The invention also discloses a method for arranging the secretary files, which comprises the following steps:
s1, recording the information of each storage box 203 into the PC through a corresponding program;
s2, recording the document information in the storage box 203 on the PC, and recording the document content on the PC by the scanning function of the printing mechanism 100;
s3, when the specific content of the specific file needs to be inquired, inputting a keyword in an index bar of a corresponding program of the PC, and displaying the content scanned and input into the PC by the file for reference;
s4, when the target file needs to be taken, inputting keywords in the index bar of the corresponding program of the PC, enabling the PC to control the PLC to act, enabling the PLC to control the locking mechanism 206 to unlock the storage box 203, enabling the storage box 203 to pop up the file storage box 201 at the upper part under the action of the elastic piece 207, then opening the file storage box 201, and taking out the file in the corresponding folder;
s5, when the target file needs to be displayed, repeating the step S4, taking out other files in the folder, and clamping the target file at the display part along with the folder, wherein the folder is made of transparent materials, and the file storage box 201 attached to the display part is provided with a display lamp for displaying the content of the target file;
s6, when the wrinkled paper needs to be restored, the PLC controls the crushing mechanism 400 to act through the PC, so that the paper is pre-pressed through the pre-pressing roller pair, most of large-amplitude wrinkles on the paper are pressed to small-amplitude wrinkles, then the paper is humidified through the humidifying roller pair, the paper is moistened, and finally, the moist paper is rolled, dried and flattened through the heating and shaping roller pair;
s7, when a document needs to be crushed, the document is stretched into a feed inlet of a crushing mechanism 400, the prepressing rollers 301 on the upper parts of the two prepressing rollers rotate relatively, the document is gradually rolled into a crushing box 401, the sliding blocks 407 on the rotating shafts of the two prepressing rollers 301 are far away from or close to each other under the support of the document according to the different thicknesses of the document, the document moves downwards under the action of the prepressing rollers 301, the prepressing rollers 301 and the crushing rollers on the lower parts are far away from or close to each other under the action of the elastic rods 410, the distance or the close degree of the two prepressing rollers is smaller than that of the prepressing rollers 301 on the upper parts, so that the document is primarily pressed and fed by the prepressing rollers 301 on the upper parts, secondarily pressed and fed by the prepressing rollers 301 on the lower parts, and prevented from moving, and the document is crushed by the crushing rollers and pumped into a collecting bag by an exhaust fan 406.
The method includes the steps that information and specific contents in stored and sorted files are input through a PC end and can be directly browsed at the PC end, when original files need to be taken or displayed, the corresponding storage box 203 is controlled to pop up through the PC, the files in the storage box 203 are taken out, when the original files do not need to be taken into the storage box 203 again, the recorded information only needs to be transferred to other positions, new file information is filled in, or a blank state is kept, and when new files need to be placed into the storage box 203, the new file information and the new contents are input into a corresponding program of the PC; in conclusion, the invention realizes the functions of printing, smashing, file floating and the like, and realizes the purposes of systematized arrangement of files, and convenience for browsing, taking, placing and displaying the files.

s5, when the target file needs to be displayed, repeating the step S4, taking out other files in the folder, and clamping the target file at the display part along with the folder, wherein the folder is made of transparent materials, and the file storage box attached to the display part is provided with a display lamp for displaying the content of the target file;
