Background
Obstetrics and gynecology department is one of four main subjects of clinical medicine, and is mainly used for researching etiology, pathology, diagnosis and prevention of female reproductive organ diseases, physiological and pathological changes of pregnancy and delivery.
Fetal head tractor is a kind of practise midwifery instrument commonly used in gynaecology and obstetrics. When the uterus of the parturient is contracted and weak, the second stage of labor is prolonged, or the parturient suffers from certain diseases, the obstetrician should use the fetal head tractor to carry out the delivery assistance to help the delivery of the fetus under various conditions such as excessive force in the second stage of labor or oxygen deficiency of the fetus in the uterus.
The traditional fetal head suction apparatus consists of a conical suction head apparatus, a rubber conduit and an air extractor, wherein the suction head apparatus is fixed on the head of a fetus under the action of the air extractor, and a handle is arranged on the suction head apparatus and can pull the fetal head to move out of the uterus of a lying-in woman by pulling the handle.
However, the conventional fetal head suction apparatus cannot timely grasp the magnitude of the suction force applied to the fetal head, and when the suction force is too large, the fetal head is easily injured, and when the suction force is too small, the fetal head needs to be pulled out by pulling for many times, thereby prolonging the delivery time.
