(2) Logical introduction of material ID and keyword matching mechanism
The customer sends the message in the 5G message window, and the operator transfers the message to the bank system after receiving the customer message. And the UMSP application and the SMSB application in the bank system upload the message to the RCS in a transparent transmission mode, and the RCS identifies the keywords in the message and matches the 5G message corresponding to the keywords. The material and material ID contained in the 5G message are configured by the bank side, as exemplified in fig. 14.

The operator, upon receiving the customer information command, passes the command to the financial institution system. The UMSP application and the SMSB application in the financial institution system transmit a service request sent by a user to an intelligent service layer RCS in a transparent transmission mode, and the service layer provides an intelligent service interactive intelligent question and answer service RobotInteractservice. And the robot Bot transmits the identified answer back to the intelligent service layer RCS, and the intelligent service layer RCS transmits the automatically generated material ID to the SMSB application. Then, the SMSB application transmits the material ID to the UMSP, and finally the UMSP transmits the material URL corresponding to the material ID back to the operator, so as to achieve the result of feeding back the corresponding 5G message content to the client, as shown in fig. 15.
The RCS does not directly configure the material ID, but calls an intelligent robot intelligent question-answer interface in an HTTP mode to search for relevant answers, matches answers prestored in an FAQ library according to user questions transmitted by a calling party and provides return values for the calling party. The RCS has a mapping relation rule that the corresponding robot Bot is matched according to the source channel.
The overall architecture of the robot system is divided into three modules: online service, production system, and offline training. The online service mainly provides a question-answering interface of the robot, records customer service logs in real time, and ensures the safety, reliability, timeliness and the like of the service; the product system provides a set of user interfaces which can enable operators to manage and maintain the knowledge base, educate the robot and check customer service data analysis; offline training uses the labeled data in the product system for robot training and the trained models to support online robot service, as shown in fig. 16.
After being called by the RCS, Bot starts to recognize a user question instance and returns a matching answer corresponding to the instance to the RCS application, and then the RCS transfers the answer to a downstream application, as shown in fig. 17.
The term slot refers to a collection of things that collectively belong to a type, such as a website, credit card, financing. An example refers to an element of a collection of things, such as a "financial institution platinum credit card" in a credit card. After identifying the user's consultation intention, Bot performs instance extraction and returns the corresponding answer according to the instance in the question sentence, such as a preferential activity rule of "financial institution platinum credit card".
According to the current financial institution 5G service scenario, the customer service robot provided by Bot enables the QA Bot question-answering engine. The QA Bot robot engine mainly applies the common consultation intention as the scene, and the knowledge base is an FAQ base. QA Bot is adapted to the user's intention of the general counseling class. A FAQ library user in the knowledge base supports QA Bot, one standard question in the FAQ library of the 5G message corresponds to one default material answer, and flexible channel configuration can be supported. And when the intention of the knowledge point is hit by the uplink user information of the 5G message, replying the corresponding material ID to the user according to the source channel of the knowledge point.
The FAQ configuration includes: basic information, default answers, other answers, and the like. The 5G message mode configuration is mainly basic information, and the basic information comprises knowledge point classification, standard question sentences, associated question sentences and associated question setting. Classifying a directory to which a management knowledge point manages the FAQ; the standard question is a standard form for extracting similar questions of the user; the associated question can be associated with other standard question sentences, and when the customer hits the knowledge point, the associated question can be taken as a recommended question sentence and attached to the answer. Each FAQ supports setting up a question of association, and when asked and answered directly by the user, the robot answers the answer and attaches the question of association to the answer. The more similar questions and answers are found in different questions and answers with the same intention, the higher the accuracy of FAQ hit. The system supports automatic recommendation of pixel questions of the FAQ, which are reviewed by the educator and added to similar questions of the FAQ. Meanwhile, the system conducts cluster Analysis on the question of the user, compares the question with a stored FAQ library, and conducts operations including finding, labeling and updating on uncovered knowledge points.
The Bot robot realizes information transmission through tasks, and the task structure comprises the following elements: nodes, child node jump conditions and word slots. The task aims to control a task flow by setting nodes and skip conditions among the nodes, acquire word slot information sent by a user, match storage information and complete business operation.
The nodes are the actions to be performed by the Bot robot, and the nodes matched with the answer include a clarification node and an API node. The clarification node is a guided word technique that the Bot robot replies to the user in order to guide the user to fill the word slot, expecting the user to reply to the hit word slot. The API node is the call of the Bot robot to the service system, can map the user word slot information to a specific service type, and can display the service information to the user or obtain related data required by the task. Meanwhile, the background system can manage the word slots and maintain word slot description, word slot information and the like.
The Bot system may provide the ability to generalize the problem of understanding the FAQ criteria and add similar questions to the FAQ library. The rapid education can enhance the generalization ability of the robot to new FAQs and uncommon FAQs, and can pointedly improve the question answering accuracy of Bot. Meanwhile, the quality inspection system can find the wrong answer record of the Bot, judge the reason of the error and feed back to form re-education. And performing partition education on correct and wrong knowledge points of Bot, and strengthening Bot to identify correct answers, thereby improving the speed and accuracy of Bot in positioning instance information in a word slot.
Based on the above, the application example of the present application further provides a 5G message interaction mode and a multi-round interaction implementation process:
in the 5G message interface for interacting with the user, the bank sends a card message to the user, and sets a function button in the card. After clicking the card message button, the user can trigger the downloading of the multi-card information. For the button with lower button content difference, independently configuring keywords; for the button with higher button content distinction degree, the uplink message can be directly configured according to the keyword.

In particular, the intelligent robot Bot needs manual maintenance, mainly to complete the creation, editing and related management operations of the scene. After the main business process is completed, new scenes and tasks can be created in the scene tree structure on the left side of the user interface. After the editing is completed, the jumping relation among the nodes, the child nodes and the word slots can be formed.
The robot system will classify the knowledge points, standard question sentences and associated question settings. Classifying a directory to which a management knowledge point managed in the FAQ library belongs; the standard question is a standard form for extracting similar questions of the user; the association question may be associated with other standard questions. When the user information hits the knowledge point, the associated question is attached as a recommended question along with the answer. Currently, the 5G message supports default maintenance of fixed material ID, and the format is exemplified by: 568a9029eb3034a5ab5b80dfc52f6483 c.
And 5: the RCS application of the intelligent interaction service layer transparently transmits the materials and the material IDs to the UMSP application through the SMSB application, and the UMSP matches the materials with the material URLs stored in the local library. In summary, the application provides a 5G financial message data processing method, a 5G message interaction mode can increase contact with users, a terminal provider is at the upstream to cooperate with three operators, so that a relatively stable market at home can be ensured, a huge user group is at the downstream to integrate terminals and operators, and multi-directional market demands can be provided. Compared with the traditional short message bank interaction mode, the 5G message interaction mode has the following advantages:
(1) the usability and the learning of the 5G message interaction mode are strong, and a user can handle services only by using flow. The communication module (transmitter/receiver) 9110 is coupled to the central processor 9100 to provide input signals and receive output signals, which may be the same as in the case of a conventional mobile communication terminal.
Based on different communication technologies, a plurality of communication modules 9110, such as a cellular network module, a bluetooth module, and/or a wireless local area network module, may be provided in the same electronic device. The communication module (transmitter/receiver) 9110 is also coupled to a speaker 9131 and a microphone 9132 via an audio processor 9130 to provide audio output via the speaker 9131 and receive audio input from the microphone 9132, thereby implementing ordinary telecommunications functions. The audio processor 9130 may include any suitable buffers, decoders, amplifiers and so forth. In addition, the audio processor 9130 is also coupled to the central processor 9100, thereby enabling recording locally through the microphone 9132 and enabling locally stored sounds to be played through the speaker 9131.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium capable of implementing all the steps in the first 5G financial message data processing method or the second 5G financial message data processing method in the foregoing embodiments, where the computer-readable storage medium stores thereon a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements all the steps in the first 5G financial message data processing method or the second 5G financial message data processing method, where the execution subject of the computer program is a server or a client, for example, the processor implements the following steps when executing the computer program:
step 110: and receiving an interactive message sent by an operator, wherein the interactive message is edited by a target user from 5G client equipment in advance and sent to the operator.

In step 130, the financial interactive material refers to the material that the financial institution needs to display for replying to the reply content of the information sent by the user, such as bank promo in MP4 format or a promo page of a financial product.
It is understood that the material Resource obtaining address may specifically refer to a uniform Resource locator (url) or a network address (uniform Resource locator) of the financial interactive material.

As can be seen from the above description, the computer-readable storage medium provided in the embodiment of the present application can effectively implement conversion between the material identifier, the material resource acquisition address, and the financial interaction material for sending the 5G information related to the financial content to the user, and through interaction with the user, provide peer-to-peer, targeted, and personalized services, and shorten the time for the user to transact business and perform security authentication; the method has the advantages that the participation of an external manufacturer is not needed, the information leakage risk can be effectively reduced, after the operator docks the material library of the operator with the financial institution, the material update of the interaction of the operator can be regularly and timely obtained, the output efficiency of the 5G financial information of the financial institution can be greatly improved by the mode, the traditional short message interaction mode of the financial institution is gradually replaced, the user can more conveniently enjoy the financial service provided by the financial institution, and the user experience of the financial institution and the user is effectively improved.

The principle and the implementation mode of the invention are explained by applying specific embodiments in the invention, and the description of the embodiments is only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of the invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A5G financial message data processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an interactive message sent by an operator, wherein the interactive message is edited by a target user from 5G client equipment in advance and sent to the operator;
identifying keywords and material identifications corresponding to the keywords from the interactive messages, and selecting material resource acquisition addresses corresponding to the material identifications from a local address library, wherein the address library is used for storing corresponding relations between the material identifications and the material resource acquisition addresses acquired from the operator in advance;
and sending the material resource acquisition address corresponding to the interactive message to the operator, so that the operator extracts a corresponding financial interactive material from a preset material library based on the acquired material resource acquisition address, and sends the 5G financial message containing the financial interactive material to the 5G client equipment.
2. The 5G financial message data processing method of claim 1 further comprising:
respectively sending each financial interactive material and a material identifier corresponding to each financial interactive material to the operator, so that the operator uploads the material identifiers corresponding to each financial interactive material and each financial interactive material to a preset 5G message access layer, and stores a material auditing result sent by the 5G message access layer into the material library, wherein the material auditing result comprises: corresponding relations among the financial interactive materials, the material identifications and the material resource acquisition addresses;
and receiving material resource acquisition addresses which are sent by the operator and respectively correspond to the material identifications, and storing the material resource acquisition addresses respectively corresponding to the material identifications into the address library.
3. The 5G financial message data processing method of claim 1 wherein identifying a keyword and a material identifier corresponding to the keyword from the interactive message and selecting a material resource acquisition address corresponding to the material identifier from a local address repository comprises:
transmitting the interactive message to a preset intelligent service layer in a transparent transmission mode based on a preset first transmission application and a preset second transmission application;
the intelligent service layer is applied to identify the keywords of the interactive message and the material identification corresponding to the keywords, and the material identification is transmitted to the second transmission application;
and transmitting the material identification to the first transmission application in a transparent transmission mode based on the second transmission application so that the first transmission application selects a material resource acquisition address corresponding to the material identification in a local address library according to the material identification.
4. The 5G financial message data processing method of claim 3 wherein said applying the intelligent service layer to identify the keyword of the interactive message and the material identifier corresponding to the keyword comprises:
calling a preset interface of an intelligent question-answering service robot by using the intelligent service layer to search at least one answer message corresponding to the interactive message;
and determining the answer information as the keywords of the interactive message and generating a material identifier corresponding to the acquired keywords.
5. A5G financial message data processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an interactive message edited and sent by a target user from 5G client equipment;
sending the interactive message to a financial institution to enable the financial institution to identify keywords and material identifiers corresponding to the keywords from the interactive message, and selecting material resource acquisition addresses corresponding to the material identifiers from a local address library, wherein the address library is used for storing corresponding relations between the material identifiers and the material resource acquisition addresses acquired from an operator in advance;
and receiving material resources corresponding to the interactive messages sent by the financial institution, extracting corresponding financial interactive materials from a preset material library based on the address obtained by the material resources, and sending the 5G financial messages containing the financial interactive materials to the 5G client equipment.
6. The 5G financial message data processing method of claim 5 further comprising:
receiving financial interaction materials sent by a financial institution and material identifications corresponding to the financial interaction materials;
uploading each financial interactive material and a material identifier corresponding to each financial interactive material to a preset 5G message access layer, and receiving a material auditing result sent by the 5G message access layer, wherein the material auditing result comprises: corresponding relations among the financial interactive materials, the material identifications and the material resource acquisition addresses;
and storing the financial interaction materials and the material resource acquisition addresses corresponding to the financial interaction materials into the material library.
7. A financial institution servicing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a message acquisition module, a message sending module and a message sending module, wherein the message acquisition module is used for receiving an interactive message sent by an operator, and the interactive message is edited by a target user from 5G client equipment in advance and sent to the operator;
an address matching module, configured to identify a keyword and a material identifier corresponding to the keyword from the interactive message, and select a material resource acquisition address corresponding to the material identifier from a local address library, where the address library is used to store a correspondence between each material identifier and each material resource acquisition address acquired in advance from the operator;
and the address sending module is used for sending the material resource acquisition address corresponding to the interactive message to the operator so as to enable the operator to extract a corresponding financial interactive material from a preset material library based on the acquired material resource acquisition address, and sending the 5G financial message containing the financial interactive material to the 5G client equipment.
8. An operator service apparatus, comprising:
the message receiving module is used for receiving interactive messages edited and sent by a target user from the 5G client device;
the message sending module is used for sending the interactive message to a financial institution so that the financial institution identifies keywords and material identifiers corresponding to the keywords from the interactive message and selects material resource acquisition addresses corresponding to the material identifiers from a local address library, wherein the address library is used for storing the corresponding relation between each material identifier and each material resource acquisition address acquired from an operator in advance;
and the material matching module is used for receiving the material resources corresponding to the interactive messages sent by the financial institution, extracting corresponding financial interactive materials from a preset material library based on the material resource acquisition address, and sending the 5G financial messages containing the financial interactive materials to the 5G client equipment.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the 5G financial message data processing method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program or the processor implements the 5G financial message data processing method of claim 5 or 6 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the 5G financial message data processing method of any one of claims 1 to 4, or which, when being executed by a processor, implements the 5G financial message data processing method of claim 5 or 6.
