本发明涉及中药领域,特别是一种防脱育发液的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
脱发是指头发脱落的现象。正常脱落的头发都是处于退行期及休止期的毛发,由于进入退行期与新进入生长期的毛发不断处于动态平衡,故能维持正常数量的头发。病理性脱发是指头发异常或过度的脱落。比较常见的有如下脱发:雄激素性脱发:雄性激素的过度分泌。神经性脱发:精神压力过大时常常出现脱发增多。在精神压力的作用下,人体立毛肌收缩、头发直立,植物神经或中枢神经机能发生紊乱,毛囊毛乳头发生改变和营养不良,从而导致毛发生长功能抑制,毛发进入休止期而出现脱发。脂溢性脱发:脂质物质的过多分泌,堵塞毛囊,导致毛囊炎症。感染性脱发:各种病原体的感染是毛发疾病中一类重要因素,主要包括细菌、病毒、真菌、螺旋体、寄生虫等感染。
现代人群的生活工作压力大,日常饮食油腻,环境污染严重等因素,脱发人群的年龄偏向年轻化并且女性脱发的数量呈现增长的趋势。市场出现越来越多的防脱育发液,但是无法促进毛发生长,且同时解决白发的问题,本发明解决这样的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种防脱育发液的配方及其制备方法,通过配方的选择使得中药液能够能有效防止脱发并诱导和促进毛发生长,同时促进黑发的生长,广泛适用于由于各种原因导致的脱发问题。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种防脱育发液的配方,按照质量份数包括:40-48份藏红花,36-44份重楼,24-32份三七,24-32份血竭,24-32份紫檀木,20-28份乌斯玛草,20-28份梧桐叶,18-26份蟾酥,18-26份蜗牛,18-26份狗屎草,18-26份莽草,18-26份皂荚子,18-26份黑芝麻花,12-20份牛蒡,12-20份补骨脂,12-20份柚子核,6-14份冰片。
前述的一种防脱育发液的配方,黑芝麻花的处理方法为阴干后用黑芝麻油浸泡,滤液为黑芝麻花提取物。
前述的一种防脱育发液的配方,柚子核的处理方法为将柚子核用开水浸泡取滤液,滤液为柚子核提取液。

步骤一,材料预处理,
按照如下配方准备材料:

将藏红花、重楼、三七、血竭、紫檀木、乌斯玛草、梧桐叶、蟾酥、蜗牛、狗屎草、莽草、皂荚子、黑芝麻花、牛蒡、补骨脂、柚子核、冰片洗净干燥后粉碎成粉末,得到中药粉末;
将黑芝麻花阴干后用黑芝麻油浸泡得到的滤液为黑芝麻花提取物;
将柚子核用开水浸泡得到的滤液为柚子核提取液;
步骤二,将中药粉末加入溶剂浸泡16-24h后,进行回流提取,将提取得到的中药提取混合物过滤,得到中药混合滤液,在中药混合滤液中加入黑芝麻花提取物和柚子核提取液,得到防脱育发液。

本发明的配合傣元青御发液(鸡蛋花淘米水乌黑亮泽或控油健发洗发乳)使用更好,每天至少使用2~3次,减少洗头发次数。

按照如下防脱育发液的制备方法制备成样品1-3和对比样品1-4,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,材料预处理,
按照如上实施例的配方准备材料:
将藏红花、重楼、三七、血竭、紫檀木、乌斯玛草、梧桐叶、蟾酥、蜗牛、狗屎草、莽草、皂荚子、黑芝麻花、牛蒡、补骨脂、柚子核、冰片洗净干燥后粉碎成粉末,得到中药粉末;
将黑芝麻花阴干后用黑芝麻油浸泡得到的滤液为黑芝麻花提取物;
将柚子核用开水浸泡得到的滤液为柚子核提取液;
步骤二,将中药粉末加入75%的酒精浸泡24h后,进行回流提取,将提取得到的中药提取混合物采用200目筛过滤;得到中药混合滤液,在中药混合滤液中加入黑芝麻花提取物和柚子核提取液,得到防脱育发液。需要说明的是溶剂也可以是水或丙酮等,溶剂的选择不受限制;若溶剂为酒精,则酒精过敏的人慎用。过滤的目数也不受限制和过滤的装置也不受限制。
实验一,生发效果验证;
取C57BL/6J小鼠80只,雌雄各半,随机分成8组,分笼饲养,每组10只,雌雄各5只,建立小鼠脱发模型,具体包括如下步骤:先将被毛剪短,然后用棉球或纱布块蘸取脱毛剂(脱毛剂配方:二硫化钠3g、肥皂粉1g、淀粉7g,加水调成糊状软膏)在脱毛部位涂成薄层,3~5分钟后,用玻棒轻轻刮去,并用温水洗去脱下的毛和脱毛剂。涂抹区域无毛发,皮肤无破损,光滑无水肿,作为模型建立成功的标准。
将1-7组小鼠分别涂抹样品1-3和对比样品1-4,将8组作为对照组,涂抹等量生理盐水,将涂抹液涂抹脱毛区,每次3次,每次0.1ml。
从小鼠背部脱毛区长出毛发开始,每隔10天测量一次各组小鼠毛发长度,直至试验结束,在小鼠的脱毛部位随机选取毛10根,用游标卡尺测量,记录毛发长度的平均值,结果见表1。

由实验结果可知:采用本发明的配方生长速度快,在10-20天是生长高峰期,起效快。从样品1-3和对比样品1-2对比可知:血竭和紫檀木缺少任一个毛发生长速度和质量都降低,只有二者共同存在时,能够在促进毛发生长上具有协同作用,能够激活毛囊,促進头皮血液循环,恢复头发生长周期,有效解决育发的问题。
实验二,临床试验:
斑秃:年龄20-50岁、男女不限,头发突然成片脱落,呈圆形或椭圆形,皮肤正常,边界清楚,脱发区大小不等,数目不一;诊断为斑秃的病人140名,20名为一组分别使用样品1-3和对比样品1-4;
脱发:年龄10-60岁,洗头梳头时有超过20根头发掉落的志愿者140名,20名为一组分别使用样品1-3和对比样品1-4;
白发:年龄30-50岁,头发花白的志愿者140名,20名为一组分别使用样品1-3和对比样品1-4;
斑秃效果标准:1,有效:秃头区域出现1-2根绒毛,洗头或梳头时掉发减少,少于10根;2,治愈:无斑秃现象,秃头区域均长出与周边相同密度的毛发,洗头或梳头时只有1-3根头发的掉落;3,无效:维持原状或更加严重。
脱发效果标准:1,有效:洗头或梳头时掉发减少,少于10根;2,治愈:洗头或梳头时只有1-3根头发的掉落;3,无效:维持原状或更加严重。
白发效果标准:1,有效:白发的根部新长出的是黑发;2无效:维持原状或更加严重。
使用方法:涂之前用宽齿桃木梳或牛角梳梳热头皮或电吹风吹热5~10分钟,用导药梳导入头皮上,或者拨开头发,将防脱育发液用滴管贴近头皮,滴出适量液体到头皮上,轻轻按摩头皮2~3分钟后,在头皮保留至少4~6小时,时间越长,效果越佳。
注意事项:酒精过敏者禁用防脱育发液。避免接触眼睛,如不慎入眼,即用清水彻底冲洗或湿毛巾擦净。
实验结果:记录420名志愿者出现有效的时间如表2。

由表2可知:血竭和紫檀木配合能够提高斑秃、脱发的有效和治愈时间;乌斯玛草和梧桐叶能够提高白发的有效和治愈时间,对白发具有明显的效果。
实验三:
酪氨酸酶激活实验
制备7组中药组:L-络氨酸溶液0.70ml、络氨酸酶0.70ml、磷酸缓冲剂0.60ml,样品1-7(激活剂)0.3ml分别标为Y1,Y2,Y3,Y4,Y5,Y6,Y7;
制备7组对照组:L-络氨酸溶液0.70ml、络氨酸酶0.70ml、磷酸缓冲剂0.90ml,样品标为DY1,DY2,DY3,DY4,DY5,DY6,DY7。分别在475nm处测定吸光度Am。以磷酸缓冲液为空白。分别测定其对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。
酶激活率的计算方法为将中药组测得的OD值为A,对照组测得的OD值为B;酶激活率为(A-B)÷A×100%;结果如表3所示。

由结果可知:本发明的配方对酪氨酸酶均具有较好的激活能力,通过对比样品1-2可知乌斯玛草、梧桐叶缺少任一个酪氨酸酶激活能力都会大幅度下降,二者在激活酪氨酸酶活力上具有协同作用,能够有效解决白发问题。

Claims (7)
1.一种防脱育发液的配方,其特征在于,按照质量份数包括:40-48份藏红花,36-44份重楼,24-32份三七,24-32份血竭,24-32份紫檀木,20-28份乌斯玛草,20-28份梧桐叶,18-26份蟾酥,18-26份蜗牛,18-26份狗屎草,18-26份莽草,18-26份皂荚子,18-26份黑芝麻花,12-20份牛蒡,12-20份补骨脂,12-20份柚子核,6-14份冰片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱育发液的配方,其特征在于,所述黑芝麻花的处理方法为阴干后用黑芝麻油浸泡,滤液为黑芝麻花提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱育发液的配方,其特征在于,所述柚子核的处理方法为将柚子核用开水浸泡取滤液,滤液为柚子核提取液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱育发液的配方,其特征在于,按照质量份数包括:44份藏红花,40份重楼,28份三七,28份血竭,28份紫檀木,24份乌斯玛草,24份梧桐叶,22份蟾酥,22份蜗牛,22份狗屎草,22份莽草,22份皂荚子,22份黑芝麻花,16份牛蒡,16份补骨脂,16份柚子核,10份冰片。
5.一种防脱育发液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,材料预处理,
按照如下配方准备材料:
按照质量份数包括:40-48份藏红花,36-44份重楼,24-32份三七,24-32份血竭,24-32份紫檀木,20-28份乌斯玛草,20-28份梧桐叶,18-26份蟾酥,18-26份蜗牛,18-26份狗屎草,18-26份莽草,18-26份皂荚子,18-26份黑芝麻花,12-20份牛蒡,12-20份补骨脂,12-20份柚子核,6-14份冰片;
将藏红花、重楼、三七、血竭、紫檀木、乌斯玛草、梧桐叶、蟾酥、蜗牛、狗屎草、莽草、皂荚子、黑芝麻花、牛蒡、补骨脂、柚子核、冰片洗净干燥后粉碎成粉末,得到中药粉末;
将黑芝麻花阴干后用黑芝麻油浸泡得到的滤液为黑芝麻花提取物;
将柚子核用开水浸泡得到的滤液为柚子核提取液;
步骤二,将中药粉末加入溶剂浸泡16-24h后,进行回流提取,将提取得到的中药提取混合物过滤,得到中药混合滤液,在中药混合滤液中加入黑芝麻花提取物和柚子核提取液,得到防脱育发液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防脱育发液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述中药提取混合物采用200目筛过滤。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种防脱育发液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂为浓度为75%的酒精。
