1. A set-top box based on trinity mode which characterized in that: the system comprises a receiving management and control unit, an information collection unit, a selection pushing unit, an analysis and adjustment unit and a data storage unit;
the receiving control unit is internally provided with three receiving ports, signal source selection operation is carried out on signals at the three receiving ports to obtain a signal source, the signal source is finally converted into an analog television signal through demodulation, channel decoding and coding packaging and is transmitted to the selection pushing unit, and the information collecting unit is used for acquiring image data and channel playing data and transmitting the image data and the channel playing data to the data storage unit for storage;
the selection pushing unit receives the analog television signal, selects and pushes program channels according to daily watching preference of audiences, projects the generated recommended program list on a display for a remote controller holder to select, and transmits the family file generated by the selection pushing unit to the data storage unit for storage;
the analysis adjusting unit is used for analyzing the watching state of the audience and adjusting the corresponding working state.

The set top box based on the three-in-one mode as claimed in claim 1, wherein the receiving control unit performs signal source selection operation, specifically, the satellite television signal, the terrestrial television signal and the cable television signal received by the tuner are sent to the tuner and the required intermediate frequency signal is determined, then the signal map is drawn according to the intermediate frequency signal strength of the corresponding signal, the highest mean value, the lowest mean value, the highest value variance data and the lowest value variance data of the corresponding signal map are calculated and compared, the selection scores corresponding to the three signals are obtained according to the calculation formula, and the signal with the large selection score is selected as the signal source.

The set-top box based on three-in-one mode as claimed in claim 1, wherein the push unit is selected to push programs, the image data of the viewers are obtained from the data storage unit and identified, corresponding gender data and age data are obtained, meanwhile, a family file is established, when the holder of the remote controller is a family resident member, the channel playing data is obtained and the time overlapping degree data of the programs of the corresponding channels watched by the viewers is calculated, finally, the related program names with high matching degree with the program name data are searched from the network according to the time overlapping degree data, and then, the program names are assembled into a recommended program list and projected on the display.

The STB of claim 1, wherein the analyzing and adjusting unit performs analyzing and adjusting the operation status, divides the watching status of the viewers into an appreciation status, a conversation status, a sleep status and a leaving status, obtains the sofa video data, identifies and judges the watching status of the viewers in the sofa video data, and automatically adjusts the volume or the operation status of the signal source according to the judgment result.

The triple-play-based set-top box of claim 1, wherein the data storage unit periodically queries and updates the family profile, each entry in the family profile comprises the facial information of the audience images of the family members, the number data, the gender data, the age data, the recording time data and the entry use time, the entry use time is calculated as a difference value with the query and update time to obtain a difference time, and when the difference time is greater than a set deletion time threshold, the corresponding entry is deleted from the family profile.
6. The operating method of a three-in-one mode-based set-top box according to claim 1, wherein the operating method comprises the following steps:

step three: in the process of watching programs by audiences, the watching state of the audiences is divided into an appreciation state, a conversation state, a sleep state and a leaving state, the watching state of the audiences is analyzed simultaneously, and the working state of the set top box is correspondingly adjusted according to the analysis result.
