In the RRC _ IDLE or RRC _ INACTIVE state, the terminal using the MBMS service may reselect to a different system cell supporting the MBMS service of the terminal according to the indicated different system neighbor cell SAI list.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following steps:
step 501, the network side device sends an MBMS control message on an MBMS control channel.
Accordingly, the terminal receives an MBMS control message on the MBMS control channel of the serving cell, which includes a 4G neighbor cell list (scptm-inter rat-neighbor cell list) supporting the MBMS service of the current serving cell, a 5G neighbor cell list (scptm-neighbor cell list) supporting the MBMS service of the current serving cell, and an MBMS service list (sc-mtch-InfoList) in progress of the current serving cell.
Step 502, during the process that the terminal uses the MBMS service, the terminal reselects the 5G neighbor cell supporting the MBMS service currently used by the terminal according to the used MBMS service and a 5G neighbor cell list (scptm-neighbor cell list) supporting the MBMS service of the current serving cell.
Step 503, if there is no 5G neighbor cell supporting the MBMS service, the terminal reselects to a 4G neighbor cell supporting the MBMS service currently used by the terminal according to the MBMS service used and a 4G neighbor cell list (scptm-inter rat-neighbor cell list) supporting the MBMS service of the current serving cell.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the terminal resides in a 4G cell, and the current 4G cell supports the MBMS service. The network side equipment indicates a 5G neighbor cell list supporting the MBMS service of the current serving cell on the MBMS control channel. In the RRC _ IDLE or RRC _ INACTIVE state, the terminal using the MBMS service may reselect to a different system cell supporting the MBMS service of the terminal according to the indicated different system neighbor cell SAI list.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps:
step 601, the network side device sends an MBMS control message (SCPTMConfiguration) on an MBMS control channel.
Accordingly, the terminal receives an MBMS control message on an MBMS control channel of the serving cell, which includes a 5G neighbor cell list (scptm-inter rat-neighbor cell list) supporting the MBMS service of the current serving cell, a 4G neighbor cell list (scptm-neighbor cell list) supporting the MBMS service of the current serving cell, and an ongoing MBMS service list (sc-mtch-InfoList) of the current serving cell.
Step 602, during the process that the terminal uses the MBMS service, the terminal reselects the 4G neighbor cell supporting the MBMS service currently used by the terminal according to the used MBMS service and a 4G neighbor cell list (scptm-neighbor cell list) supporting the MBMS service of the current serving cell.
Step 603, if there is no 4G neighbor cell supporting the MBMS service, the terminal reselects to a 5G neighbor cell supporting the MBMS service currently used by the terminal according to the MBMS service used and a 5G neighbor cell list (scptm-inter rat-neighbor cell list) supporting the MBMS service of the current serving cell.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an information processing device which is applied to the terminal. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a block diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Because the principle of solving the problem of the information processing device is similar to the information processing method in the embodiment of the invention, the implementation of the information processing device can refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated details are not repeated.
As shown in fig. 7, the information processing apparatus 700 includes: a first obtaining module 701, configured to obtain first information; a first reselection module 702, configured to reselect a target inter-system neighboring cell according to the first information when performing cell reselection; the target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service configured by the terminal, or the target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal.
Wherein the first obtaining module 701 is configured to perform at least one of the following:
acquiring system information sent by network side equipment, wherein the system information comprises SAI information of adjacent cells of different systems;

In this case, the first reselection module 702 is specifically configured to, if the terminal does not use the MBMS service, reselect a first target inter-system neighboring cell according to configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD, and Service Area Identity (SAI) information of the inter-system neighboring cell, where the first target inter-system neighboring cell supports the MBMS service configured by the terminal; and if the terminal currently uses the MBMS service, reselecting a second target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the second target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal.
Optionally, the system information further includes: information of an SAI supported by a neighbor cell of a network in which the terminal is currently located. The apparatus may further comprise: and the second reselection module is configured to reselect a cell in the network where the terminal is currently located according to the information of the SAI supported by the neighboring cell of the network where the terminal is currently located. At this time, the first reselection module 702 is specifically configured to reselect to the first target inter-system neighboring cell if cell reselection fails in the network where the terminal is currently located.
Optionally, the MBMS control message further includes: in a network where the terminal is currently located, supporting neighbor cell information of MBMS service in the current service cell of the terminal; the apparatus may further comprise: and the third reselection module is used for reselecting the cell in the network where the terminal is currently located according to the adjacent cell information. At this time, the first reselection module 702 is specifically configured to reselect to the second target inter-system neighboring cell if cell reselection fails in the network where the terminal is currently located.

1. An information processing method applied to a terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring first information;
reselecting a target inter-system neighbor cell according to the first information under the condition of cell reselection;
the target inter-system neighbor cell supports the multimedia multicast service MBMS service configured by the terminal, or the target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal;
the method further comprises the following steps: determining configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal and User Service Description (USD) information;
the first information is system information sent by network side equipment, and the system information comprises Service Area Identification (SAI) information of a neighboring cell of a different system; or, the first information is an MBMS control message sent by a network side device, where the MBMS control message includes information of a neighboring cell of a different system, and the neighboring cell of the different system supports an MBMS service in progress by a current serving cell of the terminal;
the target inter-system neighbor cell is determined according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the user service description USD information and the first information;
the reselecting to a target inter-system neighbor cell according to the first information under the condition of cell reselection comprises:
if the terminal does not use the MBMS service, reselecting a first target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the Service Area Identification (SAI) information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the first target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service configured by the terminal;
and if the terminal currently uses the MBMS service, reselecting a second target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the second target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the first information comprises at least one of:
acquiring system information sent by network side equipment, wherein the system information comprises Service Area Identification (SAI) information of a neighboring cell of a different system;
acquiring an MBMS control message sent by network side equipment, wherein the MBMS control message comprises information of a neighbor cell of a different system, and the neighbor cell of the different system supports MBMS service in the current service cell of the terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the system information further comprises: information of SAI supported by a neighbor cell of a network where the terminal is currently located;
before the reselecting to the first target inter-system neighbor cell, the method further comprises:
performing cell reselection in the network where the terminal is currently located according to the information of the SAI supported by the adjacent cell of the network where the terminal is currently located;
the reselecting to the first target inter-system neighbor cell comprises:
and if the cell reselection in the network where the terminal is currently located fails, reselecting the first target inter-system neighbor cell.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the MBMS control message further comprises: in a network where the terminal is currently located, supporting neighbor cell information of MBMS service in the current service cell of the terminal;
before the reselecting to the second target inter-system neighbor cell, the method further comprises:
according to the information of the adjacent cell, cell reselection is carried out in the network where the terminal is currently located;
the reselecting to a second target inter-system neighbor cell includes:
and if the cell reselection in the network where the terminal is currently located fails, reselecting the second target inter-system neighbor cell.
5. The method according to any of claims 2-4, wherein the network-side device is located in a 4G network or wherein the network-side device is located in a 5G network.
6. An information processing method is applied to a network side device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending first information to a terminal, where the first information is used for enabling the terminal to reselect a target inter-system neighbor cell according to the first information under the condition of cell reselection, where the target inter-system neighbor cell supports an MBMS service configured by the terminal, or the target inter-system neighbor cell supports an MBMS service currently used by the terminal;
the first information is system information sent by network side equipment, and the system information comprises Service Area Identification (SAI) information of a neighboring cell of a different system; or, the first information is an MBMS control message sent by a network side device, where the MBMS control message includes information of a neighboring cell of a different system, and the neighboring cell of the different system supports an MBMS service in progress by a current serving cell of the terminal;
the target inter-system neighbor cell is determined according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the user service description USD information and the first information;
wherein, in the case of cell reselection, the reselecting to a target inter-system neighbor cell according to the first information by the terminal in the following manner includes:
if the terminal does not use the MBMS service, reselecting a first target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the Service Area Identification (SAI) information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the first target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service configured by the terminal;
and if the terminal currently uses the MBMS service, reselecting a second target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the second target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the sending the first information to the terminal comprises at least one of:
sending system information to the terminal, wherein the system information comprises SAI information of the neighbor cells of the different systems;
and sending an MBMS control message to the terminal, wherein the MBMS control message comprises information of a neighbor cell of a different system, and the neighbor cell of the different system supports the MBMS service in the current service cell of the terminal.
8. An information processing apparatus applied to a terminal, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring first information;
the first reselection module is used for reselecting a target inter-system neighbor cell according to the first information under the condition of cell reselection;
the target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service configured by the terminal, or the target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal;
wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a determining module, configured to determine configuration information and USD information of an MBMS service of the terminal;
the first information is system information sent by network side equipment, and the system information comprises Service Area Identification (SAI) information of a neighboring cell of a different system; or, the first information is an MBMS control message sent by a network side device, where the MBMS control message includes information of a neighboring cell of a different system, and the neighboring cell of the different system supports an MBMS service in progress by a current serving cell of the terminal;
the target inter-system neighbor cell is determined according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the user service description USD information and the first information;
the first reselection module is configured to, if the terminal does not use the MBMS service, reselect a first target inter-system neighboring cell according to configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD, and Service Area Identity (SAI) information of the inter-system neighboring cell, where the first target inter-system neighboring cell supports the MBMS service configured by the terminal; and if the terminal currently uses the MBMS service, reselecting a second target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the second target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first obtaining module is configured to perform at least one of:
acquiring system information sent by network side equipment, wherein the system information comprises SAI information of neighbor cells of different systems;
acquiring an MBMS control message sent by network side equipment, wherein the MBMS control message comprises information of a neighbor cell of a different system, and the neighbor cell of the different system supports MBMS service in the current service cell of the terminal.
10. An information processing apparatus applied to a network side device, comprising:
a first sending module, configured to send first information to a terminal, where the first information is used to enable the terminal to reselect a target inter-system neighbor cell according to the first information when performing cell reselection, where the target inter-system neighbor cell supports an MBMS service configured by the terminal, or the target inter-system neighbor cell supports an MBMS service currently used by the terminal;
the first information is system information sent by network side equipment, and the system information comprises Service Area Identification (SAI) information of a neighboring cell of a different system; or, the first information is an MBMS control message sent by a network side device, where the MBMS control message includes information of a neighboring cell of a different system, and the neighboring cell of the different system supports an MBMS service in progress by a current serving cell of the terminal;
the target inter-system neighbor cell is determined according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the user service description USD information and the first information;
wherein, in the case of cell reselection, the reselecting to a target inter-system neighbor cell according to the first information by the terminal in the following manner includes:
if the terminal does not use the MBMS service, reselecting a first target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the Service Area Identification (SAI) information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the first target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service configured by the terminal;
and if the terminal currently uses the MBMS service, reselecting a second target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the second target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first sending module is configured to perform at least one of:
sending system information to the terminal, wherein the system information comprises SAI information of the neighbor cells of the different systems;
and sending an MBMS control message to the terminal, wherein the MBMS control message comprises information of a neighbor cell of a different system, and the neighbor cell of the different system supports the MBMS service in the current service cell of the terminal.

the target inter-system neighbor cell supports the multimedia multicast service MBMS service configured by the terminal, or the target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal;
the processor is further used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
determining configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal and User Service Description (USD) information;
the first information is system information sent by network side equipment, and the system information comprises Service Area Identification (SAI) information of a neighboring cell of a different system; or, the first information is an MBMS control message sent by a network side device, where the MBMS control message includes information of a neighboring cell of a different system, and the neighboring cell of the different system supports an MBMS service in progress by a current serving cell of the terminal;
the target inter-system neighbor cell is determined according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the user service description USD information and the first information;
the processor is also used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
if the terminal does not use the MBMS service, reselecting a first target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the Service Area Identification (SAI) information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the first target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service configured by the terminal;
and if the terminal currently uses the MBMS service, reselecting a second target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the second target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform at least one of:
acquiring system information sent by network side equipment, wherein the system information comprises SAI information of neighbor cells of different systems;
and acquiring an MBMS control message sent by network side equipment, wherein the MBMS control message comprises information of a neighbor cell of a different system, and the neighbor cell of the different system supports the MBMS service in the current service cell of the terminal.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the system information further comprises: information of SAI supported by a neighbor cell of a network where the terminal is currently located; the processor is also used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
performing cell reselection in the network where the terminal is currently located according to the information of the SAI supported by the adjacent cell of the network where the terminal is currently located;
and if the cell reselection in the network where the terminal is currently located fails, reselecting the first target inter-system neighbor cell.
15. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the MBMS control message further comprises: in a network where the terminal is currently located, supporting neighbor cell information of MBMS service in the current service cell of the terminal; the processor is also used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
according to the information of the adjacent cell, cell reselection is carried out in the network where the terminal is currently located;
and if the cell reselection in the network where the terminal is currently located fails, reselecting the second target inter-system neighbor cell.
16. The device according to any of claims 13-15, wherein the network-side device is located in a 4G network or wherein the network-side device is located in a 5G network.
17. An information processing device applied to a network side device comprises: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the processor is used for reading the program in the memory and executing the following processes:
sending first information to a terminal, wherein the first information is used for enabling the terminal to reselect a target different-system neighboring cell according to the first information under the condition of cell reselection, and the target different-system neighboring cell supports an MBMS service configured by the terminal, or the target different-system neighboring cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal;
the first information is system information sent by network side equipment, and the system information comprises Service Area Identification (SAI) information of a neighboring cell of a different system; or, the first information is an MBMS control message sent by a network side device, where the MBMS control message includes information of a neighboring cell of a different system, and the neighboring cell of the different system supports an MBMS service in progress by a current serving cell of the terminal;
the target inter-system neighbor cell is determined according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the user service description USD information and the first information;
wherein, in the case of cell reselection, the reselecting to a target inter-system neighbor cell according to the first information by the terminal in the following manner includes:
if the terminal does not use the MBMS service, reselecting a first target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the Service Area Identification (SAI) information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the first target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service configured by the terminal;
and if the terminal currently uses the MBMS service, reselecting a second target inter-system neighbor cell according to the configuration information of the MBMS service of the terminal, the USD and the information of the inter-system neighbor cell, wherein the second target inter-system neighbor cell supports the MBMS service currently used by the terminal.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the processor is further configured to read a program in the memory and perform at least one of:
sending system information to the terminal, wherein the system information comprises SAI information of the neighbor cells of the different systems;
and sending an MBMS control message to the terminal, wherein the MBMS control message comprises information of a neighbor cell of a different system, and the neighbor cell of the different system supports the MBMS service in the current service cell of the terminal.
19. A computer-readable storage medium for storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5; alternatively, the computer program realizes the steps in the information processing method according to any one of claims 6 to 7 when executed by a processor.
