Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a polyurethane foam material containing traditional Chinese medicine powder and an insole.
Background
At present, shoes worn by people hardly have a deodorization function, bacteria are easy to breed in the shoes under a long-time damp environment, feet belong to parts which move frequently, and various skin diseases such as beriberi, sweaty feet and foot odor are common diseases in daily life due to large exercise amount and more sweating. Especially foot odor, can cause indoor air pollution when taking off shoes indoors, cause great trouble to oneself, family members and colleagues, simultaneously cause great threat to personal health.
For example, the prior patent publication No. CN108078072A discloses a bacteriostatic and deodorant insole, and the patent publication No. CN108669705A discloses a medicinal insole with the effects of preventing and treating beriberi, tinea pedis and sweaty feet.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a polyurethane foam material containing traditional Chinese medicine powder and an insole, which can sterilize and deodorize.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a polyurethane foam material containing traditional Chinese medicine powder comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of polyether polyol, 0.2-0.6 part of foam stabilizer, 1.0-2.0 parts of catalyst, 1.0-1.5 parts of cross-linking agent, 1.0-2.0 parts of water, 5-10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine powder and 80-90 parts of isocyanate.
Preferably, the isocyanate is polyether modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
Preferably, the polyether modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate is prepared by the following preparation method: firstly heating and melting 25-50 parts of pure 4, 4' -diphenylmethane diisocyanate, then adding 10-20 parts of polyether polyol at 80 ℃, reacting to obtain a prepolymer with the isocyanate content of 15-25%, and finally mixing the prepolymer with 20-40 parts of carbodiimide-uretonimine modified MDI to prepare a mixture with the isocyanate content of 20-25%, thus obtaining the polyether modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
Preferably, the polyether polyol has a molecular weight of 4000-.
Preferably, the foam stabilizer is silicone oil.
Preferably, the catalyst is formed by mixing a triethylene diamine solution and ethylene glycol according to the weight ratio of 1: 2.
Preferably, the cross-linking agent is dimethylethanolamine.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine powder is radix sophorae flavescentis, loofah sponge powder and agilawood powder, and the weight ratio of the radix sophorae flavescentis, the loofah sponge powder and the agilawood powder is 10-20-30.
The invention also provides an insole which is made of the polyurethane foam material containing the traditional Chinese medicine powder.
Preferably, the half sole of the insole is 5mm thick, the back sole of the insole is 7mm thick, and grid-type grain lines are distributed on the insole surface.
Compared with the related technology, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
firstly, the traditional Chinese medicine powder is injected into the polyurethane cotton material, the insole made of the material can activate the traditional Chinese medicine factors in the connotation when being rubbed during walking, thereby achieving the effects of sterilization and deodorization, and having certain adjuvant therapy effect on beriberi. During walking, the polyurethane cotton material containing the traditional Chinese medicine powder can emit the special fragrance of the traditional Chinese medicine, and directly permeates skin through socks to achieve the sterilization effect;
secondly, the grid-type granular lines can increase the frictional resistance between the insole and the socks, so as to achieve the anti-slip effect;
and thirdly, the polyurethane foam material containing the traditional Chinese medicine powder has good air permeability and is the best material for manufacturing the insoles.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples.
The polyurethane foam material containing the traditional Chinese medicine powder provided by the embodiment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of polyether polyol, 0.2-0.6 part of foam stabilizer, 1.0-2.0 parts of catalyst, 1.0-1.5 parts of cross-linking agent, 1.0-2.0 parts of water, 5-10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine powder and 80-90 parts of isocyanate.
The isocyanate is polyether modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate. The polyether modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate is prepared by the following preparation method: firstly heating and melting 25-50 parts of pure 4, 4' -diphenylmethane diisocyanate, then adding 10-20 parts of polyether polyol at 80 ℃, reacting to obtain a prepolymer with the isocyanate content of 15-25%, and finally mixing the prepolymer with 20-40 parts of carbodiimide-uretonimine modified MDI to prepare a mixture with the isocyanate content of 20-25%, thus obtaining the polyether modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
The molecular weight of the polyether polyol is 4000-8000. The foam stabilizer is silicone oil. The catalyst is formed by mixing triethylene diamine solution and ethylene glycol according to the weight ratio of 1: 2. The cross-linking agent is dimethylethanolamine. The traditional Chinese medicine powder is radix sophorae flavescentis, loofah sponge powder and agilawood powder, and the weight ratio of the radix sophorae flavescentis, the loofah sponge powder to the agilawood powder is 10-20-30.
