Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical treatment, and particularly relates to an electrical stimulation bladder treatment system based on an intelligent control terminal.
Background
Aiming at the common disease of female urinary incontinence, the clinical manifestation of the disease is that urine flows out of the urethra unintendedly intermittently or persistently, which seriously affects the life quality of patients and causes great stress to the psychology of the patients. The current methods for treating urinary incontinence include surgical treatment, drug treatment, biofeedback therapy, functional electrical stimulation therapy, and the like. The operation treatment has the advantage of quick response, but the operation is a traumatic treatment mode, the cost is high, and the risk of sequelae is caused; the disadvantage of the drug therapy is the side effect caused by taking the drug, such as nausea, dry mouth, headache and the like, and the success rate of the therapy is low; the biofeedback therapy can obtain better effect only after long-term training under the guidance of a doctor; the functional electrical stimulation therapy has the characteristics of simplicity and easiness in operation, directly reaches the affected part, has strong pertinence and obvious effect, and is a good therapy.
Female urinary incontinence, a non-fatal disease, was considered to be one of five major diseases affecting humans since the mid 90 s of the 20 th century. The International Society for urinary control (ICS) defines "involuntary urine outflow that constitutes a social and health problem and can be objectively verified". About 20% of the women in China have postpartum urinary incontinence, about 20% -50% of the adult women experience urinary incontinence, and 25% of the elderly and women over 65 have varying degrees of urinary incontinence. Female urinary incontinence patients in the Beijing area alone are known to have a high incidence of 46%, with higher incidence for older patients. Persons suffering from urinary incontinence are very painful and can cause a variety of urinary system diseases and skin problems, and in severe cases can also affect kidney function. Urinary incontinence is also known as "social cancer of imminence" because many patients, due to the presence of wet clothes and pants, often develop unpleasant odors that force them to be socially disinclined to, away from the population, mentally challenged to assault and trauma, and even affected even in family life.
Urinary incontinence is a common disease of women, the onset of which and the degree of harm to women's health become more and more obvious with the development of socioeconomic and aging population. According to the report of the international health organization, the onset of the disease exceeds hypertension, depression, diabetes and breast cancer in developed countries, and becomes one of the most common chronic diseases threatening the health of women. The annual medical costs for treatment of this disease exceed billions of dollars, being the sum of coronary bypass surgery and renal dialysis. International recognition of the disease and the development of this field have led to a new discipline, gynecological urology, starting from western developed countries, i.e. countries with an aging population.
At present, electrical stimulation is widely applied in the medical field, and common electrical stimulation waveforms have various forms such as triangular waves, pulse waves, exponential waves and the like. The pulse current having a frequency of 1000HZ or less is called a low-frequency pulse current in medicine, and a method of treating a disease by using the low-frequency pulse current is a low-frequency electrotherapy method which is commonly called a low-frequency electrotherapy method. Common low frequency electrical treatment methods are Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES), and neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES).
The clinically used electrical stimulation bladder treatment instrument generally needs to be operated by doctors or medical staff, and has the advantages of high price, large volume, inconvenient carrying and treatment, single treatment mode, large limitation, complex operation and the like.
