The main purposes of the invention are as follows: through the management of Redis on the video equipment information, the intelligent response of the video equipment registration signaling accessed by the standard technology of GBT 28181 and 2016 public safety video monitoring networking system information transmission, exchange and control technical requirements is realized, and the accuracy of operation and maintenance personnel on the video equipment access management is improved.
Technical terms:
redis: is a key-value storage system. Similar to Memcached, it supports relatively more stored value types, including string, list, set, zset, and hash. These data types all support push/pop, add/remove, and intersect union and difference, and richer operations, and these operations are all atomic. On this basis, redis supports various different ways of ordering. Like memcached, data is cached in memory to ensure efficiency. The difference is that the redis can periodically write updated data into a disk or write modification operation into an additional recording file, and master-slave synchronization is realized on the basis of the update. Data may be synchronized from a master server to any number of slave servers, which may be master servers associated with other slave servers. This enables Redis to perform single-level tree replication. The storage disk can write data intentionally or unintentionally. Due to the fact that the publish/subscribe mechanism is completely achieved, when the trees are synchronized anywhere from the database, one channel can be subscribed and the complete message publishing record of the main server can be received. Synchronization is helpful for scalability of read operations and data redundancy.
Redis is a high-performance key-value database. The occurrence of redis greatly compensates the shortage of key/value storage such as memcached, and can play a good role in supplementing the relational database in some occasions. The method provides clients such as Java, C/C + +, C #, PHP, JavaScript, Perl, Object-C, Python, Ruby, Erlang and the like, and is convenient to use.
SIP service: receiving SIP signaling, and a service program responding to the received SIP signaling.

According to the invention, preferably, the video device coding ID is used as KEY, and at least the IP, port and SIP service information configured by the video device is stored in Redis in JSON character string format.
Preferably, in step b, when verifying whether the video device information exists: the SIP service checks whether there is a ready-to-register video device encoding ID in Redis.
Preferably, in step c, the verifying whether the SIP service information configured by the video device is correct refers to that the SIP service checks whether the SIP service information carried in the video device registration signaling is consistent with the SIP service information configured by the video device in the Redis.
Preferably, in step d, the replying of the response signaling to the video device registration signaling means that the SIP service replies the registration response signaling to the video device after the verification in step b and the verification in step c are passed; and if the verification is not passed, the SIP service does not respond to the registration signaling.
The invention has the following technical beneficial effects:
1. the invention can carry out information consistency check on the video equipment which is accessed abnormally, prevents the abnormal video equipment from being accessed into the system platform, saves the time cost of the working personnel and does not need to manually isolate the access of the abnormal equipment. Mainly by verifying whether video equipment is configured in Redis, if not, the access video equipment is not responded; if the configuration is carried out, whether the SIP service information of the video equipment configured in the Redis is correct is verified, and if the SIP service information is correct, the video equipment is accessed in a response mode; otherwise, no response is made.
2. The invention can avoid the unspecified video equipment from accessing the platform, prevent the monitoring video in the unspecified area from being viewed and previewed maliciously and improve the video monitoring safety. The invention prevents the video equipment in the unspecified monitoring area from being randomly accessed to the platform for previewing by verifying whether the video equipment is configured and accessed in the Redis and verifying whether the SIP service information of the video equipment configured in the Redis is correct.
