Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly degradable PVC glove, and aims to solve the technical problem that the applicability is still poor because the size difference of the hands of a user is too large and the PVC glove is only worn on the hands of the user by virtue of good adhesive property of the PVC glove.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the environment-friendly degradable PVC glove comprises a palm part, a wrist part and a finger part, wherein one end of the palm part is fixedly connected with the wrist part, the other end of the wrist part is fixedly connected with the finger part, the palm part and the finger part respectively comprise a PVC layer, an antistatic protection layer and a PU coating layer, one end of the antistatic protection layer is adhered to the PVC layer and positioned in the PVC layer, the other end of the antistatic protection layer is adhered to the PU coating layer and positioned outside the PU coating layer, an interlayer is arranged in the wrist part, an adjustable tightening belt is arranged in the interlayer, the adjustable tightening belt comprises a belt body, a fixing buckle, a fixing frame and a clamping block, a tightening inlet and a tightening outlet are arranged on the surface of the wrist part, the tightening inlet and the tightening outlet are respectively corresponding to the interlayer, one end of the belt body is provided with the fixing frame and the clamping block, the other end of the belt body is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, the fixing buckle is detachably connected with the belt body and the fixing buckle and the clamping plate, the clamping plate is mutually connected with the belt body and is mutually far from the fixing buckle and the clamping plate, and the clamping plate is mutually perpendicular to the belt body and is connected with one end of the clamping plate.

The finger part consists of five finger sleeves, and a gap wear-resistant layer is arranged between every two adjacent finger sleeves.
The environment-friendly degradable PVC glove comprises a PVC layer, wherein a plurality of anti-slip stripes are arranged on the outer portion of the PVC layer, and each anti-slip stripe is located at the palm center of the environment-friendly degradable PVC glove.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the wrist is characterized in that a tightening inlet and a tightening outlet are formed in the surface of the wrist, a fixing frame and a clamping block are arranged at one end of the belt body, a plurality of fixing holes are formed in the other end of the belt body, the fixing buckles are detachably connected with the belt body and located in the fixing frame, when users of different sizes wear the environment-friendly degradable PVC glove, the belt body penetrates through the interlayer from the tightening inlet, the clamping block is clamped with the tightening inlet, one end of the belt body, which is far away from the fixing frame, penetrates through the interlayer and penetrates through the tightening outlet, one end of the belt body, which is provided with the fixing holes, penetrates through the fixing frame, so that the tightness of the wrist corresponds to that of the user, the fixing buckles the corresponding fixing holes, and the environment-friendly degradable PVC glove can adapt to the sizes of different users.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the invention provides an environment-friendly degradable PVC glove, which comprises a palm part 1, a wrist part 2 and a finger part 3, wherein one end of the palm part 1 is fixedly connected with the wrist part 2, the other end of the wrist part 2 is fixedly connected with the finger part 3, the palm part 1 and the finger part 3 respectively comprise a PVC layer 4, an antistatic protection layer 5 and a PU coating layer 6, one end of the antistatic protection layer is adhered to the PVC layer 4 and is positioned in the PVC layer 4, the other end of the antistatic protection layer is adhered to the PU coating layer 6 and is positioned outside the PU coating layer 6, an interlayer is arranged in the wrist part 2, an adjustable tightening belt is arranged in the interlayer, the adjustable tightening belt comprises a belt body 7, a fixing buckle 8, a fixing frame 9 and a clamping block 10, the surfaces of the wrist part 2 are provided with a tightening inlet 11 and a tightening outlet 12, the interlayer tightening inlet 11 and the tightening outlet 12 respectively correspond to the PVC layer, one end of the belt body 7 is provided with the fixing frame 9 and the fixing buckle 10, the fixing buckle 7 is positioned in the clamping plate and is connected with the fixing buckle 14 and the clamping plate 14 in a way, and the clamping plate is connected with the fixing buckle 14 in a way, and the clamping plate is provided with the clamping plate and the fixing buckle 15 in a way, and the clamping plate is connected with the fixing buckle 13 in a way, and the clamping plate is perpendicular to the fixing buckle is arranged in the clamping plate and the fixing buckle 13.
In this embodiment, one end of the static protection layer is adhered to the PVC layer 4 and is located inside the PVC layer 4, the other end of the static protection layer is adhered to the PU finishing layer 6 and is located outside the PU finishing layer 6, the static protection layer 5 is adhered to the inside of the PVC layer 4, thereby improving the antistatic ability of the environmentally-friendly degradable PVC glove, when the environmentally-friendly degradable PVC glove is worn by a user wearing the environmentally-friendly degradable PVC glove by adhering the PU finishing layer 6 to the inside of the static protection layer 5, the wrist portion 2 is provided with a tightening inlet 11 and a tightening outlet 12, one end of the band body 7 is provided with the fixing frame 9 and the clamping block 10, the other end of the band body 7 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 13, the fixing buckle 8 is detachably connected with the band body 7 and is located inside the fixing frame 9, when the environmentally-friendly degradable PVC glove is worn by a user wearing the environmentally-friendly degradable PVC glove, the band body 7 is not adhered to the skin from the tightening inlet 11 and the clamping block 10, and the band body 7 is fastened to the wrist portion by the user wearing the environmentally-friendly degradable PVC glove, the user wearing the band body is further provided with the band body 7 corresponding to the tightening inlet 11 and the fixing hole 13.
Further, a protective pad 16 is provided at both the take-up inlet 11 and the take-up outlet 12.
In this embodiment, by providing the protective pad 16 at the tightening inlet 11 and the tightening outlet 12, damage to the tightening inlet 11 and the tightening outlet 12 when adjusting the adjustable tightening strap according to the size of the wrist 2 of the user is avoided.
Further, the finger part 3 is composed of five finger sleeves 17, and a gap wear-resistant layer 18 is arranged between every two adjacent finger sleeves 17.
In this embodiment, the service life of the environmentally friendly degradable PVC glove is enhanced by providing the gap wear layer 18 between each two adjacent finger cuffs 17.
Further, a plurality of anti-slip stripes 19 are arranged outside the PVC layer 4, and each anti-slip stripe 19 is located at the palm center of the environment-friendly degradable PVC glove.
In this embodiment, the plurality of anti-slip stripes 19 are arranged at the palm center of the environmentally-friendly degradable PVC glove, so that the gripping of the article is firmer.
Further, the back of the palm portion 1 is further provided with an identification stripe 20.
In this embodiment, the palm surface and the back surface of the environmentally-friendly degradable PVC glove can be rapidly identified by the identification stripes 20.
Further, the finger end of each finger stall 17 is provided with a plurality of protruding points 21, and each protruding point 21 is located on the palm face of the environment-friendly degradable PVC glove.
In this embodiment, the protruding points 21 are provided at the finger tips of each finger cuff 17, so that friction between the finger cuff and the article in use is increased, and the article is gripped more firmly.
Further, each finger stall 17 includes a connecting portion 22, a finger tip 23 and an adhesion portion 24, the connecting portion 22 is fixedly connected with the palm portion 1, an adhesion layer is disposed at one end of the connecting portion 22 away from the palm portion 1 and one end of the finger tip 23 close to the connecting portion 22, and the adhesion portion 24 is adhered to the adhesion layer and is located outside the adhesion layer.
In this embodiment, according to the specific work content of the user, the adhering portion 24 of one or more finger portions 3 may be removed, so that the corresponding fingertip portion 23 is removed, so that the applicability of the environmentally-friendly degradable PVC glove is higher.
Further, a storage bag 25 is provided on the back of the palm portion 1.
In the present embodiment, the detached adhering portion 24 and the fingertip portion 23 are placed in the storage pocket 25 according to the specific use condition of the user, thereby facilitating the storage of the adhering portion 24.
