A concrete pouring lance head for construction according to claim 1, wherein the mixing bar (9) comprises: the stirring rod reinforcing piece (10), the upper stirring rod, the lower stirring rod, the first bracket (19) and the second bracket (20); the upper stirring rod is an elastic rod and is arranged at the upper end of the horizontal plate (7), the upper end part of the upper stirring rod is connected with the gear (28), the lower end part of the upper stirring rod is connected with the lower stirring rod through the stirring rod reinforcing part (10), the stirring rod reinforcing part (10) is fixed on the horizontal plate (7), the lower stirring rod is fixed at the lower end of the horizontal plate (7), and the first support (19) and the second support (20) are fixed on the lower stirring rod.
