Abstract
The invention relates to a special greenhouse film for flowers and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of agricultural films, wherein the special greenhouse film for flowers comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-30% of low-density polyethylene, 50-60% of linear polyethylene, 10-20% of metallocene polyethylene and 10-15% of functional master batch, wherein the functional master batch comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-75% of LD carrier, 1-2% of antioxidant, 8-10% of hindered amine light stabilizer, 10-20% of ultraviolet absorbent, 2-5% of heat preservation agent and 5-6% of dispersant. According to the invention, on the basis of polyethylene materials, functional master batch is added, and the prepared greenhouse film has the advantages of increased ultraviolet ray blocking strength, high tensile strength, good aging resistance, outstanding heat preservation effect and long service life through reasonable proportioning of the antioxidant, the hindered amine light stabilizer and the ultraviolet ray absorbent; the greenhouse film blocks most ultraviolet rays, effectively prevents the blackening problem of red rose petals and the flooding of pests with visible areas in ultraviolet wave bands, improves the yield of crops, and reduces the pollution caused by pesticides.

2) extruding and plasticizing: sending the mixture to an extruder, and strictly controlling the extrusion temperature, wherein the extrusion temperature is 150 degrees in the first zone, 155 degrees in the second zone, 160 degrees in the third zone, 165 degrees in the fourth zone, 170 degrees in the fifth zone, 175 degrees in the sixth zone and 180 degrees in the seventh zone;
3) filtering and forming: filtering by three layers of 80, 100 and 120 meshes, wherein the temperature of a die is 180 ℃, and the blow-up ratio is 1: 2.7;
4) cooling, drawing and shaping: and (3) blowing, cooling and shaping the film blank at 180 ℃ to form a film bubble at 65 ℃, cooling the film bubble to below 45 ℃ through a traction roller, and finally rolling to obtain a finished product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the functional master batch is added on the basis of the polyethylene material, and the prepared greenhouse film has the advantages of increased ultraviolet ray blocking strength, high tensile strength, good aging resistance, good heat insulation performance and good insect prevention performance through the reasonable proportion of the antioxidant, the hindered amine light stabilizer and the ultraviolet ray absorbent.
(2) The greenhouse film provided by the invention blocks partial ultraviolet rays, effectively prevents the blackening problem of red rose petals and the flooding of pests with visible areas in the ultraviolet wave band, improves the yield of crops, and reduces the pollution caused by medication.
(3) The ultraviolet ray intensity is different due to different altitudes, the influence on the color of the flowers is larger, the higher the altitude is, the stronger the ultraviolet ray is, and the darker the color of the flowers is, and the greenhouse film can be suitable for planting the flowers at different altitudes.

Example 1
The special shed film for the flowers comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20% of low-density polyethylene, 50% of linear polyethylene, 20% of metallocene polyethylene and 10% of functional master batch. The greenhouse film is suitable for the area with the altitude of about 1500 m.
The functional master batch comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 72% of LD carrier, 1% of antioxidant, 8% of hindered amine light stabilizer, 10% of ultraviolet absorber (benzophenone), 3% of heat preservation agent and 6% of dispersing agent.
The preparation method of the functional master batch comprises the following steps: the raw materials are proportioned according to the formula, mixed in a high-speed mixer for 1min and then mixed at low speed for 3min, the mixture is added into a hopper of a double-screw extruder, and granulation is carried out through the processes of extrusion, water-cooling bracing, drying and grain-sized dicing, wherein the extrusion temperature is 130-185 ℃.
A preparation method of a special shed film for flowers comprises the following specific steps:
1) mixing and feeding: mixing low-density polyethylene, linear polyethylene, metallocene polyethylene and functional master batch in proportion for 10-15 min;
2) extruding and plasticizing: sending the mixture to an extruder, and strictly controlling the extrusion temperature, wherein the extrusion temperature is 150 degrees in the first zone, 155 degrees in the second zone, 160 degrees in the third zone, 165 degrees in the fourth zone, 170 degrees in the fifth zone, 175 degrees in the sixth zone and 180 degrees in the seventh zone;
3) filtering and forming: filtering by three layers of 80, 100 and 120 meshes, wherein the temperature of a die is 180 ℃, and the blow-up ratio is 1: 2.7;
4) cooling, drawing and shaping: and (3) blowing, cooling and shaping the film blank at 180 ℃ to form a film bubble at 65 ℃, cooling the film bubble to below 45 ℃ through a traction roller, and finally rolling to obtain a finished product. The greenhouse film is suitable for the area with the altitude higher than 1500 m.

The functional master batch comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 72% of LD carrier, 1% of antioxidant, 8% of hindered amine light stabilizer, 10% of ultraviolet absorber (benzotriazole), 3% of heat preservation agent and 6% of dispersing agent.
The preparation method of the functional master batch and the preparation method of the special shed film for flowers are the same as the example 1. The greenhouse film is suitable for the area with the altitude of about 2000 m.
Example 3
The special shed film for the flowers comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20% of low-density polyethylene, 30% of linear polyethylene, 40% of metallocene polyethylene and 10% of functional master batch.
The functional master batch comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 62% of LD carrier, 1% of antioxidant, 8% of hindered amine light stabilizer, 20% of ultraviolet absorber (triazine), 3% of dripping agent and 6% of dispersing agent.
The preparation method of the functional master batch and the preparation method of the special shed film for flowers are the same as the example 1. The greenhouse film is suitable for the area with the altitude of about 2500 m.
The physical properties of the films obtained in examples 1-3 were measured according to GB/T13022-1991 and QB/T1130-1991, and the results are shown in Table 1.

The optical properties of the films obtained in examples 1 to 3 were measured according to GB/T2410-1980 and GB/T17032-1997, and the results are shown in Table 2.

Analysis of experiments
The greenhouse film special for flowers and the conventional greenhouse film prepared by the invention are adopted to carry out a rose planting greenhouse buckling test, the greenhouse film of the embodiment 1 is adopted to carry out an application test in an area with an altitude of 1500 m, the greenhouse film of the embodiment 2 is adopted to carry out an application test in an area with an altitude of 2000 m, the greenhouse film of the embodiment 3 is adopted to carry out an application test in an area with an altitude of 2500 m, and the three experimental areas are provided with control groups of the conventional greenhouse film. The test results show that: the effect of the test groups in the three altitude areas is more prominent than that of the control group, the blackening condition of the rose petals is greatly reduced, and the rose is bright and vivid in color.
