本发明涉及儿童监督辅导设备领域,具体地说是一种监督儿童正确看电视的设备,包括控制单元、红外发射接收头、深度相机、光线传感器、USB声卡和wifi模块,所述红外发射接收头、深度相机、光线传感器、USB声卡和wifi模块均与所述控制单元连接,且所述控制单元通过所述深度相机检测看电视儿童的骨骼信息并判断儿童姿态和与电视间的距离,所述红外发射接收头对准电视遥控接收点。本发明基于深度相机判断儿童看电视的姿态和与电视间的距离,监督儿童在正确的姿态下观影。

Description

一种监督儿童正确看电视的设备
技术领域
本发明涉及儿童监督辅导设备领域,具体地说是一种监督儿童正确看电视的设备。
背景技术
随着社会进步和技术不断的发展,每一代人的成长环境都是不一样的。现在的孩子一出生,身边就伴随着大量的电子设备,儿童在成长的过程中周围到处都是手机、PAD、电视等电子产品,而且现在在互联网技术加持之下,各种电子产品的内容更是几何式增长。
为了保护儿童视力,不论是智能电视、手机还是PAD,基本都加入了“儿童模式”,或者叫“家长模式”,其基本方案就是限制儿童可用的APP软件以及APP软件的使用时间。
但是为了保护儿童视力,在观影时应考虑多个方面因素,不光是连续观影的时间,还有环境光线、屏幕素质、片源内容的清晰度、帧率、内容中出现高亮的程度,以及儿童的观影角度、姿势、观影距离等等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种监督儿童正确看电视的设备,基于深度相机判断儿童看电视的姿态和与电视间的距离,监督儿童在正确的姿态下观影。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种监督儿童正确看电视的设备,包括控制单元、红外发射接收头、深度相机、光线传感器、USB声卡和wifi模块,所述红外发射接收头、深度相机、光线传感器、USB声卡和wifi模块均与所述控制单元连接,且所述控制单元通过所述深度相机检测看电视儿童的骨骼信息并判断儿童姿态和与电视间的距离,所述红外发射接收头对准电视遥控接收点。
所述控制单元基于ARM的板卡,且ARM主板采用linux操作系统。
所述深度相机对儿童进行骨骼识别时,通过识别儿童两肩关节距离判断儿童是否面向电视的,通过识别儿童上半身的中轴关节以及上半身可识别的长度判断儿童姿态。
所述红外发射接收头包括红外接收器和红外发射器,其中红外接收器克隆电视遥控器信号,红外发射器对准电视遥控接收点。
所述USB声卡外接喇叭用于语音提示。
所述光线传感器用于检测看电视的环境光。
所述控制单元通过wifi模块连接到家庭的路由器上。
所述控制单元和红外发射接收头设于电视下方,所述深度相机和光线传感器设于电视上侧,且控制单元通过电视背后的线缆与电视上侧的深度相机和光线传感器连接。
本发明的优点与积极效果为:
1、本发明用于辅助家长监督孩子养成看电视的好习惯,在姿态不正确或者距离电机太近时都能自动暂停电视播放并提示。
2、本发明可以使家长随时随地远程监控儿童看电视的姿态和时间,使用灵活方便。

其中,1为控制单元,2为红外发射接收头,3为深度相机,4为光线传感器,5为线缆,6为电视,7为电视遥控接收点。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述。
如图1~2所示,本发明包括控制单元1、红外发射接收头2、深度相机3、光线传感器4、USB声卡和wifi模块,其中控制单元1是以基于ARM的板卡作为核心,例如RK3399板块,而所述红外发射接收头2、深度相机3、光线传感器4、USB声卡和wifi模块均与所述控制单元连接,所述USB声卡外接喇叭。
控制单元1中的ARM主板使用linux操作系统,主要利用深度相机3中的数据检测相机视角中的人的骨骼信息,在已知儿童大概身高的情况下,可以根据检测数据的深度信息估算儿童骨骼节点之间距离,借此判断相机检测到的骨骼是否是儿童,并可根据骨骼的姿态,可以判断儿童是否是处于比较竖直的坐或者站的姿态,如果检测到其他姿态,比如趴或者卧,都将使电视播放暂停,深度相机3识别的骨骼图如图3所示。另外根据深度相机3采到的深度信息,还可以判断儿童距离电视的距离,如果距离电视太近,将使电视播放暂停。所述深度相机3为本领域公知技术且为市购产品。
由于儿童观看电视可能是站姿或者是坐姿,所以利用深度相机3进行骨骼识别时,主要关注儿童上半身骨骼关节之间的间距,需要两肩关节可被识别,证明儿童是面向电视的,需要识别儿童上半身的中轴关节并判断上半身可识别的长度是否大于或小于设定值,以证明儿童是竖直站或者坐,而不是过度前倾或者后仰的观看电视。
红外发射接收头2包括红外接收器和红外发射器,其中红外接收器用于克隆电视遥控器信号,一般克隆暂停和开始两个信号即可。红外发射器受控制单元1的主板程序控制,在检测到儿童距离过近或者姿态不好时,控制单元1通过红外发射器发射信号控制电视播放暂停,当儿童距离恢复或者姿态变好后,控制单元1通过红外发射器发射信号控制电视继续播放。所述红外发射接收头2为本领域公知技术且为市购产品。
USB声卡外接喇叭,控制单元1通过深度相机3检测到儿童距离过近或者姿态不好后,在控制电视播放暂停同时,也会通过USB声卡和喇叭给出相应的语音提示。所述USB声卡和喇叭为本领域公知技术且为市购产品。
光线传感器4用于检测看电视的环境光,如果环境光太弱,控制单元1会在家长的手机App上提示。所述光线传感器4为本领域公知技术且为市购产品。
控制单元1通过wifi模块连接到家庭的路由器上,家长可以通过手机app软件远程或者本地看到深度相机3的RGB画面,即正常彩色画面,而且可以通过手机控制姿态监控功能的开始与结束,还可以直接控制电视播放暂停。所述wifi模块为本领域公知技术。
如图2所示,所述控制单元1和红外发射接收头2设于电视6下方,且所述红外发射接收头2对准电视遥控接收点7保证信号传输,所述深度相机3和光线传感器4设于电视6上侧,且控制单元1通过电视6背后的线缆5与电视6上侧的深度相机3和光线传感器4连接。
本发明的工作原理为:
当家长希望使用本发明来监控儿童观看电视时,先使用手机APP注册儿童的年龄、身高、体重等信息,再按照说明使用APP和电视的遥控器,将电视遥控器的信号克隆给本发明,此为本领域公知技术。
儿童观看电视时,家长使用手机APP控制电视节目播放并开启监控功能,开启功能时需确保儿童站或者坐在正对电视的前面。
本发明中的控制单元1通过深度相机3识别儿童骨骼结构并开始跟踪儿童,当儿童的姿态或者距离电视太近,都会语音提示儿童调整姿态或者与电视间的距离并暂停电视播放,当儿童的姿态或者与电视距离恢复到合适的标准时,会恢复电视播放并语音提示儿童“做的好”,“继续保持”等鼓励。
当家长之前设定的播放时间到达时,本发明会暂停电视播放或者直接关闭电视并语音提示儿童,同时会在APP端给家长推送。

Claims (8)

1.一种监督儿童正确看电视的设备,其特征在于:包括控制单元(1)、红外发射接收头(2)、深度相机(3)、光线传感器(4)、USB声卡和wifi模块,所述红外发射接收头(2)、深度相机(3)、光线传感器(4)、USB声卡和wifi模块均与所述控制单元(1)连接,且所述控制单元(1)通过所述深度相机(3)检测看电视儿童的骨骼信息并判断儿童姿态和与电视间的距离,所述红外发射接收头(2)对准电视遥控接收点(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的监督儿童正确看电视的设备,其特征在于:所述控制单元(1)基于ARM的板卡,且ARM主板采用linux操作系统。
3.根据权利要求1所述的监督儿童正确看电视的设备,其特征在于:所述深度相机(3)对儿童进行骨骼识别时,通过识别儿童两肩关节距离判断儿童是否面向电视的,通过识别儿童上半身的中轴关节以及上半身可识别的长度判断儿童姿态。
4.根据权利要求1所述的监督儿童正确看电视的设备,其特征在于:所述红外发射接收头(2)包括红外接收器和红外发射器,其中红外接收器克隆电视遥控器信号,红外发射器对准电视遥控接收点(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的监督儿童正确看电视的设备,其特征在于:所述USB声卡外接喇叭用于语音提示。
6.根据权利要求1所述的监督儿童正确看电视的设备,其特征在于:所述光线传感器(4)用于检测看电视的环境光。
7.根据权利要求1所述的监督儿童正确看电视的设备,其特征在于:所述控制单元(1)通过wifi模块连接到家庭的路由器上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的监督儿童正确看电视的设备,其特征在于:所述控制单元(1)和红外发射接收头(2)设于电视下方,所述深度相机(3)和光线传感器(4)设于电视上侧,且控制单元(1)通过电视背后的线缆与电视上侧的深度相机(3)和光线传感器(4)连接。
