherein the prompt information is displayed in association with the node of "three years and two shifts": a circle with the number 2 written inside. This means that X receives two unread communication messages from the "two-year-three" group in organizational structure B.
When the user X clicks the display area 1204 corresponding to the node of "two shifts in three years" according to the prompt message, a message detail interface 1205 corresponding to the node of "two shifts in three years" is displayed, and two communication messages are displayed in the message detail interface 1205: today's work is-; it is troublesome for each parent to urge the child to complete the job.
In addition, as shown in fig. 12, in the node interface 1203 and the message detail interface 1205, several function items corresponding to the organization structure B, such as an address book, a circle, and a message, may also be displayed. Of course, if the corresponding function item is not customized for the organization architecture B in advance, the function item configured by default for the instant messaging application program can be displayed in the two interfaces.
Based on the scheme provided by the embodiment, by configuring corresponding function item sets for different organization architectures in the instant messaging application program in advance, the function item sets presented on the interface can be flexibly switched according to the operation of the user on the instant messaging application program, so that the use of the user is facilitated.
The interface display method provided by the embodiment of the invention is explained above. The following describes an interface configuration method provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 13 is a flowchart of a function determining method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the function determining method may be executed by an instant messaging application installed in an electronic device. As shown in fig. 13, the method may include the steps of:
1301. characteristic information of the user is determined.
1302. A plurality of function items corresponding to the feature information of the user are acquired.
1303. And determining a target function item corresponding to the user according to the selection operation of the user on the plurality of function items.
The user may be any user using the instant messaging application.
Optionally, the feature information of the user includes any one of: tissue architecture information, gender, age; wherein the organization architecture information includes any one of: organization type, and user role corresponding to the user in the organization architecture. Taking an enterprise as an example of such an organization, the organization type may refer to the type of industry to which the enterprise belongs. The organization type reflects the professional characteristics of the user.
Based on the function determination scheme provided by this embodiment, the user can select a suitable function item according to the own requirement, and even the user can customize an interface containing the function item required by the user, such as a home page interface and a message entry interface of an instant messaging application program.
The execution process of the function determination scheme provided by the present embodiment is exemplarily described with reference to fig. 14. In fig. 14, taking the customization of the home interface of the instant messaging application as an example, when the user initially opens the home interface 1401, the home interface 1401 may include a control, i.e., an interface configuration 1402, for the user to trigger the customization of the home interface. Further, assume that, in the initial case, the function items included in the home interface 1401 are: schedule, address book, message, circle. When the user clicks the interface configuration 1402, the instant messaging application acquires feature information of the user, and acquires a plurality of function items according to the feature information, thereby displaying the configuration interface 1403, and the plurality of function items are displayed in the configuration interface 1403. Assuming that the obtained user characteristic information is the organization architecture type of the user as follows: science and technology companies, and thus these multiple functional items are for example the ones illustrated in fig. 14: logs, schedules, address lists, messages, approvals, tasks, circles, and mails.
It should be noted that, of course, if there are N function items that can be provided in the instant messaging application, the plurality of function items are part of the N, for example, M function items. In the configuration interface 1403, the M function items may be preferentially displayed, but the remaining N-M function items are also displayed to avoid that when a function item that the user wants to use is not included in the M function items, the user can still select the function item from the remaining N-M function items.
Assume that a target function item selected by a user from the function items included in the configuration interface 1403 is: schedule, address book, task, and email, a home interface 1404 is generated according to the selection result of the user, and the home interface 1404 updates the initial home interface 1401. Thus, the user can subsequently view home interface 1404 after starting the instant messaging application again.
The function determining scheme provided by the above embodiment can enable any individual user to customize own function item, or customize a certain interface of the instant messaging application program containing the function item required by the individual user. Customization of the interface may also be implemented for organizational users, such as enterprise users, with reference to the following embodiments.
Fig. 15 is a flowchart of an interface configuration method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the interface configuration method may be executed by an instant messaging application installed in an electronic device. As shown in fig. 15, the method may include the steps of:
1501. and responding to interface configuration operation triggered by a manager of the organization architecture, and acquiring interface elements corresponding to the organization architecture.
1502. And generating a target interface containing the interface element.
Optionally, the interface element corresponding to the organization framework is obtained, which may be a first interface element edited on a target interface by a manager; and/or acquiring a second interface element matched with the type of the organization architecture from the database.
In practical applications, a common organization architecture is an enterprise organization architecture, and accordingly, a manager of the organization architecture may be a person responsible for personnel management of an enterprise, and the like.
Taking the target interface as the home interface of the instant messaging application as an example, the scheme provided by the embodiment can realize the effect that the enterprise customizes the home interface of the enterprise.
In summary, the administrator can trigger interface configuration operations for the target interface after building the organizational structure. During configuration, the administrator can customize the interface elements included in the target interface and the layout of the interface elements, such as buttons corresponding to various function items, videos, pictures and the like. On the other hand, the instant messaging application program may also recommend some interface elements (i.e., the second interface elements) for the administrator based on the type of the organization architecture, where the recommended interface elements may include a plurality of function items matching the type of the organization architecture, and optionally, an interface template matching the type of the organization architecture may be further included, where the interface template is divided into different areas to prompt the administrator what elements may be laid out in the different areas.
Wherein, the type of the organization architecture can be an industry class corresponding to the organization architecture. Thus, the plurality of functional items that match the type of organizational structure are some of the functional items that are often used by the industry.
Based on this, the database may store in advance the corresponding relationship between different organization architecture types and function items, and in addition, may also store the corresponding relationship between different organization architecture types and interface templates.
After the manager selects several function items meeting the enterprise requirements from the recommended plurality of function items, the target interface containing the selected several function items (called as a first function item set) is finally generated according to other configuration results of the manager on the target interface.
Based on the generated result of the target interface, optionally, when a target user included in the organization framework triggers a viewing operation on the target interface, the generated target interface is displayed, that is, the first function item set is displayed in the target interface, and of course, other interface elements configured by a manager are also displayed. Wherein the target user may be any user included in the organizational structure. That is, the configuration result of the administrator on the target interface will act on each user (e.g., all employees in the enterprise) included in the organization framework, that is, any user included in the organization framework will see the target interface when opening the instant messaging application.
Based on the above scheme, home page interfaces corresponding to different types of organizational structures are often different, and even if different organizational structures are of the same type, due to differences in function item selection results of managers of different organizational structures and differences in interface elements customized by the managers, home page interfaces corresponding to different organizational structures of the same type are also different.
In addition, in an optional embodiment, a target user included in a certain organization architecture may also customize a target interface (e.g., a home interface) that meets its own needs, without necessarily adopting the target interface configured by the administrator. The target user may be any user included in the organization architecture, or a manager corresponding to any department node in the organization architecture (which is different from the manager of the organization architecture and is called a department leader).
Specifically, the process of configuring the target interface meeting the requirement of the target user by the target user may be:
and displaying a plurality of function items in response to the interface configuration operation triggered by the target user on the target interface, wherein the plurality of function items can comprise the plurality of function items which are obtained from the database according to the type of the organization architecture. Further, a second function item set composed of the selected function items is determined according to the selection operation of the target user on the plurality of function items. And updating the first function item set selected by the administrator of the organization structure by using the second function item set, thereby updating the target interface originally configured and obtained by the administrator of the organization structure to obtain the target interface corresponding to the target user. And finally, storing the corresponding relation between the updated target interface and the target user. Based on this, in response to the viewing operation triggered by the target user on the target interface, the updated target interface can be displayed for the target user according to the corresponding relationship.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, optionally, an administrator of the organization framework may set that part of the function items in the first function item set selected by the administrator is not replaceable (i.e., performs authority control on the function items), that is, when the target user wants to update the target interface, the part of the function items must be selected, and in addition to the part of the function items, the target user may select another function item according to the own requirement to form a second function item set.
In addition, it is worth mentioning that when the target user is the person in charge of a certain department, the target interface set by the target user will be used for other users belonging to the department. For example, the home interface that the employee of the research and development department sees when opening the instant messaging application may be the home interface configured by the person in charge of the research and development department.
In order to facilitate understanding of the interface configuration effect that can be achieved based on the above interface configuration scheme, the following description is provided by way of example in connection with several practical application scenarios.
The first scenario is as follows: catering company scenario.
The manager of the head office of a certain catering company configures a home page interface of the instant messaging application, and the home page interface can comprise the following components: the functional items such as coupons, members, store inquiry and the like can also comprise latest meal information and activity information released by a company, so that when the staff of each store opens the instant messaging application program, the staff can know the information through a home page interface, and the staff can use the corresponding functions quickly through the functional items. In addition, optionally, the responsible person of different stores may also configure a home page interface dedicated to the store, for example, a group function item is added to the dedicated home page interface of the store, so that the employee of the store can quickly enter the group communication interface of the store through the group function item.
The second scenario is as follows: school scenes.
A manager of a school may customize a home page interface of an instant messaging application belonging to the school, which may include, for example: the functional items of the parent group, the subject group, the class group and the like can also comprise school profiles and various notification messages. Therefore, when any teacher in the school opens the instant messaging application program, the information can be known through the home page interface. Taking the parent group as an example, when a certain teacher clicks the function item, a plurality of parent groups established under the school organization architecture may be displayed for the teacher to select the required function, or the parent group corresponding to the class information may be directly determined according to the class information (which class is responsible for teaching) corresponding to the teacher, and a chat interface of the parent group is displayed.
