step four: the digital image processing system (14) uses a standard image algorithm, a specular reflection image algorithm, a diffuse reflection image algorithm, a gloss ratio image algorithm and a shape image algorithm to generate images of extracted defect parts, namely the standard image, the specular reflection image, the diffuse reflection image, the gloss ratio image and the shape image, according to the acquired images of different stripes, so that the defects of surface scratch, dirty spots, darkness and depression are effectively identified;
the detection result of the surface quality of the plate 1 is obtained by identifying the type and the condition of the surface quality defect of the plate 1 and comparing the type and the condition with a quality standard preset in a computer system 17; and if the detection result does not exceed the error allowable range, judging that the surface quality of the plate (1) is qualified, and if the detection result exceeds the error allowable range, judging that the surface quality of the plate (1) has defects and the surface quality is unqualified.
10. The detection method according to claim 9, further comprising the steps of:
step five: when a certain defect exists in the surface quality detection of a certain plate on the conveying unit a, the digital image processing system (14) identifies and feeds back the certain defect to the computer system central processing unit (17), the computer system central processing unit (17) controls the alarm system (15) to start, sounds and lights are emitted to warn operators, meanwhile, the PLC control system (16) controls the conveying unit a to stop running, and the operators take down the defective plate.
