Abstract
A dual-fuel oxygen deficiency detection device comprises a fuel combustion pipe, an ignition needle and a thermocouple, wherein the fuel combustion pipe is divided into a liquefied gas pipe and a natural gas pipe; two ignition needles are arranged; the base plate comprises a dual seat plate part, a liquefied gas tube seat plate part, a natural gas seat plate part and a fixing seat part, the thermocouple is fixed on the dual seat plate part by the dual fixing plate part, the liquefied gas tube and the natural gas tube are fixed with the liquefied gas tube seat plate part and the natural rear seat plate part respectively by the first fixing plate, the ignition needle is kept between the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate by the second fixing plate, and screws penetrate through the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate to be screwed with screw holes of the fixing seat at the junction of the liquefied gas tube seat plate part and the natural rear seat plate part; the axis extension lines of the liquefied gas pipe and the natural gas pipe are crossed, and the head of the thermocouple is adapted to the intersection point of the axis. When the package is sold, the category of the used fuel is not marked; after the consumer purchases, the selection is convenient.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for a gas appliance, in particular to an oxygen deficiency detection device.
Background
In the prior art, a gas appliance comprises a gas pipe, an ignition needle and a thermocouple, and the type of the used gas is marked when the gas appliance is sold because the gas appliance may use natural gas or liquefied gas; when the consumer purchases the product, the two kinds of gas are converted, so that the use is inconvenient; or a natural gas group and a liquefied gas group are arranged, so that the cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: provides a double-fuel oxygen deficiency detection device which has the characteristics of suitability for both two fuels and convenient conversion.

The dual-fuel oxygen deficiency detection device is characterized in that: the doll seat plate part is provided with a bottom fixing seat with a semicircular groove and a connecting column seat, and the doll fixing plate part is provided with a connecting hole;
the thermocouple is embedded with the semicircular groove, and the screw penetrates through the connecting hole to be screwed with the screw hole of the connecting column seat.
The dual-fuel oxygen deficiency detection device is characterized in that: the liquefied gas pipe seat part is provided with a lower clamping groove and a liquefied gas pipe clamping groove seat which are positioned at the front end, the natural gas pipe seat part is provided with an upper clamping groove and a natural gas pipe clamping groove seat, and the clamping grooves of the liquefied gas pipe clamping groove seat and the natural gas pipe clamping groove seat are arc-shaped;

The dual-fuel oxygen deficiency detection device has the advantages that due to the adoption of the structure, the type of the used fuel is not required to be marked when the device is packaged and sold; after the consumer purchases, the selection is convenient.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-4, a dual-fuel oxygen deficiency detection device comprises a fuel combustion pipe, an ignition needle 1 and a thermocouple 2, wherein an external thread joint and an air injection part are arranged at the air inlet end of the fuel combustion pipe;
the fuel combustion pipe is divided into a liquefied gas pipe 3 and a natural gas pipe 4;
two ignition needles 1 are provided;
also comprises a base plate 5, an even fixing plate 6, a first fastening plate 7 and a second fastening plate 8,
the base plate 5 includes an even seat portion 51, a liquefied gas tube seat portion 52, a natural gas seat portion 53 and a fixing seat portion 54,
the thermocouple 2 is fixed on the thermocouple seat plate part 51 by the thermocouple fixing plate 6, the liquefied gas pipe 3 and the natural gas pipe 4 are respectively fixed on the liquefied gas pipe seat plate part 52 and the natural rear seat plate part 53 by the first fastening plate 7, the ignition needle 1 is held between the first fastening plate 7 and the second fastening plate 8 by the second fastening plate 8, and the screw 9 passes through the first fastening plate 8 and the second fastening plate 7 to be screwed with the screw hole of the fixing seat 55 at the junction of the liquefied gas pipe seat plate part 52 and the natural rear seat plate part 53; as shown in fig. 9, the extension lines of the axes of the liquefied gas pipe 3 and the natural gas pipe 4 intersect, and the intersection point of the head of the thermocouple 2 and the axis is adapted. One ignition needle is matched with the liquefied gas pipe 3, and the other ignition needle 1 is matched with the natural gas pipe 4. With this structure, one part of the thermocouple 2 is saved; in the prior art, a natural gas pipe, an ignition needle and a thermocouple are combined into a group, and a liquefied gas pipe, an ignition needle and a thermocouple are combined into a group.
The liquefied gas tube seat plate part 52 and the even seat plate part 51 form an obtuse included angle alpha, and the natural gas seat plate part and the liquefied gas seat plate part form an obtuse included angle beta; the fixing seat portion 54 is connected to the liquefied gas pipe seating portion 52.
As shown in fig. 5, 7 and 8, the even seat plate 51 is provided with a bottom fixing seat 511 with a semicircular groove and a connecting column seat 512, and the even fixing plate 6 is provided with a connecting hole 61;
the thermocouple 2 is embedded in the semicircular groove of the bottom fixing seat 511, and a screw passes through the connecting hole 61 to be screwed with the screw hole of the connecting column seat 512.
As a further improvement of the invention: as shown in fig. 3, 5, 7, and 8, the liquefied gas pipe socket plate portion 52 is provided with a lower neck 521 and a liquefied gas pipe neck 522 at the front end, the natural gas pipe socket plate portion 53 is provided with an upper neck 531 and a natural gas pipe neck 532, and the necks of the liquefied gas pipe neck 521 and the natural gas pipe neck 531 are arc-shaped;
two ends of the first fastening plate 7 are arranged on the end seat plate 71, a connecting hole 72 is arranged in the middle of the first fastening plate, and an arc-shaped clamping groove 711 is arranged on the end seat plate 71;
the second fastening plate 8 comprises a needle seat 81 and a clasp 82 at two ends of the surface and a fixed seat post 83 arranged in the middle;
the gas outlet end of the liquefied gas pipe 3 is provided with a polygonal base plate part 31 and an annular groove 32, and the gas outlet end of the natural gas pipe 4 is provided with a polygonal base plate part 41 and an annular groove 42;
the ignition needle 1 comprises a needle body 11, a square fixed seat 12 arranged on the needle body and an annular clamping groove 13 arranged on the square fixed seat and surrounding the needle body;
the polygonal base plate part 31 of the liquefied gas pipe 3 is embedded with the lower clamping groove 521, and the liquefied gas pipe 3 is embedded with the clamping groove on the liquefied gas pipe clamping groove base 522; the multi-prismatic seat plate part 531 of the multi-prismatic seat plate part 41 of the natural gas pipe 4 is embedded with the upper clamping groove 532, the liquefied gas pipe 4 is embedded with the clamping groove of the natural pipe clamping groove seat 532, the end seat plate 71 on the first fastening plate 7 is embedded with the annular groove 32 on the liquefied gas pipe 3, and the other end seat plate 71 is embedded with the annular groove 42 of the Tianhe pipe 4; the square fixing seat 12 of the ignition needle 1 is attached to the second fastening plate 8, the rod part of the clasp 82 is embedded with the annular clamping groove 13, the hook part is buckled with one surface of the end part of the first fastening plate 7, and the needle body 11 in the annular clamping groove 13 is embedded with the semicircular groove of the needle seat 81. The screw 9 passes through the fixed seat post 83 and the connecting hole 72 to be screwed with the screw hole of the fixed seat 55.

two ignition needles are arranged;

the thermocouple is fixed on the thermocouple seat plate part by the thermocouple fixing plate part, the liquefied gas pipe and the natural gas pipe are respectively fixed with the liquefied gas pipe seat plate part and the natural rear seat plate part by the first fastening plate, the ignition needle is held between the first fastening plate and the second fastening plate by the second fastening plate, and the screw penetrates through the first fastening plate and the second fastening plate to be screwed with the screw hole of the fixing seat at the junction of the liquefied gas pipe seat plate part and the natural rear seat plate part; the axis extension lines of the liquefied gas pipe and the natural gas pipe are crossed, and the head of the thermocouple is adapted to the intersection point of the axis.

The dual fuel oxygen deficiency detection device of claim 1, wherein: the liquefied gas tube seat plate part and the dual seat plate part form an obtuse included angle, and the natural gas seat plate part and the liquefied gas seat plate part form an obtuse included angle; the fixing seat part is connected with the liquefied gas pipe socket part.
