The hand piece 122 is integrally connected to the lower expansion member 121. The hand piece 122 is a shell shape, the shape of the hand piece is matched with the palm of a person in a holding state, so that a doctor can hold the hand piece 122 conveniently, one end of the hand piece 122 close to the lower expansion piece 121 is small, the other end far away from the lower expansion piece 121 is large, and the whole body is of a streamline bent shell structure. Preferably, the handheld piece 122 is provided with a containing part 1221, one end of the containing part 1221 is located in the inner space of the handheld piece 122, the other end of the containing part 1221 is a closed visible end 12211, the closed visible end 12211 of the containing part 1221 extends into the inspection channel, the visible mechanism 2 is located in the containing part 1221, and the visible end of the visible mechanism 2 is located in the closed visible end 12211. Specifically, the locking bearing portion 1321 includes a bearing housing 13211, the bearing housing 13211 is embedded in the visual mechanism 2, and two ends of the bearing housing 13211 are respectively communicated with two opposite sides of the visual mechanism 2. One end of the supporting housing 13211 is exposed from the viewing mechanism 2 and forms a toggle port 13212, and the toggle port 13212 facilitates the extension of the toggle portion 1322 out of the viewing mechanism 2. The outer wall of the bearing shell 13211 is annularly provided with a bearing limit plate 13213, the bearing limit plate 13213 is flush with the toggle port 13212, and the position of the bearing shell 13211 embedded in the visual mechanism 2 is limited by the arrangement of the bearing limit plate 13213. The side wall of the carrier housing 13211 facing the locking piece 131 is opened with a moving opening 13214, the moving opening 13214 is arranged along the length direction of the carrier housing 13211, and the width of the moving opening 13214 is larger than the thickness of the locking position 1311.
Preferably, one end of the toggle part 1322 is rotatably connected to the lock bearing part 1321, the other end of the toggle part is provided with a toggle position 13221, the toggle part 1322 is provided with a lock bearing position 13222, and the one-way locking part 1323 is provided on the lock bearing position 13222. The toggling of the toggle part 1322 is achieved by the setting of the toggle position 13221 so that the doctor applies force to the toggle part 1322, and the setting of the lock bearing position 13222 so that the one-way locking part 1323 is supported. Specifically, the toggle part 1322 includes a toggle body 13223, and the toggle body 13223 is located in the inner space of the carrying housing 13211. One end of the toggle position 13221 is connected to one end of the toggle body 13223, and the other end of the toggle position 13221 extends out of the toggle port 13212 and the hand piece 122, so that the toggle position 13221 leaks through the visual mechanism 2 and the hand piece 122 to be toggled by a doctor holding the hand piece 122. The dial 13221 of the present embodiment may be in the form of a trigger adapted to be dialed by a human finger. The locking bearing position 13222 comprises two opposite locking bearing plates 132221, the two locking bearing plates 132221 are arranged at the other end of the toggle main body 13223 side by side, and the two locking bearing plates 132221 are matched with the end part of the other end of the toggle main body 13223 to form a U-shaped structure. The toggle portion 1322 further includes a rotating shaft 13224, the rotating shaft 13224 is disposed on the bearing housing 13211, and one ends of the two locking bearing plates 132221 far from the toggle main body 13223 are respectively rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 13224, so that the toggle portion 1322 and the locking bearing portion 1321 form a rotational connection relationship, and act on the toggle position 13221, so that the locking bearing position 13222 formed by the two locking bearing plates 132221 can be close to or far away from the moving port 13214, and the one-way locking portion 1323 on the locking bearing position 13222 is driven to be close to or far away from the moving port 13214.
Preferably, the one-way locking portion 1323 includes a one-way bearing 13131 and a gear 13132, the one-way bearing 13131 is disposed on the locking receiving portion 13222, the gear 13132 is sleeved on the one-way bearing 13131, a plurality of first engaging teeth 131321 are sequentially disposed on a circumference of the gear 13132, the locking portion 1311 includes a plurality of second engaging teeth 13111 sequentially disposed along a length direction of the locking member 131, and the first engaging teeth 131321 and the second engaging teeth 13111 are adapted to be engaged with or disengaged from each other. The unidirectional movement is realized by the arrangement of the unidirectional bearing 13131, so that the first meshing tooth 131321 on the gear 13132 and the second meshing tooth 13111 on the locking position 1311 can only move and mesh along a single direction. Specifically, the one-way bearing 13131 is disposed between the locking bearing 132221, and the gear 13132 is sleeved outside the one-way bearing 13131 and faces the moving opening 13214. The one-way bearing 13131 in this embodiment may be an existing one-way bearing structure, and is not limited herein. In the plurality of first engaging teeth 131321 on the circumferential circle of the gear 13132, the pitch between adjacent two first engaging teeth 131321 is the same, the pitch between adjacent two second engaging teeth 13111 in the plurality of second engaging teeth 13111 is the same, and the first engaging teeth 131321 are fitted to the second engaging teeth 13111. The side of the locking member 131 facing the moving port 13214 in this embodiment has an arc structure along which a plurality of second engagement teeth 13111 are sequentially provided on the locking member 131, so that the structure facilitates the engagement coupling or disengagement of the first engagement teeth 131321 with or from the second engagement teeth 13111. The locking member 131 in this embodiment is formed in an arc-shaped long plate shape. The physician applies force to toggle position 13221 such that toggle 1322 swings to bring gear 13132 closer to travel port 13214 such that first engagement tooth 131321 is in meshing engagement with second engagement tooth 13111, and reverses force on toggle 13221 such that toggle 1322 swings in the reverse direction such that first engagement tooth 131321 disengages from second engagement tooth 13111.
Preferably, the first engagement teeth 131321 and the second engagement teeth 13111 are ratchet teeth that are angled in opposite directions. The ratchet teeth of the first and second engaging teeth 131321 and 13111 are opposite in direction, and form a similar barb structure after engagement, so as to further maintain the expanded state of the lower and upper expansion elements 121 and 111 under the tightening action of the vagina.
Referring to fig. 8 again, the locking element 132 further includes a reset portion 1324, the reset portion 1324 is respectively connected to the lock moving bearing portion 1321 and the toggle portion 1322, the toggle portion 1322 drives the one-way locking portion 1323 to disengage from the locking position 1311, and the reset portion 1324 resets the toggle portion 1322, so that the one-way locking portion 1323 is connected to the locking position 1311 and maintains a connection state therebetween. Through the arrangement of the reset part 1324, under the condition that no doctor acts on the toggle position 13221, the reset part 1324 acts on the toggle part 1322, so that the one-way locking part 1323 is connected with the locking position 1311, namely, the first engaging tooth 131321 is engaged with the second engaging tooth 13111, the open state of the lower expansion piece 121 and the upper expansion piece 111 is maintained, and the formed examination channel state is maintained unchanged, so that the doctor does not need to act on the toggle part 1322 in a consistent manner, and hands of the doctor are released for other operations. Specifically, the resetting portion 1324 is an elastic member that can be reset, the resetting portion 1324 in this embodiment is a torsion spring, which is sleeved on the rotating shaft 13224, and two ends of the resetting portion 1324 are respectively connected to the locking loading plate 132221 and the loading housing 13211.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 9, fig. 9 is a schematic view of the structure of the visible mechanism and the locking member in the embodiment. Further, the visualization mechanism 2 comprises a visualization housing 21 and a visualization assembly (not shown) disposed in the visualization housing 21, wherein the visualization housing 21 is disposed in the lower dilation assembly 12, the visualization assembly is disposed in the visualization housing 21, and the visualization end of the visualization assembly faces the examination channel. Specifically, the visible component may be an existing visible module, for example, a visible module formed by matching a lens, an LED lamp, a control chip, a battery, a transmission line, or a wireless transmission chip, where the lens and the LED lamp may form a visible end of the visible component, the lens is used for capturing an image in the vagina, the LED lamp is used for providing light required for capturing, the control chip is used for controlling power supply, a switch, and other functions, the battery is used for providing a power supply, and the transmission line or the wireless transmission chip is used for transmitting the captured image. The appearance of the visual shell 21 in this embodiment is matched with the inner cavity of the accommodating part 1221, and the appearance of the visual shell 21 is a structure with one smaller end and one larger end, and the whole structure is streamline, so that the visual shell 21 can be smoothly accommodated in the accommodating part 1221 by the structure, and the visual shell 21 can be conveniently withdrawn. When the visual component is disposed in the visual housing 21, the visual end of the visual component is concentratedly mounted on the smaller end of the visual housing 21, so as to form the visual end of the visual mechanism 2, and when the visual housing 21 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 1221, the smaller end of the visual housing 21 is correspondingly accommodated in the closed visual end 12211 of the accommodating portion 1221, that is, the visual end of the visual mechanism 2 is accommodated in the closed visual end 12211 of the accommodating portion 1221, so that the visual end of the visual component faces the inspection channel for inspection. Preferably, the visible end is received in the receiving portion 1221 adjacent to the closed visible end 12211.
Preferably, a catch plate 12214 is provided at the opening of the handpiece 122. The outer wall of the larger end of the visual housing 21 is provided with an elastic clamping sheet 212, the elastic clamping sheet 212 is matched with the clamping sheet 12214, and when the visual housing 21 is accommodated in the accommodating part 1221 through the opening 12213, the elastic clamping sheet 212 is clamped with the clamping sheet 12214, so that the visual housing 21 is firmly fixed in the accommodating part 1221. The resilient nature of the resilient clip 212, in turn, facilitates its disengagement from the card 12214 to facilitate the visual housing 21 exiting the receptacle 1221 through the opening 1221.
Preferably, the visual housing 21 has a lock position 211, and the locking member 132 is located in the lock position 211. The lock position 211 in this embodiment is an installation space having both ends respectively communicating with the opposite sidewalls of the visible shell 21 by opening the lock position 211 to facilitate the installation of the lock member 132 in the visible shell 21, and the carrier shell 13211 is correspondingly installed in the lock position 211. The opening 12213 of the hand piece 122 in this embodiment extends from the end of the hand piece 122 away from the lower expanding member 121 to the side wall of the hand piece 122 facing away from the pressing member 113, and corresponds to the locking position 211 of the visible casing 21, so that the toggle position 13221 can be easily leaked out of the hand piece 122, and when the toggle position 13221 is leaked out of the visible casing 21, the visible casing 21 can still be smoothly assembled into the accommodating portion 1221. The side wall of the hand piece 122 facing the pressing piece 113 is opened with a through opening 12215, the through opening 12215 is opposite to the locking position 211, and the locking piece 131 passes through the through opening 12215 and extends into the locking position 211, so that the locking position 1311 is opposite to the one-way locking portion 1323, and the two are connected or disconnected with each other in a matched manner.
With continued reference to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of an inspection mechanism and a drug delivery mechanism in an embodiment. Furthermore, the inspection mechanism 3 includes a protection component 31 and an inspection component 32, the protection component 31 includes a perspective component 311, a first protection component 312, an elastic component 313 and a second protection component 314, the first protection component 312 is sleeved on the inspection component 32, the perspective component 311 is disposed at one end of the first protection component 312 and is attached to the inspection end of the inspection component 32, the elastic component 313 is sleeved outside the inspection component 32, one end of the elastic component is connected to the other end of the first protection component 312, the second protection component 314 is sleeved outside the inspection component 32, one end of the second protection component is connected to the other end of the elastic component 313, the inspection end of the inspection component 32 faces the inspection channel, when the inspection end of the inspection component 32 moves linearly, the elastic component 313 acts on the first protection component 312, so that the perspective component 311 and the inspection end of the inspection component 32 maintain an attached state.

Referring also to fig. 11 and 12, fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the inspection mechanism of the embodiment, and fig. 12 is an exploded view of the inspection mechanism of the embodiment. Furthermore, the see-through member 311 includes a flat lens portion 3111, the flat lens portion 3111 is provided at one end of the first guard 312, and the inspection end of the inspection unit 32 is attached to the flat lens portion 3111. The flat lens portion 3111 in this embodiment is flat and is provided at an end portion of the first guard 312, and preferably, the flat lens portion 3111 is flush with an end surface of the first guard 312, and the flat lens portion 3111 is brought into contact with an inspection end of the inspection unit 32. The planar lens portion 3111 in this embodiment is a planar lens. In the embodiment, the first protection member 312 is cylindrical, and in a specific application, the first protection member 312 may be made of plastic, the planar lens portion 3111 is embedded in the first protection member 312 and close to an end of the first protection member 312, and a sealing process is performed between the planar lens portion 3111 and the first protection member 312, so as to protect the inspection assembly 32 from infection. The flat lens portion 3111 is integrally formed with the first protection member 312, the inspection end of the inspection unit 32 has a flat microscope lens, the elastic member 313 is always in an elastically deformed state, and can provide a pulling force to pull the flat lens portion 3111 and the first protection member 312 to act towards the inspection unit 32, so that the flat lens portion 3111 and the inspection end of the inspection unit 32 can be always attached to each other by the elastic member 313, and the inspection end of the inspection unit 32 can still maintain the attached state with the flat lens portion 3111 when moving linearly.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12 again, the elastic element 313 further includes a fixing portion 3131 and a flexible elastic portion 3132, the flexible elastic portion 3132 is sleeved on the inspection assembly 32, one end of the flexible elastic portion 3132 is sleeved on the end of the first protection element 312, the fixing portion 3131 is sleeved outside the flexible elastic portion 3132, so that the flexible elastic portion 3132 is fixed on the first protection element 312, and the other end of the flexible elastic portion 3132 is connected to the second protection element 314. The fixing of the elastic part 3132 by the fixing part 3131 ensures that the elastic stretching state of the elastic part 3132 can be stably maintained. Specifically, an end of the first guard 312 away from the planar lens portion 3111 has a fixing position 3122. The fixing portion 3122 in this embodiment is an annular step-shaped portion, which is formed by recessing the outer wall of the first protection member 312 toward the inner wall. The fixing portion 3131 is matched with the fixing portion 3122, in this embodiment, the fixing portion 3131 is circular, and its inner diameter is matched with the outer diameter of the fixing portion 3122. The elastic portion 3132 is cylindrical, one end of which is sleeved on the fixing portion 3122, and the fixing portion 3131 is sleeved outside the elastic portion 3132 at a position corresponding to the fixing portion 3122, so that the elastic portion 3132 is fixed on an end of the first protection member 312 away from the planar lens portion 3111. Preferably, the elastic portion 3132 is glued to the fixing portion 3122 to further enhance the stability. The flexible elastic portion 3132 in this embodiment may be made of a flexible glue. The second guard 314 is also cylindrical, and the other end of the stretchable elastic portion 3132, which is apart from the first guard 312, extends inside the second guard 314, and after extending a distance, the other end of the stretchable elastic portion 3132 is fixedly connected to the second guard 314. Specifically, the inner wall of the second protection member 314 is provided with a detent 3142, the other end of the elastic member 3132 away from the first protection member 312 is provided with a snap ring 31321, the snap ring 31321 is correspondingly snapped in the detent 3142, and naturally, in a preferred embodiment, the snap ring 31321 and the detent 3142 are also glued to enhance the stability. The telescopic elastic portion 3132 extends a distance in the second protection member 314 to provide enough space for the telescopic elastic portion 3132 to elastically deform, so that the telescopic elastic portion 3132 is always in an elastically stretched state, and an elastic tensile force is provided to the first protection member 312 and the planar lens portion 3111, so that the planar lens portion 3111 is always attached to the inspection end of the inspection unit 32.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, further, the second protection member 314 has a focusing position 3141, and the inspection assembly 32 is leaked from the focusing position 3141. The inspection assembly 32 includes an inspection body 321 and a transmission member 322, the first protection member 312, the elastic member 313 and the second protection member 314 are respectively sleeved outside the inspection body 321, the perspective member 311 is located at one end of the inspection body 321, the other end of the inspection body 321 is connected with the transmission member 322, and the inspection body 321 leaks from the focusing position 3141. The focusing position 3141 is opened to facilitate focusing operation of the inspection main body 321. Specifically, the focusing position 3141 is cut, and a human hand can operate through the focusing position 3141, and the focusing position 3141 is close to one end of the second protection piece 314 away from the first protection piece 312. The inspection body 321 can adopt an existing focusing microscope structure, and an operator can rotate the leaked part of the inspection body 321 through the focusing position 3141, so that the microscope lens at the end of the inspection body 321 can be adjusted, which is not described herein again. The transmission piece 322 is a transmission line, which can amplify and display the high-definition image taken by the examination body 321 for the doctor to observe, and of course, the transmission piece 322 can also adopt a wireless module to realize the image uploading, which is not described herein again.
Referring back to fig. 1 and 10, further, the gynecological examination apparatus in the embodiment further comprises a drug delivery mechanism 4, and the drug delivery mechanism 4 can extend into the examination passage and deliver drugs. The administration mechanism 4 may slide along the outer walls of the first guard 312 and the second guard 314. The administration means 4 in this embodiment is an elongated needle with a catheter through which the drug can be administered through the needle. By arranging the drug delivery mechanism 4, after gynecological examination, a doctor can slide the drug delivery mechanism 4 along the outer walls of the first protection member 312 and the second protection member 314 and extend the drug delivery mechanism into the vagina to perform adaptive drug delivery according to actual conditions.

a visualization mechanism disposed on the lower dilation assembly, a visualization end of the visualization mechanism facing the inspection channel; and
an inspection mechanism releasably disposed between the upper dilation assembly and the lower dilation assembly, an inspection end of the inspection mechanism facing into the inspection channel.

The gynecological examination device of claim 1, wherein the upper expansion assembly comprises an upper expansion member, an examination member and a pressing member, the upper expansion member is connected with the examination member, the pressing member is disposed on the examination member, the locking member is disposed on the pressing member, the examination member is connected with the lower expansion assembly and can rotate relatively, a force is applied to the pressing member, the pressing member drives the examination member to rotate, the examination member drives the upper expansion member and the lower expansion assembly to rotate relatively, when in an open state, an examination channel is formed between the upper expansion member and the lower expansion assembly, the examination member has an examination opening facing the examination channel, and the examination mechanism passes through the examination opening and extends into the examination channel.

The gynecological examination device of claim 2, wherein the lower expansion assembly comprises a lower expansion member, a hand-held member and a rotation bearing member, the lower expansion member is connected with the hand-held member, the rotation bearing member is arranged at one end of the hand-held member close to the lower expansion member, the examination member is rotatably connected with the rotation bearing member, the locking member is arranged on the hand-held member, and when the gynecological examination device is in an opened state, an examination channel is formed between the lower expansion member and the upper expansion member.
