The antibacterial environment-friendly rubber product is a sealing washer produced by adopting antibacterial environment-friendly rubber raw materials, mainly refers to the performance in the aspect of environment protection, and the materials generally adopt nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, ternary propylene rubber, natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, fluororubber and the like; the main performance of the sealing washer produced by adopting the antibacterial environment-friendly rubber material is as follows: strong tear resistance, aging resistance and no stickiness; the cup can adsorb glass, ceramic or stainless steel cup mouths at any level, has good sealing performance, is tasteless and noninvasive, and has good fresh-keeping effect; the sealing performance is good, and the waterproof, dustproof and dirt-proof effects are achieved; the performance of the composite material is characterized by heat preservation, skid resistance, heat insulation, beautiful appearance and the like; the sealing device is widely applied to the sealing fields of vacuum cups, water cups, preservation boxes, heat preservation boxes, electric cookers, food sealing tanks and the like;
the sealing gaskets produced by adopting an antibacterial environment-friendly rubber material need to be cleaned to meet the use requirements, and the cleaning of the sealing gaskets is carried out by manually holding a brush, so that the mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the working efficiency is low, the cleaning operation cannot be carried out in batch, the sealing gaskets cannot be brushed at multiple angles, the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning quality are low, and the use requirements cannot be met; therefore, the invention provides a production treatment process of an antibacterial environment-friendly rubber product.

The cleaning roller is used for rotatably cleaning the sealing washer sleeved on the straight rod, and the sealing washer can be in friction contact with the sealing washer to swing and rotate, so that the sealing washer can be cleaned at multiple angles, and the cleaning effect and quality are effectively improved.

The cleaning mechanism 2 comprises a cleaning frame 20, a cleaning roller 21, a driven belt wheel 22, a rotating frame 23, a rotating shaft 24, a driving belt wheel 25, a round belt 26 and a stepping motor 27; the cleaning frame 20 is arranged on the end face of the main beam support 30, the cleaning frame 20 is provided with a plurality of cleaning rollers 21 which are linearly arranged along the length direction of the cleaning rollers through bearings, a plurality of groups of bristles which are annularly distributed along the circumferential direction of the cleaning rollers 21 are arranged on the cleaning rollers 21, and a plurality of groups of bristles which are annularly distributed along the circumferential direction of the cleaning rollers 21 are arranged on the cleaning rollers 21, so that the cleaning rollers can be in full frictional contact with the sealing washers conveniently, and the cleaning effect can be improved; a driven belt wheel 22 is arranged at the inner shaft end of the cleaning roller 21 through a pin bolt, the rotating frame 23 is arranged on the end surface of the main beam support 30, a rotating shaft 24 is arranged on the rotating frame 23 through a bearing, a plurality of driving belt wheels 25 which are linearly arranged along the length direction of the rotating shaft 24 are arranged on the rotating shaft 24, the driving belt wheels 25 are mutually and rotatably connected with the driven belt wheel 22 right above through a round belt 26 arranged on the outer ring, the stepping motor 27 is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating frame 23 through a motor base, and the output shaft of the stepping motor 27 is mutually connected with one side shaft end of the rotating shaft 24 through a shaft coupling; the rotation shaft 24 is driven by the stepping motor 27 to rotate the driving pulley 25, and the circular belt 26 is rotated to drive the driven pulley 22 to rotate synchronously, so that the cleaning roller 21 performs a rotary cleaning operation.
The discharging mechanism 3 comprises a main beam support 30, an auxiliary plate 31 and a material guide bent frame 32; an auxiliary plate 31 is arranged on the outer wall of the main beam support 30, and a material guide bent frame 32 is arranged on the end surface of the auxiliary plate 31; the cleaned sealing washer is guided and discharged through the guide frame 32.
