The above-mentioned a-type pipelines 4 and B-type pipelines 5 are alternately arranged on the adjacent storage containers 1, that is, the same a-type pipelines 4 or B-type pipelines 5 are arranged on the previous-stage storage container 1 and the next-stage storage container 1, so that the present-stage storage container 1 is different from the previous-stage storage container 1 or the next-stage storage container 1. The first pipeline 6 of the A-type pipeline 4 is communicated with the first pipeline 6 of the B-type pipeline 5, the second pipeline 7 of the A-type pipeline 4 is communicated with the second pipeline 7 of the B-type pipeline 5, the joint of the A-type pipeline 4 and the B-type pipeline 5 is sealed by liquid, and an air supply channel and an air return channel are formed by the A-type pipeline 4 and the B-type pipeline 5 when the A-type pipeline 4 and the B-type pipeline 5 are communicated.
When more than two storage containers 1 work in a stacked state, the storage container 1 outputs gas of the storage container 1 through the return air channel, the storage container 1 of the upper stage and the storage container 1 of the lower stage input gas through the air supply channel, at the moment, airflow in the upper part of the storage container 1 of the lower stage flows to the return air channel of the upper stage, and airflow in the lower part of the storage container 1 of the upper stage also flows to the return air channel of the upper stage, so that the storage container 1 of the upper stage can be filled with gas required for storage and preservation.
The gas substance can be oxygen, carbon dioxide and other gases with adjusted concentration, and the gas substance is input into the storage container 1 and discharges the original gas, so that the gas components and the concentration in the storage container 1 can inhibit the fruits and vegetables from deteriorating, and the fruits and vegetables are favorably stored and preserved.
It should be noted that the air supply pipeline is usually connected with the air supply equipment of the corollary equipment 2, and the return air pipeline is usually connected with the return air equipment of the corollary equipment 2, but the device structure of the invention supports the exchange of the functions of the air supply pipeline and the return air pipeline, namely, the return air pipeline and the air supply pipeline can be exchanged, and the return air pipeline is connected with the air supply equipment of the corollary equipment 2 to input air to the storage container 1; the supply air duct is usually connected to the return air system of the associated system 2 and discharges the air from the interior of the storage container 1.
Example 4:
based on the above embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention is that, when the storage container 1 of the type a pipeline 4 is located at the top of the stacked assembly, a first connecting pipe 602 is provided on the sidewall of the first pipe 6 of the type a pipeline 4, a gas valve 8 is provided on the first connecting pipe 602, the first connecting pipe 602 is communicated with the first pipe 6, and the first connecting pipe 602 is communicated with the inner cavity of the storage container 1 through a static pressure tank 9; the second conduit 7 of the above-mentioned class a conduit 4 is a straight-through conduit.
A second connecting pipe 702 is arranged on the side wall of the second pipeline 7 of the B-type pipeline 5, a gas valve 8 is arranged on the second connecting pipe 702, the second connecting pipe 702 is communicated with the second pipeline 7, and the second connecting pipe 702 is communicated with the inner cavity of the storage container 1 through a static pressure box 9; the first pipe 6 of the above-mentioned class B pipe 5 is a straight-through pipe.
The gas-liquid enclosure 302 of the above-described enclosure assembly 3 covers the open upper ends of the first and second tubes 6 and 7, respectively, of the class a tubes 4 of the top storage container 1 and communicates with the open upper ends of the second tubes 7 of the class a tubes 4 via a separate delivery tube 303.
Wherein the static pressure box 9 is a rectangular box body or a box body with other shapes, the static pressure box 9 is communicated with the first connecting pipe 602 and the inner cavity of the storage container 1, and the connecting port of the storage container 1 and the static pressure box 9 is arranged at the lower part of the storage container 1. Therefore, the gas substance enters the inner cavity of the storage container 1 from the connection port of the static pressure box 9 and the storage container 1, the static pressure box 9 is used as a transition region for the gas substance to enter the storage container 1, and the gas in the first connecting pipe 602 enters the inner cavity of the storage container 1 after flowing stably in the static pressure box 9; meanwhile, the second connection pipe 702 stabilizes the discharge airflow through the plenum chamber 9, ensuring that the pressure in the inner cavity of the storage container 1 is maintained within a set range.

this example differs from example 4 in that: when the storage container 1 of the type B pipeline 5 is positioned at the top of the stacked assembly, a first connecting pipe 602 is arranged on the side wall of the first pipeline 6 of the type A pipeline 4, a gas valve 8 is arranged on the first connecting pipe 602, the first connecting pipe 602 is communicated with the first pipeline 6, and the first connecting pipe 602 is communicated with the inner cavity of the storage container 1 through a static pressure box 9; the second conduit 7 of the above-mentioned class a conduit 4 is a straight-through conduit.
A second connecting pipe 702 is arranged on the side wall of the second pipeline 7 of the B-type pipeline 5, a gas valve 8 is arranged on the second connecting pipe 702, the second connecting pipe 702 is communicated with the second pipeline 7, and the second connecting pipe 702 is communicated with the inner cavity of the storage container 1 through a static pressure box 9; the first pipe 6 of the above-mentioned class B pipe 5 is a straight-through pipe.
The gas-liquid enclosure 302 of the above-described enclosure assembly 3 covers the open upper ends of the first and second conduits 6, 7 of the class B pipeline 5 on the top storage container 1, respectively, and communicates with the upper end opening of the first conduit 6 of the class B pipeline 5 via a separate delivery conduit 303.
Wherein the static pressure box 9 is a rectangular box body or a box body with other shapes, the static pressure box 9 is communicated with the first connecting pipe 602 and the inner cavity of the storage container 1, and the connecting port of the storage container 1 and the static pressure box 9 is arranged at the lower part of the storage container 1. Example 6:
the invention discloses a liquid-sealed combined type controlled atmosphere storage method with a precooling function, which is used together with a controlled atmosphere storage box, more than one storage container 1 and matched equipment 2 are stacked, liquid is added into a liquid tank 201 and a liquid tank 102, the upper end and the lower end of the storage container 1 are respectively liquid-sealed through a main body connecting cover 101, a first connecting cover 601, a second connecting cover 701 and a box cover component 3, so that the storage container 1 is isolated from the outside atmosphere, a type A pipeline 4 or a type B pipeline 5 of the storage container 1 is communicated with the matched equipment 2, and gas is input into and exhausted from the storage container 1 through the matched equipment 2.
Further, the A-type pipelines 4 and the B-type pipelines 5 are butted between the adjacent storage containers 1, so that the A-type pipelines 4 and the B-type pipelines 5 are communicated with each other to form an air supply channel and an air return channel; the air supply channel and the air return channel are communicated with the air supply equipment and the air return equipment of the matched equipment 2 to form relative pressure difference.
The A-type pipelines 4 and the B-type pipelines 5 are arranged between the adjacent storage containers 1 in a staggered manner, wherein the first connecting cover 601 of the upper first pipeline 6 extends into the liquid tank 102 of the lower storage container 1 and covers the upper end opening of the lower first pipeline 6; the second connecting cover 701 of the upper second pipe 7 extends into the liquid tank 102 of the lower storage container 1 and covers the upper end opening of the lower second pipe 7.
Therefore, the first pipeline 6 of the A-type pipeline 4 is communicated with the first pipeline 6 of the B-type pipeline 5, the second pipeline 7 of the A-type pipeline 4 is communicated with the second pipeline 7 of the B-type pipeline 5, and the A-type pipeline 4 and the B-type pipeline 5 are in liquid-sealed butt joint to form a supply air channel and a return air channel.
It should be emphasized that the pressure difference between the air supply channel and the air return channel is a relative pressure difference, that is, the air supply channel is a relative positive pressure, and the air return channel is a relative negative pressure, so that the inner cavity of the storage container 1 is maintained in a set pressure range in the process of inputting air. At the same time, the flow direction of the gas is adjusted by the pressure difference, so that the gas flows into and out of the inner cavity of the storage container 1.
Furthermore, a fruit and vegetable shelf for air flow to pass through is arranged in the inner cavity of the storage container 1, fruits and vegetables are placed on the fruit and vegetable shelf in the inner cavity of the storage container 1, and the air valve 8 of the first connecting pipe 602 and the second connecting pipe 702 and the valve 10 on the independent conveying pipe 303 are adjusted, so that cold air or gas substances are only conveyed into the inner cavity of the designated storage container 1.
Wherein, gas valve 8 is current valve type, adjusts air supply channel and return air passageway through gas valve 8, makes during cold gas or gaseous substance carry any storage container 1, if make cold gas concentrate and cool down to the fruit vegetables of a storage container 1, can show improvement cooling effect.
If the temperature of the inner cavity of the top storage container 1 is reduced or modified, the top storage container 1 needs to open the valve 10 to ensure that the independent delivery pipe 303 can deliver cold gas or gaseous substances.
After the fruits and vegetables are picked, the field heat and the breathing heat exist, the cold air is rapidly conveyed to the inner cavity of the storage container 1 through the air supply channel and the air return channel, the temperature of the fruits and vegetables is reduced through the cold air, the breathing rate can be reduced, and the rotting and deterioration of the fruits and vegetables are reduced. When the temperature meets the storage requirement of the fruits and the vegetables, the air supply channel and the air return channel are matched to convey gas substances into the inner cavity of the storage container 1 to perform controlled atmosphere storage and fresh keeping on the fruits and the vegetables under the condition of keeping the temperature at low temperature.
In the working process, the valve configured on the first connecting pipe, the valve configured on the second connecting pipe and the valve on the independent conveying pipeline are adjusted to open the corresponding valve on the required passage and close other valves, so that the air supply passage and the air return passage only form an airflow passage in the inner cavity of the designated storage container. Specifically, under the action of the pressure difference of the air supply channel and the air return channel, the gas substance entering from one static pressure box can pass through the fruits and vegetables, so that the gas substance can act on the fruits and vegetables and flow out from the other adjacent static pressure box.
Example 7:
based on the above embodiment, the present embodiment is an operation embodiment, and includes the following operation steps: step A, mounting a box body, stacking more than two stacked storage containers 1 and corollary equipment 2 to form a combination body, extending a main body connecting cover 101 of an upper storage container 1 into a lower liquid tank 102 to cover an upper end opening of a lower storage container 1, and covering a main body connecting cover 101 of a bottom storage container 1 on a liquid tank 201 of the corollary equipment 2.
Specifically, the main body connecting cover 101 of the upper storage container 1 is connected to the upper end opening of the lower storage container 1 in a liquid-tight and closed manner, the first connecting cover 601 of the first pipe 6 and the second connecting cover 701 of the second pipe 7 of the upper storage container 1 are inserted into the lower liquid tank 102, and the first connecting cover 601 and the second connecting cover 701 of the upper storage container 1 cover the upper end opening of the first pipe 6 and the upper end opening of the second pipe 7 of the lower storage container 1, respectively, thereby completing the stacking of two or more storage containers 1.
B, performing liquid seal on the box body, namely performing liquid seal on the top and the bottom of the assembly, and performing liquid seal on the joint of the A-type pipeline 4 and the B-type pipeline 5, so that the A-type pipeline 4 and the B-type pipeline 5 are in butt joint and closed to form an air supply channel and an air return channel; the inside of the assembly is isolated from the outside atmosphere, and the integral liquid seal of the assembly is completed.
Specifically, water is added into the liquid tank 201 of the corollary equipment 2 and the liquid tank 102 of the storage container 1, and the main body connecting cover 101 of the storage container 1 at the bottom extends into the liquid tank 201 of the corollary equipment 2, so that the lower end of the storage container 1 is closed; the first connecting cover 601 at the lower end of the first pipeline 6 and the second connecting cover 701 at the lower end of the second pipeline 7 extend into the liquid tank 201 to be respectively communicated with the air supply equipment and the air return equipment of the matching equipment 2, and the bottom liquid seal of the combination is completed. The capping liquid sealing cover 301 closes the upper end opening of the storage container 1, the gas pipe liquid sealing cover 302 closes the upper end opening of the A-type pipeline 4 or the B-type pipeline 5, one end of the independent conveying pipeline 303 passes through the capping liquid sealing cover 301 and then passes through the upper end opening of the storage container 1, and the other end of the independent conveying pipeline 303 passes through the gas pipe liquid sealing cover 302 and then passes through the A-type pipeline 4 or the B-type pipeline 5, so that the top liquid sealing of the combined body is completed.
Step C, fruit and vegetable precooling, namely adjusting the gas valve 8 of the first connecting pipe 602 and the second connecting pipe 702 and the valve 10 on the independent conveying pipeline 303 according to the fruit and vegetable precooling requirement to complete the configuration of the gas flow channel; placing fruits and vegetables in a storage container 1, starting a corollary device 2, outputting cold gas into the storage container 1 of the combination body through an air supply channel by the corollary device 2, and simultaneously discharging the gas in the storage container 1 through an air return channel by the corollary device 2 so that the cold gas flows through the fruits and vegetables in the storage container 1 within the range of pressure threshold; and after the temperature of the fruits and vegetables in the storage container 1 reaches a set range, stopping the work of the matched equipment 2, stopping the input of the cold gas of the air supply channel and the discharge of the cold gas of the air return channel, and completing the precooling of the fruits and vegetables.
Step D, fruit and vegetable controlled atmosphere, after the fruit and vegetable precooling is finished, the gas valves 8 of the first connecting pipe 602 and the second connecting pipe 702 and the valve 10 on the independent conveying pipeline 303 are readjusted according to the fruit and vegetable controlled atmosphere preservation requirement, and the configuration of the gas flow channel is finished; starting the corollary equipment 2, inputting gas substances into the storage container 1 through the air supply channel by the corollary equipment 2 to regulate the air of fruits and vegetables, and simultaneously discharging the gas substances in the storage container 1 through the air return channel to ensure that the pressure of the gas substances is within the range of a set threshold value to gradually fill the fruit and vegetable gaps in the inner cavity of the storage container 1; and after the content of the gas substances in the inner cavity of the storage container 1 meets the controlled atmosphere storage requirement, the work of the air return channel and the air supply channel is suspended, and the preliminary controlled atmosphere work is finished.
It should be noted that those skilled in the art may develop the device based on the fact that cold gas flows through the fruits and vegetables in the inner cavity of the storage container 1 within a set pressure threshold range during pre-cooling; during modified atmosphere storage and fresh keeping, gas substances meeting the storage and fresh keeping requirements of fruits and vegetables fill the fruit and vegetable gaps of the storage container 1 within a set pressure threshold range, after the content of the gas substances in the storage container 1 meets the modified atmosphere storage requirements, the work of the first channel 6 and the second channel 7 is suspended, and the temperature, the humidity, the gas flow, the gas pressure, the content of the gas substances, the liquid level of the liquid tank 201 and the liquid level of the liquid tank 102 in the air supply channel, the air return channel and each storage container 1 are regulated through the control system in the whole process.

The liquid-sealed combined controlled-atmosphere storage box with pre-cooling function as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the second connecting pipe (702) is provided with a gas valve (8), and the second connecting pipe (702) is communicated with the inner cavity of the storage container (1) through a static pressure box (9); the independent delivery pipeline (303) is communicated with an opening at the upper end of a first pipeline (6) of a B-type pipeline (5) on the top storage container (1).

A liquid-sealed combined modified atmosphere storage method with a pre-cooling function, which is used together with the modified atmosphere storage box of any one of claims 1 to 6, and is characterized in that: stacking more than one storage container (1) and corollary equipment (2), adding liquid into a liquid tank (102) and a liquid tank (201), respectively sealing the upper end and the lower end of the storage container (1) through a main body connecting cover (101) and a box cover component (3), communicating an A-type pipeline (4) or a B-type pipeline (5) of the storage container (1) with the corollary equipment (2), isolating the storage container (1) from the outside atmosphere, and inputting and exhausting gas into the storage container (1) by the corollary equipment (2).

The combined liquid-sealed controlled-atmosphere storage method with pre-cooling function according to claim 7, used in combination with the controlled-atmosphere storage box of any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein: butt-jointing the A-type pipeline (4) and the B-type pipeline (5) between adjacent storage containers (1), and extending a first connecting cover (601) and a second connecting cover (701) into a liquid tank (102) to enable the A-type pipeline (4) and the B-type pipeline (5) to be mutually communicated and form an air supply channel and an air return channel; the air supply channel and the air return channel are communicated with the air supply equipment and the air return equipment of the matched equipment (2) to form relative pressure difference.

The liquid-sealed combined controlled atmosphere storage method with precooling function according to claim 8, wherein: a fruit and vegetable shelf for air flow to pass through is placed in the inner cavity of the storage container (1), fruits and vegetables are placed on the fruit and vegetable shelf in the inner cavity of the storage container (1), and air valves of the first connecting pipe (602) and the second connecting pipe (702) and valves on the independent conveying pipelines (303) are adjusted, so that cold air or air substances required by air regulation are only conveyed into the inner cavity of the designated storage container (1).
10. The combined liquid-sealed controlled atmosphere storage method with a pre-cooling function according to claim 9, comprising the following steps:
step A, mounting a box body, namely stacking more than two storage containers (1) and corollary equipment (2) to form a combined body, covering a main body connecting cover (101) of an upper storage container (1) on an upper end opening of a lower storage container (1), and covering a main body connecting cover (101) of a bottom storage container (1) on a liquid tank (201) of the corollary equipment (2);
b, performing liquid seal on the box body, performing liquid seal on the top and the bottom of the assembly, butting the joint of the A-type pipeline (4) and the B-type pipeline (5), extending the first connecting cover (601) and the second connecting cover (701) into the liquid tank (102), performing liquid seal, and forming an air supply channel and an air return channel; isolating the interior of the assembly from the outside atmosphere to complete the integral liquid seal of the assembly;
