病理切片碎屑清理专用刮刷器,属于医疗用具技术领域。包括握柄、刷体和毛刷,其特征是在刷体下段设有碎屑仓,碎屑仓下壁设有进屑孔,碎屑仓下壁内侧设有进气单向瓣,碎屑仓右侧壁上设有排屑口,刷体上段设有消毒液仓,消毒液仓右壁上设有导液管,导液管末端设有放液阀,放液阀上设有喷头,消毒液仓右壁上设有进液口,进液口上设有密封盖,密封盖上设有增压泵,所述握柄和刷体内设有抽吸管,抽吸管上段设有微量抽气调控阀,微量抽气调控阀上设有弹力囊。在病理组织制片时彻底清理组织碎屑并对碎屑及操作区域进行消毒,避免碎屑粘附到切片或工作人员身上,控制疾病散播,提高切片质量。
Description
技术领域:本发明属于医疗用具技术领域,具体地讲是一种病理切片碎屑清理专用刮刷器。
背景技术:在病理组织制片时,为了能够取得肿瘤的最大平面,必须修整蜡块,使蜡块内肿瘤充分暴露,修整过程首先要粗修,使切片机机头幅度稍大前进,修整出肿瘤最大面,然后精确修整使整个平面平整光滑方可切片,由于蜡块往往比较多,反复这样操作将会产生大量的组织碎屑,这些组织碎屑大的成块状、片状、条索状,小的则成粉尘样,现有设备主要是使用毛笔或普通的毛刷来清理,而这样的碎屑内不仅含有肿瘤组织,还会经常的产生一些静电粘附在设备表面,甚至在制作切片时会粘附到切片的表面而引起误诊,或漂浮起来后被工作人员吸入呼吸道而继发疾病,有的粘附在设备表面被工作人员接触后又粘附在工作人员身上带到四处而被散播。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种在病理组织制片时彻底清理组织碎屑并对碎屑及操作区域进行消毒,避免碎屑粘附到切片或工作人员身上,控制疾病散播,提高切片质量的病理切片碎屑清理专用刮刷器。
本发明的技术方案是:包括握柄、刷体和毛刷,其特征是在刷体下段设置有碎屑仓,碎屑仓下壁上设置有进屑孔,碎屑仓下壁内侧设置有进气单向瓣,碎屑仓右侧壁上设置有排屑口,所述排屑口内有密封塞密封,刷体上段设置有消毒液仓,消毒液仓右壁上设置有导液管,导液管末端设置有放液阀,放液阀上设置有喷头,消毒液仓右壁上设置有进液口,进液口上设置有密封盖,密封盖上设置有增压泵,所述握柄和刷体内设置有抽吸管,抽吸管下端与碎屑仓连接,握柄右侧壁上设置有抽拉口,抽拉口内设置有挡板,挡板左侧面设置有过滤棉,挡板右侧面设置有拉环,所述过滤棉对应填塞在握柄段的抽吸管内,抽吸管上段设置有微量抽气调控阀,微量抽气调控阀上设置有弹力囊,所述刷体后壁上设有置有滑槽,滑槽内设置有滑板,滑板下段设置有橡胶刮板,滑槽上壁中段设置有穿插口,穿插口内设置有连接板,连接板上端设置有指托,连接板下端与滑板中段连接。
作为优选,所述指托上设置有横纹臂。
本发明有益效果是:本发明在病理组织制片时彻底清理组织碎屑并对碎屑及操作区域进行消毒,避免碎屑粘附到切片或工作人员身上,控制疾病散播,提高切片质量。

具体实施方式:包括握柄1、刷体2和毛刷3,其特征是在刷体2下段设置有碎屑仓4,碎屑仓4下壁上设置有进屑孔5,碎屑仓4下壁内侧设置有进气单向瓣6,碎屑仓4右侧壁上设置有排屑口7,所述排屑口7内有密封塞8密封,刷体2上段设置有消毒液仓9,消毒液仓9右壁上设置有导液管10,导液管10末端设置有放液阀11,放液阀11上设置有喷头12,消毒液仓9右壁上设置有进液口13,进液口13上设置有密封盖14,密封盖14上设置有增压泵15,所述握柄1和刷体2内设置有抽吸管16,抽吸管16下端与碎屑仓4连接,握柄1右侧壁上设置有抽拉口17,抽拉口17内设置有挡板18,挡板18左侧面设置有过滤棉19,挡板18右侧面设置有拉环20,所述过滤棉19对应填塞在握柄1段的抽吸管16内,抽吸管16上段设置有微量抽气调控阀21,微量抽气调控阀21上设置有弹力囊22,所述刷体2后壁上设有置有滑槽23,滑槽23内设置有滑板24,滑板24下段设置有橡胶刮板25,滑槽23上壁中段设置有穿插口26,穿插口26内设置有连接板27,连接板27上端设置有指托28,连接板27下端与滑板24中段连接。打开密封塞8,手捏弹力囊22排空气体后关闭密封塞8和微量抽气调控阀21,消毒液仓9内加入75%酒精消毒液,密封盖14封闭进液口13,增压泵15对消毒液仓9增压,在病理组织制片时,调节微量抽气调控阀21,毛刷3清扫体积大的碎屑同时弹力囊22回弹同时抽吸细小的病理碎屑,细小病理碎屑穿经进屑孔5和进气单向瓣6进入碎屑仓4,并经过过滤棉19的过滤存留在碎屑仓4内。如碎屑产生静电,打开放液阀11,喷头12喷洒少许消毒液与碎屑表面,然后同样重复上述操作清扫、抽吸碎屑,并用手指推动指托28,使橡胶刮板25高出于毛刷3清刮切片机表面细微碎屑并消除静电。定期打开密封塞8,手捏弹力囊22排空气体同时吹出碎屑仓4内的碎屑,再拉拉环20取出过滤棉19清洗。
作为优选,所述指托28上设置有横纹臂29。这样设置有利于增加手指与指托28的摩擦力。
