Abstract
The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly high-purity carbon black reaction furnace, which comprises a combustion chamber, a reaction section and a quenching section; the combustion chambers are provided with multiple stages and are respectively and correspondingly connected with reaction sections; an air inlet and a fuel oil spray gun are arranged on the combustion chamber; the outlet ends of a plurality of the reaction sections are all connected to a quenching section in a gathering way; the combustion chamber is in a hollow cylindrical shape; the reaction section is in a hollow round table shape, the end face with the smaller diameter faces the combustion chamber, and the end face with the larger diameter faces the quenching section; the combustion chamber and the reaction section are coaxially arranged, and the axis of the reaction section is parallel to the axis of the quenching section in the horizontal direction; the reaction sections are arranged in a straight line shape in the vertical direction; each combustion chamber is provided with a plurality of rows of raw material oil guns; each reaction section is provided with a plurality of rows of oxidant spray guns. The method further reduces the content of the residue on the sieve with the particle size of 45 mu m, and obviously improves the physical purity of the carbon black.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of carbon black production, in particular to a novel environment-friendly high-purity carbon black reaction furnace and a production method of environment-friendly high-purity carbon black.
Background
Carbon black is a reinforcing filler for rubber, and is currently used in the rubber industry at about 90% yield. Carbon blacks are typically produced by pyrolyzing a hydrocarbon feedstock in a furnace reactor with hot combustion gases to produce combustion products containing particulate carbon black.
The purity of carbon black can be classified into physical purity and chemical purity. Physical purity refers to the amount of impurities, including coke particles and other mechanical inclusions, contained in the carbon black, and is typically measured using a 45 μm screen residue. The special carbon black for the ultra-pure rubber product mainly requires high purity (low residue on a sieve with the particle size of 45 mu m), high blackness, strong tinting strength, uniform dispersion and the like, and shows that the surface of the rubber product is smooth, has no bubbles and pockmarks, and has good appearance and good weather resistance in application.
The carbon black special for the ultra-pure rubber product prepared by the carbon black reaction furnace in the prior art has poor quality of the carbon black, mainly shows that the content of 45 mu m sieve residue is higher, and domestic similar products have larger difference with products produced by international advanced enterprises on performance indexes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel environment-friendly high-purity carbon black reaction furnace and a production method of environment-friendly high-purity carbon black, which further reduce the content of residues on a sieve with the particle size of 45 mu m and improve the physical purity of the carbon black.

a novel environment-friendly high-purity carbon black reaction furnace comprises a combustion chamber, a reaction section and a quenching section; the combustion chambers are provided with multiple stages and are respectively and correspondingly connected with reaction sections; an air inlet and a fuel oil spray gun are arranged on the combustion chamber; the outlet ends of a plurality of the reaction sections are all connected to a quenching section in a gathering way; the combustion chamber is in a hollow cylindrical shape; the reaction section is in a hollow round table shape, the end face with the smaller diameter faces the combustion chamber, and the end face with the larger diameter faces the quenching section; the combustion chamber and the reaction section are coaxially arranged, and the axis of the reaction section is parallel to the axis of the quenching section in the horizontal direction; the reaction sections are arranged in a straight line shape in the vertical direction; each combustion chamber is provided with a plurality of rows of raw material oil guns; each reaction section is provided with a plurality of rows of oxidant spray guns.
Preferably, the reaction section is provided with 3 to 6 sections.
Preferably, the oxidant lances are perpendicular to the side wall of the reaction section.
Preferably, the oxidant lances are provided in 2 to 3 rows.

The invention also provides a production method of the environment-friendly high-purity carbon black, and the carbon black reaction furnace is used for producing the environment-friendly high-purity carbon black.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the carbon black reaction furnace has the advantages that the multiple combustion chambers are arranged, so that the multi-stage combustion of the raw oil is realized; a plurality of rows of raw oil guns are arranged on the combustion chamber, so that the multi-point injection of the raw oil is realized; a plurality of rows of oxidant spray guns are sequentially arranged on the reaction section for carrying out multi-point oxidation spraying; particularly, the reaction section in the invention adopts a hollow round table-shaped design, the combustion chamber and the reaction section are coaxially arranged, and the axis of the reaction section is parallel to the axis of the quenching section in the horizontal direction, more importantly, the reaction sections are arranged in a straight line shape in the vertical direction; by adopting the design, on the basis of multi-stage combustion, multi-point injection and multi-stage oxidation, the content of 45 mu m screen residue in the prepared carbon black product can be as low as 15mg/kg, the physical purity of the carbon black is obviously improved and completely exceeds the expected level, and the physical purity of the carbon black reaches the domestic advanced level and can be comparable with the carbon black products produced by international enterprises.

Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in figure 1, a novel environment-friendly high-purity carbon black reaction furnace comprises a combustion chamber 1, a reaction section 2 and a quenching section 3; the combustion chamber 1 is provided with a plurality of stages, and the combustion chamber 1 is respectively and correspondingly connected with reaction sections 2 in sequence; an air inlet 6 and a fuel oil spray gun 7 are arranged on the combustion chamber 1; the outlet ends of a plurality of the reaction sections 2 are all connected to a quenching section 3 in a gathering way; the combustion chamber 1 is in a hollow cylindrical shape; the reaction section 2 is in a hollow round table shape, the end face with the smaller diameter faces the combustion chamber 1, and the end face with the larger diameter faces the quenching section 3; the combustion chamber 1 and the reaction section 2 are coaxially arranged, and the axis of the reaction section 2 is parallel to the axis of the quenching section 3 in the horizontal direction; the reaction sections 2 are arranged in a straight line shape in the vertical direction; a plurality of rows of raw material oil guns 4 are arranged on each combustion chamber 1; each reaction section 2 is provided with a plurality of rows of oxidant spray guns 5.
Preferably, the reaction section 2 is provided with 3 to 6 sections. Shown in figure 1 as 3 segments.
In the invention, raw oil can be sprayed into the multistage combustion chamber 1 through the raw oil gun 4, so that multistage combustion and multipoint injection of the raw oil are realized; by means of the oxidant lances 5, oxidant can be injected into each of the reaction stages 2, so that a multi-stage injection and oxidation of the combustion gas stream can be achieved.
Particularly, the reaction section 2 in the invention adopts a hollow truncated cone-shaped design, the combustion chamber 1 and the reaction section 2 are coaxially arranged, and the axis of the reaction section 2 is parallel to the axis of the quenching section 3 in the horizontal direction; the reaction sections 2 are arranged in a straight line shape in the vertical direction; by adopting the design, the combustion effect can be further improved and the reaction is more sufficient on the basis of multi-stage combustion, multi-point injection and multi-stage oxidation;
preferably, the oxidant lances 5 are perpendicular to the side wall of the reaction section 2.
Preferably, the oxidant lances 5 are provided in 2-3 rows.

In order to make the production process and technical effect of the present invention known in detail to those skilled in the art, the following is a specific production example to further describe the application and technical effect of the present invention.
The method for preparing the high-purity environment-friendly carbon black with the model number of YFG503 by using the carbon black reaction furnace comprises the following steps:
(1) the preheated air, the raw oil and the fuel oil are respectively sprayed into the combustion chambers 1, wherein the spraying amount of the raw oil, the spraying amount of the fuel oil and the air introduction amount in each stage of combustion chamber 3 are uniform, and the method comprises the following steps: the injection amount of the raw oil is 975kg/h, the injection amount of the fuel oil is 150kg/h, the introduction amount of preheated air in an air inlet 6 is 2850Nm3/h, the preheating temperature of air is 950 ℃, the preheating temperature of the raw oil is 250 ℃, and the charging pressure of the raw oil is 2.5 MPa;
(2) the fuel oil, the raw oil and the air respectively react in the reaction section 2 to form carbon black flue gas mixed combustion gas flow, and then the combustion gas flow is quenched in the quenching section 3 to obtain carbon black; it should be noted that the quenching section of the apparatus and process of the present invention may be implemented using a conventional carbon black furnace, and the present invention is not limited thereto, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art.
The quality of the YFG503 type carbon black finished product is shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the table, when the carbon black is produced by using the carbon black reaction furnace of the invention, the content of the 45 mu m screen residue in the obtained carbon black finished product reaches the extremely low technical level, and is as low as 15mg/kg, which shows that the purity of the carbon black product is obviously improved by using the carbon black reaction furnace, and the content level of the 45 mu m screen residue is advanced at home and can be compared favorably with the carbon black product produced by international enterprises.

A novel environment-friendly high-purity carbon black reaction furnace comprises a combustion chamber (1), a reaction section (2) and a quenching section (3); the combustion chamber (1) is provided with a plurality of stages, and the combustion chamber (1) is respectively and correspondingly connected with the reaction sections (2) in sequence; an air inlet (6) and a fuel oil spray gun (7) are arranged on the combustion chamber (1); the outlet ends of a plurality of the reaction sections (2) are all connected to a quenching section (3) in a gathering way; the combustion chamber (1) is in a hollow cylindrical shape; the method is characterized in that: the reaction section (2) is in a hollow round table shape, the end face with smaller diameter faces the combustion chamber (1), and the end face with larger diameter faces the quenching section (3); the combustion chamber (1) and the reaction section (2) are coaxially arranged, and the axis of the reaction section (2) is parallel to the axis of the quenching section (3) in the horizontal direction; the reaction sections (2) are arranged in a straight line shape in the vertical direction; a plurality of rows of raw material oil guns (4) are arranged on each combustion chamber (1); each reaction section (2) is provided with a plurality of rows of oxidant spray guns (5).
