As shown in fig. 17, when the mechanical apparatus needs to fix a plurality of hard pipe fittings (more than three), the second pipe clamp 2 is additionally installed on the basis of installing the first pipe clamp 1: the third clamping plate 2-1, the fourth clamping plate 2-3 and the second rubber sleeve 2-4 wrapped with the hard pipe fitting are assembled and welded with the welding nuts 2-2, the second bolts 2-6 sequentially penetrate through the second gaskets 2-5, the sixth through holes 2-3-d, the fourth through holes 1-2-f, the second through holes 1-1-f and the fifth through holes 2-1-d, and are assembled and connected with the welding nuts 2-2, at the moment, gaps between the fifth mounting part 2-1-c and the second mounting part 1-1-d and between the sixth mounting part 2-3-c and the fourth mounting part 1-2-d can be compressed under the pretightening force of the second bolts 2-6, a continuous elastic force is generated to act on the second bolts 2-6, and friction resistance between threaded connection pairs is further increased, and the second bolts 2-6 are prevented from loosening.
In conclusion, the invention can clamp and fix hard pipe fittings with different numbers by adjusting the self configuration, thereby ensuring that operators can rapidly and efficiently finish the increase and decrease of the hard pipe fittings; according to the invention, the corresponding size of the second pipe clamp is changed, so that hard pipe fittings with different specifications can be selectively installed, and multiple selectivities of the pipeline configuration carried by mechanical equipment are realized; the pipe clamp clamping plate is provided with the butt joint structure, so that the hard pipe fitting can be prevented from falling off along the radial direction when the bolt loosens.

the right side installation parts of the middle parts of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are respectively provided with symmetrically arranged arc parts, the first rubber sleeve is arranged in the two arc parts, and the hard pipe clamp is wrapped and fixed through the first rubber sleeve;
a gap is reserved between the left mounting parts of the middle parts of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and the gap can be compressed under the action of the pretightening force of the first bolt to generate a continuous elastic force to counteract the first bolt;
at least two arc parts and at least two middle left side installation parts are respectively arranged on the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate;
wherein, every two middle left side installation parts are connected with the installation seat through bolts, and every two symmetrically arranged arc parts are provided with a first rubber sleeve, so that a plurality of hard pipe fittings are clamped;
the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are sequentially provided with a left end installation part, a middle left side installation part, an arc part and a right end connection part from left to right;
or the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are a left end installation part, a middle left side installation part, an arc part and a right end connection part in sequence from left to right.

the first clamping plate is provided with a first protruding portion, the second clamping plate is provided with a first opening portion, and the first protruding portion is inserted into the first opening portion to achieve butt joint and clamping.
