The ceiling lamp is the most common lamp for indoor lighting and comprises a chassis, a lamp sticker assembly and a lampshade. The chassis is fixed on the roof, and the lamp pastes and the lamp shade is installed between two parties on the chassis, and the lamp shade covers the lamp and pastes the subassembly.
The mounting means of the magnet module of the lamp sticker subassembly on the market generally is: the installation position of the magnet module is confirmed in the product design stage, and the relative position of the magnet module cannot be changed after the lens (positioned on the lamp sticker) is subjected to injection molding. The magnet module is assembled with the lens in an interference or buckling mode.
The mounting position of the lamp sticker assembly on the chassis is centered. However, the chassis on the market at present has different degrees of processing to the chassis in order to cooperate the lamp sticker assemblies of different models of their own companies, and when the lamp sticker assembly that leads to the replacement was installed between two parties, there can be the situation that the magnet module can not adsorb the chassis (for example, the relevant position on chassis has recess or arch etc.), need paste the whole skew of subassembly with the lamp. However, this causes the light efficiency of the ceiling lamp to be poor, and the user cannot enjoy a good lighting effect.
In view of the above problem, the present embodiment provides a lamp sticker assembly, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lamp sticker assembly includes a lamp sticker 1 and a magnet module 2. The sticker 1 has a slide rail 120. The magnet module 2 is connected to the slide rail 120, and the magnet module 2 can slide along the slide rail 120.
Wherein, the sliding rail 120 can be located on one side of the lamp sticker 1 back to the lamp bead.
The sliding rail 120 may be a convex sliding rail or a concave sliding rail, which is not limited in this embodiment.
When installing the lamp subsides subassembly that this application embodiment provided, because the chassis part that magnet module 2 corresponds has reasons such as recess or arch, when can not be adsorbed, can slide magnet module 2 alone to suitable absorption position, and need not squint the position of whole lamp subsides subassembly to can guarantee the degree of centralization that the lamp pasted 1, promote the illuminating effect of ceiling lamp.
The specific structure of the slide rail 120 is exemplified in more detail below:
as shown in fig. 3, the slide rail 120 includes a rail body portion 121 and a locking portion 122. The rail main body 121 has an opening 1210 through which the magnet module 2 enters and exits. The locking portion 122 communicates with the opening 1210, and the magnet module 2 can be locked to the locking portion 122 and can slide into the rail main body 121 through the locking portion 122.
The locking portion 122 may be formed by cutting one end of the slide rail 120.
The scheme shown in the embodiment of the application includes that the sliding rail 120 includes the rail main body portion 121 and the fastening portion 122, so that the magnet module 2 can conveniently enter and exit the rail main body portion 121 through the fastening portion 122, and the magnet module 2 and the sliding rail 120 can be conveniently connected and separated.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the rail body portion 121 includes two slide bars 1211, and the magnet module 2 can slide between the two slide bars 1211. The two sliding strips 1211 are opposite to each other, and an opening 1210 is formed between two ends of the two sliding strips 1211 close to the buckling part 122.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 3, two ends of the two slide bars 1211 away from the fastening portion 122 are connected, so as to prevent the magnet module 2 from being separated from the two ends of the two slide bars 1211 away from the fastening portion 122.
In addition, the sliding rail 120 not only needs to ensure that the magnet module 2 can slide, but also needs to limit the magnet module 2 from separating from the sliding rail 120, that is, after the magnet module 2 bears the weight of the lamp sticker 1, the magnet module 2 cannot separate from the lamp sticker 1, and therefore, a limit structure for limiting the separation of the magnet module 2 is further provided on the sliding rail 120.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5, the magnet module 2 has a snap groove 221. As shown in fig. 4, two opposing sides of the slide 1211 each have a protruding stop strip 1212. The spacing bar 1212 is matched with the catching groove 221 of the magnet module 2 for preventing the magnet module 2 from being separated from the sliding rail 120.
The two limiting strips 1212 can be connected to two ends of the two slide strips 1211 away from the fastening portion 122.
In one possible implementation manner, the locking portion 122 includes a plurality of locking pieces 1221, the plurality of locking pieces 1221 surrounds the opening 1210, and the plurality of locking pieces 1221 are arranged at intervals.
In the embodiment of the application, the fastening part 122 includes a plurality of fastening pieces 1221 arranged at intervals, so that the fastening part 122 has good elasticity, the fastening pieces 1221 are conveniently opened and retracted, and the magnet module 2 is conveniently clamped with the fastening part 122.
In the embodiment of the present application, a specific arrangement form of the plurality of fastening pieces 1221 is not limited, and for example, as shown in fig. 3, the plurality of fastening pieces 1221 are sequentially distributed in an arc shape along a direction from one side of the opening 1210 to the other side of the opening 1210. That is, the slide rails 1211 extend in an arc shape in the direction from the end of one slide rail 1211 to the end of the other slide rail 1211.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, there are three latching pieces 1221, and the latching piece 1221 located in the middle of the three latching pieces 1221 has an arc shape.
As shown in fig. 5, the snap piece 1221 includes a snap body 1222 and a snap projection 1223, the snap projection 1223 is located inside the snap body 1222, and the snap projection 1223 is used to cooperate with the snap groove 221 on the magnet module 2 to achieve the snap connection with the magnet module 2. The top wall of the fastening protrusion 1223 is provided with a notch, which forms a guiding surface 1224, so that when the magnet module 2 is pressed into the fastening portion 122, the magnet module 2 can smoothly open the fastening pieces 1221.
As shown in fig. 5, the magnet module 2 includes a magnet 21 and a mounting seat 22. The top of the mounting seat 22 has a receiving groove 220, and the magnet 21 is fixed in the receiving groove 220. The middle portion of the mounting seat 22 has a clamping groove 221, and the clamping groove 221 is annular and surrounds the mounting seat 22. The clamping groove 221 is used for matching with the clamping protrusion 1223 inside the clamping piece 1221 to realize clamping between the mounting seat 22 and the clamping portion 122. The bottom end of the mounting seat 22 has a tapered structure 222, so that when the mounting seat 22 is pressed into the fastening portion 122, the tapered structure 222 of the mounting seat 22 and the guide surface 1224 on the fastening piece 1221 are matched with each other, so that the mounting seat 22 can smoothly open the fastening pieces 1221 and realize fastening with the fastening portion 122.
Next, the installation process of the magnet module 2 will be described in an exemplary manner with reference to fig. 4 to 7:
referring to fig. 4 and 5, the magnet module 2 is aligned with the center of the plurality of locking pieces 1221 in the locking portion 122, and then pressure is applied to the magnet module 2 to press the magnet module 2 into the space between the plurality of locking pieces 1221.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the hooking protrusion 1223 of the hooking piece 1221 is hooked in the hooking groove 221 of the magnet module 2, the hooking piece 1221 rebounds to its original shape due to its own deformation, thereby preventing the magnet module 2 from being detached.
When the magnet module 2 is engaged with the engaging portion 122, the magnet module 2 can slide between the two slide bars 1211 of the rail body 121 to adjust the position.
In order to realize that the radial position and the circumferential position of the magnet module 2 on the sliding track 120 are both adjustable, thereby improving the variety of the chassis to which the lamp sticker assembly is applied. As shown in fig. 8, the slide rail 120 includes a first rail segment 120a and a second rail segment 120 b. The first track segment 120a is connected to the second track segment 120b and the axes intersect.
The fastening portion 122 may be located at an end of the first track segment 120a, or may be located at an end of the second track segment 120b, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 8, the axial direction of the first track segment 120a is the same as the radial direction of the sticker 1. The axial direction of the second track segment 120b is perpendicular to the axial direction of the first track segment 120 a. The slide rail 120 of this type may be referred to as a 7-shaped rail.
Of course, the axial direction of the second track segment 120b and the axial direction of the first track segment 120a may be at other angles, for example, 70 ° -110 °, etc. In another possible implementation, the second track segment 120b may be arc-shaped and concentric with the main body 11 of the sticker 1.
In addition, in order to make the sliding of the magnet module 2 in the sliding rail 120 smoother, the transition region between the first rail segment 120a and the second rail segment 120b may be in a circular arc shape.
In another possible implementation manner, the sliding track 120 may also be a straight track, and the straight track is inclined with respect to the radial direction of the lamp sticker 1, so that the adjustment of the radially outer position and the circumferential position of the magnet module 2 can also be achieved.
For better understanding of the lamp sticker assembly provided by the embodiment of the present application, the following takes a common circular ring-shaped lamp sticker assembly as an example, and the position of the sliding rail 120 provided by the embodiment of the present application is exemplarily described in more detail:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sticker 1 includes a main body 11 and a plurality of mounting portions 12. The main body 11 is annular and includes a lamp bead, a lens, and the like. The plurality of mounting portions 12 are distributed at intervals inside the main body portion 11, and are fixedly connected to the main body portion 11, and the mounting portions 12 have slide rails 120.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the light sticker 1 further includes a fixed mounting portion 13, and the fixed mounting portion 13 is located inside the main body portion 11 and is fixedly connected with the main body portion 11. The lamp sticker component further comprises a fixed magnet module 3, the fixed magnet module 3 is fixedly connected with the fixed mounting part 13, and the position of the fixed magnet module 3 is not adjustable.
Wherein, the structure of the installation department on the fixed mounting portion 13 can adopt the structure of the installation department on the existing lamp sticker 1, for example, can include the fixed buckle hole 131, and the fixed magnet module 3 can be connected in the fixed buckle hole 131.
Through set up fixed mounting portion 13 in the subassembly is pasted to the lamp, not only saving cost, can make the lamp paste subassembly more stable after installing on the chassis moreover.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a schematic view of a sticker assembly including two mounting portions 12 and one fixed mounting portion 13 is shown. Of course, the light sticker 1 may further include the rest number of the mounting portions 12 and the fixed mounting portions 13, or may not include the fixed mounting portions 13, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In order to make the lamp sticker 1 uniformly stressed, the mounting parts (including the mounting part 12 and the fixed mounting part 13) on the lamp sticker 1 may be uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the main body part 11.
It should be added that, in practical application, the lamp sticker 1 may be attached to the chassis through the magnet module 2, and may also be fixedly connected to the chassis through a screw. In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting portion 12 and the fixing mounting portion 13 of the lamp sticker 1 are further provided with a first screw hole 124 and a second screw hole 132 respectively, the first screw hole 124 and the second screw hole 132 may have the same structure, and screws may pass through the first screw hole 124 and the second screw hole 132 and be screwed into the chassis.
In addition, in order to make the position of the screw on the lamp sticker 1 adjustable, the bottom of the track groove of the sliding track 120 may be communicated with one side where the lamp bead of the lamp sticker 1 is located, and the screw may pass through the sliding track 120.
Thus, when the mounting position of the lamp sticker assembly needs to be adjusted, the position of the screw can be adjusted individually by sliding the screw in the sliding rail 120, so that the position of the lamp sticker assembly does not need to be shifted as a whole, which also facilitates the centered mounting of the lamp sticker assembly.
The embodiment of the application also provides another lamp sticker assembly, as shown in fig. 9, the lamp sticker assembly comprises a lamp sticker 1 and a magnet module 2. The light sticker 1 has a snap hole group 123, and the snap hole group 123 includes a plurality of snap holes 1231. The magnet module 2 is clamped with any one of the clamping holes 1231 in the clamping hole group 123, and the magnet module 2 can be adjusted in position by switching the clamping holes 1231.
Wherein, buckle punch combination 123 can be located the lamp and paste 1 one side of lamp pearl dorsad. The specific structure of the fastening hole 1231 may be the same as the fastening hole in the related art, and the specific structure of the fastening hole 1231 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, for example, the fastening hole 1231 may include a plurality of fastening pieces arranged at intervals.
As for a specific process of engaging the magnet module 2 with the engaging hole 1231, reference is made to the process of engaging the magnet module 2 with the engaging portion 122.
When the lamp that this application embodiment provided of installation pastes the subassembly, if the part on the chassis that magnet module 2 corresponds can not be adsorbed, then can adjust magnet module 2 to suitable absorption position alone through the buckle hole 1231 that switches magnet module 2 joint, and need not squint the position that the subassembly was pasted to whole lamp to can guarantee the centering degree that the lamp pasted 1, promote the illuminating effect of ceiling lamp.
In order to better understand the lamp sticker assembly provided by the embodiment of the present application, the following takes a common circular ring-shaped lamp sticker assembly as an example, and the positions of the snap hole groups 123 provided by the embodiment of the present application are exemplarily described in more detail:
as shown in fig. 9, the sticker 1 includes a main body 11 and a plurality of mounting portions 12. The main body 11 is annular and includes a lamp bead, a lens, and the like. The plurality of mounting portions 12 are spaced apart from each other inside the main body 11 and are fixedly connected to the main body 11, and the mounting portions 12 have a snap hole group 123.
In one possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 9, the light sticker 1 further includes a fixed mounting portion 13, and the fixed mounting portion 13 is located inside the main body portion 11 and is fixedly connected with the main body portion 11.
