It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the smart storage system of the present embodiment includes:
a label management workstation 300 for formulating a cargo packaging specification, determining packaging levels and the number of packages in each level for accommodating the lower layer, and assigning a unique two-dimensional bar code to each package in each level;
an ex-warehouse/warehouse management workstation 400 for managing warehousing and ex-warehouse of goods;
the cargo transportation device 500 is used for taking and placing cargos in the process of warehousing/ex-warehouse;
the goods shelf is used for storing goods;
the shelf comprises fixed shelves 100 and movable shelves 200, each movable shelf 200 and one fixed shelf 100 are arranged in a back-to-back manner, the fixed shelves 100 and the movable shelves 200 are respectively separated into the same layers by fixed shelf transverse separation plates 110 and movable shelf transverse separation plates 210, the thicknesses and the heights of the fixed shelf transverse separation plates 110 and the movable shelf transverse separation plates 210 are the same, a plurality of fixed shelf longitudinal separation plates 120 are respectively fixedly arranged between two adjacent fixed shelf transverse separation plates 110 at equal intervals, an electric push rod 130 is arranged on the side surface of one end, close to the movable shelf 200, of each fixed shelf longitudinal separation plate 120, movable shelf longitudinal separation plates 220 with the same number as the fixed shelf longitudinal separation plates 120 are respectively arranged between two adjacent movable shelf transverse separation plates 210, the movable shelf longitudinal separation plates 220 and the fixed shelf longitudinal separation plates 120 are arranged in a one-to, each movable shelf longitudinal separation plate 220 is close to each adjacent fixed shelf longitudinal separation plate 120, the movable shelf longitudinal separation plates 220 are arranged in the first grooves 230 of the movable shelf transverse separation plates 210 in a sliding manner, the fixed shelf transverse separation plates 110 are provided with second grooves 140 which are on the same straight line with the first grooves 230, the first grooves 230 are communicated with the second grooves 140, the movable shelf longitudinal separation plates 220 can slide between the first grooves 230 and the second grooves 140, and when the output ends of the electric push rods 130 extend out, one ends of the adjacent movable shelf longitudinal separation plates 220, which are close to the fixed shelves 100, are limited;
the warehouse-in/out management workstation 400 is electrically connected with the controller, the controller is electrically connected with the electric push rods 130, and the warehouse-in/out management workstation 400 encodes each electric push rod 130 and controls each electric push rod 130 to independently extend and retract through the controller.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, the label management workstation 300 formulates a packing standard of goods, when the goods are determined to be large goods (stored by large boxes), a corresponding two-dimensional bar code of the goods is formed and is attached on the large boxes, secondly, when the warehouse-in/out management workstation 400 warehouses the large boxes (large goods), a placing area of the large boxes is set in the warehouse-in/out management workstation 400, namely, a movable goods shelf 200 area on a goods shelf is selected, for example, the large boxes need to occupy A, B two areas (as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5), a two-dimensional plane identification punctuation identifier on the ground corresponding to the goods shelf is determined, then the warehouse-in/out management workstation 400 controls the electric push rod 130 opposite to the movable goods shelf longitudinal separation plate 220 between A, B to shrink through the controller, so that the electric push rod 130 does not limit the movable goods longitudinal separation plate 220 any more, the cargo transporter 500 moves the large box to the two-dimensional planar identification punctuation identifier position on the ground opposite the two regions A, B and presses the corresponding mobile shelf longitudinal divider 220 with the large box (the pressing force is small) so that the mobile shelf longitudinal divider 220 moves into the corresponding second recess 140, and then places the large box in the two regions A, B as shown in fig. 6. Of course, if A, B two areas need to place small goods (when other small goods are placed fully), the goods transportation device 500 moves to the position of the area C opposite to the area a without load, then the small goods (small box) of the area C are taken out and immediately placed in, when the small goods are placed in, the small boxes squeeze the movable rack longitudinal separation plate 220, and the movable rack longitudinal separation plate 220 moves to the corresponding first groove 230, then the goods originally in the area C are placed in the area C, the electric push rod 130 resets and extends out to limit the movable rack longitudinal separation plate 220, and at this time, the two areas A, B are separated again.
In the present invention, the state of extension and retraction of each electric putter 130 is recorded in the in/out management workstation 400.
The working principle is as follows: the computer of the label management workstation 300 prints two-dimensional bar codes (labels) according to the information type, size and property of the files and the file regional information system single number and the printer of the two-dimensional code signal technology, and the two-dimensional bar codes are attached to the file bags or boxes of corresponding goods. In the process of warehousing and delivering goods, the two-dimensional bar code of the goods is read by the two-dimensional reader, and is restored into data information according to the decoding principle of the QR code, the data information can be temporarily stored in the two-dimensional reader or directly sent to a calculator for processing, and the two-dimensional reader can adopt a wireless or wired handheld laser scanning reader, so that the operation is convenient. The wired handheld laser scanning recognizer can be directly connected with a computer through a serial port and is fixedly placed at an entrance and an exit of a warehouse, so that goods entering and exiting the warehouse can be scanned conveniently. The wireless handheld laser scanning recognizer is mainly used for transmitting inventory goods signals to the computer, and the computer judges result output receiving and delivery actions according to the information. The automatic moving system receives and sends instructions through the Internet of things system, can identify the punctuation identifiers on the two-dimensional plane accurately according to the matrix line, conveys goods according to the positioning coordinates, sends a finishing signal to a computer to process information after completing a task and the like, and finishes waiting for the next command to be in place.
In the present invention, in the initial state (the movable shelf longitudinal separation plate 220 is located in the first groove 230), the ratio of the width to the height of each cargo placing opening is approximately 1:1.5, as shown in A, B of fig. 4, and the ratio of the width to the height of the adjusted cargo placing opening is approximately 2:1.5, as shown in A, B of fig. 7, so that the cargo of a larger box can be placed, thereby realizing that the cargo placing opening can be adjusted to a small cargo placing opening when small cargo needs to be placed, and the cargo placing opening of the movable shelf 200 can be adjusted to a large cargo placing opening when large cargo needs to be placed, as shown in fig. 7.
In the present invention, the in-out/in-storage management workstation 400 is close to the in-storage conveyance line 600 and the out-of-storage conveyance line 700.
In the present invention, the label management station 300 is close to the warehousing transportation line 600.
In the present invention, rollers are provided at the bottom of the longitudinal partition plate 220 of the movable shelf. For reducing the friction of the sliding.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
